Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

Great place for your pets to go whilst you are away. The owner, Meg lives and breaths her charges. We've booked out cat Wellington in for two stays this year and another in Jan 2024. Pre booking visits are actively encouraged so you can have a look round before booking.
Meg looked after our lovely boy for a month whilst we relocated to North Wales. Meg was helpful, caring and kind, fitting in and changing dates as required. Meg's cat hotel is a cattery on another level of cat luxury, so I have no hesitation in saying that this is the best service I have seen for pet boarding. Five star review for a five star service.
Absolutely lovely place took such good care of my fur baby, while me and hubby celebrated our wedding anniversary! High recommend! And my boy loved having his own holiday to make new friends.
A big thank you to The Pet Joint for looking after Pig so well while we were away. He clearly had a fab time watching fish tv, chilling on the chaise longue and watching the birds outside. Our lively labrador stayed with steve and meg and their canine companions while we got married and went on honeymoon. Not only did they go the extra mile by offering a chaperone service so our boy could be at the wedding they thoroughly looked after him while we were away. The daily updates of photographs of him enjoying his dog holiday put our mind at ease, he was not missing us too much. So much so that it almost looked like he was far more interested in where his canine pals where when we picked him up. I would use and reccomend the pet joint again and again. What can I say? I chose The Pet Joint after asking on FB for recommendations as I wasn't from the area. Originally booked in for a few days, our Puffle ended up staying for three weeks due to a stressful and uncertain house move. I never once felt like an imposition & was continually told by Meg that it didn't matter and Puffle would be welcome to stay as long as necessary. Meg is an absolute credit to petcare and I am in no doubt that she treats all her charges as if they were her own. I wouldn't hesitate to use The Pet Joint again. Thank you so much 🤗
We booked our two cats and dog in for a short break at Pet Joint and were suitably impressed. The care and attention was second to none and the rooms and furnishings were really luxurious. Our little ones enjoyed the experience and arrived back with glowing coats and lots of new friends. Definitely worth considering if you love your pet and want them to enjoy a home away from home! Meg and Steve provide a first-rate, top quality, dog boarding service. Like other dog owners who won’t use kennels, we searched for ages for a suitable alternative for our dog and found it at The Pet Joint. Set in gorgeous North Wales countryside, the dogs have large grounds in which to exercise, sleep in their own, very spacious, rooms and have round-the-clock professional care and attention. Highly recommended.

Caroline is a caring and reliable person and is extremely flexible around my shift work. Caroline has walked Alffi for approx 3 months and he has taken well to her, she will always let me know if there are any issues and is always helpful around sharing tips. We are very lucky to have caroline.

I used CP Pet services for the first time and both my dog and I loved the service given. On Initially enquiry i was informed of exactly what services were offered, these suited my requirements. Prices are very reasonable and I can't reccomend Caroline enough.

Gary and his kennels are exceptional. He goes above and beyond care and love for the dogs and the kennels are 5 star hotels. Fully recommend his services and kennels. A good and caring organisation who put the animals and their care first. This includes meals.
Pup always returns happy and the same weight - not been the case at other kennels. The couple that run it are lovely.
Dropped our 3 dogs off the day before my wedding. My little 5 year old daughter was excited to see the kennels etc, the woman owner was very rude and abrupt with her. She simply wanted to stand next to me whilst I signed the forms (strange place etc), but the woman said "can you get your daughter out of the office please, it's not big enough..." It's a shed! Her and her husband were in there, me and my little hip height 5 yr old in the doorway! Didn't really make much difference. Anyway, that immediately put me on high alert. When we took the dogs to their kennel there were many other dogs in kennels all barking constantly. Most of them looked dirty and dishevelled, certainly didn't look happy! I very reluctantly left my 3 dogs there (mainly because I had to get to the hotel to sort wedding stuff and I knew everywhere else was booked up. I was then at the kennels by 08.30am the morning after my wedding to pick them up because I was that worried about them! Now, normally my dogs are extremely well behaved and do not pull on the lead, one of them walks to heal whenever we are out and doesn't need a lead. But when I collected them, all 3 practically pulled me off my feet to get to the car. Each kennel is just a concrete block with a metal gate. I call it Prisoner Cell Block H. Trust me, if you love your dog, don't leave them here!
I have just collected my boy from the lovely people at gatehouse kennels after our holiday. Easy drop off and pick up. Didn't look like he wanted to come home. Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks. He is so tired which tells me he's been very active as he has so much energy usually. Thank you so much. We would definitely use again.
This was the first time we have used the kennels. Our dog has often come home from previous kennels, very smelly from disinfectant and has put on weight. We picked him up and his coat was very glossy - he had not put weight on and did not smell. The owners are obviously real dog people who look after the dogs well. Thank you.
My dog was injured within half an hour of arriving, meaning she had to be taken to the vets. She had torn one of the front pads and nail completely free of the paw and subsequently we discovered she had a back injury. Her treatment cost just under £1000, she’s never fully recovered and we had to postpone travel. The owners refused to speak to me and lied about the circumstances. Be very careful leaving your pet here.
I only take Toby here Alan and Sara look after him so well and he s not easy being a tipical terrior he has regular walk s and is always happy to go and stay i would recommend the gatehouse kennels to anyone who is looking for somewhere to board they're dog

What a lovely place to take your dog . Gary looks after the dogs like they are his own . We had a medical emergency with our dog and if it wasn’t for Gary’s wealth of experience looking after animals our dog would have died. He took our dog over 60 miles to have her treated in the emergency vets and even paid out of his own pocket. If you want your pets looked after in a lovely setting and the wealth of experience he and his staff have don’t hesitate to use these boarding kennels . Thank to Gary and his staff we are so grateful to you all .

We have used these kennels a couple of times for short stays but have just had to put Oscar in for nearly two weeks. We were dreading leaving him for so long but he has loved it. When I dropped him off he jumped all over Gary like a long lost friend. Always a good sign 👍 …

5* Dog Care 😍 Bodowen recently looked after our beautiful Jet whilst we were on a family holiday. We were invited in to see the kennels beforehand and, Jet spent a fantastic settling-in day in doggy daycare to familoarise herself with the place and staff and, likewise, them with her. Jet was excited upon returning to Bodowen for her own doggy holiday and settled in straight away. She had her own kennel with a television, a bed (we took her blankets to make her feel comfortable), a sofa and heating. The kennels are top notch, with a fantastic round the clock care system and timed exercise regime for all the dogs. With plenty of room for them to play safely whilst ensuring they are all enjoying time outside. I had noted I was a little anxious leaving her as, when using a previous place for boarding, jet had returned home nervous and stopped eating and I just wanted for her to be cared for like we would. I needn't have worried at all 🤗. We received videos, photos and messages about Jet the whole time we were away, which I really appreciated. Jet returned home as she had gone to Bodowen: relaxed, happy and eating like a champ! Couldn't have asked for better care of her, a doggy home from home 😁. I would recommend Bodowen to anyone looking for top care for their four legged family members when they need it. Thank you again to Bodowen staff ❤️ Jet misses you already 🐾 x x x
My dog Ralf has been attending Bodowen Boarding Kennels since he was 14 weeks old and goes regularly. He is now 8 months old. Gary is absolutely amazing with him. Ralf is always so excited to see Gary and enjoys going there. Ralf is happy when he goes and happy when we go back to collect him. Gary has the Ralf's interest at heart and the whole team are amazing with him. We get sent videos and messages on our request but to be truthful I k ow that Ralf is being well looked after. I fully recommend Gary and team.

Our cat was well cared for but sadly was in an unit that had no windows!.As we were away for 4 weeks it was a long time to be confined in a space with no view.I felt guilty as she loves being outside and sitting in the window .
Girlfriends dog has gone in a few times now (milo the border collie) and the people who run it are lovely. I think milo enjoys it more than he should. Always the go to place.

Great place and staff are amazing, really genuinely care for each animal who stays with them. One lady even took time and sat with my dog to help him settle in (has separation anxiety). Fair price and comforting knowing they're being well looked after away from home!
Left our cat Pingu with them for a week and asked if they were okay giving him his medication and left them instructions on how to give them to him, to which they said yes they were fine with it. It's the second time we've left Pingu with them and on both occasions he has come back very well taken care of, well fed and very happy. The cats are kept in a separate, quiet and enclosed building so not even the escape artist cats can get out and the build is far enough from the dogs to not cause any discomfort or unwanted stress to the cats. The staff visit them regularly and play with them and they are lovely. We will be using them again in the future and would highly recommend bringing your furbabies here knowing they will be in safe hands with people who love animals.
Not been on holiday for 3 years so I was astounded at the attitude of the team. I left a message that they didn't respond to so phoned again. I was told they had a whole new team, that they had received my message and discussed it and decided to refuse to kennel my 2 dogs as they had done many times before. Apparently, they didn't trust one of them to not bite the staff even though that had never happened. One of my dogs is a barker and is nervous but she's never attacked or bitten or even growled at anyone. They were Kenneled there for 4 months when I had a broken hip and the staff were great then. Professional service? Not any more! Seems to me that their whole new team of staff can't deal with anything other than a lap dog. I wouldn't trust that these people know what they're doing supposedly looking after your pets.

We use these kennels on a regular basis, ideally locked next to Aber Falls junction on A55. Very friendly staff who are very passionate about their customers pets, we leave our girls here knowing that they will be well cared for until we return to pick them up.

What an amazing service! Bruno had such a great day being well looked after and playing with Donut. It gave us real peace of mind knowing he would be well cared for and we felt we could really trust them. A real selling point was that they picked him up and dropped him home which was one less thing to worry about on a hectic day. I’ll definitely use them again and will be recommending this to all of my friends.
First visit today for my cockerpoo, Dexter, to play with Donut....lovely warm welcome from Mark and Carys and Donut with his entourage!! Really happy with the service provided. Photos and video sent during the day of Dexter having a fab time running free in complete safety. He's one very tired doggy tonight...that's got to be a first!!! I can’t rate Donuts highly enough. They were so patient with my nervous dog having her for short visits while she became more comfortable. It’s a joy to see her running in excited to be with them.
Can't recommend enough, I was worried at how one of my dogs would cope, Cary's took this on board and had no worries. Both Carys and Mark made us feel relaxed and comfortable knowing the dogs would be secure, warm and knackered from playing with Donut.

Thank you so much to Debs for looking after Goldie for two weeks whilst we went off adventuring. Goldie had a super time, she was so happy upon collection and Debs made it easy for us to to drop her off with her lovely nature. My young daughter was really upset about having to leave Goldie in kennels and was quite upset but with a big hug from Debs and photos throughout our holiday it was all made better. Our very nervous Lurcher Pippin stayed for a month with Debs and Mal and he was so well looked after that I had no worries at all. Felt so sad to leave my boy as we’ve been stuck to each other since we got him (just before lockdown). Soon as I arrived I felt happy to leave him with Debbie as she was so reassuring and clicked with my boy the moment we got there. So please with the service and will defiantly use Debbie again. Cat came home very stressed. My cat was left in its carrying box when I arrived at 9-30 to collect her its fortunate that I arrived to collect her at that time. Had I arrived at 10-30 I dread to think what state she would have been in. Will never use in future very poor practice.

My Puppy came to stay for the week and as it was the first time leaving him we were quite nervous. But when we arrived at Elna's the handover went smoothly and I was instantly put at ease. Very lovely people and we had a pupdate in the week to let us know how he was getting along and some photos and a video of him exploring. He had a lovely stay and will be back again on our next holiday. Really can't explain how lovely they are at Elna's. Thank you for keeping Louie safe and happy while we were away.
I can't recommend Elna Kennels highly enough. They are superb and it's a shame they're not on my doorstep. Henry spent two weeks with Jo and Rick and he had a wonderful time. We were holidaying in the area and were able to pick Henry up for day trips, but when we returned in the evening he greeted Jo and Rick like family. They really settled him in well and we really appreciated the photos and videos on those days when we were not able to take him out. Thanks so much!

Our 10 month old Beagle had a 5 night stay here with Richard, Jo and team in February and it really is a home from home. They took their time during the initial handover process and ensured our dog felt relaxed as we departed, which resulted in a seamless and stress free transition for everyone. What was really reassuring was that when we picked her up upon our return, our dog wasn’t bothered about coming home with us which speaks volumes about the positive experience she had during her stay. We’d recommend this placement to anyone, and we’ve already booked her in for a return stay in the summer. We feel very fortunate to have found Elna’s.
I arrived in the area a year ago and was thrilled to discover Elna dog boarding kennels. I have owned dogs for most of my life and often dropping a dog off at the kennels can be quite upsetting as you can see your dog doesn't want to be left. Not so with Elna, when I drive into the parking area I can see my pointer recognising where we are and his tail immediately starts to wag, so these five stars are from Logan. Oh and Jo and Richard are really nice people too and genuinely care about dogs.
This was our 8 month old labs first night away from us all so we wanted to find somewhere nice for her to stay. All the reviews were great and when we arrived the owners Rick and Jo were so good with Luna who was a little nervous at first. They took the time to show us around and introduce us to all the other dogs and show us where Luna would be sleeping. They didn't rush and by the time we left Luna was already starting to settle in very nicely. They took her for lots of walks and treated her so lovely. Very happy and would definitely book Luna in again.
Lovely kennels. Our sheep dog who’s only young loved staying here for the weekend. She was well looked after, walked often and loved being in the company of other dogs. The owners Rick and Jo were so kind to her, we were often updated by them with photos and txts. She’s already booked in for her next stay. Highly recommend to anyone especially if you’re like me reluctant to put their dog in kennels! But after her first time there I’m so glad I did her reaction said it all. Xxx
If I could put 6 stars I would. I cannot express just how happy we are with the care and attention our dog Pippin received at Elna Kennels. Pippin stayed at Elna Kennels for a week while we went on holiday, we dropped her off and the kennels were very clean, a lovely enclosed area for the dogs to run around off the lead and fields and fields for walks and sniffing out rabbits! The owners were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Pippin can bark at new people being a neurotic collie but happily went off with Richard without a second glance at us! Highly recommend, fabulous place and owners who know dogs. Thank you
