Dale and Suzie were fabulous hosts and have the most amazing Sedona home & location (10 minute walk to uptown Sedona….shops & restaurants, 20 minute walk downtown). Estes is a sweet boy who loves to hike! We took him out every morning (don’t put your hiking gear on until right before you’re ready to go!)…all dogs are on leash while on the trails in Sedona and Estes needs to stay on lead (recall unpredictable, not that we tested it lol). He gets excited before the hike and needs a strong hand particularly at the start, downhills and end of the hike (he relaxes while hiking). Like all pets he has his funny quirks and is a bit noise reactive in the house, he loves his treats and is very food motivated (a bit food possessive). It was nice to have the two of us on the first few hikes until we got into a groove. We did 10 hikes in 10 days and it was a fabulous way to explore the area, there are hundreds of hikes within 5-20 minutes of their home. We were generally out the door by 7:15 and at the trailhead by 7:30….depending on the trail back home by 10 or 10:30. We came back fit & relaxed! The kitchen was well appointed and the massive deck was ideal for taking in the views (amazing vistas both north, east & south) We would happily recommend this pet sit, and hopefully come back!

What can I say, Fiona and James are amazing. They are so professional, dedicated and enthusiastic, I can honestly say this isn’t regarded as a business or just a job to them it’s a love for caring for dogs and cats one hundred per cent. Initially we felt guilty and nervous of the idea of leaving Milo our little Maltipoo puppy with anyone who is not a family member as he has a timid nature and especially around other dogs. By the time we were leaving the meet and greet Milo had already settled himself in and was making himself at home which speaks volumes! This was purely down to Fiona and James. It was so reassuring to see that we booked him in for doggy day care to help him become more confident and enjoy socialising with other dogs making new friends which he loves! In addition to this we have also booked Milo in for boarding whilst we are away on our holidays next year. I am the person who does not trust anyone with my kids or dog, so it goes without saying what trust I have with Fiona and James. It is obvious the welfare/happiness of Milo is their ultimate priority, and he is part of their family in our absence. Fiona and James have been so kind offering lots of advice, support as and when, nothing is ever to much to ask which is really appreciated thank you. I would highly recommend Fiona and James to anyone who is considering a safe place for your dog to play or board.
A absolute lifesaver. I have two cats, one with increased needs, and I’m so happy that We Love Pets exist. We had a meeting beforehand where they took down all the details about my pets into a database, which was reassuring given the medical needs of one of them. Pets were clearly very well looked after, contact was great and they even helped me out with two more visits after I was stranded by cancelled trains. I cannot recommend them enough. Solid gold.

Fiona and James looked after Willow, our five year old Cockapoo for a day, the first time we had left her with anyone other than family. We were very nervous and a little anxious about this but after our meet and greet with these lovely people we were put at our ease. They took the time with bucket loads of patience to get to know Willows likes and dislikes,daily routine,feeding schedules etc and to actually get to know Willow whilst in their home and during a walk around their amazing farm and fields. When it came to the day we left Willow they met us with a reassuring handover which helped us immensely along with videos of Willow and friends having the time of their lives. I will have no hesitation in the future to ask Fiona and James to take care of our precious bundle again and highly recommend their services.Thank you for helping to make what was a difficult day that much easier. Left our gorgeous Cocker Spaniel Hattie with Fiona and James for the first time last week and we were absolutely delighted with how well they looked after her. The pictures and videos posted showed just what a great time she had and how settled she was staying at We Love Pets Calder Valley, which was fantastic as it made the leaving of her so much less stressful for us as we could see how she was with them. James visited our house twice a day to feed our cat Rosie while we were on holiday. We really appreciated the photos and videos that James uploaded. Rosie was very happy and relaxed when we got back, she'd obviously been well looked-after. James also watered our patio pots of flowers for us. We were so pleased with the We Love Pets service that we have already made another booking and have recommended James and Fiona to a friend.
Fiona, James and Becky were professional and friendly and did an excellent house sitting service for us. Becky was amazing. We came home to an immaculate house and an immaculate stable yard but more importantly, our dogs and horses were happy and content with Becky and clearly hadn’t missed us at all! Knowing that we could enjoy our holiday without worrying about the animals we wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.
I left my Whippet Puppy with Fiona and James for 2 nights and they looked after her extremely well. I was very worried about leaving her as she is only 9 months old and a "Mummy's girl" ! Well I can honestly say that she had a wonderful time with them. She even slept on the bed with James!! They have a very safe place for dogs to run around in during the day and fields for a good run around too. My little Violet was very happy and tired out when she came home, after all the fun and games! I can highly recommend them in every way. Our whippet Frank has been going to Nicki for 4 years. He always comes back very happy,and I actually think he’d stay longer if he could 😂😂😂. Nothing is too much trouble for Nicki,we missed our flight back from Ireland last year. There was no problem with Nicki, she just said “don’t worry pick him up tomorrow “. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her you honestly can’t buy the peace of mind that she gives you.

Nickie looked after our Alfie so well. He made lots of fur friends, had plenty of daily walks, interaction with Nickie playing games/activities. Can highly recommend Nicky she is amazing my dog Penny had a fantastic holiday with her and her dogs. One of the things I loved was all the dogs beds in the lounge we recieved daily photos and when we came back got a dairy of her week and how much fun she had our girl is our world and was treated like a Princess there too
We cannot recommend Penny highly enough. Prior to us going away on holiday, Penny came to our home and we were so impressed with how she was very organised and answered most of our questions before being asked. Penny also had an excellent manner around our two cats and put both us and the cats at ease. It’s obvious how much she loves and cares about animals. We were totally confident leaving Penny in charge of Cecil & Loki and our home. Penny is brilliant and we went on holiday knowing that our two cats were going to be well looked after. I couldn’t recommend Penny enough, I booked Penny last minute. I was really anxious I’d never left the cats with a cat sitter before and my 17 year old had just been diagnosed with CKD and Hyperthyroidism. Penny popped round to meet the cats and do some paperwork and went through the medication and food. I was extremely anxious leaving them but I nee-den have been I got regular updates pictures of the cats and the cutest video ever. My other cat is really shy and runs out or hides when someone comes to the house had no issues at all with Penny she let Penny stroke her and purred away, which is a first. Thank you Penny honestly don’t know what I would have done without you.
Penny was lovely and did a great job. Her price was excellent and we could tell she really cared about our cats. She visited exactly when she said she would and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended and we will use her service again.
Penny has for the last 3 months walked our dogs daily monday- Friday. She has been totally trustworthy and reliable, Belle and Beau get excited now when we say her name they wag their tails. Premier Pet Sitters is very professionally run. We loved that Penny came to meet Oscar beforehand, she spent a little time getting to know him and asking questions about his personality, his likes and dislikes, now we mention her name and Oscar wags his tail. She communicates brilliantly sending pictures and updates of their outings and time spent together. Penny is definitely part of Oscars family now and long may it continue.

Penny walked Maya ,our Staffordshire bull terrier whilst we were away on holiday. We received daily updates and photos about where Maya had been going and what she was doing. Penny is brilliant with animals, kind and patient ,she loves all the animals she cares for. Penny is totally trustworthy and very professional. Wouldn't trust anyone else with our special girl!
We went away for a week and Penny was very quick at responding to our request, visited us beforehand to get the required info and there was zero hassle from start to finish. She kept us updated throughout and even helped out when we needed some more food. Felt very secure with her as she’s a qualified vet nurse and she made sure she had details of our local vet should anything go wrong. She made sure everything was kept very clean as well. Will definitely be using her services next time we go away, such a better option than using a boarding service which can be pretty stressful for animals (and pricey - we have 2 cats and 5 guinea pigs).
I used the service for the first time in August 2018 and would recommend it very highly. I tried another company first, to no avail! Lucky to have come across this service and will always use any time I need a cat-sitter. Very reliable, Bobby The Cat loved his visits from Penny, especially as she spent time playing and giving him cuddles. The photos were great too. Penny, you are a star 🌟

We put our Lhasa poppy in for 11 nights and she seemed happy when she was collected. Would definitely use there again .
Can't fault them....my two shih tzu's used to hate being put in kennels but not in here!! We booked them in for there stay in the house. This gave them there own room with the usual surroundings of a home. Owners great and post regular pictures of your dogs on there facebook page during there stay.

Max has just returned from Woodlands and as usual has been very well looked after, we have been using this kennels for a good few years now and I can recommend them anytime.

Tammy has taken our rather nervous whippet Wilf out for walks and patiently let him get used to being away from us his humans. He does suffer with separation anxiety but now happily leaves the house with Tammy and has met up with other dogs in her group. We're very impressed with Tammy and the work she is doing with Wilf to build up his confidence around others. We highly recommend Clare Stan & Wilf
Tammy is absolutely amazing!! We initially had 1:1 training sessions where she provided so many useful tips and information for us to correct and work on. We saw improvements very quickly from the knowledge she has shared. My boy now goes on group walks weekly and loves his time with Tammy and the gang. Would highly recommend and would not go anywhere else…I don’t think my boy would want to either, he loves Tammy Time!!
I left my Hamster with Tammy while I went away . And aww she was great with him . I dint have to worry about anything he was in good hands. And she kept me updated on him . Tammy is absolutely lovely , so kind and welcoming . Wouldn’t hesitate to leave my pet with her again . Thank you xx

Tammy looked after my pets whilst I was away. I have 6 cats, 5 tortoises and lizards. She was not fazed by my mini zoo. Everything was done professionally, she came for a visit prior to our holiday to check on all their needs. Would definitely recommend her services.
Tammy is absolutely amazing, with out crazy pooch Daisy. Right from the beginning nothing was to much trouble, and still isn’t she is always there ton offer advice also I know when Daisy is out with her she is safe and happy. Tammy has formed beautiful bond with Daisy the point we say Tammy’s name and she is at the window looking for her !! I wouldn’t use anyone else !!

We have been using Burnedge kennels for well over 2 years now and we would not board our Sprocker, Finn anywhere else. Once again we collect Finn after a 2 week holiday knowing that he had been left in the excellent care of Lesley, Martin and their team. The standard of the kennels and all the facilities continue to be exceptionally high. The love and care they show for Finn is obvious to see. A team totally devoted in giving the very best they have to offer… Fantastic boarding kennels. On a more personal note. Towards the end of last year Lesley and Martin were on hand to look after Finn at very short notice, and on a number of occasions as we dealt with a great family tragedy. Their generosity and knowing that Finn was well cared for helped us focus all our energies in dealing with our dark days, and for that we are very grateful and thank them from the depths of our hearts. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Burnedge to everyone. Fabulous people.
These Kennels are absolutely amazing. We have been taking Lucy our Pug here for over 3 years we wouldn't even consider taking her anywhere else she loves it. Martin, Lesley and the staff are so dedicated they ensure all the animals are given the best time whilst they are with them. We drop Lucy off and in she trots wagging her tail knowing that treats are in store during her stay. The placed is immaculate due to the hard work the staff put in. I honestly cannot rate Burnedge Kennels (hotel) highly enough. Thank you for looking after Lucy even though she does think she is the queen during her stay.
Great customer service from the moment we enquired about availability and the professionalism to get me booked in and make an appointment to go and visit the cattery was great. The cattery is very well kept and I was more than happy for my cat to stay there for 10 days. Upon return on collecting my cat Mento he looked healthy and well fed. Superb place !!! After viewing a few different kennels , we were delighted to find Burnedge Kennels , as we immediately knew that we would be happy to leave our little Cockapoo Bella in their safe hands. I’m not sure there are enough words I could say that would truly reflect what a gem of a place this is. The owners Martin and Lesley are lovely , so professional, caring, and truly excel with the lovely kennels they have made. The staff we have met have also been excellent . Our dog can’t wait to get in - usually jumping all over Martin in excitement (sorry Martin!) - and on collection she is happy, clean and her usual crazy self !! We leave her here with COMPLETE ease and confidence, knowing she is well looked after- and it’s a big thing leaving your pet, so for us to say this, is massive! We have no worries whatsoever leaving her. We are very grateful for the love and care you give to Bella, you are a class apart from anywhere else, and we highly recommend you guys . I have been taking my cat to Burnedge Kennels & Cattery for many years and on multiple occasions. The staff are always friendly and helpful and my cat is always very well looked after.
We have been using Burnedge Kennels for years and wouldn't use anyone else. Our 3 rescue JRT's love it here, it's like a holiday for them. We now have rescue no.4 all the way from Skiathos. We got him in September last year so he is very timid being a "lockdown" dog. Lesley and Martin have helped enormously by letting him stay for a few hours at a time with his favourite big sister to get used to Kennels.He has one overnighter this week and then the big test when hopefully we can have a full week in the sun. We have total faith in all the staff at Burnedge and can't recommend them highly enough. If your looking for the best place for your spoiled pooch look no further, book now.

I would not leave my dog with anyone else whilst we are away. Simba loves his time with Martin, Lesley and staff. He trots off with Martin to his kennel and doesn’t give us a backwards glance, that tells me he is happy which is what is important. Every part of your dogs routine is discussed so that feeding etc can be replicated whilst you are away. Your dog is given the best possible care, fussing and attention after your own. thank you. We have a separation anxiety rescue Yorkshire terrier called Dollie. She has been going to Martin and Lesley for about four years now, and all the staff at the kennels are soooo friendly and you can just tell they are all animal lovers. Dollie panics at first taking her in, but within minutes she is being pampered and showered with kisses. We would recommend these kennels to everyone. Liz and Keith have been looking after our dogs for about three years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The dogs come home happy and exhausted every time, which with collies is not easy! They all love going to Auntie Liz's and we know they're in great hands while we're away. Liz also comes in and feeds our exotics if we're away for more than one or two nights and I haven't found an animal they won't take care of as yet! Precious Paws are completely trust worthy and I would not hesitate in suggesting them to anyone looking for a dog walker, day care provider, dog boarder/home visitor or any other service
Great dog sitting service provided my Liz and Keith. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are very flexible with our needs in looking after our dog. Nothing is ever too much even administering medications which can be tricky. Everything they do is much appreciated.
I can only give 1 star due to ringing up and asking about boarding for my 2 dogs I spoke to Liz and everything seemed great arranged 0a meet and great and she never turned up, or let me know she was wasn't coming. I phoned and rescheduled for the day after again no show! no explanation no call or reply to my text. she didn't answer her phone to me after several days so I gave up and found someone who could be bothered to do there job.
Marley absolutely loves Precious Paws. They are extremely reliable and caring. My dog absolutely loves the home boarding they provide and no longer goes to kennels when we are away. Best decision I made getting precious Paws to walk marley while im at work. Thank you xxx

My dogs stayed here last week and at first, I was so nervous as I wasn’t sure how they would take it but Rachael reassured me they would be fine and she wasn’t wrong! Rachael sent me updates and pictures every day and responded to my messages promptly when I was checking how they were. Once I went to collect my dogs they were so settled and calm! They even walked back in thinking they were staying for another night. I have booked my dogs to stay again in August and this time I will relax more knowing they love it here.
This was the first time using a kennels for our pup! I was so nervous at first but HOH soon put my mind at ease! I was updated via text with pictures and videos which was a lovely touch, they went above and beyond in regards to catering for his fussy pallet! The facilities are immaculate and modern. Can't speak highly enough about the hoh team, super friendly and knowledgeable. We booked sort of last minute due to previously booked kennels not being suitable, Rachel managed to book us inn and provided us with lots of confidence to book! Our Wolfie has just had his first stay and was absolutely fine. [Unlike myself, who was a nervous wreck]. We were provided with lots of pictures and videos throughout his stay which put me at such ease! He’s come home happy as anything! Lovely rural location, lovely caring staff. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Rachel and team. I was very nervous about leaving my Nala for a week as she’s very spoilt and never leaves my side. I felt very comfortable on arrival by the facilities, Rachel then kept in regular contact with pictures which was very comforting. Nala is now back with me, she seems happy and not phased by her week here which is a nice end to the experience.

Our young little furry family member Lottie spent just over a week here and had an absolutely amazing time. We were anxious putting her in kennels after being let down at the last minute however all our worries were squashed after getting regular updates with videos and photos while we were away. Thanks to Rachael and her team we have re booked for Lottie and know that she’s in good, safe and very caring hands whilst enjoying meeting new friends.

This is one of the best boarding kennels around. My dogs were kept in a kennel with their own heat lamp with access to the outside. The place was clean and provided a large kennel for their stay. The girls were lovely, I messaged them while on holiday to check on my dogs, and they gave me a great update. The place is in an idilic location but beware of the "guard chickens " they have no fear and roam everywhere... its hilarious. Poppy and Percy seemed to have a good time, they were relaxed and happy when I picked them up. I will definitely be using Toot Hill again...thanks
Amazing boarding kennels. If I could give them 10/10 I would. Always look after our large breed dog and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We had a bad experience before and Toot Hill changed our view immediately even from the first look around. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The service is very competitively priced and reasonable. Emma is brilliant in responding to boarding requests via WhatsApp and they are very accommodating. My dog is always happy to see us when we pick him up, but also happy to see the team at TootHill on arrival which makes the process of leaving him a little less stressful! Thank you to the team
My two cats have just come home from their first stay at Toothill. I can not praise Lisa(the owner) and the staff enough. They are so friendly, reassuring, efficient. They took their time to be caring, and loving towards my cats, nothing was too much. The cattery was very clean, and comfortable, clean beds, plenty of toys, very spacious. I will definitely be boarding my cats there again. Highly recommended.
Would not recommend for rabbits, our house rabbit stayed at Toothill , upon drop off I was instantly concerned about the green algae water bottles. The hutches are placed in a large shed and when the door is closed it is in darkness. There is a run but in wet weather isn’t suitable for house rabbits. When we collected our rabbit he didn’t resemble the rabbit we had dropped off! He had lost so much weight, his, his body was full is scabs and cuts and a lot of his fur was hanging off!. We only learnt when we had complained that a few rabbits has escaped one night and must have been fighting, therefore the hutches are not secure. it has taken weeks to get out rabbit tame and trustworthy again. The reviews for the dog kennels are good but I would definitely not recommend house rabbits 😢🥰
I am really happy with the kennels at Toot Hill Pet Boarding. The staff were really friendly, the kennels were clean and tidy. Most importantly my dog came home really relaxed and happy. Would definitely recommend!
Really good place, the lady owner is brilliant especially with my cat, and always cared for, even the guinea pigs get looked after. And Murphy is just such a lovely dog to be greeted by. Xx
Put my 2 dogs in for 1 night 2 dogs sharing 27.00 dropped off 11.15 am saturday picked up 9.30 am sunday got charged for 2 days they hadnt been in 24 hours and got charged 54 pounds be aware if you book 2 nights you pay 3 etc. they will not be stopping there again
We have now have our puppy from AllBreeds pet Boarding and she is perfect. Shirley has done an amazing job, our puppy is so happy, sociable and confident with important routines in place. We got a puppy pack with loads of vital information in. Shirley is still there for support as needed.
My dog wasn't eating at first, but the staff resorted to spoon feeding her, fantastic level of attention as she was o ly there for a get days. Will definitely trust them with my girl again. Thank you ❤️
Rolo always enjoys his stays here and the staff are great. It's brilliant seeing pictures of him when he's on a walk on social media.
Fantastic professional service. My dog has been boarding twice and is really settled now. I know she gets pampered and well looked after. I receive photos and updates while I'm away which gives me peace of mind. The transport is very safe and friendly. Would definitely recommend their services. I also use the dog walking service which is brilliant. My dog walker is fantastic and very flexible as my work pattern is always changing. Thank you Emma, Pam and Joe

Great place. Our dog loves attending day care once a week, this is mainly due to the staff being so incredibly kind, compassionate and friendly. They really take the time to know your dog personally. Bruno has been attending since October and has really come out of his shell. The interaction with other dogs and the presence of the staff have been tremendous in his training. Bruno even attended his first ever show, where we were grateful enough that he received 4 rosettes. The staff are truly one of a kind and definitely look as though they enjoy what they do. Huge round of applause 👏
I can't thank Canine Country Club enough. When I first took my little dog here, she was very nervous and anxious about other dogs. One of the main reasons for taking here here was to improve her socialisation and give her the opportunity to play , with positive experiences of dogs of all shapes and sizes. From the beginning, the staff have been very gentle ,patient and kind with her. She enjoys going and happily plays now. It's made a remarkable difference in her behaviour and she now isn't scared if another dog approaches her. She has been going for half days twice a week which suits my schedule and is enough for her. Everyone at Canine Country club has been welcoming and given her lots of encouragement. Lovely to see the pictures posted on the website of their days there . Thank You so much Elsie really loves coming now she's not anxious and scared .
My little puppy went for her first day today and I have never felt so at ease leaving her. The staff were absolutely fantastic with her. Toffee can’t wait to start and is really looking forward to all the cuddles🥰 …
My 5 month old labrador LOVES it here she gets so excited to go once a week The staff are professional and wonderful around the dogs and look after the dogs very well. Couldn't recommend them anymore highly
Our Sprocket loved this place made so many friends both doggies and humans. It was a pleasure to take him there and he was sad to leave. They can’t do enough for your dog and treat them like your own. Petty they aren’t in Spain which is why sprocket isn’t there anymore. 1st class definitely recommend to everyone 👍 …

My two young dogs love their time at daycare, and cant' wait to get in when they arrive. Canine Country Club is the only daycare I've found that provides a variety of activities for the dogs, a garden area, and a cosy room for the pups to have a snooze when they like.Thanks to all the lovely caring staff.
