Jay, did a great job. He came on short notice and did very well with Patch and Biggie. Jay took a couple pics of the dogs and sent them to me. He also kept in good contact with updates every few days. We would definitely have Jay sit again. The house was very clean, neat and tidy when we returned home with laundry being done and the guest bed made with clean linens.
We had a wonderful experience in this house sitting. We were super welcomed. Kris and Vicki were really generous with us and they made us feel at home. The two cats (Milky and chicken) are such lovely souls. Milky was really close to us since the first day. Furthermore, he used to hang out with us every night. However, Chicken was a bit shy the first days but after a week, he was more sociable and friendly. The house is amazing, especially, the location. It is close to the city centre and also to beautiful hikes. It is great if you like outdoor sports. The house has all the facilities and stunning views. Highly recommended!
Kerry and John were very welcoming and showed us around before they left. We enjoyed looking after the hens, such cheerful creatures, and easy to care for. Collected loads of eggs! We stayed in one of the three lovely self-catering cottages that Kerry and John have at the former farm that is their home; the cottage was cosy, comfortable and very well equiped. We kept in touch with Kerry by whatsapp throughout our stay. The area (Snowdonia and Anglesey on the door-step) is beautiful, spoilt for choice for exploring! Thank you Kerry and John for a very enjoyable sit.
I appreciate that Tracy invited me to arrive the day before the sit to get to know all of the pets and routines. Tracy's home was spotless and very comfortable. I made use of the large table for my genealogy paperwork and binders. Buddy was a delight who enjoyed frequent brushings and walks. Charlie was very entertaining with her inquisitive nature. She stood guard by the door while Buddy and I took multiple daily walks and she greeted us on our return. I enjoyed the songs the birds provided daily and the fish were always colorful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with a multitude of good restaurants and stores nearby and friendly neighbors. I highly recommend Tracy because of her hospitality and the great company of her menagerie.
Saskia is a big softie and lovelyest girl that I know in the whole Radnstad area. 🥰 She is a bit shy at first, but easily warms up to you as soon as she sniffs you and sees your presence around her. She loves to be petted and brushed, after which she goes into a loud "purr-purr" mode, which is absolutely adorable. Hadrien and Anne-Sophie are wonderful hosts, they fully oriented me about the house, gave me detailed care instructions for the furbaby and left the house clean and in good order for my arrival. Had a wonder sit with Saskia and absolutely fell in love with that fluffy girl. Strongly recommend the seat. 🐾💫✨
We had a great time at Tanja’s! Her house is beautiful and there are plenty of great places to either walk or bike to in RO. Tesla, Pavlov, Louie, and Jonas were all sweet and fun to be around. Tanja provided us with good instructions and kept in contact. We would do it again if it ever worked out!

Pip looked after our 2 dogs while we were on holiday and they were treated like her own and looked after.They were loving life. She does a trail night to make sure that both dogs were happy and started the initial bond with them to help settle them in while we were away. We would definitely use Pip again as we had the comfort of knowing our dogs were loved looked after. We were updated and received pics showing how happy they were. Which made us relaxed so we enjoyed our holiday more. We have already booked her for our next holiday. We would definitely give Pip 5 Stars
We feel so lucky to have found Wags and Whiskers. Pip has been a huge help with our new puppy Penny, who absolutely adores her. Penny has had home visits, walks and boarded. Penny has the best time and we feel completely reassured knowing she’s with Pip. Would definitely recommend.

We've used We Love Pets Bridgend cat sitting service twice now, and can highly recommend. They ask lots of questions about your pet's personality and are very accommodating of all their little quirks. We got photos and updates every day we were away which really put our minds at ease, since we were nervous to leave them for such a long time. Very happy and will not hesitate to use again :)

Great service! We have used the service before with our previous dog but now have another rescue who was initially quite reactive but has mellowed considerably. We were worried about whether a sitter would work with our Jess, who can be quite hit and miss with strangers, but we gradually built up a great relationship with a couple of the walkers who were able to read Jess’ moods and body language brilliantly and responded with the appropriate behaviour required. The team is very understanding about ‘difficult’ dogs and have been so good with our Jess that I think she might even prefer her sitters to her owners. Communication is excellent, the service is faultless and I am very grateful to the wonderful ladies Sarah and Emma that allow me to work shifts without worrying about Jess. Thank you guys x

Amazing, amazing, amazing! We have a very nervous super high energy springer spaniel. With her being so nervous it's stressful leaving her with anyone but the team have been absolutely incredible with our mad dog. So patient and she gets a proper run around everyday which makes life so much easier when we come home from a busy day at work. Rufus is a regular visitor and is always happy to arrive and happy when we collect , after a good sniff round reception he walks in without a backward glance! . Reassuring to know he is in good hands while we are away and Julie & Mike and their team are always extremely helpful.
Chief had his first long holiday at Crosslands Kennels and he loved it! A very happy boy returned home to us :-) We were initially nervous about leaving him for that long period, given he’s only 22mths old, a big boy and still in training to work on impulse control. Given his head strong behaviour we thought he would be a challenge, but Crosslands proved to be more than capable and their expertise and passion for what they do meant for a great experience for both Chief and us - hugely impressed and he’s looking forward to his next stay! Also, a big shout out for their grooming services as Chief looked so handsome when he came home. Double coated is hard work….kudos to the team :-)
Our Springer Woody has been lucky enough to be cared for, the last two years while we have taken a family holiday by this wonderful team. The first time we left him last year, I cried like a fool as he’d never been left before, but I needn’t have worried! He had the best care & subsequently we booked again for this year. I won’t go anywhere else now. The owners & the whole team are just amazing & I feel that I can relax for a week knowing our boy is being so well cared for. This is the first time I had put my Giggs into a kennel. After calling around, it was Julie and their team that made me feel most comfortable and relaxed. Giggs stayed with Crosslands for 4 days. I can't thank Julie and their team enough for how well they looked after Giggs. They even sent us a postcard of Giggs and how happy he looked running around the field there. I will be recommending Crosslands and will absolutely be using them again. He's fallen back into his routine of sleeping right away.
Just picked up our Bruce after a 10 night stay. He can be a bit temperamental on times but I know he is always well looked after by the girls and gets daily cuddles which is always so reassuring. Thank you for looking after him so well xx

I have been using Crosslands Kennels for over 30 years and they have looked after four of our dogs over that time. I would not take them anywhere else. The staff are always caring and the kennelling is spacious and immaculately clean. When we arrive to drop off our present dog, Willow the lab, she is always willing to walk off with the kennel maid she wags her tail and hardly looks back. It is assuring to know that she will be well looked after and given expert care, lots of cuddles and exercise while we enjoy our holiday. We also use the grooming parlour usually having Willow bathed and groomed before picking her up so would also recommend their services. All in all Willow is given a first class service from everyone. My dogs have stayed at these kennels several times over the last 2 years. Never ever had an issue. Lovely caring staff always helpful putting the care of the dogs first as far as I can see. Dogs always happy when dropping them off. As they plenty of walks with the girls. Also a nice little touch was some photos sent to me of the dogs out running around the field enjoying them selves. Henry has been going to Crosslands kennels for almost 4 years since he was a little puppy. Julie and the girls are great with him and I know he is well looked after. Henry happily walks in when it’s time to stay there so that speaks volumes. I will happily leave Henry at Crosslands kennels.

Caroline and family have been amazingly supportive in helping us with our puppy Mali. They have a wonderful environment at their home where she is allowed lots of freedom surrounded by people who genuinely love animals:-) I couldn't have wished for a happier and secure place for Mali to be . Caroline and her family come to our home whilst we are at work to walk Mali for us. They go the extra mile and accommodate us however they can. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found such a caring environment. I would recommend Caroline to anyone!

My husband and I can’t thank Lyn at Lead and Feed enough for her incredible service she provided in looking after our dog Gus at our home as well as escorting him to our wedding in August. It was one of the hottest days of the year and Lyn pulled out all the stops to make sure Gus was cool, comfortable and happy at all times. She provided us with some gorgeous photos and videos from her time with Gus which showed just how much he loved spending time with her. It is incredibly difficult finding someone who is able to look after our dog as he can be reactive with other dogs, and so many home boarders have dogs of their own, so the fact that Lyn was able to stay in our own home was amazing. She was kind, patient and Trustworthy and provided a very professional service. We will definitely be using her home boarding service again and would recommend her wholeheartedly to absolutely anyone with a fur baby. Thankyou so much again Lyn, from Beth , Josh and Gus!
Lyn really knows about dogs and deeply cares about dogs. I trust her with my boy to keep him safe and very well cared for. Especially when he was a young.
Lyn has been taking care of Bertie, our very important cuddly therapy office dog. Bertie is always so excited when Lyn arrives, ready to take him out for his daily adventure. We have 2 dogs, Violet and Bobo. Like most dog owners their well being and happiness is paramount to us. So having found Lyn and Jez about 7 years ago when looking for a home to home for Violet while we were away for a week was heaven sent! Lyn is amazing with all the dogs in her care and they adore her. I couldn't recommend her pet care services highly enough.
We were lucky to find Lyn & Jez for our dog Ellie. Ellie has been going regularly for the past 6yrs and she loves it. It is like a second home and Ellie loves the varied and stimulating walks that the group go on. Lyn always goes the extra mile and has helped us in emergency care at short notice and even bought Ellie to our wedding so that she could walk down the isle with us on our special day. Oscar, my 5 month old labrador, was really well looked after by Sue. She obviously loves dogs and was so calm about having an energetic puppy in the house. It was lovely for Oscar to have Sue's own 2 dogs to play with and he had a fab time. I would highly recommend Sit 'n' Stay and Sue accommodated us at very short notice so thank you Sue
Sue is a lovely lady who has looked after our two cats on a couple of occasions and we can certainly recommend her. She has been pet sitting for 25 years so you can be assured that your animals are in experienced hands. She always messages to let us know how they are, and we return to happy cats - what more could we ask for?

Sue checks all the pet's documentation, jabs need to be up to date, and she insists on a "Meet and Greet" to check that our dog will live alongside hers and any other dogs staying there. Our JRT had his bed in the kitchen and we took his bedding, a favourite toy, enough food and treats for the stay and his harness. There is a small, well-planned enclosed garden with a lawn and high fences all round - just as well, because our little chap is an escaper! He loves going there and I prefer him to have a home stay rather than kennels now that he's getting on in years. I'd recommend Sue to anyone, she loves and understands dogs.

Our 10 month old lab has been for her 2nd daycare this week. She is a nervy little thing who loves dogs but is nervous of people, we wanted to get her in somewhere to build her confidence and we have found the perfect place! Penny and family have been brilliant. They are very strict on the dogs that come to them (as they should!) and I was worried that my pup would be too reactive to people, but Penny has been so supportive and patient and taking her back this week was a sure sign we have done the right thing, her tail was wagging and she didn’t bark on drop off. I’m so glad to have found such a great place for our girl! Thank you Penny!
Although we’ve had dogs for many years owning a rescue greyhound meant we had to find somewhere secure for Bryn’s off lead exercise. Finding Anglewood Lodge close to our home was a godsend. The exercise paddock is secure with fencing around it’s huge perimeter and it’s set in a lovely location. There is always drinking water available for dogs as they exercise and even a paddling pool for them to cool down in the summer. And, a bench for us owners to sit on. We have also used their boarding service whilst attending a wedding as we didn’t want to use conventional kennels. He stayed happily with Penny and Charlie sleeping in the house enjoying the company of the other dogs and was treated like one of the family We happily recommend Angelwood Lodge’s facilities and services to other dog owners

Just picked up a very happy and contented spaniel after a weeks stay at Angelwood… he obviously had a great holiday! I will definitely be booking him in again… so good to find somewhere we can leave him, knowing he will have such great care!
Our springer spaniel puppy is now just a year old and we have already used Angelwood Lodge three times. Daisy is a very energetic dog but being so young her recall still requires work. Knowing that Penny and Charlie have a large secure area in which Daisy can run free and burn off all her energy coupled with staying in a home environment with other similar dogs means we can still enjoy trips that are not conducive to taking dogs knowing she is on her holidays too! Penny has previously sent me a photo of Daisy curled up with one of their own springers Kol. Daisy comes home exhausted! Angelwood really has taken the stress out of leaving Daisy and for us is a much better option than a kennel, she is treated as one of the family. Thank you Penny and Charlie x
If you need somewhere to let your dog off then this field is massive and gives them plenty of space to run free. You have exclusive use and on your first visit they show you around and how to know if someone is already in the field. We used it for a bit of training and for him to enjoy some freedom off the lead.
Another happy stay with Penny for Freddie! He's an old boy now and loves his home comforts, so plain old kennels are not for him - but staying with Penny is in a different league! Once again we came back to find him stretched out on the sofa and clearly happy and relaxed - which is exactly how we want him to be while we are away. And if we know that he is happy and being well looked after then we can relax on our holidays. Thank you, Penny, we (or rather Freddie!) will be back!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all that work at Anglewood! I moved to South Wales just after Christmas due to working as a nurse I didn’t want to leave my dog for the 12hours I would be at work for. I also wasn’t to keen on a dog walker as I she would still be left for some time. My dog was welcomed into the family and very quickly felt like it was her second home. She now gets excited when we pull up the drive of Angelwood, so I know she loves it there. She is able to run round with all her friends in the large garden and also very big house. They have also been so accommodating by dropping her off at home when I work late and also collecting her when I need to leave early. Also when I have been running late and my shifts have been changed they have accommodated us no problem. I couldn’t be more greatful.Before I met penny and the family I didn’t think I would be able to fulfil my dream of having my own dog because of my job but now 7months in we are very happy. Penny also offers advice as it’s the first time I have owned a female dog, when she came in season she could advise me on how to look after her properly and she also changed the dynamic of her house hold so Lola could still go to day care even still in season! Lola also stays over night and he’s her very own bed. Thank you penny and all your family! I could not recommend you all enough.
Charlie & Penny are the greatest dog sitters that I have ever come across. They treat your dog as their own & go the extra mile to create a home away from home. They have been looking after my dog for several years & I would recommend them to everyone.
This is excellent centre for both day trips and overnight stays for our doggie friends. The staff are knowledgeable and caring and have a genuine love of our canine companions. The centre is well placed with a large field for their regular exercises and there are areas where they can chill out in heated purpose built indoor areas which includes thoughtful touches such as sofas to make our furry friends feel at home. The overnight kennel area has large spaces for their stay so that animals ought not to feel caged in.
I’ve been taking my dogs to Glyntawel for about 6-7 years as boarders and daycare. Jayne and her staff are amazing and so caring with the dogs. The standard of the kennels is top notch. The freedom available is field to run in, a dog house for when it’s raining which is furnished with chairs and settees. They do agility, grooming and anything else your dog requires. What more can I say other than Glyntawel comes highly recommended.
My boy Griff has been lucky enough to have been cared for by Glyntawel twice a week for nearly two years. No daycare/kennel/boarding service, that I’m aware of, come close to the level of care and affection the team at Glyntawel provide. I feel blessed that Jayne and Dean set up their incredible luxury dog boarding hotel within my local area. Other than the outstanding grounds, agility park, slow running brook (which includes Griffs favourite high dive pond) and the fantastic fully furnished “log cabin” style snug, Glyntawels over-night boarding facilities are second to none. I very rarely write reviews on anything, I’m of the belief that I’ll “make up my own mind” on the place. I wrote this review because of how impressed and thankful I felt today while picking up my boy Griff his favourite place. Impressed because of how well Jayne and Dean run the show and thankful for that Griff loves it there so much that he never wants to leave!!
Would highly recommend Jayne and all the other amazing people from Glyntawel to anyone and everyone that needs dog boarding. They are so caring towards the dogs, and really give my boy the time of his life whilst I'm working away. He is always so excited to get out of the car when I drop him off, and the videos show just how fantastic and well looked after he is there. Completely takes the anxiety away from leaving him behind and would never go anywhere else for boarding ❤️
I just love everything about Glyntawel. Jayne and the staff are all wonderful and friendly and the place is just lovely. A big field with a small river for runs and then log cabins for the dogs to hang out in with their friends. My dog loves going here so much she cannot wait to get out the car and most of the time actually doesn’t want to come home. What more could you want!
100% recommend Glyntawel doggy day/night care! My labradoodle loves going. He cries with excitement as soon as we get onto the common. Jane ,Dean & staff are amazing with the dogs. They know each individual needs for them. Can't praise them enough.

Amazing staff and a superb natural environment for the dogs to romp around in. Fantastic ethics in regards to your pets at Glyntawel they fully understand peoples anxiety and the dogs when they are left for periods of time. My three dogs have stayed at Glyntawel a few times now and they absolutely love it!! It’s so nice to know that they are having a good time when you go away. Regular updates on how their day has been are very reassuring too!
We highly recommend Jayne and team at Glyntawel. It’s always hard to decide where’s best to leave your VIDs as there’s lots of choices at varying costs. We contacted Jayne to discuss and arrange the meet and greet. Jayne was really helpful and answered all our queries. When we had the meet and greet, we met one of the team on a busy day when there were lots of other guests (Very Important Dogs) there. Our first impression was how clean everything was and how happy the VIDs all were, all out in the sun playing. Our three are nervous but settled really quickly and loved exploring. We booked them in for a couple of nights and as soon as they realised where they were when we parked, they couldn’t wait to get out of the car and go in. Jayne posts pics and videos on Facebook so you can see them while you’re away, looked like they had just a good a break as us!! When we collected them, they were clean, happy and really comfortable with the team. We’ve also taken them to the groom pod there for their haircuts and Charlene is also excellent. They couldn’t wait to see Jayne again when we arrived. Their haircuts were great so we’ve booked in again. They were relaxed with Charlene so we’re happy.
I've been using Able Pet Care as a pet sitting and occasional dog walking service for the last 3 years. Wayne has a great relationship with my dog in the year he has looked after her. We have been using Able Pet Care for years and Wayne is absolutely fantastic. We have regular dog walks each week and he also comes and looks after our cats when we are away from the house. Wayne has walked my Husky Shay and my Akita Misty for over 3 years now and he's absolutely brilliant. Whenever I need a last minute walk for them or a trip to the vets, Wayne is always there to help. I had another dog walker for years who was great, so I was naturally nervous having to change to someone new, but I could not have asked for anyone better. Not only do I highly recommend him, but my dogs do too,they absolutely adore him. They get so excited when they hear his van driving into the street and they smother him with kisses when he arrives. Even when my Husky passed away a year ago, Wayne was there for me and helped me through it. Not many dog walkers would do that. I wouldn't have anyone else, thank you Wayne x
Wayne stepped in to care for my two cats while I was away & did a fantastic job. I can highly recommend him - he’s got a wonderful way with animals. I went away reassured that they were in very good hands.
Wayne always sends us updates to reassure us. The kittens are not stressed for having to stay in a cattery and we have no stress leaving them. Wayne have furbaby sat our babies lots of times. Once they got used to him (which was very quick) they ran down the stairs the moment he came through the door to gladly except the food offers and playtime. He is affordable and such a priceless reassurance. We know the house is safe and our babies are well taken care of. He makes notes on their favourite toys and food specifics. (On of ours is fussy and the other is on a diet.) He always comes for a chat first when picking up they key. Making sure he has the right specifics. You need to go on a trip but have furbabies you can't take with you?Able Pet Care is a much needed reassurance! Totally recommend his care and kindness. He is an animal lover through and through.
Having Wayne look after my 2 precious cats gives me great peace of mind. They absolutely love the play time with Wayne and I get photos and videos when I am away - so I can see they are happy and safe. So much better than being in a Cattery, they are looked after in their own environment and I'm sure they don't miss me at all. Thank you Wayne 😻😻😻
My Harry loves his Uncle Wayne. I love the pics and films taken while out on their adventures- posted with a large dollop of humour. Nothing is too much trouble. Very trustworthy and clearly loves the animals in his care. Thanks Wayne x
