I had a wonderful time kitty sitting for Shira and Libby's 2 sweet boys! Both Shira and Libby were excellent hosts to me. They offered fantastic communication every step of the way: from our initial FaceTime meet and greet, up until their return home. Details regarding their home (and anything for Bentley and Mazda) were clearly spelled out in the online guidebook, a printout, and even some post-its they left around the house for clarity and convenience. Libby and Shira's apartment is very clean, organized, comfortable, bright and thoughtfully decorated. The apartment felt very welcoming with its cleanliness and a few little personized touches they had waiting for me upon my arrival. They really made me feel welcomed. The apartment is in an ethnically diverse neighborhood offering some great (and affordable) resturants, super close to Tryon Park with The Met Cloisters Museum (which was FANTASTIC; just like being in a European Museum!) and close to public transport. As Shira and Libby wrote in their profile, the apartment is just above some restaurants so it did get quite noisy on a couple of the nights I was there. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend ear plugs or something of the like. The BEST part... Mazda and Bentley! What sweet kitty boys they are. Super chill, polite, affectionate (especailly Mazda) and personable. When ever I sat down for a while, Mazda would join me. He also slept by my side every night :-). Bentley was a bit more independant and stayed in one of his 2 favorite spots: under the bed where the sun would shine in or curled up in his little bed. A couple of the nights he slept on the bed at my feet. :-) I would recomment this sit to anyone who would like to explore upper Manhattan and share some sweet kitty love offered by wonderful caring hosts! This sit was one of my favorites sits so far! Ann is so great to work with and I loved getting to hang out with her the day before the sit to show me around and explain the routine and the day after when she graciously drove me back to the airport. She is super organized, fun and so interesting to talk to with all her traveling she has done and just a very generous kind, person. If I lived there, I would be friends and hang out with her! Her home is equally organized, beautiful and central to so many amazing experiences and places from Mobile, to Pensacola and the Gulf Shores and more. You are within 15 mins of a beach and parks (I highly recommend Preserve Point Park) and 20 mins to Mobile. I absolutely loved the area and warm weather! Lastly, but not least, Jack! I totally fell in love with this sweet girl. She is a senior lady but you wouldn’t know it with her seemingly perfect hearing, spunk and personality. She and I had the best little routine with her working with me during the day at the house - most often from Ann’s beautiful screened in porch - and at night after her whipped cream snack, snuggling on the couch for movies together. She is super easy in that she sleeps most of the day but finds you for scratches and attention routinely. She’s independent but also a total love. I miss her and her company already! If you get the opportunity to stay at Ann’s with Jack, take it! You will have no regrets and an amazing time with Jack and exploring the area. Thank you Ann and Jack!

After having trouble finding some new kennels I am so pleased I found The Old Pastures. They are so friendly and welcoming and my dog seemed very happy after a 6 night stay!
I was worried about leaving my 11 year old Labrador because it was his first time in a kennels. I didn’t need to worry because he had a fantastic time. He was really happy and content when we picked him up after a four night stay. I highly recommend these kennels.
Can’t speak more highly of this local business. Bev and her staff have been extremely helpful and informative. At our pre-booking visit we were very impressed with the way the premises were maintained and felt that our dogs would be in safe hands. Unfortunately our travel plans have had to change and again Bev couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating. We will certainly be back.
My nervy dog loves it here. The staff know him well and say he is fine when he is there. Clean accom and he gets a couple of exercise sessions in the enclosed paddock too. Wouldn't take him anywhere else!
I booked our two Westies in for a wash and light groom today ,( we are staying locally and do not know the area ) . I was asked to drop off them at 9.00am ,then at around 11.30am we were phoned by “Groomer’s” To say that they could not actually trim our dogs as they had lost their grooming license, They could only bathe them and clip their claws , which if I had been informed at the time of the booking or at the time of dropping them off , I would have gone elsewhere . To make matters worst when they had trimmed one Molly’s hind paw they had nicked a wick on one her claws 😤🤬
First time my two dogs have visited. They stayed all day. We have had a free two hour trial a couple of weeks ago.

I've been using Tim and the team for regular day care and occasional overnight boarding for a couple of years now. It's a wonderful set up, with all the comforts of home - a really lovely environment. My dog is so pleased to see Tim when she arrives as she knows she has a brilliant day of engaging walks and playtime ahead. Tim and the team look after the dogs impeccably - I trust them completely and my dog is tired and happy when I pick her up! Highly recommended.
From the very first time my dog and I met Tim, I knew that he was the right choice. Tim is incredibly calm, kind mannered and the perfect choice to entrust to look after my furry family member! My dog is always happy to see Tim (and actually squeals with excitement as we arrive!) and always comes home tired. Daycare with Tim has been a great help in socialisation, but also a major relief knowing that if I need to travel for work, or want to take some holiday time with the family that there's somewhere safe, trusted and suitable.
My dog absolutely loves going to Tim's be it for boarding or just for day care. I cannot rate the standard of care given highly enough. Tim and his team treat the dogs in their care as part of their family and all the dogs seem so content there. You can tell by looking at their photos that the dogs are exercised well and most importantly look happy.
Our 2 springer spaniels go to Tim (and Sarah his assistant) for dog walking and boarding. Tim is very thorough and organised and we feel 100% safe leaving our precious dogs in his care. He takes the dogs for TWO country walks a day and they always come home happy and shattered! Can’t recommend highly enough.
Tim runs a fantastic and very caring dog day walking and boarding business. Our dog was well looked after, and taken on long and fun walks with other active dogs. Often he would have been washed too and came back looking very groomed. I recommend this business to anyone that wants a premium and caring dog service.
Tim and his team have been taking care of my dog now for several years. We can't fault the care and affection they give to Dexter. They take great care to tailor his walks to suit him as he is now an elderly dog. We have never had any concerns leaving him for extended stays when we go away. It is a second home now for Dexter. Can recommend them without hesitation and would not leave my dog anywhere else!
My dog loves going for Day Care with Tim and his team -she can't wait to get through the door. Tim is always really helpful and even though I only use the service occasionally, and sometimes at short notice, they will always try to accommodate my requirements. Highly recommended.
Amanda has only just started recently coming into look after my dog Milo. He is very nervous and this picture was taken by Amanda of him looking very relaxed with her on her first visit. She is very professional, reliable, thorough and a really nice person. I feel very comfortable with her and would recommend her definitely!😊

Amanda recently started walking my French Bulldog, I instantly felt at ease upon meeting Amanda. She got on so well with my dog on the first meeting and it’s clear how excited my frenchie is on her walks. I cannot find words fitting enough to tell you how wonderful Amanda is. We first met Amanda last year when we were about to move area and we were keen to find the right person to help care for our little pooch whilst we were at work. Amanda’s reviews were really positive so we arranged a meeting. From the first meet we could see just how caring she was with pets and how she really wanted to find a personalised way to get the best out of her time with Bailey. I immediately gave Amanda a key to our home and she has been trust worthy, considerate and accommodating with any extra needs we have. I started using Amanda at the start of this year and she has been amazing! When I met her with my puppy Hazel, she was so lovely with her and instantly put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Amanda. I have one dog who has a few health issues and Amanda is really flexible about providing home visits or walks. I never have to worry if Amanda is looking after my dogs, I know she looks after them as if they were her own.
Amanda is fantastic, she really gave me peace of mind when I had to leave my young kittens for a business trip. I got updates while I was away and came back to two very happy kittens who had clearly been treated well. I've booked Dizzy Pet Care for several more dates later this year and Amanda was flexible with last minute changes and very quick at communication.
Amanda ia a joy, i don't know how i managed before I found her! She is always so flexible and happy to move my bookings when my work arrangements change. Stanley is getting old and a little grumpy so it was a huge bonus that Amanda only takes one dog at a time, she took her time to get to know him and he gets so excited when she arrived. Can not recommend her highly enough.
Amanda is great, our two cats were well looked after and she provided updates throughout the week we were away on how they were doing. One of our cats is very she and she came out for her on the first day! Amanda also asks lots of questions about the pets needs etc... a great service!
Just come back from a long family holiday and Dizzy Pet Care was responsible for our indoor ragdoll cat. Amanda has been absolutely amazing . I had updates daily and videos of how he was and I could see how well looked after and happy he was . He had playtime , cuddles , clean food and litter everyday and in between lots of grooming and pamper for his long fur! We came home and could see how well looked after, happy healthy and looking just as he was when we left . Cannot thank Dizzy Pet Care enough for doing such an excellent job keeping our mind at ease for the first time away leaving our cat. Thank you very much .

Since we got our puppy a few years ago, Pet Relief have been amazing. From visits during the day when our puppy was small, to regular walks now and even occasional boarding nights when we go away, our pup always has a great time! Lisa and Paul have also been great and if we ever need to change our plans plans at the last minute, they are always understanding. Through covid they have made sure that they follow social distancing to ensure they provide a safe service. Would definitely recommend.
Pet Relief look after my 3 cats in our own home whenever I go away and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are happy to do all the little things like watering plants and turning lights on and off as well as caring for my cats who are always super-happy to see them. Pet Relief have always been reliable, punctual and so good with my babies - I wouldn't trust anyone else.
Pet Relief have provided us with cat feeding visits for over 10 years now. My cats much prefer being left in their own home and surroundings opposed to being taken to a cattery! Pet Relief are consistent, reliable and particularly responsive if you have a last minute requirement too. I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you live in the Hertfordshire areas they cover.
Pet Relief provides a fantastic service both in terms of dog walking and dog boarding. They have been totally reliable, always finding cover where needed and will do little extra things like turning on and off lights and picking up post. They have found walkers for us when we have needed someone at short notice and have even taken my dog to the groomers when I have been unable to do so. I have complete confidence that my dog will be walked by someone who loves animals and not in an enormous pack unlike so many other companies that you see. My dog loves her regular walker almost more than she loves us.
So Paul visited us at home to meet us and familiarise himself with our cat and property.He was very friendly and professional. He understood our needs and was in contact with us whilst we were away.He was very reliable and we would definitely use him again when we go away. Highly recommended

I would highly recommend Mary - she has my dog Digby every now and then either for the day or overnight and she treats him like her own. She is so warm and sweet with all the dogs in her care. She takes them for walks twice a day come rain or shine and Digby always comes back clean. Once she even gave him a lavender facial! I never worry when he’s at Happy Hounds. Outstanding! Mary came to our rescue at short notice,after an overnight trial, Tiger holidayed for 2 weeks. We could see that he was having a great time time while we were away, he was in great shape when we came home and I knew that he loved Mary when he went back for a last hug before we went home. Kelly is absolutely fabulous! Dolly is always super excited on her Auntie Kelz days and an overnight stay is like all her Christmases coming at once! We love the pics and videos from walkies with the gang it always looks like they're having the best time.

Mandy, has been looking after 'Doug' (my Pug) for just a few months but, I can say he has really grown to love the walks Mandy provides. I'm busy every other week as I work shifts, so being flexible was a major bonus Pet Pal could offer, also vetting Mandy's credentials was a dream! You'll be surprised how many dog walkers I contacted could not provide the correct paperwork.
