Once again Kent and Kathy were fantastic sitters. I had another Sitter confirmed for these dates and due to a completely unforeseen work obligation, she had to cancel only a week ahead. I reached out to Kent and Kathy with hopes they were willing and able to sit on such short notice. They were!!! They can be counted on to arrive on time, be fully familiar with the Welcome Guide, send photos and updates, take care of everything needed, and leave the house just as tidy as I left it. I’m lucky they like my house and critters! They are welcome back any time.
What a delight it was, getting to stay at Patti's and sitting for sweet Noa! Patti's home is gorgeous and well maintained and there were so many comforts to enjoy, including an inversion table, whole house water filtration and her very own labyrinth! The neighborhood was great. It's a special place tucked away, yet still relatively close to downtown.
What a beautiful home! I wish I could have stayed longer, because I really enjoyed this sit. Olive and Margo are very sweet, playful and loved to cuddle (and so did I). The instructions for feeding all the animals were very clear and easy to do. The surroundings are beautiful and there are loads of paths to go for a walk. And the guestroom felt like a little apartment! Very nice decorated and a clean bathroom. Overall: recommend! =)
Sully was the BEST companion. Tess and Ian keep a clean, comfortable home, and are incredibly amenable. Sully listens/minds very well, is a good and hilarious fetcher, and likes to be nearby, providing excellent company/warmth snuggled up on the couch on cool Jackson nights. Would sit here again in a heartbeat!
This was a fantastic sit! Jacob was a wonderful host who warmly welcomed me into his home and prepared me for my few-week stay. He gave me many recommendations and tips during my time there and maintained consistent communication. The home is in a great location! There are many shops, markets, and restaurants one street over. There is also a fantastic park to explore with the dogs. The area is very accessible by public transportation. The home itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Sean and Joey!! These two are such well-behaved dogs that get along with each other so well. They both loved to be around me wherever I was. Sean is more independent and preferred more space. Joey, in contrast, was always by my side. They were truly the best duo to come home to after a few hours out of the house. Sean and Joey were an absolute pleasure to take care of. I would highly recommend applying for future sits of Jacobs!
My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Turid's beautiful & serene house. We also had a lot of fun playing with the cats, enjoying 3 different personalities. Turid also left us with detailed info about the cats, the house and things to do in the area. Thanks for trusting us with your lovely home and pets :-)
We loved watching Zuzu and Lisa’s home was very clean and comfortable. Lisa was super accommodating to our plans and gave great recommendations for food in the area. Her notes for Zuzu’s care and about the home were very detailed. We had everything we needed for Zuzu who was a great walker, so sweet, and just the cutest pup. We would love to watch her again!

Just brilliant! We left our 2 year old German Shepherd with Lesley and John for 4 days. This was the first time she had been away from us, and I was really anxious. Lesley took all the time I needed to answer my questions and was very reassuring that our dog would be well looked after and that they were very experienced with big dogs. It could not have gone better for us. John took the dog straight into the kennel as soon as we arrived with no fuss and no time for any of us, including the dog, to get stressed. We picked up a really calm and relaxed dog, who was obviously very comfortable around Lesley and John. Thank you so much Kookie Kennels, it's great to know that we have somewhere to leave the dog when we need to go away and know that she will be well cared for.
Put our Jack Russell Daisy into Kookie Kennels for a three week stay over this November and on return it was obvious our dog had a great time and was returned to us a very happy and healthy dog. Can't thank Lesley enough for the job she did looking after Daisy. Absolute professional and caring outfit.

"If Carlsberg did Kennels" Left our year old Border Collie Abe with John and Lesley for 16 days after they were recommended to us by a close friend. He absoloutely loved his stay and came home very relaxed and happy They went above and beyond to provide for him as he has struggled in.previous kennels and become very stressed.. Lesley and John are not only thouroughly proffesional in what they do but also extremely nice people. They made my wife and I feel at ease about his stay from the first telephone conversation and that continued throughout the whole process. In addition to all that we were given realy useful tips about training and enrichment with both John and Lesley having extensive knowledge about dogs. There enthusiasm is contagious! We've used these kennels 3 times now and Angus really likes going there. Lesley and John are very good with the dogs and Angus gets very excited to see them when he arrives there. The kennels are very new and clean and each kennel is completely separated from the neighbouring kennel which I think is more calming and less stressful for the dogs as they can't see the other dogs surrounding them. I wanted to book some dates for our dog here this month at short notice and unfortunately they are full so I have been trying to find alternative accommodation for my dog. There are quite a few other kennel businesses who discriminate against particular breeds such as bull breeds and refuse to take them so we have had some issues finding somewhere as nice as Kookie kennels to look after our big rescue bull breed dog. :( I would definitely recommend Kookie kennels.

Our rescue dog Oscar (a Doberman) was going into kennels for the first time since only being with us for 2 years. He didn’t take to life in rescue centres before having had multiple owners, had lost half his body weight and was very wary of humans. We were very nervous how he would be. Can’t say enough how professional and helpful Lesley was when making the booking. Totally interested in Oscar and such a great manner. Picked him up after 2 weeks holiday and he was great. Lesley and John both were brilliant. We know Oscar was looked after as it looked like he didn’t want to leave! Would have no hesitation in leaving him at Kookie Kennels in the future. Would just like to say a huge thank to Lesley and John, it’s obvious they are animal lovers, they take a personal interest in your pet which is so reassuring. First class service.

Our dog, Dennis, spent 9 nights with John and Lesley earlier this month. I can't speak highly enough of the kennels that they own and run. He's not the easiest character around other dogs and was still having to take it easy after having cruciate ligament surgery. Lesley and John took time to think about what would work best for him while he was there and we could go on holiday without worrying! He came out a very happy boy and will be a regular visitor in the future!😊
Highly recommend. I put my wee yorkie in for a week and was worried as he has never been away for that long before and can be slightly anxious but absolutely nothing to worry about. He loved it and was looked after very very well by Lesley and John. After going to see many kennels I knew instantly this was the one as I got the best vibe from them both and could tell they are great at looking after the dogs. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Taylor Made Activities have been looking after our Sprocker now for 6 months and it has become his home away from home. He loves it there and is very well looked after. We receive a very high level of service and would recommend Andy and the team to any dog owner.
Andy and Alfie provide an excellent service. Our chocolate lab Bruce watches for them every day. The service they provide is second to none, the dogs get a full hour of walking in the country. Bruce also boards there while we go on holiday. The dogs stay in the house and get treated as part of the family. Andy and Alfie took care of our 2 dogs for years. Both dogs loved them and would sit outside waiting for them to arrive. Sadly both dogs passed away from old age but if/when we get other dogs, we'll definitely use them again. Would recommend them to anyone who loves their dogs.

Andy and Alfie have been walking my german shepherd for the last 3 years. She always gets her full hour sometimes longer and she bounds out of the door with excitment everytime they come. Andy not only walks and boards our dog but gives us tips and advice along the way. Nothing is ever too much trouble. 5* service.

Our puppy Great Dane stayed with Maria for just under a week and had a brilliant time. I can’t thank Maria enough for looking after our dog like her own ! Maria was brilliant and very communicative through our full holiday. We got daily messages, photos & videos which was reassuring for us as this was our first time using this type of service. I have never left my 14 year old Laso Charlie before so was fairly anxious about going away for a week, how wrong I was.. He had a great time with Patricia and Scott I was kept updated on his adventures to the parks and day's he certainly was a happy wee dog, don't think he missed me at all. Patricia and Scott kept to all his routines around walks and food I couldn't have asked for better sitters, plus they picked him up and dropped him back home making life so much easier for me. Charlie has a home from home now and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these two lovely people.
Patricia and Scott recently took my labradoodle at very short notice. For a few days and then following week another few days. There fab people, you can tell they genuinely love animals and are good people. I got pics of her on her walks and she was loving life I just knew she was being well looked after. I've used kennels a few times it's just a whole different experience for them, one on one cuddles etc this is the way forward for your fur babies. I'll absolutely be using them In the future. Even better they offer a pick up and drop off service which is handy if you don't drive. Highly recommend this couple. Lovely people.
I needed my dog looked after at short notice and was able to secure a sitter at short notice. Patricia and Scott looked after him like he was their own, asked all the right questions and made sure they stuck to my dogs routine. Communication throughout was excellent, I was never worried or anxious about how my dog was. Will definitely be contacting them again next time I need a sitter.
My dog is just back from one week boarding with Maria from Maddies Mutts and she had a great time 🧡 We got daily updates of all the adventures that she had been on and all the friends that she made. This is the first that we have used a boarding service for her as she would normally stay with family when we are away and I was worried that she wouldn’t have settled but there was no need to worry at all. Maria was fantastic with her and made sure that she had a wonderful time. I cannot recommend this service enough and would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommend this service if like us you are worried about leaving your dog while you go on holiday. We got daily updates and pictures of what they done each day and kept informed the whole time. We went through a detailed care plan to ensure her routine was not disrupted and she was getting everything she needed. The couple she was placed with were amazing and ensured our very energetic Border Collie was never bored. Can't thank you all enough!
First time using a dog boarding company. I don’t like the idea of kennels and wanted a more 1-1 for my dog arnie. Madeline put me onto Gary who was absolutely great with arnie, got regular updates daily on how he was, pictures and videos sent to me everyday. Absolutely love Hartfield. I hate leaving Loki behind when we go away for a few days but the staff have honestly alleviated that feeling massively. They're all kind, genuine, and friendly; they knew my dog inside out within a day or 2, quirks I had even forgot to mention! I know my dog is in the best hands, and they even post videos or pictures on Facebook allowing you to see their antics! I would recommend this kennels to everyone, cannot rate them enough. They do book up quite far in advance though so make sure to get booked ASAP! Thank you Hartfield for the wonderful care you give to Loki when we're away, we'd be lost without you!

Highly recommend groomer/boarding for terriers! Our Lakeland Alfie absolutely loves visiting here, it’s an all in one for us! The staff know him and his likes and dislikes - super loyal to returning customers. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our baby! Thanks again, it never goes unnoticed that extra mile you go for a slightly nervous terrier with a big man attitude!
I’m not great with reviews as I always see the negative but here goes, I thought they were really professional with caring for my dog, I always think with pets it’s either pay loads to help them or sadly the other option, although we had to get my dog help I still felt a slight pressure to fork out hundreds essentially when they wanted her to go to a overnight vet care centre which I was told would be over £200 still they said they would try cutting my bill to do this and in the end I paid over what they estimated so just as well I never sent her to the overnight clinic I just couldn’t afford to. Overall they are a business I guess
“Princess” Lola home after 3 weeks holiday at Hartfield, sound asleep now. Daily updates outside(weather permitting) and inside also. Love that indoor/outdoor, individual walks if needed. Can’t fault, Lola happy going to Hartfield and today didn’t seem to fussed about coming home, obviously spoiled again!! Highly recommend & already booked for 2024.See you all soon xx See you all soon

Was nervous about leaving my dog in kennels for over two weeks. I needn't have worried. My dog loved it there. The kennels put videos on Facebook almost daily and it was great to see my dog having a great time and looking happy. When we collected him after our holiday he was obviously contented and when we let him off the lead to put him in the car he ran back into the kennels, tail wagging. He was very fond of the two girls we met who looked after him. Absolutely recommend these kennels and I can rest easy in future when we next go on holiday.
Pawz&Co is a brilliant daycare and very accommodating to my nervous French Bulldog Hugo who can be reactive. Steph, Linzi and team are wonderful, professional and true animal lovers. The facilities are fantastic with loads of space for parking and in the reception area for drop off and pick up. I wouldn’t put my pup anywhere else!
Livet, our daughter’s English Pointer goes to day care twice a week . She absolutely loves it ! The new facility is brilliant with lots of space outdoors with obstacles and vantage spots to watch out for snacks! There are cosy spaces indoors for those wet days . The videos are a testimony to how much fun all the pooches have . The drop off option has been invaluable for us. Everyone is so friendly. Would thoroughly recommend it. 🐕🦺
Our two pups love it at Pawz & Co. They have been going since they were pups and it has been brilliant for them in so many ways. They are so sociable and great with other dogs and people. Also, they are exhausted at the end of the day which is great! All the staff really love all the dogs and are so attentive. I know that when I drop them off at day care they are safe, happy and well looked after!
Soapy has been going here for a few years now. After trying many other daycare centres we finally found this one. They are absolutely amazing with the dogs and go above and beyond to help. All the staff are absolutely incredible. The new facilities are 5 star. As soon as we turn onto the road soapy goes absolutely mental in the back of the car. He can't get in quick enough. Highly recommend paws & Co if your looking for daycare. Thankyou everyone for looking after our boy 💯❤️
Absolutely love Pawz&Co, my boy (a 4 year old rescue) has been going on and off for the last few years and gets super excited whenever I drop him off and always comes out super happy and tired. The team are great with him and very friendly too, it's always very easy to arrange booking him in. They have plenty of staff and the new facilities are beautiful and spacious. There is also a groom room (Michelle does this and is brilliant with him as he's not keen on water). Would highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for either a half or full day daycare for your dog(s), costs are good as well.
My dog goes absolutely mad with excitement in the mornings when I tell him we're going to meet his pals. He can't get in the car quick enough! I can't praise the staff enough for all the work they do. The love they show to my dog, and all of the others in their care, is second to none 🤩. I cannot recommend Pawz & Co. enough!
Could not recommend Pawz&Co highly enough. It's an amazing set up for the dogs, they've got different areas for different sized dogs. Indoor and outdoor areas. They're always trying their absolute best every day e.g. paddling pools and water play. Most of all they absolutely love the dogs.

Pawz&co is an incredible doggy daycare service. All the staff are super helpful and Steph and Linz do a fab job with all the pups. My dog is reactive to dog walkers in the past but has no issues at Pawz&co and comes home wiped out after a day of fun. they have amazing themed parties for the pups at holidays too! And the updates on the stories on social media are lovely to see your pup having fun while you are at work 🐾 🐶
I can't thank Madeleine enough for looking after our boy Sully I messaged her last minute as I was really struggling to get him watched and I didn't like the idea of a cattery since he's an indoor cat and was passed around alot as a kitten. He was very well looked after and I was given daily updates on how he was doing including how much he ate and videos of him playing happily. We also ran into the issue of possibly not making it home on time due to train stikes and Madeleine was able to book is in for another visit for Sully to ensure he was happy and looked after. I'm usually the most anxious person when it comes to doing new things and leaving Sully who's only 1 however from the moment we met Madeleine I was so settled in knowing she was the best at her job and any cat in her care is No.1 priority I would whole heartedly recommend Madeleine to anyone who needs their cat or kitten watched. 100% will be rebooking the next time we go away.
Madeleine looked after our boy Archie for 2 weeks while we were on holiday. We loved our daily updates with videos and pictures. Archie always looked happy and relaxed which let us carry on our holiday without a worry. We would absolutely use Madeleine again.
I used Madeleine’s Moggies for the first time this week. My cat is not good with strangers and I was expecting him just to hide as soon as she came in to feed him. However, her cat whispering ways have worked a miracle and she has actually managed to coax him out of his wardrobe hiding spot! And even managed to pet him too. I felt very reassured by the thorough care plan completed during Madeleine’s initial visit and the level of detail she wanted from me, especially since my cat has heart problems. He has been very well cared for, and all his meds administered correctly. Madeleine has spent a lot of time with him winning his trust and I really appreciate her efforts. I feel reassured about booking further trips as I know my cat will be so well looked after. Madeleine really is an animal lover and it shows in her level of care. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for pet sitting. It’s such a relief when you find someone you can trust!
Jenn from Madeleine’s Moggies is honestly amazing. From day dot she has shown her love for my fur babies and treats them so well when I’m away. Fantastic and genuine help from Jenn who came to feed and pet my two indoor cats for a few days recently. This is the first time I have used a cat sitting service, very responsive and helpful to set up and included a short introductory meeting as well as a very comprehensive approach to agreeing a care plan. Very much appreciated Jenn’s regular updates, photos and videos… all very reassuring and fun. And as well as commandeering her lap and gratefully accepting plenty of strokes and cuddles, the cats appreciated her introducing them to ‘Cat TV’!!

This Lady looked after our cat BUDDY for week while on holiday unfortunately he took unwell before we left and we’re worried sick about leaving.Madeleine was so good at giving him his medication as required. She sent us photos and a video to reassure us while we were away.unfortunately due to his illness he has passed away and not only us but Madeleine is totally devastated by his passing.we could not recommend her highly enough first class cat sitter so passionate about her charges. Jenn from Madeleines Moggies came to look after our cat while we were away for the week and I can’t recommend the service enough. Daily photos and videos allowed me to relax knowing he was in good care, I had been anxious to leave him and it allowed me to relax and enjoy the week away! Initially reached out on one of my friend's recommendation and can honestly say i couldn't be happier with Madeleines services! She went above and beyond my expectations and saved me from tonnes of stress when she offered to take in my 17wk old kitten instead of regular visits. I was naturally worried leaving her for 10 days but Madeleine kept me updated with regular photos and videos, which ensured me she was basically on mini spa break while I was away. Furthermore, Madeleine was incredibly helpful and flexible when my return flight got cancelled and was happy keeping my kitten for an extra day at short notice, even offering to drop her off at my house as I was working the next day. I very rarely leave reviews but Madeleines service exceeded my expectations in all ways possible so wanted to share my experience in case it helped any future clients who may be hesitant to travel abroad leaving their kittens behind as Madeleine is an excellent step mum for a holiday away!
Care has been super from start to finish. I was worried as my cat is 18 years old and not great in new surroundings but Madeleine and her team have been so friendly and helpful. Super transparent and great communication. I received regular updates and videos of how my guy was doing. Their prices were very reasonable compared to catteries. Great service first time using would highly recommend owners interact and post on Instagram so you can see pics vids of your fireball while away no complaints a know she was well looked after have already booked again later in year

Couldn't ask for better to look after your pet. Deborah takes really good care of your cat and genuinely cares about them. My cat Boba has been at her cattery a few times and there has never been any probms. Can't recommend highly enough.
This is the best cattery I have been to. The place is spotlessly clean you would not know your in a building full of cats not 1 smell. Owner is very pleasant and from.what I see very good at her job

I have two very elderly cats and have used North Ayrshire Pet Sitters for a few years. They have been great making sure both cats are safe and well and providing the daily medication. Its reassuring to get regular pictures and updates. Highly recommend their services.
North Ayrshire Pet sitters have looked after our 2 cats for over a year and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have had many occasions this year where I have had to travel down south for family emergencies and Lorraine has always managed to accommodate me and I’ve not had to worry about my cats once.
As one of North Ayrshire Pet Sitters earliest customers the fact that we are still using their service a decade later speaks for itself. We are now on our second generation of cats and always have complete peace of mind that they are being taken care of properly; not simply fed but getting play and fussing during the visits. We receive daily updates with pictures, and we know that we will come home to find them well tended and befriended.
Our cat Molly was recently looked after by the girls and we could not recommend them highly enough. They visited us before our holiday to meet us and Molly, gave us a time they would be visiting which was stuck to every day and send messages and pictures every day which put our minds at complete rest. Highly recommend Lorraine at North Ayrshire Pet Sitters. I have been using Lorraine for about 2 years since our eldest cat found it too stressful to go to cattery. Lorraine comes to the house, feeds them, sends updates and nothing is too much trouble, especially when I forget to leave extra treats. She also looks after the chickens, which is an added bonus. The kids love to get a picture through of the cats snoozing around the house. I trust Lorraine 100% and throughout the recent covid times she has put in extra reassuring measures. Highly recommend
Absolutely outstanding service from Lorraine and Lorna. Otto has come on no end with his confidence and is now out walking alongside his pals and spends the weekend sulking until Monday comes around again.
We have an oddball assortment of rescue and ex-feral cats so a cattery isn’t really an option for us. Also, asking friends or relatives to look in on our cats twice a day feels a bit too much when everyone is busy….but, thankfully, Lorraine from North Ayrshire Pet Sitters came to our rescue! We were able to go away for an over-night break, safe in the knowledge that Lorraine would be popping in to feed them their breakfast and dinner and making sure they were all ok. Lorraine sent us a wee picture of the cats when she popped in to see them, and I have to say it was really nice to see them looking content whilst we weren't there and gave us great peace of mind. We returned home to very happy cats! Based on our recent experience I would 100% highly recommend Lorraine from North Ayrshire Pet Sitters to anyone looking for a pet sitter.

Lorraine at North Ayrshire Pet Sitters has been looking after my 8 month pup for the last year and has been very accommodating with late requests due to my work schedule. She has been really great with my lab and always sends photos when out on walks or playing which is good updates. Lorraine is good with nervous or wary dogs as she is very patient and understanding .
I've been using this business for over 18 months now & Lorraine has taken my dog for walks in all kinds of weather, she has never let us down. I am disabled & was worried about my dog not getting enough exercise or having to be left alone too long while I attend hospital appointments so called on this business to help, I have never regretted it. My dog waits at the window for her to arrive every time so he's obviously happy & that's what I wanted. Trustworthy, cheerful & reliable, her attention to detail due to the Coronavirus lately has to be admired, her van has everything she needs to keep herself & her 'clients' safe. Highly recommend this business to look after your pets.
Skye just LOVES going to Yappie Dayz. He has made loads of new friends and gets to burn off energy and socialise in a safe and fun environment. Can't recommend enough for anyone that needs their fur baby looked after, safe in the knowledge that they are going to have an absolute ball.
Our 2 family dogs Harry and Olive come here once a week and they absolutely love it!! They can't get out the car quick enough to get inside. They can play indoors and outdoors with the other dogs. The outside area has lots of toys for them to play with as well as a paddling pool when it's hot outside! The girls always update the instagram page, tik tok and Facebook so you can have a wee nosey to see what the dogs are up too! Highly recommend this place, the dogs are so loved and well looked after.
Just the best doggy day care. Nicola, Chrissy & the others are amazing. My little dog is so excited to go there every week and they go above & beyond to make the dogs have the best time. They are fantastic.

My miniature schnauzer has been going for a month now 1 or 2 days per week and loves it! Looks great fun, lots of pics and video updates and Nicola is really accommodating with days.

Couldn't ask for anything more, Julie walks my Greyhound and he loves seeing her, Julie as always willing to help if possible if I'm sent away for work, really couldn't reccomend her any higher.
Julie has been walking my dogs for several years and I would not trust anyone else with the care of my dogs. My dogs are so happy to see Julie and I know they have a great time on their walks. I know that if I board my dogs with Julie they are treated as if they were her own dogs. If you want someone that takes care of your precious dogs and treats them with love then look no further. Dog walking is her business but she loves every dog in her care as if they were her own.
I have used Julie at Look Who’s Walking as a pet sitter for my house cat she was amazing with Autumn and looked after her so well would definitely recommend her pet sitting services and look forward to use your services again in the future thanks again Linda x
