Hazel looked after our Springer Spaniel Lacey while we were away on holiday. We were nervous to leave her behind as Lacey can get overwhelmed with new places and dogs but she fit right in. Hazel made sure to update us with lots of photos multiple times a day which made us feel right at ease - we could see how much Lacey enjoyed her holiday (especially stealing Fara’s bed)! We will definitely use Hazel again in the future.

Our 12 year old rescue dog, Brooke, spent a couple of nights here in August 2024 and loved her stay. We were a little worried beforehand as Brooke has only ever stayed with family but, honestly, we shouldn't have been at all concerned. Hazel views each dog's stay as their holiday and makes sure that they are integrated into the home, have plenty of walks and attention. We got lots of updates and photos to show that Brooke had settled and was enjoying her stay. Brooke is already booked in for a couple of additional dates following a successful stay :)

This is the second time Yogi has stayed with Hazel and family and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. I have always felt so comfortable leaving our dog Yogi with them and look forward to the daily updates and photos. You can see truly how happy yogi is when he is there. Your dog will be treated like family at the bed and bone dog home boarding and we love that. We are so grateful to have such wonderful people look after our fur baby while we are away.

Hazel looked after our dogs while we were attending a wedding and they couldn’t have been looked after any better! She sent me loads of photos and pupdates over the weekend and I could see they were happy and comfortable. I would highly recommend using this business as your dogs will be in safe hands. Rocco and Freya, both Spaniels, had a fantastic time on holiday with Hazel, Malcolm and family. The whole experience went very smoothly from the initial meet and great, trial sleepover and holiday time. I could tell from the initial meeting that Hazel and Malcolm both love dogs and made such a fuss (and friends) with them very quickly. Hazel was great at keeping me up to date with all their adventures on their walks and chilling at their house on the couch! Really a home from home experience! They had a fab time and got on so well with their dog, Fara. I would fully recommend Hazel - 100% and Rocco and Freya are so looking forward to their next holiday. Thank you both so much, it allowed me to relax and enjoy my holiday!

We boarded our two golden retrievers in September and could not recommend highly enough ! Our dogs were loved and cared and it was a joy to be away knowing they were being so cared for. Hazel and Malc have such a well run professional caring business and I will be using their service again for sure

We felt from the outset that Hazel and Malcolm would take great care of our dog - they were kind, caring and very conscientious, asking all the right questions and meeting her (and me!) before she went to board with them. Our dog is a bit of a velcro dog, and we certainly felt she was well looked after and loved during her stay. We got lots of photos which was really reassuring as Vesper looked like she was having a great time!

Phoebe came to stay with Hazel and family for 3 nights, it was her first time staying away without us so I was a bit nervous but was put at ease immediately, from the meet and greet beforehand, dropping her off and lots of lovely photos and updates over the time we were away! I will definitely use Bed and Bone again it’s so nice to know she is being well looked after in a lovely home environment, when we picked her up although she was very excited to see us it was also lovely to see her obvious affection for Hazel so a big thumbs up from Phoebe too.

Heidi loves her time with this family. They treat my dog like she’s their own and Heidi never wants to leave. They take her great walks and I get so many fabulous updates which makes me feel confident that she’s in great hands. Heidi and I are so grateful for them and their excellent service.

Previously we have always relied on neighbours to look after our two house cats when we are away, and they've been fantastic, but now one of the cats has developed an issue which means he regularly wets the bed and bed medication, so the neighbours weren't comfortable with helping out, plus we got a gecko! Having reached out to a few cat sitters, I immediately got the best vibe from these guys. Contact and response time to messages was very quick, with clear communication, pleasant and friendly. They set up an appointment to come meet the pets before we went away too. And a big bonus was they can look after reptiles!! So it solved the issue of what to do with the gecko whilst we were away. They were clearly experienced not only with furry friends, but with reptiles and had really good knowledge, immediately putting my eldest son (the gecko owner) at ease on their visit, demonstrating they knew how to handle and care for her. For all the pets they took lots of notes and clearly were switched on to what we had told them as they followed our instructions very well. This is important as we've had cat sitters before who overfed the cats or left doors open to rooms they shouldn't have been in whilst we've been away. No issues like that at all with Bryan and his team. I was rather concerned about my cat with the bed wetting issue, as some sitters would be put off by an ongoing medical condition that isn't currently under control, but they were not thrown at all and looked after him perfectly. They even asked if it would be okay to run his blankets through the wash if he ran out, which he did, so I came home to freshly laundered cat bedding instead of a pile of bagged up peed on blankets! The cats were very relaxed when we came back too, showing that they had obviously had affection and attention when the cat sitters visited. I was concerned we may run out of live food (crickets) whilst we were away for the gecko, but they reassured me it was no issue to pick some up if the supply ran low. And because the crickets are live food, they even fed them as per our instructions whilst we were away! So really it was cats, gecko and crickets that they cared for! Throughout our trip we got sent photos on what's app (although the team checked beforehand if we wanted this, which we did!) of the pets so we could see how they were getting on. This included a few lovely videos :) I've attached some of the photos they sent to this review. At one point they were a little concerned because the gecko decided to fast so they called just to check in and let us know, but they were also able to say that based on their experience this fasting was probably related to her shedding and her vivarium getting quite hot during a heat wave day. (They monitored her temp well too.) Overall I cannot recommend We Love Pets Livingston enough. For the price you pay it is great value for money and left me feeling very reassured, from first contact, that this is a team you can trust with your babies. If you're looking for any kind of pet sitter I highly recommend getting in touch with these guys. I will certainly be using them for all future pet sitting we need!

It's been a year since we started using We Love Pets Livingston branch to walk our dog Hamish after our previous dog walker disappointed us. Bryan and his team are just amazing and so reliable! We don't know what we would do without them! I no longer go worried to work as I know that my boy will be looked after on his walks. I come home to relaxed, quiet and a happy dog. I get beautiful photos and a short message from each walk. Some of the photos were so amazing we got them framed :-) Thank you Bryan and your fantastic Team!! You are pawsome.. !!!

Just back from a nearly 3 week holiday in the USA.We recently got two BSH kittens and were very concerned about leaving them in a cattery. After looking at quite a few catteries our worries were confirmed, they were like tiny prison cells with no fresh air or daylight, many of them also dirty, noisy and smelly. No way would our fur babies be going into one of them! We decided to leave them in their own home and employ a company to come in daily to feed them, change the litter and keep them company. We struck gold with our eventual choice ("WE LOVE PETS"). Bryan and Isla were friendly, easy to deal with and charged a reasonable price. Our babies didn't even miss us. They did a great job of looking after them and treated our home with respect, but the icing on the cake was the daily WhatsApp reports, pictures and videos, Total peace of mind. I will use Bryan again next time we are away, and would have no issues recommending his company and services to family, friends or anyone who cares about the way their pets are looked after. A ***** company with a *****service.

Bryan stepped in at short notice to look after our rabbit Lexi. He was brillaint even giving her IV meds wirh such care. I wouldnt hesitite to recommend Bryan and will be using him again.

Bryan was excellent… exceeded all expectations! Was amazing with our husky who took to him immediately. He obviously has an affinity with dogs (our cats were happy too!) Professional, personable and absolutely would recommend him to anyone.

Bryan was amazing. We asked him to stop by the house for a few days and look after our cat while we were away. He was quick to respond to all messages, helpful and professional. He also has a way with pets, so our cat loved him. Would recommend his services :)

We had Bryan and Isla look after our four dogs while away in London for a surprise visit to our daughter, and what a great experience. Both Bryan and Isla are fantastic with the dogs and treated them with lots of love and care. They looked after our house and gave us daily, and minutes, updates so we were always kept informed on how the dogs were doing. I cannot recommend Bryan highly enough. Our two Rottie girls stayed with Bryan while we went away on honeymoon for 2 weeks. This was the longest time we had ever left them and I was very anxious about it. There was no need to be however, my girls had the best time, I’m not sure they even noticed we weren’t there tbh !! Bryan goes above and beyond to make sure the boarding experience is like a home from home. I would definitely use him again and I can’t thank him enough for the care, love and cuddles he gave the girls whilst we were away. Thanks again 😊

Bryan and his team are amazing. Really great communication from the word go. They only walk in small packs so know our wee doggy gets the personalised attention we would want. Bryan offers complete flexibility so can usually cover last minute requirements as well. If you’re looking for someone to take your floof ball for walkies then can’t recommend we love pets enough!

We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dog now! We left our shih-tzu Brutus with Bryan for just over 1 week when we went abroad on holiday. From the point of first contact Bryan was very professional and his love for animals was clear. Bryan was quick to schedule an initial meeting so he could meet us and Brutus and allow Brutus to familiarise himself with where he would be staying. We have never had to board our dog before so we were very anxious but had absolutely no reason to be. Within the first few hours Bryan had sent pictures and updates reassuring us that Brutus was happy. It was clear throughout the week that our Brutus was having the time of his life which took a huge weight off of our minds. We can’t thank Bryan enough for being so fantastic with Brutus and caring for him so much. The regular updates and pictures were very important to us and Bryan did not disappoint with this. His great service starts long before you meet him and even after you’ve collected your beloved pet. Would highly recommend - as would Brutus who I am sure is waiting for his next holiday there!

Alison and Fiona took care of my babies when we went out on our Xmas holiday. I was so worried about my little tortoise but Fiona looked after him so so well and receiving daily updates on my babies definitely made my holiday so much better and I was able to enjoy without worrying about them. thank you Alison and Fiona.

This was the first time I had used a cat sitter since I brought my cats here 2 years ago and was really stressed about leaving them alone. However Allison and Emma were truly godsend! They were providing me with photos and updates during every visit (had booked 2 visits per day) taking very good care of them and even looked after my seedlings as they started drying out. I was originally still worried the first few days of being so far away from them but was getting more at ease as the days went on and getting the daily updates. Coming home to them and being their normal selves (they didn’t even miss me tbh) was really reassuring that they were taken very good care of. Will definitely use Alicat in the future and couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you! Misha and Mogly are sending lots of purrs 🐾

What can I say, Allison is amazing with my fur babies, treats them as her own and they absolutely loved her, they were well looked after and I would highly recommended and will definitely be using in any future trips I have

Alicat Purrfections is a professionally run service that is very accommodating, caring, and helpful, we were able to pick the dates and times that we needed for Arthur and Rue to be looked after in their own home with no issues. Allison is extremely caring and considerate, and she managed to put Rue at ease during their first meeting and she was able to pet him, as he usually likes to take a while to get to know anyone and is very selective who he lets pet him! Arthur took to Allison right away and enjoyed his pets from her. Allison has now looked after Arthur, and Rue on a couple of occasions, and she has gone above and beyond to ensure they were well taken care of, especially when she returned later at night to get them both in the house and fed, as they had been out exploring for the day and did not return at their usual dinner time! We received daily updates and photos from Allison, putting our minds at ease, and we are able to relax knowing that Arthur and Rue were in good hands. I would highly recommend Allison, and I have already made more bookings with her for our next trips away

We were lucky to have found Allison to look after our 3 fur babies. Honey, Rosie and willow. She was great. Made sure they were fed and litter boxes cleaned up. She cleaned up after them and kept the area the cats eat and do their business clan. We really appreciated that and came home to happy cats. Every body misses and worries about their pets when they go away but getting regular updated and photos put our minds at rest. Thank you for that and we will look forward to going away again and using your business 😊😊

Very highly recommended - the best service and experience. Allison very kindly squeezed us in and made everything stress-free. Although our cat is very timid around new people, we received daily pictures and updates which made us feel at ease while away.

My partner and I recently traveled together for the first time since our cats moved in with us. We decided that it'll be best for them to stay at home and have someone come in to look after them. We were nervous about leaving the cats, but Allison was brilliant. She updated us daily on how the cats are doing, and we felt at ease quickly seeing that our cats are well taken care of. Allison communicated well with us and made sure the cats received the attention they needed. The best way to have your cats looked after while you are away. Way better than a cattery which we used initially, the cats were shut in a smallish cage/room in a big room with other cats, I doubt they got much attention. Alicat is better in every way, the cats get to stay in their environment, they get more than just fed: playing, treats and attention. We also get daily updates and pictures. We have inside cameras for checking on the cats which is not a issue, also the house is checked on, packages/post and bins are sorted. So, much better than a cattery and not expensive either. We've used them 3+ times, once for 3 weeks while we were away getting married, 100% trust and recommend.

I cannot express how amazing Allison and Sammy were with our cat when we were away on holiday. Our cat is super anxious and normally hides when we are away but we were sent daily updates of a confident sociable cat. She was also started on medication the day we left and Sammy persevered for nearly 2 weeks to ensure that she got it twice a day! Finally, when we were not allowed to fly home due to illness we did not have to worry about the cat, as Allison and Sammy continued with her excellent care until we made it home, days later. We are forever grateful for all you did for our cat and us 💕

Our Cockapoo Hudson has stayed with Jacqui on numerous occasions and this is due to the excellent boarding service. The first time I used the boarding service I was apprehensive about leaving Hudson but Jacqui put my mind at rest immediately and every day we were away she sent me videos and pictures of Hudson on his walks. Hudson enjoys his stays so much so we wondered if he would want to come home 😀. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jacqui as she treats each and every one of them as if they were her own giving lots of love and attention.

A delayed review but we left our border terrier with Jacqui last year whilst on a family holiday, this was the his first time boarding and being looked after by someone who isn't family/friends. Jacqui kept us up to date every day with how he was doing through pictures, messages and videos, and he looked to be having a great time! She was very diligent before dropping him off to ensure that she had food he was used to, along with his bed and favourite toy. I would recommend Jacqui to anyone looking for boarding as she will take the best care of their dogs!

I honestly believe our Labrador Skye has a better holiday than us when she stays with Jacqui!!! Coming out of lockdown I was so nervous to leave her anywhere whilst we went away - thank goodness I came across Jacqui and her 5 star service. She takes such good personal care of the dogs, they are treated as her own, very comfortable and cosy, allowed on the couch etc. They are walked daily and often along the beautiful Murieston trail which is on the doorstep of the house - Jacqui sends regular video clips and photographs of these adventures - so we can relax whilst away, knowing that Skye is happy and safe. I honestly wouldn’t send her anywhere else now, we’ve become regular customers and trust Jacqui 100% - the only problem being how far I need to book her services in advance! Thank you Jacqui for another wonderful stay!! X

My dog Bonnie had a lovely holiday at K9 Friends over two weeks. As a very active working cocker spaniel, kennels wasn’t an option for her and Jacqui’s home boarding service provided a fantastic alternative. Bonnie had great walks, lots of human interaction and I got daily updates, photos and videos to reassure me she was fine. I’m happy to recommend Jacqui’s services.

I was fortunate to come across Jacqui at K9 Friends after being let down elsewhere, and I’m so glad I did. Jacqui runs a fantastic business with excellent facilities, daily walks and an amazing large back garden. She cared for our dog in November for a couple of weeks while we were on holiday. Jacqui provided daily updates with videos, messages, and photos, making it clear that our dog had settled in wonderfully and felt right at home. It was reassuring to see him so relaxed and happy. He certainly had a fun-filled and fabulous time. Our Labradooodle Annie had a seven night stay with Jacqui. It was the first time we had used a boarding service and I was apprehensive about leaving her. I needn’t have worried as Jacqui put my mind at rest immediately and every day we were away she sent me videos and pictures of Annie on her walks and enjoying herself. Annie seemed to have enjoyed her stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jacqui to look after your precious pets.

I only had my rescue dog two months when I left her with Jacqui and I was understandably worried about leaving her so soon. I had nothing to worry about as Jacqui quickly settled her in and within a day my little dog was quite at home. Jacqui also put my mind at ease by sending me photos and videos most days. Jacqui’s house set up is great and her huge garden is fantastic for the dogs to run around in between the long walks she takes them. I will definitely use Jacqui again.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience leaving our dog with Jacqui for the first time for 10 days! From the start, her clear and precise communication, along with regular video and photo updates, made us feel so reassured. It was evident she truly cares about her furry guests! Her focus on dog safety is commendable, especially with up to four dogs at a time. Our pup came home not just well-exercised but also content, having obviously followed a fantastic routine that kept him happy, safe, and engaged. In fact, he was a bit sad on pickup day, which shows just how much he adored his time with her! We wholeheartedly recommend Jacqui to anyone looking for a warm, nurturing boarding experience for their beloved pets. She’s a gem, and we can’t wait to return!

Rusty went to Jacqui for his first proper groom and I was really impressed with her. You can tell she absolutely loves the dogs in her care and gave me lots of useful advice as a first time dog owner. In fact Rusty dived out the car the next time we took him up to her. Rusty is not keen on being groomed but he feels relaxed with Jacqui and he always looks so handsome when he comes home.

We were very naturally worried and apprehensive about leaving Hamish but we shouldn't have been, he settled immediately and we left to go on our hols feeling reassured he would be fine. Jacqui is brilliant and very much loves her job and the dogs she boards. The daily updates and videos are lovely to receive. Our Hamish had the best time and enjoyed his holiday as much as we enjoyed ours. I would not hesitate to use K9 friends again and highly recommend Jacqui. Huge thanks for taking such good care of our boy Jacqui ❤️

Our Max is judt back from Julie's and I have to say he was so well looked after. They absolutely adored him and we weren't worried at all. Kevin is amazing with our two bunnies. Been taking them here the last few years. He is so caring and knows them so well, he gets to know their personalities and makes sure they get plenty excersise. Always really friendly! Would recommend to anyone without any hesitation.

My hens and duck boarded here. Kevin was extremely helpful, accommodating and put my mind at rest from the offset. When I met him I found somebody who truly cared about birds and was definitely going to look after them well. I had an update that they had settled in which is so reassuring. My girls came home looking fit, happy and healthy. This is true value for money in a caring and secure environment with somebody who went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met.

I highly recommend Marion at Elite Pet Care. Marion has given us the tools to use to help our 6 year old female Cockapoo Ruby. We needed help for Ruby after a new dog moved in next door. She wasn’t coping well at all. Marion has helped show us how to work on reactivity, focus, mental stimulation and engagement for Ruby. We’ve put the work in over the last few weeks and are really starting to see changes in her now, things we will implement for years to come. Marion is great at what she does! Our wee rescue dog Charlie had issues of being frightened of men and through the excellent training techniques that Marion taught us we now have the happiest dog! Highly recommend Elite Pet Care, Marion is one of the nicest people I have ever met.

I enlisted Marion’s help with my Australian labradoodle, who is a sensitive, anxious, and sometimes quite reactive boy. She completely understands the crazy doodle type breeds and my dog loved working with her. She helped me to help him focus on me and not all the other distractions, which in turn has massively helped not only his reactivity, but also his loose lead walking and recall. Walks are becoming much more enjoyable! I would strongly recommend her, if you need any help with training your dog.

Marion has been absolutely amazing with my sensitive cavapoo. Bandit was very nervous going out with anyone aside from me and my partner and was very wary of going in other people's cars, and especially dog walking vans. Due to his sensitive nature we find Bandit can lose confidence very quickly. Marion worked at his pace with regular short sessions and slowly gained his confidence to the point that Bandit was so excited every time she visited. Within a few weeks he would happily leave without a backward glance, and now he actually jumps in her van of his own accord, eagerly awaiting his tasty rewards. This boy is very picky about his people and to see the progress he has made in such a short space of time is honestly mind blowing. I can't thank Marion enough for her patience and hard work in building my dogs confidence. Others have noticed a big difference in him in other situations too. I highly recommend Elite Pet Care to anyone looking for a kind, caring, reward based trainer, especially if they have a sensitive pup like mine. Thank you so much!

I cannot praise Marion too highly. I have used her for the past several weeks with the training of our Bernedoodle puppy, Murphy, who is now just over 4 months old. Marion is the ultimate professional: considerate, helpful, thorough, totally focused on Murphy’s specific needs (e.g. barking, easily distracted by people and other dogs, jumping etc). She provided detailed notes after every session so that I didn’t forget what had been worked on - these are a brilliant reminder). I recommend Marion unreservedly. She is brilliant and so patient with a slow learning owner such as me.

Marion was great with our Great Dane Bruce. She really took the time to understand him and gave us loads of methods to help with his reactivity. Bruce and I have come on leaps and bounds from training with Marion. He's much more calm and progressing great. Cannot recommend her enough

Marion has such a calm and caring nature. She took us through the training and we now enjoy our walks with Mr Bo, a miniature schnauzer. Prime Pet Care are excellent! A reliable and well ran service, really know dogs and felt comfortable straight away letting them look after and take care of our young dog. June looked after your dog from when he was just a small pup. Once he got old enough he moved to doing two walks a day with Alan. Can't recommend these guys enough!

I have followed Prime Pet Care for 11yrs and although I don't live local I value the expert advice given over my cat Teddy. June and Alan are very experienced. I had the pleasure of June's company at Crufts last year and saw for myself her love of Dogs. Their knowledge of breeds and behavior is essential, and is reflected in their care and advice. I've been using Prime Pet Care for several years. My dog adores Alan and loves going out for her daily walk with him. The service is reliable, friendly and I know that Zara is in safe hands. I would highly recommend June and Alan. I'd be lost without them!

We have relied on June and Alan at Prime Pet Care for the last 4 years. They are friendly and trustworthy and never let us down. Our wee dog Maisie is very happy on the days when they visit. They have catered for us at short notice many times when we have needed extra visits, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have been using Prime Pet Care for a year after a recommendation from our new neighbours. Millie loves Alan and she has benefited from the exercise and care she gets. She now waits at the door for Alan at walking time. I would highly recommend the service as both Alan and June are caring, flexible and reliable. ...just ask Millie!

Prime Pet Care have been walking and pet sitting for Tilly our 7 year old labradoodle since she 6 months old and she has loved every minute!! I can not recommend Alan highly enough for his professionalism and fantastic manner with her, family friendly and reliable. We’d be lost without them!

We have used Prime Pet Care for several years now to look after our cat while away on holiday and have always been extremely happy with the service they provide They have always managed any short notice requirements and will even offered to water plants, put out bins etc. Can highly recommend using them. We have been using Duffy's for over 4 years now. Mainly for walking our now 3 dogs, who judging by the Facebook photos & their lack of energy when we return home are walked very well with plenty of interaction. Our dogs adore them! Communication with Fiona and Aimee is above standard and they always go the extra mile to help us out with last minute walks or pop in services when we've not made it home for our cats. We have attended many training classes and used Fiona's expert knowledge for one to one sessions when one of our dogs developed unwanted behaviour (running off in search of food). So far the training has worked!

My goodness! I dont think I've ever read such utter nonsense! I trust Duffy's, with my dogs, completely. I don't know who these people are reviewing, but it's not Duffy's ... maybe a personality clash, as I believe there have been a few changes in personnel of late, but they read like some puerile vendetta which should stay in the playground. After being a long term client of Duffys. I was extremely disappointed at how some team members were treated by the ‘management’ team. Now I want to make myself very very clear that most of the walkers for Duffys were amazing, unfortunately the best ones have now left the company. After hearing some of the ridiculous accusations I decided to have one of my dogs removed from Duffys. As a client is it my decision what happens with my pets as I am there owner, so to be contacted at gone 9pm at night after an email conversation regarding an incident, to then be questioned about my decision I find is extremely unprofessional, and to be told about someone’s contract as a client is also highly unprofessional and not something that should be discussed. After I was visited by the ‘management’ team at my home address and to feel very patronised by the way I was spoken to I asked for my keys to be returned and my other dog will no longer be getting walked by Duffys, for them to then think it is acceptable to refuse to give me my house keys back is quite frankly disgusting behaviour. After this incident which made me extremely uncomfortable in my own home by myself it then came to my attention that the owner of Duffys was threatening to phone the company I work for and get me ‘sacked’ along with a few more ridiculous things. People will not have any issues with this company until you either want to stop the services they provide or have issues with them, this is when you will be treated very poorly. If they can treat their clients in such a bad manner then you can only imagine how the colleagues are treated.

Fiona, Ciara and the team at Duffy's are amazing. The advice and help over the last 2 years since getting my fantastic cheeky livewire of a Zsula, the standard Labradoodle has been so valuable. Everyone has their own opinions and this is mines. Keep up the fantastic work. 🐾😎X …

Fiona takes the care of all the animals very seriously. I 100% trust Fiona and her team to help train and care for my dog. There has been some recent staff turnover which has resulted in bitter reviews from associates and I am saddened that these reviews can be so damaging to this professional business.

Absolutely amazing service! We left out 8 month pup here for 2 weeks and he didn't want to leave! We were kept up to date with pictures on Facebook, and could tell he was really happy there. Karen is absolutely lovely and provided an incredible service, not to mention how reasonably priced it was! Couldn't recommend Barking Mews enough.

Absolutely great. Cats well looked after, cattery was clean and comfortable. The fact that you are able to take their toys, scratch posts and beds makes them more relaxed. Cannot recommend Karen and her family highly enough. Best animal boarding facility around

Poor customer service. I got involved in a debate with Barking and West Lothian Council. All claimed I should have read the terms and conditions. I believe our dog has a continuous cover with her vaccines as do multiple vets. I was given the payment details before I received the booking form. In fairness to Barking, they are following the guidelines given. So my disagreement is with WL. However, a promised refund was never given so poor customer service.

Our wee cat stayed her for a week or so and he was well looked after. He came home happy and healthy. We were lucky to get the cat a place as they are very popular.

Absolutely lovely kennels. Great spacious gardens where the dogs can exercise and fabulous owners that treat your dog as their own and give them loads of love. Seeing the Facebook photos is also a great way to see how much fun your dog is having on their holiday. Highly recommended

I have been bringing my cats and dog here for sometime now and I'm always happy with the level of service I get from Karen and co. I know my pets are in good care which is a big relief. Excellent service and good facilities all round for my four legged friends.

We have been taking our dog off and on for years and can't fault anything, you are made welcome, as if it was just yesterday you had been there, our dog loves going there and she knows exactly where to go and she always goes happily. I would not put her somewhere where she was not happy to be.
