Girlfriends dog has gone in a few times now (milo the border collie) and the people who run it are lovely. I think milo enjoys it more than he should. Always the go to place.
Great place and staff are amazing, really genuinely care for each animal who stays with them. One lady even took time and sat with my dog to help him settle in (has separation anxiety). Fair price and comforting knowing they're being well looked after away from home!
Left our cat Pingu with them for a week and asked if they were okay giving him his medication and left them instructions on how to give them to him, to which they said yes they were fine with it. It's the second time we've left Pingu with them and on both occasions he has come back very well taken care of, well fed and very happy. The cats are kept in a separate, quiet and enclosed building so not even the escape artist cats can get out and the build is far enough from the dogs to not cause any discomfort or unwanted stress to the cats. The staff visit them regularly and play with them and they are lovely. We will be using them again in the future and would highly recommend bringing your furbabies here knowing they will be in safe hands with people who love animals.
Not been on holiday for 3 years so I was astounded at the attitude of the team. I left a message that they didn't respond to so phoned again. I was told they had a whole new team, that they had received my message and discussed it and decided to refuse to kennel my 2 dogs as they had done many times before. Apparently, they didn't trust one of them to not bite the staff even though that had never happened. One of my dogs is a barker and is nervous but she's never attacked or bitten or even growled at anyone. They were Kenneled there for 4 months when I had a broken hip and the staff were great then. Professional service? Not any more! Seems to me that their whole new team of staff can't deal with anything other than a lap dog. I wouldn't trust that these people know what they're doing supposedly looking after your pets.

Always a excellent service. Friendly and welcoming. I know my dog Bentley is always looked after here and the kennels are clean and tidy. They also walk the dogs and play with the dogs. I recommend to everyone.
We use these kennels on a regular basis, ideally locked next to Aber Falls junction on A55. Very friendly staff who are very passionate about their customers pets, we leave our girls here knowing that they will be well cared for until we return to pick them up.
Been using the kennels for years for both long and short term visits. For our dogs and cats , warm friendly staff who obviously love what they do . Highly recommend Aber fall s for dogs or cats !

We couldn’t ask for a better place for our doggy than Petz Ark! She absolutely loves her time there and gets excited as soon as we take the turn, recognising the place right away — it really says a lot! Vicky and the team provide amazing care, always sending us pictures and updates while we’re away. It makes us feel at ease knowing she’s at a home away from home. She always comes back happy and content. We highly recommend Petz Ark!
I would highly recommend Petz Ark. Victoria is lovely and very knowledgeable when it comes to the needs of the dogs staying with her in her home. I loved the photo and video updates which put my mind at ease. It really is a home from home.
