We were so pleased that Michelle was able to return for a second sit while we were away on our annual family holiday week. We fixed the dates & times a few weeks ahead, and fine-tuned small details nearer the time. Michelle looked after our home and Willow with respect and kindness and is supremely organised. We returned to a clean, tidy home and a happy dog. We feel very lucky to have found Michelle and would be very happy to recommend her.

Anna was a fantastic cat sitter. She understood the different personalities and showed great compassion and care. As soon as she arrived, she played with them and send photo and video updates every day. Pre planning was easy - we had met before so she knew where everything was. Flat was clean and tidy and 2 very happy cats - thank you Anna!

Karla & Izak were wonderful sitters. Magnus was very content, well fed and well cared for. I had the joy of meeting them before I headed off on my holiday - they are lovely folk and they took great care of my home and Magnus. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them ❤️

Amy was an absolute delight with her calm and bright demeanour. She bonded quickly with the dogs and took such careful care of them. She’s super tidy, polite and respectful, and she even navigated through a viewing in my apartment while she was there. Your pets are lucky to have a sitter like Amy, and she’s welcome back (to hopefully warmer weather) whenever she wants.

Excellent pet sitter. We were completely relaxed going away knowing Georgina was looking after our pets. Georgina is lovely and completely trustworthy.

Bridg recently sat for our dog Lizzy for over 2 weeks. She is a lovely reliable person who treated Lizzy and our house as if they were her own. Everything was left immaculate and all sheets and towels had been washed. Bridg took Lizzy on all her travels, with Lizzy even getting to experience kayaking! Anyone who is lucky enough to have her look after their pet/house will not be disappointed. If an opportunity comes up we would love her to sit again.

Nicola did a pre visit before the actual sit which we really appreciated as we have quite a menagerie. She arrived the day before we left for our holiday to ensure she knew all our pets needs. Unfortunately, one of our dogs was very poorly the day we left and Nicola dealt with this so well. She took Jack to the vets and kept in contact throughout, he had to be put to sleep but she cuddled him to the end and I can't thank her enough. We were updated daily with pics and videos and feel very lucky to have had her housesit for us.

Ella and Owen were fantastic petsitters for my two dogs. They arrived on time and kept me updated on how things were going. My dog Lola is a bit nervous, but by the end of the first day they sent me a picture of her cuddling with them. I came home to two very happy and well cared for dogs and a clean house. I would highly recommend them to take care of your pets.

Gabriel was everything you could hope for when having a pet/house sitter! He kindly accepted our sit at late notice and worked around us as we were admittedly very unorganised this time due to personal events happening in the immediate lead up to our leave. He took this on with no problems at all and made us feel at ease and comfortable leaving Ruby and the house in his hands! Gabriel and his beautiful dog Freja clearly got along with Ruby, he was kind enough to share updates each day in the shared iphone folder he created for us. The house was cleaned to perfection when we arrived home also! We can tell Ruby is missing both Gabriel and Freja dearly now and we would welcome them both back in a heartbeat

First off, Carys is absolutely LOVELY and so it's difficult (and uncomfortable) to write a negative review, but for us, this house sit was disappointing. We had originally advertised for a cat sitter, but our circumstances changed prior to the sit (no cat now), and instead we needed someone to be there just to water the plants. We have two well stocked courtyards of plants back and front of the house. Carys was happy to do this. The brief was to water and deadhead the plants DAILY. We returned to find the plants in the front courtyard absolutely parched. Soil completely dried out in most pots, plants limp and most of the flowers in our two window boxes dead. Nothing had been deadheaded. The front courtyard certainly hadn't been watered in a while. (The back courtyard at least had been watered, which was good). Whilst Carys had left the house relatively tidy, it hadn't been cleaned (ie: cleaning products used to wipe down the kitchen surfaces, cooker, bathroom, wash the floor, polish furniture etc). After being in the house for 3 weeks we would expect the house sitter to do a thorough clean throughout the house for our return. Not leave us to have to start doing it when we arrive back. It was disappointing. Carys is lovely and had been kind enough to leave us a note, flowers and a bottle of wine, but I feel she needs a better understanding of what taking care of a home fully entails. I'm sure this will be a learning curve for her, and our comments will be taken forward for future sits. Carys we really wish you well.

This was the first time using Zeewoi and to be honest we were very apprehensive but there was know need to be. Susan was in contact beforehand and as soon as she turned up made a fuss of both dog's and put our minds at rest immediately. Both Susan and Lizzie treated Monty and Ted like their own, while away we received texts and photos of how everything was going with great updates. The house was clean and tidy with towels and bedding on the line. We could not speak highly enough of these sitters.

I was very happy with Joan and my mistake was not asking if she had previously looked after a puppy. They are certainly more time consuming, require short walks, playtime and learning rules! I hope you are not too exhausted? That said everyone survived and i was grateful for the opportunity to attend the Olympics for a few days, so thank you Joan, much appreciated and leaving the house so pristine!
