Janell was absolutely fantastic. That doesn't even begin to cover it. Janell stepped in at the last minute, when several previously booked sitters had to drop out for a variety of reasons. She arrived, took over from the sitter who is already on the job, as that sitter could only cover half the dates, and immediately started impressing us. She settled right in like she’d always been here. Nothing fell through the cracks. Our guy Leo got daily walks, oatmeal baths for his sensitive skin, and tons of treats and cuddles. Janell kept in touch with us via WhatsApp, sending pictures and videos every day. And at the end of the sit, she even crafted a video montage set to music of all the adventures she and Leo had, as a going away present for us! And when health issues caused us to have to extend our stay in the states by a week, Janell just rolled with it & immediately agreed to cover the new dates of the sit, even though this meant that she had to cancel a previously booked personal trip. Amazing! I can’t say enough good things about Janell. If she ever drops into your feed, snap her up immediately. As word of her competence, conscientiousness, and good humor make their way through the zeewoi community, I promise you, she will be in very, very high demand!

Andrea was wonderful with our dogs. Her experience and love for animals showed from her first interactions with our dogs who can be anxious when meeting new people. She loves to hike and took our dogs on long hikes daily sending us photos of their adventures. If you have active dogs Andrea is the sitter for you, she is an avid hiker. She also gave them lots of love and snuggles at home. We returned to a clean home with happy dogs who obviously enjoyed Andrea’s company, exercise and love. We would be thrilled to have her stay again in the future.

Robert did an excellent job looking after our kitty, plants, and apartment. I highly recommend him to anyone else seeking a reliable & responsible house/pet sitter!

Justine & Cayla were great sitters! They took excellent care of our house and dog while sitting, and were very self-sufficient which allowed us to relax while on our trip. We would definitely recommend them!

Angela and Samson are great petsitters! They both have obvious experience with animals. I really enjoyed Angela’s photo updates throughout the weekend. I would happily have them petsit again. :)

We were SO lucky to have secured Susan to come and care for our dog, Tinsley! She is kind, personable, conscientious, and an obvious pet lover. When our departing flight changed, Even though it impacted her remote work schedule, Susan kindly accommodated that change by arriving earlier in the day than originally planned. That was so appreciated. We had ample time to go over Tinsley's routine and the workings of the house. Susan asked great questions and we left feeling totally comfortable that she was the person caring for our dog. There needed to be a hand-off of Tinsley to a friend for a few hours at the end of Susan's time at our house, and communication there went seamlessly. Susan was in touch confiming details before the sit, and communication during and even afterwards was excellent. We received much-appreciated updates and photos during our time away. We returned to an immaculate house with everything in order, and truly appreciated that. Best of all, Tinsley remained in her daily routine with loving and excellent care. She is always our priority. Pet owners would be beyond fortunate to have Susan come to care for their pets. We felt like we won the pet sitter lottery! We hope that Susan might be able to return someday, but fear that we will be competing with others who have experienced not only a great pet sitter, but a wonderful person!

Nata and her family are great. This is the third time they've sat for us, and every time they have been very communicative, conscientious about the cats, and tidy with the house. Nata always sends plenty of pictures and videos of the cats, which we also really appreciate. We'd gladly welcome them back anytime!

Kira and Riley watched over our home and three dogs Daisy, Dahlia, and Fritz. From the very beginning, Kira and Riley were both extremely professional and communicative. We immediately started receiving updates such as flight itineraries once they were confirmed for the sit. This gave us peace of mind that everything was going to run smoothly. Kira and Riley arrived on island few days before our sit and came over to meet me and the pups in person. From the very beginning of their first meet, the dogs were extremely comfortable with Kira and Rileys’ positive communication and love. While we were gone, we received numerous photo and video updates that helped give us peace of mind. They treated our dogs, exactly how we treat them… as family. We returned home to a very cleaned and organized home and guest room. We would love for them to come back as repeat sitters in the future. 

Mark was great. He took fantastic care of my girls and sent lots of photos and updates. Mark was also incredibly understanding when we had an AC issue. He was willing to meet with the HVAC service tech and was willing to stay in the house, without AC, which I would not allow. He moved to a hotel without complaint or issue and made time to come back and check that the girls were comfortable and well cared for. I would recommend him to anyone.

Hope and Kasen took great care of Charlie and left our place clean. I would recommend them to other pet owners!

Stacey was a great sitter. She kept me well-informed and my dog and house were in great shape when I got home!
