We had the pleasure of meeting up with Chicki and Jim prior to our house sit. They are personable and friendly with a huge love of the outdoors, their lovely property and their menagerie. Their home is located in a very quiet area of Kelowna but only about a 10 minute drive to the downtown core. A great trail system is right outside their door and biking/walking opportunities abound. All the animals were easy to look after. The horses needed feeding 3 times a day and the cats were very independent but also friendly. Piper, their dog, stole our hearts - what a pleasure to walk the trails off leash with such a well mannered dog! She is cuddly and affectionate! If you want to spend time in Kelowna with its world class wineries, golf and outdoor activities this would be a great house sitting opportunity!
Everything five stars and it was a great sit in lovely house and beautiful garden and a super friendly dog. We recommend the sit.
Danica was such an excellent, easy-going and thorough homeowner! Provided a very in-depth manual on how to care for her pets and home, as well as quick to respond to any questions I had during the stay. Her animals were so friendly, affectionate and well-adjusted to new people. I enjoyed getting to spend time with Ceilidh, Hans and Finlay while working from home. The guest room and bathroom were very clean and provided a private space during my stay. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe to walk around. I would definitely recommend this sit!
Had a great time in Toronto at Stephan's! His dogs Gordie and Angus were a breeze! They love going to the park and chasing a ball around and the place was in a nice area with plenty of shops not far :)
Gauri was wonderful to communicate with, incredibly supportive and responsive during my stay, and has a thorough document with everything I needed to know. Ziba is an absolute sweetheart who quickly had me falling in love. I really enjoyed taking her out and about in the sweet neighborhood and nearby parks.
Penny was super friendly and playful! I brought my golden retriever with me and they got along very well! The house was super cozy and had everything we needed to work remotely! The house is location very close to walking trails and a huge “off leash” grass area! Would watch penny anytime! Thank you for the stay
