Corynn & Bill were absolutely amazing! They felt like old friends, even though we were meeting for the first time. Sitting for their adorable beagles, Goose & Bleu was so much fun, we couldn’t believe how quickly the time went by. As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly with huge smiles, handshakes, and wagging beagle butts. The house was cozy, and spacious with a lovely garden and easy access to local shops and lots of great places to walk the dogs. Both dogs are very cute and smart and cuddly. Goose took a little longer to warm up than Bleu, but before too long both dogs were snuggled up in bed with us. I cannot recommend sitting for Bill and Corynn enough. We are hoping to get the opportunity to see them and hang out with Goose & Bleu in October on their next adventure. I could go on and on, but if you get the chance, definitely sit for these guys, they are AWESOME!!!
Had fun watching Barbara’s fur babies during her special event. Dallas, Willow, and Webster each have different personalities, definitely laid back, and a joy to look after!
I loved every minute of housesitting for Amy and Larry. They were very kind and communicative, welcoming, left clear instructions, have a beautiful home, and the best kitties in the west. I felt very safe and comfortable in their lovely house. It was convenient to public transit and a nice 20 minute walk into downtown Kirkland. The cats had a really simple routine, and were so much fun to hang out with. Toby is a loud, loving, purr factory, and Sami is a bit more shy but so very sweet. They kindly allowed my sister and friend to come visit for the long weekend, and my boss to stay while she was passing through town. The house is a wonderland, the bed is very comfortable, I loved cooking in their fully stocked kitchen, and enjoyed the cozy corners to relax and hang out with the cute cats. I would highly recommend this sit to anyone. I had an absolute blast and would be honored to come back anytime.
Such a lovely week looking after Eggo! We loved her cuddly and bubbly nature, it was hard to say goodbye! Such a beautiful area on the golf course overlooking the lake and mountains and lots of scenic walks nearby to explore. Jennifer and James made us feel very welcome, thank you for a great sit!
I loved caring for Mochi and getting to know his personality. He's gentle, well-behaved and very sweet. Mochi likes to 'talk' and would meow and look at you intently, seeing if you understood him (which I wish I could more!). Usually it's asking for your attention for some head scratches, play or just for you to 'talk' back to him. Other than this, he likes his space and is happy with your company. He also sleeps throughout the night, never making any noise. Mochi was easy to care for and I miss him dearly! Xuan's apartment is in a great location on a quiet street, yet still being a convenient 15mins walk from most things in town. The apartment is modern, neat and clean, perfect for a one-person relaxing getaway. Xuan was very responsive and communicative throughout. I received clear instructions on how to collect the house key (we never met in person) and care instructions for Mochi. I highly recommend this sit!
Jeanne and Rick are amazing. Their cats, Daisy and Smoke, are sweet as can be. It took them a while to warm up to me, but that’s to be expected when someone new comes in! Maintenance was a breeze and communication was always solid if I had any questions.
