Leigh looked after our very high energy 5 month old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever for two weeks. Leigh was amazing from the first day, incredibly patient, positive and friendly whilst being assertive with Harbour when needed! Leigh went way above our requirements and expectations, keeping us updated with news and photos regularly. We are still in touch and cannot recommend Leigh highly enough. Also our house was kept immaculately and Leigh even had a cold bottle of Prosecco waiting for our return as we were away getting married in Italy.
Ellen was an amazing house sitter and an equally excellent dog sitter. She looked after McQueen with care and respect and left my house looking almost better than when she arrived. She communicated clearly throughout the 9 days allowing me to relax and have a fun time away. I highly recommend Ellen and I will definitely ask her to help us out again in the future 🌈

Carol is brilliant. She works with you and has great attention to detail wanting to know daily routines and patterns so that your pet is completely catered for. I felt at ease being away knowing my dog was being looked after. I even got regular updates and photos. I would never hesitate to use Stellar Pet Care and neither would my dog!
The poor customer service skills of Camptails staff is extremely poor , yet they are proud of it. Read the other one star review which matches my experience with them. They have so much attitude over the phone and in emails. They told me about their cancellation rules only after appointment was made and then needed to be cancelled. At that point its too late to bring that up to the customer. I never actually got to using their service as the appointments part was so uncomfortable. Up your game if you want to succeed. You work with our precious dogs, how can we trust you when you can’t even treat the dog parents respectfully. Hint: Lay out all your ground rules prior to appointments.
Our dog goes in once a week, he really enjoys it . The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. All he dogs appear to be well looked after/ entertained.
Our dog loves it here, and always comes back completely exhausted, spending the next 24 hours sleeping it off. Love that they publish videos on insta so that we can see what he gets up to!

Tails is a wonderful place to leave your loved pet! Please do not confuse this place with your standard dog "storage" kennel. Camp Tails is an all day activity centre with trained staff caring for and engaging with your dog around the clock, litteraly. Their space is awesome, it's open and stress free, the level of socialisation your dog gets is exactly what they need. Our dog Pepper loves the attention and comes back home exhausted after a day. The staff are excellent and super helpful, I have no worries in leaving my dog here and leave with peace of mind that she's being looked after to an excellent standard. Thank you!
My mini Yorkie puppy loves chasing his friends and getting cuddles here. The staff make sure he enjoys his playtime with other friendly dogs.
Potato has been a day camper for several years and he absolutely loves it! It is wonderful to see him excited to go through the door knowing that he will have the best standard of care and supervision whilst there. Everyone wants their dogs to have fun and be safe at the same time - Camp Tails have nailed this! All of the staff are super friendly and their love and commitment to all of the dogs really does shine through. Potato comes home in need of a post day-care nap after all of the interaction and fun he has had with his doggie friends :) Goes without saying - I highly recommend Camp Tails, they truly do make dogs happy!
Indy had an amazing first day at Camp Tails and came home knackered! They did a report card for her first day and even posted videos on what the dogs get up to! They do enrichments for them such as puzzle feeders and agility which is perfect for a spaniel! We will definitely keep using Camptails, thank you ☺️

Sarah has done a great job looking after Reggie our house rabbit whilst we were away for a few days. We were sitting having our tea and "ping" our phone went - Sarah had sent us a video of Reggie enjoying himself and some lovely photos of him really chilled and relaxed. A weight off our shoulders and we felt reassured he was being looked after and loved whilst we were away. So happy we've asked Sarah to look after Reggie again later this year :)
We've used Sarah many times to look after our cats in our home. We can thoroughly recommend her. Totally trustworthy, the cats love her and she copes with our cat with renal issues. We never worry about Mikey and Mavis when we go away.

Just picked up our beloved dog Winston after a weeks stay with Sharon - he had a wonderful time and we thoroughly enjoyed our daily pup-dates of photos. Sherlock loves going on holiday to We Love Pets Bury St Edmunds and we get regular updates and photos so we know what he’s been up to. He comes home happy and relaxed which is a relief as we tried other options and he came home very anxious. They really know how to look after him!
Where do I start. From first contact with Tasha I just knew my furbabies would be loved and looked after. When Tasha first popped over to go over everything and meet them she instantly got down to their level and spoke with them. All three of my furbabies have very different personalities and having given a brief before meeting them instantly knew who was who. I got updates and photos everyday which meant I could relax and enjoy my break knowing they would be just fine In her company. I also added an extra day while away and Tasha said it would be absolutely fine. Knowing that my furbabies were in their own surrounding and meant they were kept to their own routine was totally reassuring. Along with my house being kept safe aswell. I’ve had house sitters in the past and they didn’t quite look after the house either. So it was lovely on my return that it was clean, tidy, and nothing broken. 🥰 Shall defiantly be using this service again when we hopefully get booked to go away again in oct.
Tasha and Andy looked after our grey tabbies while we had a week in Cornwall. They sent us photos every day and kept us reassured that our babies were just fine. They didn’t just pop in - that stayed and played with our curious affectionate kittens. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them again and can highly recommend them both.

From first contact and meeting Tasha, Milo, our dog, was in love! Communication was great, and Tasha gave us options for house sitting and also boarding with a pop in for our cat. There was no pressure for either option. In the end, we used Tasha and Andy for House sitting for our dog and cat while we were on holiday. This was the first time leaving our animals with someone who was not family, and Tasha put all my anxious thoughts to ease. While we were away, we got daily and sometimes twice daily updates with pictures, which I found fantastic. Upon coming home, Tasha had hoovered, mopped, and even cleaned the bathroom while also washing the bed covers. This was amazing to come home to after a long flight home! We would definitely recommend We Love Pets BSE and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you again, especially from Milo and Mittens.
Tasha was great from initial contact through staying with our pups! She loved our babies as her own and sent plenty of pictures and videos for our peace of mind. Our pups definitely missed her when she left!

We Love Pets looked after our two cats and two indoor Guinea pigs for two weeks this summer and I honestly cannot fault them. The pets looked very happy and relaxed when we returned. The cages and litter trays were super clean. We got pictures everyday which was really reassuring and they sent us regular updates. We will definitely use them again.
We have just been away for a stress free break knowing that We Love Pets (Bury St Edmunds) were house sitting our 2 beloved older ladies. Apart from the dog & cat being well, the plants watered, the house left in a good state, the daily emails & photos… I think the best thing was having the confidence to know we could enjoy our break without worrying about the really important stuff. Would recommend to anyone that loves their pets too.
I recently had to attend a funeral and urgently needed someone to look after my dog. Angie was incredible. She took my dog in on short notice and provided exceptional care and attention. We definitely recommend Fiona and David to anyone! We nearly cancelled our holiday because our dog got a skin infection and needed supervision most of the time, but then we bumped into their website. Bella had a trial day, and we understood immediately we were in the right place. They really care about their "guests", and because Bella had special needs, they looked after her as if she were their own. When we went to pick Bella up, she was happy and relaxed, and her skin infection was gone too. Thank you again, Fiona and David; as soon as we plan our next holiday, we won't hesitate to contact you!
Fiona and David are lovely. They are clearly very experienced with dogs, and people you can absolutely trust to care for your dog when you're away. My dog became unwell when staying with them, and Fiona dealt with it superbly, keeping me informed of her progress. I would absolutely recommend the Dog Hotel to anyone.

Wow! We are so lucky to have found Fiona and David at The Dog Hotel. The owners are super kind and understanding. There are no limits to exercise (which we’ve experienced elsewhere before) the dogs receive so much love and affection in a home from home environment. I have two energetic spaniels who need to run and be outdoors. 12 acres to play on is their heaven! Thank you again from us and two sleepy dogs 😃
Put simply, we know we couldn’t do better. Fiona and David ensure the wellbeing and happiness of our much loved dog Arthur to such a degree that it would be impossible to ask for more. Arthur loves his visits to the Dog Hotel which of course means that we in turn are able to go away, relaxed and care free in the certain knowledge that he is being cared for in an exemplary manor - a real home from home, we are so thrilled we found such a wonderful place.
Our boy is so excited to arrive at The Dog Hotel we know that he is happy to stay with Fiona and is extremely well looked after. He dashes in on arrival, we couldn’t ask for more. Fiona always takes the time to get to know our dog’s needs and is ready to tailor her care.
