Ruth and Paul are return sitters and are always welcome as they are so reliable, kind and caring. The dogs love them so much and were so excited to see them again. Ruth and Paul follow all our rules and look after everything so well - the house is clean and tidy and they go above and beyond in their care of the animals, the garden and the house. Thanks so much guys - you make our holidays a relaxing experience and we are very grateful xx

It was great to have Richard back to take care of Monti for a longer stint so we could enjoy a stress free honeymoon. As per our previous review, Richard took great care of Monti, was very communicative & left the house immaculate. Highly recommended

Sarah

Sarah has been brilliant throughout; her ease and friendliness helped make the whole process a breeze. She took over from previous sitters for the second part of my trip away for two weeks, so we only met on Zoom, but the handover went well and she sent updates on how she and my cat were getting on, which was lovely to hear! Sarah left my home in a good way and I feel she looked after both my cat and home with care. I would definitely recommend Sarah as a sitter.

Sally

Sally and Geoff's second sit for us of the summer and because they know us, our house and (most importantly) our dogs so well now it felt rather like welcoming them home. They seem to have a few favourite places in Richmond now so we were treated to photos of Maximus and Enzo out and about, enjoying life, being treated like little princes and (almost) forgetting that we even exist. For us, the peace of mind is priceless and we couldn't recommend Sally and Geoff more highly. So thanks to them again for looking after our boys so well - and also for the clean house and lovely quiche - and we'll hopefully catch up another time in the not too distant future.

Tracy & Nick

We had a wonderful experience with Tracy and Nick, they were easy to reach, very responsive, reliable and took great care of our cat and our home. We would happily have them take care of Ori again!

Les

Les is a complete delight!!!! A total animal and plant lover, Les came early for a briefing, was confident and calm in spite of a few logistical hurdles that we had, and we found the dog, cat and plants all happy and healthy in a beautiful clean and tidy flat when we got back. Les will be my go-to sitter from now on - we would have him back anytime.

Ray & Marlene

Want to say a huge big thank you to Ray and Marlene, what a lovely friendly couple and wonderful pet and house sitters. From the moment we met them we felt at ease and knew Rodney and Mindy were going to have a wonderful time with them. We received pictures and updates every day and the dogs looked liked they were having such a fun time. The weather was really bad when we were away, however the dogs were walked every day in all conditions. On our last day we got a compilation video which was really special. When we got home there was a wonderful homemade meal prepared for us, the house was so clean and tidy and the dogs looked so happy. We can't recommend Ray and Marlene enough. Thank you so much from the both of us and Rodney and Mindy

Claire was fantastic. She sat for Ziggy for 2 nights and Ziggy loved it. Very easy to organise our sit, I felt really confident that Ziggy was safe and well while she as with Claire and our house was really well taken care of. I really appreciated Claire's photo and video updates to let me know how Ziggy was getting on. I would highly recommend Claire 🙂

Rob & Reg were a fantastic, we truly enjoyed connecting with them. They were very respectful of our home. Most importantly, they were wonderful with our precious pups. Rob & Reg communicated with us regularly giving us updates. They were just awesome, we have them again in a heartbeat!

Kim was a wonderful sitter for my timid cat, Allie. She has a magic touch with animals that allowed me to relax and not worry during my vacation, knowing that Allie was being well cared-for, and that she was out from under the bed! Kim took great care of my apartment, too, and she was thoughtful with her daily communication and pictures. I will welcome her back anytime!

Hector

Hector and Laura were absolutely great and I would highly recommend them for sitting. Sadly, one of our cats, Minou, died during the week they were with us (she had already gone to the vets before they arrived, however), and both were so kind and sweet in supporting that situation. They took great care of Hank and Sabine and left our home beautifully clean and tidy during their stay. We’d love to have them back any time again. Thank you!

After a previous pet sitter cancelled last minute Kath appeared like an angel and saved the day. She was brilliant to deal with and kept us in the loop with everything. We came home to a very happy cat and a beautifully tidy and clean home. Cannot sing her praises more!

Lindy

Maya was a wonderful sitter. She looked after our dog so well and spoilt her rotten!  She sent us regular video updates and checked for permission before she did anything out of the ordinary with Bonnie. 
We were concerned as Bonnie had never been away from us before but Maya looked after her as if she was her own, and Bonnie was in excellent health when we returned. 
We had literally finished a renovation the day before Maya arrived and she was super understanding of the house not being totally unpacked and some items not available. Normally, we would have left them but in the haste of inspections etc we forgot, but Maya went with the flow. 

I’d recommend her and have her at our home again.
