It was a pleasure taking care of the cat for a week. Claire was very kind to me and her house is very big and beautiful. Located not far from the center but in a quiet area.

Transport such as the train, tube or bus is not far away, about 10min walk.

It's a beautiful old house, everything was very clean and you will have a large room with a double bed to yourself.

Dexie is very calm and she likes to sleep on your lap while you watch TV in the living room. Whenever she saw me she came to greet me meowing very happy, she is very sweet. I would repeat the experience.

We enjoyed our stay with Sam the Labrador, and Pug the small adventurous pug. Both dogs had great personalities, Sam loved to walk and play ball. The home is a delightful cottage filled with beautiful books and artworks, the garden had a grape vine outdoor setting. The roses were wonderful the time of year we were there, as were the poppy fields and wildflowers. The few chickens wandered around and were a delight to watch. It was a pleasure to do the river walks and beach visits with the dogs.

Home Owners made us feel very welcome and ensured we had ample notes about the care of Jyoti the cat, mother hen and her 3 chicks. Written information about their French country home was invaluable as their vegetable patch grew organically, they recycle everything, don’t use chemicals and spoil their animals! Meeting Keith and Ellen’s expat community and falling into the rhythm of rural life near the Pyrenees and learning about their adventures over coffee at local markets will be a routine we’ll miss! All in all a great first sit with hopefully more to come, back here in Oz.

We had a lovely time in Agen. The house is very comfortable and the area is beautiful (go for a walk in the valley and around the lake!). In just 20 minutes you're in Agen where you can find everything you need. Sarah made an extensive welcome guide. They even left us a fine wine and brought us a yummy gift from Thailand. But what we loved most about this housesit was Bob. He truly is a very special dog and he just stole our hearts. We mentioned several times we would like to adopt Bob, but no luck so far. We totally get why Sarah and Clive want to keep him: he's funny, adorable and loves cuddles. And If Bob doesn't feel like cuddling, there is always Prune (the cat) who can be very needy once she gets to know you. This housesit was one of our favorites so far. We definitely recommend this housesit, but just keep in mind it will be hard to say goodbye to Bob. ;) Thank you Sarah and Clive for choosing us!

Would totally recommend this house sit. Easy access to central London on the Victoria line, lovely home full of amazing art and cool posters (even the Welsh ones haha), sweet cat, communicative and nice hosts, welcome guide was really good, lots to do and see close by- go to God’s own junkyard (10 min walk). It’s a very cool bar full of quirky neon signs, extremely instagrammable. Barty was an angel and I appreciated his morning snuggles. Thanks Rhiannon and Stephen x

We thoroughly enjoyed this sit. Felix home was clean, tidy, comfortable, cosy and had everything we needed. The courtyard garden was a lovely bonus and just as beautifully arranged as the house.
Bear was a delight to look after. He was a little shy to begin with but warmed up to us very quickly and was no trouble at all. He is a friendly, loving and cuddly companion, just as described.
We can only recommend this sit and would love to look after Bear again in the future!
