It was our absolute pleasure to house sit for Esther Richard, Honey and Poocha, plus the bonus stray kitty Scruffs whom Esther and Richard feeds any time she visits their home. Esther and Richard met with us prior to the house sit and welcomed us into their beautiful home with open arms, warm smiles and homemade marinara. Poocha is the king of the castle, he guards all sides with honor, he will let down his guard for tuna and a few rubs but quickly resumes his post. Honey, is the princess, basking in the sun and shade most days and exchanging rubs for treats, she knows the power of her beauty and will have you eating out of the palms of her paws. It would be a pleasure to sit for them again.
We had such a wonderful time taking care of these Sweeties! Pusha has the sweetest personality, so warm and friendly, and always wants love! The kitties were so fun to play with, have the sweetest faces, and the softest, thickest coats. This truly was a wonderful sit, a beautiful home in a lovely area. The highlight really was spending much quality time with these sweet animals! Anastasia communicated wonderfully, and was always available to answer any questions should we have any. We very much look forward to another opportunity to sit for these wonderful beauties again in the future!
I had a wonderful stay at Jane's picturesque home, watching her darling Penelope. Penelope is a very smart kitty and she knows what she likes. This means she may take time to warm up to you. I found the most effective way to bond was to speak to her gently and lovingly, and to crouch down on her level when trying to connnect. When I meditated and did yoga in the mornings, she also often sat next to me curious. She may or may not let you pet her, but once she starts purring near you, lazying around on her back, you know she feels comfortable. Communicating with Jane was smooth and easy. Her apartment is located on a tree lined street - truly a magical location. If you are a calm and patient person, and adore cats, this sit is one you will love!
Best host ever! Anneke was a truly amazing soul and who went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Her house and land are INCREDIBLE!!!! Such a peaceful healing house, amazing views, and the chickens were very friendly. Anybody who gets to housesit here is VERY LUCKY. Thank you for an AMAZING month of housesitting!!!!!
We had a great time looking after Pickles! She was such a beautiful and affectionate cat. The flat is also so lovely and in a great part of London, not far from Battersea Powerstation. All communication in the lead up to and during our sit was great also. Thanks so much for having us and hopefully will be back soon to stay again and see Pickles 😊 This experience has made us realise how much we want a pet!!
From the moment we stepped into the house, we were amazed how clean, cozy and inviting it was. Wendy and Laura greeted us with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home. They even took the time to give us a brief tour of the city, showing us some local parks and other places of interest. Alan and Obie are incredibly well-mannered and sincere and active guys. They had such an infectious energy and we quickly formed a strong bond with them. We spent almost every moment together, exploring the neighborhood, playing games, and enjoying evenings watching TV. Alan and Obie are very kind and affectionate, so we often cuddled with them and let them sleep in our bed) . Overall, the entire experience was incredibly pleasant and filled with a lof of amazing memories. It truly stands out as one of our best experiences! Thank you so much, Laura and Wendy!

I truly can’t say enough good things about BratPak. I’ve been searching for a trusted dog facility for a while and I’m so happy I found this place. I’ve never boarded my dog before but the BratPak staff was so patient and kind with me and answered all of my million questions. My lab absolutely LOVES coming here, and I appreciate the thorough interview process they have to ensure every pup is properly vetted for a safe environment. The staff truly understands dog behavior and genuinely cares about the well-being of each dog. One of the standout features is their commitment to outdoor play. Unlike other boarding facilities I've seen, BratPak keeps the dogs outside all day, embracing the pack mentality, which has made such a positive difference for my dog. My 1 year old lab especially loves the outdoor pool and misters! I love that he can swim all day and live his best life when he’s away at BratPak. They also take protective measures if it gets too hot outside as well. I've boarded him multiple times for 4-5 days, and I've noticed a significant improvement in his socialization skills as well. Their pricing is very reasonable, and I love having the option to watch my dog on their live cameras. They also text me photos and updates of my dog which is another great perk! I love seeing how happy he is in the yard with the other dogs. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at BratPak, the staff are all incredible and really sweet. I have full trust in them caring for my pup. To my fellow dog parents - this place is the real deal. I highly recommend them and will be a forever customer!
I can't say enough good things about this dog boarding facility in Livermore! My very submissive Yorkie girl had an amazing time and even made friends in their all-day outdoor environment. The staff are incredibly experienced and professional, and it's clear they genuinely care about the dogs. I was also very impressed with the 24-hour security cameras, which gave me peace of mind. They even have a little water playground that my dog absolutely loved! The best part is their all-inclusive pricing – no need to worry about extra charges for medication or additional playtime. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch boarding experience for their furry friends!
Our dog stayed here for about a week over the Christmas holiday. Prior to that we had to go through an evaluation to see how she is with other dogs, her anxiety levels, etc which is great as this is her first time staying at this boarding place. We’ve stayed at other places before but usually it’s just a quick meet and greet. Love the app where we can check on her via the cameras. Also we appreciate getting txt messages with pictures on how she’s doing which helps us feel at ease. Good to know that she’s being well taken care of while we’re away. She came home happy with no issues. Would highly recommend this place.
We LOVE BratPak! Our very active pit bull mix has been welcomed with open arms. We can tell that the staff really loves and enjoys him! They have cameras of their yards with live footage anytime we feel like checking in. Our pup is always actively playing or being loved on when we’ve taken a peak! We have boarded him a few times in addition to daycare 2-3 times/week. They are always happy to provide an update on his well-being or send a pic. All pups go through a greeting test & trial. This has helped us to feel secure & safe. We truly believe that BratPark prioritizes pup health and safety. Prior to coming to BratPak we had taken our pup to another doggy care center closer to our house and we did not feel that this was the case. Health and safety is worth the extra 10 min drive! Last thing I think is especially important to mention is that the pups at BratPak have access to all day play. I didn’t realize how many facilities keep pups in separate daycare/boarding rooms… only letting them out for designated play times. Because BratPak takes safety so seriously, all pups can play all day together (there’s multiple yards so they can manage size differences etc.). Our pup comes home well socialized (with humans & many dogs) AND exhausted. He’s never trapped in a space by himself. If he needs/wants rest or space, he’s taken inside and brought back out as soon as he’s ready… no anxiety inducing isolation. BratPak is the best choice for your dog!!

I could barely walk my dog becuase she was so hyper and I didnt know how to guide her. After one session of training, she was walking GREAT. She needs more time with me giving her the right cues that Shawn taught me, but im finally excited to take her for a walk vs dreading it. I also take my dog here for overnight stay when we are out of town, and she has so much fun! Most places keep your dog in a run and here they play most of the day, and the costs are all very similar so definitely better for your dog here!
Junior is two years old Westie, and he is very friendly with people but isn't with the other dogs. I saw Brat pack on Instagram. We had a plan to have a new puppy, so we decided to put Junior to take socialization classes. We like Seon's approach, and it works a lot. A few days ago, the new puppy came, so we enrolled private class for Junior and the new puppy. Before had a class, Junior and the new puppy, Cookie, were separated. But, after training, he changed his behaviors and no more aggressive. We appreciate it. And, we have another class on Thursday. We're looking forward to having it.
We recently got a goldendoodle puppy and we were struggling on some trainings. We were fortunate to find Sean to help us crate train him and we can't be happier with the result
We tried a few different daycares for our golden retriever puppies. They love this place so much that they run to the gated entrance and eagerly wait for the gate to be opened. They go in and never look back! The staff is friendly and communicative. We drive over 30min to take our pups here because it’s worth it.
They are real good at handling our dogs. They recognized that one of our dogs is a bit needy and gave us recommendations to help her be less anxious. I love that they have cameras that let you check in on your fur babies.
Camp Bow Wow consistently exceeds our expectations! After boarding Maggi at the Tracy location, we recently tried out the Tri-Valley facility, and it was another fantastic experience. Maggi was over the moon with joy, clearly having a wonderful time. The staff was exceptional, making her stay even better! We're excited to continue using Camp Bow Wow for both our boarding and day camp needs. Plus, their themed enrichment activities are so much fun!
Camp Bow Wow Tri-Valley is amazing! They have you bring your pup to an interview to make sure they will get along with other dogs. It's comforting to know that your pup will be around other dogs that aren't aggressive. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and will make sure your pup has the best experience possible. Make sure you download the app so you can watch all the dogs play on their cameras (warning it is addictive!). After Maggi's stay she never wants to leave and will want to go outside. Would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Tri-Valley if you need day care or a longer term stay! Maggi is looking forward to coming back soon!
The staff at the Livermore Camp Bow Wow was amazing when we traveled in from out of town and boarded our pup, Roma. They took amazing care of her and even cleaned her bed when she had an accident. Thank you!
Our 1 year old lab/Shepard mix loves going to camp. It’s been a great outlet to help get her energy out and socialize with other dogs. The staff is so friendly and they love our girl as if she was their own. The second we get out of the car she can’t get inside fast enough! Such a great feeling knowing our dog is being taken care of when we aren’t with her

The introduction for the dogs is wonderful. Camp Bow ensures that the dogs are accepted prior to, which ensures that all dogs are safe including your own pups of course. The employees genuinely like the pups! Everyone was friendly and so kind with my two babies, and the cuddle time for my dogs and the pics that I received were so welcoming and the cams while they were in the play area were an added bonus! I felt that my precious babies were well taken care of.
I love taking my baby boy here. He comes home very tired. He has and meets the bestest friends. It's great to log in and view his playtime on camera.
The office staff at Camp Bow Wow in Livermore warmly greets our dog and me as soon as we walk in the door. They love our dog. The place is always clean without a “dog” smell, even when they are full. And I love being able to watch Zeus on the camera, having fun with is dog friends. I don’t have to wonder what he’s doing...I can see what he’s up to! Knowing Zeus is out in a big area socializing with other dogs, rather than cooped up in a small area by himself, or being home alone, makes me able to enjoy my time away even more, knowing that he’s in capable, caring hands. The “enrichment sessions” (cuddle time, play time, dog treat Sniff and Seek, pictured below) let us enjoy ourselves when we travel, knowing that he is too!
We left our dog there for few days as we were not in the town. When we pick our dog after coming back we asked them for bath time and to cut dogs nails. They overcut the nails for 2 foot and my dog was bleeding. They just applied the bandages to stop the bleeding and they are very unprofessional as they don’t know how much nails should cut for a dog. I am very dissapointed with their service. I will never leave my dog again.
We love Camp Bow wow they take care of our dog like she’s one of their own. She come home worn out and can’t wait to go again. In fact as soon as we say “do you want to go see your friends?” She’s running in circles and waiting by the door! Thanks camp for all you do!
I first met Monika in the late 1990s when I had a diabetic dog and a cat. She knew what to do with the diabetes, and the dog just loved her. Monika always was there for us when we needed her. Monika took care of our animals till we moved out of her service area. When my favorite dog had a stroke she was at the emergency room with me, and we cried together when the dog passed. If I lived in her service area, I would absolutely have her take care of my animals no matter what. She is dependable and works very hard to ensure the animals get the care they deserve. She doesn’t take every job to ensure that she doesn’t short-change a pet owner.
I use Furry Friends Pet Sitting about once a month and have had a positive experience. Monika is professional, communicative, and demonstrates exceptional flexibility. The small touches (flight tracking, leaving the house cleaner than when I left, occasional pet toys) elevate the experience and are a welcome part of the service. I will continue to rely on Monika and Furry Friends as long as I live in the area.
Monika pet sat for us during our holiday travels and did a wonderful job. She took care of our cats twice a day, fed them per our instructions, played with them, and even purchased toys for our cats! We also appreciated how communicative she was the entire time.
Where do I start!? We’ve been with Monika for almost 2yrs now! And my Fur Babies love her!! Monika is such a perfectionist, attentive, and very detail oriented! Little stuff like bringing in the mail and throwing out the pee pads after she’s changed it! She’s just amazing! My 2 cats don’t feel as stress when I come back home from a trip. Before they wouldn’t eat even after we’ve been back home for a day, till they acclimated to us being back home.. but since they’ve been seeing Monika it’s like we never left for a day or 3 or a week! My German Shepard does not even cry during the night anymore. She gives them allll love equally! WE LOVE YOU MONIKA!
Monika has been taking care of my cat for months now and I feel so comfortable leaving him in her hands! She’s very professional and organized when it comes to scheduling and keeping notes on the care of my cat. Whenever I need to book an appointment, she always gets back to me in a timely manner and without hesitation will make room in her schedule for me. I am also very impressed with her calm and loving energy she gave off to my cat when she first met him. He is usually very shy around new guests in the house, but he came right up to her and they became friends right away. She also took the time to come meet us before committing to watching my cat for the first time. I really appreciated the effort and interest she puts into her work so we would all feel comfortable our first time using her. Every time Monika comes to play with him while I am out of town, she will send me updates to let me know he is doing fine. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsible, and genuine with the care of your fur baby... look no further! I am so pleased with the service from Furry Friends Pet sitting and I will continue to use Monika as my cat’s pet sitter!
I can’t begin to preach enough praise for Monika. I’m sure like a lot of people that own animals, you look at those animals as not just animals but a part of your own family. With that in mind, it is hard to trust someone to care for your family the same you would yourself. Well, that was until I met Monika, she has not only cared for the animals but goes above and beyond for them even to the point where she makes me step my game up when I see them after they have seen her LOL. She is punctual, loving and detailed oriented. She has been able to accommodate my family on last minute emergencies as well as planned out vacations! She is the absolute best and I would recommend her services to anyone who loves and cares for their fur babies like a family member!
We have used Furry Friends as our pet sitter for many years now. We first hired Monika to care for our senior (and later, diabetic) kitty when we went on vacation; I wanted someone with the expertise needed to take care of a special needs (and not terribly friendly) cat, and Monika was absolutely the right person. Now she cares for our two younger kitties, and dotes on them like they are her own; they clearly love her back! She also does a marvelous job of taking care of household issues that arise while we are away - and we've had a few doozies - with absolute professionalism. You can be very confident leaving your pets in the hands of Furry Friends. They will be treated like family.
They are amazing! They made an appointment to meet and greet our pups. They asked numerous questions to ensure they had every tid bit of information increasing my confidence in them. Very respectful and accommodating. Highly recommend them for anyone in the area, as they were able to not only squeeze us in for the meet and greet but also squeeze us in almost last minute as their new clients. Definitely recommend them and our pups Apollo and Queenie loved them and will hopefully see them again. The daily updates sent via photos and videos were the extra mile and their photo skills are great too!
Monika is amazing, she watched our elderly grumpy cat for several weeks and won her over in the process. Monika was able to get her to take her medication! Changing methods and trying new tricks I hadn’t considered, Monika was able to stay a step ahead of her. Really appreciated the regular updates and all of Monika’s time, care and attention!!! We are so thankful that we found Monika and you will be too!
I am so thankful that I found Monika and Furry Friends. Monika is not only a consummate professional but obviously a deeply caring person. When your pups are like family it is so important to have someone you trust care for them when you are not home. And not only trusting your special furry friends but trusting someone to be in your home when you are not there is a huge thing. Monika cares about everything. My dogs love having her here. Because she has been a veterinarian nurse I can trust that she knows the nag about my dogs that I don’t even know! She takes care of everything and actually my house looks better when we get home than when I left it. We got text updates while we were gone and I have such peace knowing she is there. I never have to worry at all about how my girls are being cared for. No one besides my family will ever care for my pups when I can’t be with them

EDIT: We are coming up on our five year anniversary being with Doggy Lama! Wow time has flown. We do have two new walkers that tag team, Joe (who is our primary walker) and Vero (who provides backup), but all the previous statements in my review are still valid. Joe and Vero are always communicative, respectful, and Warren can't wait to go on adventures with him and his pack. You can tell how much they each love and appreciate their dogs. ---- Our boy Warren, a border collie mix, LOVES his time with Kristen & Michael's packs. They're some of the most exceptional and trustworthy dog walkers we've had. Warren will wait up by the window for Kristen or Michael to come every morning - tail waggin a million miles an hour and whimpering from excitement. It makes me happy to see Warren get to play out on the trails, learn new skills, and socialize with his pals every day. Finding a trustworthy and professional dog walker is not easy. But Molly runs a tight ship, and the team she leads at Doggy Lama shows just how much she cares for and loves animals. Vanessa is pure gold. She has been walking my sweet husky-pit mix Margaux since she was a year old and forged an incredible bond not only with my pup, but with our whole family. Molly and her team at Doggy Lama are the best! Our dog Toby always returns from his off-leash walks with Jordan having had lots of fun with his pack buds and tuckered out. It’s been a huge relief to know Toby is getting the exercise and stimulation he needs, especially during the work week when we can’t provide that for him to this level. This team is also amazing at communication, from day-of logistics to general awareness of seasonal considerations on the trail.

Everyone at Doggy Lama has been so good to my pup, Rosie, since I adopted her over a year ago. Rosie has arthritis so Dorothy takes her to the park to sniff about at her own pace or just lay in the sun. Kasper and I we both LOVE Doggy Lama; obviously for different reasons - Kasper loves the walks, treats and keeping his brain working while practicing recall on every walk. I love it that the Doggy Lama team is super reliable and feels like extended family. After I broke my foot they were able to immediately schedule Kasper for walks every day so I was able to rest. I love the fact that my pets are so excited to visit the Ranch Resort. I feel they are cared for with the TLC I give them. One thing I feel would make it perfect is if they had a live feed cam that I can check on them throughout the day

First time boarding experience with Ranch Pet Resort and Spa went so wrong. My healthy 2 year poor golden retriever came back with red, itchy paws, bad ear bacterial infection that costed me $400 and multiple weeks to get her treated. I don't recommend this place. It certainly looks good when touring but they don't care when you leave your pet behind.
Amazing daycare, they have a fantastic system for drop off and pickup. My dog loves it. They post daily pictures and videos on Instagram so you can view your dog during play. No live camera feed, but I'd get fired for watching my dog all day if there was.

The Ranch is the best our dog loves her stays there and we love how comfortable the experience is! They offer multiple different types of play packages which help a ton when our dog doesn’t play nice with other dogs the ranch offers private play practices so she can get out and enjoy herself! Highly recommend
I have left my 1yr puppy here on a number of times for both daycare and boarding The staff are always courteous and more importantly they care for my puppy well. The cost is reasonable and I think they outdoor play options as well for neutered/spayed dogs. And yes,they accept non fixed dogs, just that they cannot be other dogs. Overall, my experience has so far been good with them
This is the best place for our little girl hands down! The staff is incredible and run a very clean facility! They slowly acclimated Hāna to the daycare pack of pups to insure she wasn't scared by a borage of happy pup all wanting to say hi. Needless to say, Hāna will be back for a week long stay two weeks from now with their platinum package! My 7 y/o boy, Maximus is a very gentle and sweet white boxer. He had his interview day at Camp Bow Wow in San Ramon and had a great time. The staff we're very welcoming, attentive and sweet! They made me very comfortable and reassuring. It was my first time to leave my boy in a facility. I was so relieved when I saw him on the video having a great time with other furry friends and the staff were amazing especially Nazareth. Thank you so much to everyone who gave a warm welcome to me and my boy. I found the best and safe place for my boy while I'm at work. Camp Bow Wow San Ramon is now Maxi's home away from home. I'm definitely recommending this beautiful place to my friends.
The facility is professionally run and well maintained. This was our first visit, and we were happy that we could check in via the cameras to see how our pup was doing. Our pup came home happy and tired from his day with his new friends. We have no worries about having him continue as a Bow Wow Camper.
I recently toured Camp Bow Wow in San Ramon with a friend, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. This place is unlike any doggy kennel I've ever seen. First off, it’s so clean – no smell at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff there are incredibly friendly and clearly love what they do. They took the time to show us around, and it’s obvious how much care they put into making sure the dogs are happy and safe. The play areas are spacious and well-kept, and the dogs looked like they were having a blast. I really wish I lived closer so I could bring my dog here. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved and well cared for, I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow in San Ramon. Your pup will thank you!
My two fogs are generally very wary of staying overnight at boarding facilities. Camp Bow Wow is a different experience for them. They are well taken care of and are given the proper amount of exercise and stimuli. If you need to get away for a few days, and they can’t be watched at home, this is a solid choice. Your loved ones will be taken care of.
The best there is around!! The best place for fur babies!! The staff is so nice & caring. Super clean facilities. Awesome set up. I know my lil guy is safe, cared for & loved. I’m able to relax & know he’s in excellent hands!!
Super professional staff and procedures and great facility. I was impressed by how they evaluated my dog to make sure he was a good fit (I was able to watch in the lobby via webcam). He made a poo as soon as he got there and not only did they pick it up immediately, but also mopped the spot on the floor.
Camp Bow Wow has an incredible staff that is focused on the happiness of your pup. The owners are excellent at training and facilitating your needs. More importantly, they have chosen to foster pups who need your home to be their forever home. I could not recommend them enough!
Camp BowWow in San Ramon is great. The staff are very welcoming. They clearly love dogs. The play yards are big with lots of room for the dogs to play (or not). There is a counselor in the play yard with the dogs at all times who engages with the dogs while keeping a watchful eye. It is also great that they have cameras in each of the yards so that you can check in to see how your dog is doing
Friendly staff, everyone seems caring and loving toward the dogs. I love the camper cams as well so I can check on my dog and see how he's doing.
We are HUGE fans of Camp Bow Wow San Ramon! We have been sending our girl Gigi there regularly since they opened. The staff is super friendly and actually pay attention to the dogs (unlike other daycares we’ve been to). I love that she can be in a temperature controlled room on hot days and is safe from the rain on wet days. The cameras are reliable and fun to take peeks at our girl when she’s there! I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow San Ramon!
I'm one of those nut jobs who treats their dog like their child. My dog is literally my everything. I'd be lost without him. 🐾🧸🐕💙🩵 I'd been advised for years now to take him to daycare but was too scared to because of horror stories I'd heard over the years and the costs. Also, because I'm a pet owner who projects their issues of anxiety onto their pet. Naturally, I "knew" Oscar would be anxious. I was wrong. I eventually caved due to some encouragement from a friend and a therapist and finally dropped my pooch off for the evaluation. He did well and I got a kick out of Erin (evaluator/manager) saying he had a "pep in his step." Oscar is in love with this place. He loves the socialization, the nap time, etc. I wish I could afford to bring my dog here everyday that I'm at work. I love that I can check up on him with the cameras except during nap time which forces me to deal with my codependency on him. 😆 They're very detail oriented. They try to label everything with your dog's name, they also put a harness on your dog if he/she is high risk medical, which is comforting to the pet owner, especially if they are neurotic like me. I have a video here of my dog... extremely excited going into Dogtopia. so far so good and when he comes home, he crashes and eats well because all the excess energy is burnt off. He's not doing the zoomies anymore! I highly recommend you take your dog to Dogtopia. I trust them with my dog!!! 🐩 🐶 ❤️
Chico likes it here, he is excited to come. I love all the safety and security procedures. I know my dog will be safe and looked after. Every single thing we request for Chico is remembered and adhered too. Chico stayed here 8 nights, which is the longest I ever left him alone. I would not leave Chico anyplace else. The staff are the best
I adore how welcoming and accommodating the staff at Dogtopia are with our beloved pup Odie. Being a rescue dog, he initially had reservations around strangers and other dogs, but since joining Dogtopia, his confidence has soared. It's heartwarming to see him unwind in the presence of familiar faces each visit, allowing him to truly relax. The ability to check in during the day and witness his playful interactions with both pals and staff is a joy. The flexible scheduling is a lifesaver, seamlessly fitting into my work routine. And those photos they send? They're the cherry on top! That country music-themed snapshot? Pure perfection. It's proudly displayed in our home, immortalizing Odie's spirit in a frame.
It’s pricey to board your dog but it’s the same everywhere else as well. Compared to other spots I like that the dogs get social times with humans and other dogs for most of the day. No other place in the area offers that. So for the price you pay I believe Dogtopia is the best bang for your buck.
A great facility and spot to drop off your pup for a day or an extended time “at camp.” The staff is great and often recognize me and my dog, Quinn. She is always so excited to go - I have taken her to other places without the same level of enthusiasm from her. The facility is clean and well taken care of. I’ve since moved out of Dublin to the city, but still bring her one day a week when I go to the office in the area. I’ve also driven all the way from SF to drop her off for boarding stays because I know she is happier here than anywhere else I’ve brought her.
The staff is so incredibly nice and very patient. I feel they take excellent care of Benny during his play days and night boardings and follow all our very specific (sorry!) feedings, medicine, and grooming instructions. I also love we can watch him on camera and we are given excellent feedback on behavior (which we asked for) as Benny is still learning his social manners. We think Dogtopia is so highly regarded in our socialization/play/care for Benny that we go out of our way to travel just to use their facilities despite there being daycare/boarding facilities closer to our home. We couldn't ask for a better place to take our Benny boy and are so happy with our experiences! Thank you Dogtopia staff!! Shout out to Amanda, Erin, and Michael!

I don't know where to start!! The friendliness of the staff is amazing. Everyone is SO SWEET and nice and so wonderful to my dog. The second you walk through the front door, you are part of the Dogtopia family! I rescued a dog that was not really socialized, so I wanted to bring her to Dogtopia. When I spoke to them, they said they wanted to wait until I had my dog a few months. There is a comfort level for the dog after they realize they have a forever home. I was not happy with that, however, on the 3rd month they reached out and I brought my dog there. The funny thing is, they were correct. My dog was not ready when I first got her. She is a different dog after going to Dogtopia weekly for the past few months. She loves going there! I watch her on the webcams (when I remember) and to see how great the people who are in the areas with the dogs are. It's such a relief because I don't worry at all about my dog when she's there. I highly recommend Dogtopia. I am so glad I found them!!!
Everyone here is fantastic! My pup has separation anxiety and they are so sweet with her. They celebrate her small triumphs as much as I do. I can't give them high enough marks or compliments for all they do. I tried 3 other places and settled here as they really seem to care about me and my pup. Best day care ever!
Enzo has been a happy member of the Dogtopia family for three years. The staff, having affectionately nick named him Enzo-Benzo, treats him like their own. Recently Enzo had surgery and was away for several weeks. Each week Erin, Michael or Robyn would call or e-mail to check on Enzo’s status and to send warm wishes for his recovery. It was heartwarming to know how much they cared. We so appreciate the entire staff at Dogtopia and all the services they provide!
Pet dynasty is one of the best places to take your pets. I’ve been taking my dog since he was puppy for boarding and grooming - the staff’s friendliness, the care and affection is amazing. Kudos to Carlos, the owner who takes special interest in the pets and is very involved. I am particularly satisfied with the boarding facility, the price (check for the package deals) and the care. The only advise I have is to expand to open more stores.
The reviews of neglect are patently false. The owner is a retired veterinarian, and working in the vet industry for several years, I can confidently say there is no other boarding facility I would trust with my German Shepherds. They’re always taken care of, and when my oldest had a vestibular attack a couple years back the owner, Carlos, drove him to save personally. I could not recommend this place more.
Beware of this place, Carlos tries to sell you a boarding pass and then randomly add extra days which you have never used. This place is extremely dirty, and the owner has a habit of taking advantage of the customers by adding fraudulent days to their passes.
This place is amazing! They are so friendly and take such great care of my dog. We use Pet Dynasty for doggie daycare and for boarding. This really has been the best experience I’ve had with boarding. At daycare I feel like they really like my dog and he, the dog, is pretty stranger shy. I highly refined them.
I would review negative stars if I could. This place is so negligent and heartless, maybe even evil, I would genuinely fear for the health and safety of my pet of if I where you and considering boarding here.
Very friendly and helpful staff! We needed to board our Golden Retriever for a couple hours on a Saturday and all other places were either closed or don’t do daycare on the weekend. We were able to quickly share her vaccine info over email and drop her off all within 30 mins of calling. They also were flexible since we showed up a couple minutes after closing and brought her out to us since we paid when dropping her off. We will definitely bring her back again! 😊
I have been bringing my dog here for overnight boarding since before COVID. Friendly staff, good rates (with package deals), and my dog is safe, sound, and happy—even after long stays. I will continue to make the drive up from South Bay for Pet Dynasty even though there are options closer to me.
I love this place, we are visiting for work from TX and they took our baby like one of their regulars. They are very knowledgeable and rates are extremely reasonable. We were so lucky to find them.
Best daycare/boarding in the bay area. Our dogs love going there and we feel very comfortable leaving our dogs there when we're away. They take excellent care of all the dogs and they know how to handle dogs with different energy levels, different needs etc. Highly recommend this place!
Six months ago, our 2yo golden retriever sustained a spinal cord injury or infection during a 2-week stay. He was paralyzed in the hind legs and unable to control eliminations the day of pickup. The owner's behavior was extremely suspicious, refusing to share the camera footage for us to review, and overall very rude and insensitive to our situation and requests for info (we never asked for any compensation). Months later, a former employee that had since left, reached out to me to apologize for their conduct towards us, and told me they got reprimanded for trying to speak up about our situation. It's telling that the only person we corresponded with that seemed to actually care about the dogs was forced out of the company. He is doing much better now, at much cost for veterinary care (I highly recommend SAGE!), though still wobbly in the hind legs.
Chris is a natural with animals. He uses positive reinforcement with the dogs in his care, whether he is walking them or pet sitting. He takes excellent care of his own pets and will extend the same to yours. If you are in need of pet care when you are away from home, I would highly encourage you to contact Chris at crate escapes.
Chris is responsive, reliable, and most importantly; our dogs favorite person outside of us. In 2 years of using his services, he's been a steady, constant reliability in a crazy world! He's patient, flexible, and truly good at what he does. He just gets our dog. And I'd pay of that a million ways from Sunday. Moving 100+ miles away from the Livermore area is going to be more devastating for our dog saying goodbye to Chris than any of us saying goodbye to our home. If you need care for your dog, you've got the right guy.
