As soon as we arrived at this pet sit we fell in love. Four beautiful dogs and two fluffy cats were waiting for us. Not to mention Elaine had everything we could ever need; A cooked meal with extras, a cozy warm room, fire lighters, wood, in door heating, wifi, welcome gifts, a bottle of wine, chocolates and treats. She went the extra mile with our little girl making such a fuss. She even got her a skipping rope. We felt right at home straight away and Elaine made us feel so welcome like family. Each one of these pets has a unique personality and loves human company and we loved their company. Oscar, Jessie, Robyn, Muffin, Rosie and Isabella are the cutest, kindest animals ever. We really enjoyed our time together having early morning walks to the beautiful field on the property and hearing the cows in the distance and playing ball. Our little girl loved playing with the dogs and especially cuddling Muffin the little princess. Both cats are super affectionate. Each night we would cozy up with the pets by the awesome fire places that surround the home and watch a DVD. Elaine’s house is truly amazing, it’s a real treat if you get to pet sit here! So tranquil. So unique. It’s our first experience and pet sit in Ireland and we will never forget it. So much to do in the area too, the little town is cute and so lovely and close by with friendly people. We can’t wait to house sit again and see our new family friends. We miss them already! Thanks so much Elaine. We were truly blessed by these animals and the Lothlorien House.
