Amy and Blair are wonderful people. I arrived the night before and was even offered dinner. There were clear instructions for everything and everything went smooth. The house is amazing in a great location with stunning views (the sunsets are fantastic). Claude and Jeff are easy-going boys and we really enjoyed each other’s company. They made sure to follow me around the house to keep me company. The neighborhood is peaceful and made for walking with dogs. We had a good time in our long walks around the neighborhood and then chilling at the house. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time caring for Joanne's beautiful Siamese kitties- Faeryn and Pippin! They were two of the sweetest and affectionate cats we have cared for yet, and often followed us around her home like dogs do. Speaking of homes- Joanne's is immaculate! Her house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and was perfectly clean on our arrival. Joanne was also very kind, considerate, and welcoming, and we would highly recommend caring for her beautiful fur babies if you ever have the chance. This truly was a delightful week for our family. Harvey is the best of dog huggers... Great for rainy days.. A total time waster(hours on the sofa!) and hopeful ball chaser. Delightful Dalli needed some gentle quiet time to adjust then found her forever place in my heart. I needed to keep her on a long lead to ensure I didn't drag Harvey trawling through the undergrowth or dunes when she decided to go a-wandering. Cathy and John are the best sort of humans.. Friendly, welcoming and generous-hearted. I was made to feel totally at home and found my time hugely rewarding and relaxing.
This was just a remarkable sit and experience. Junie is just such a wonderful, sweet, well-behaved love bug. We had a blast walking her to the local restaurant and dining outside while she just absorbed all the love and attention from everyone who saw her. She slept with us at night, walked the trails off leash, cuddled in our laps and was an angel riding in the car. We wanted to bring her home! Joan's beautiful home was the perfect place to spend time away from the cold New England January weather. She has every convenience you could want. We spent time in the pool, lazing on the hammock, walking the trails and exploring Santa Ana. Joan was a wonderful host who showed us where the market was, suggested restaurants and allowed us to use her car during our stay. A wonderful perk! She is a lovely, delightful woman who entertained us with stories of her travels and fascinating life. She kept in contact and was right on top of communicating when we had questions. If the opportunity arrives, grab this sit. We highly recommend it and would do it again.
Debbie & Chris were wonderful warm hosts; made sure we had everything we needed, however the enthusiastic greetings from the pets every time they saw us, especially Mango and Damson, made the sit an absolute delight, as can be expected the cats Wasabi & Negroni were more reserved but it was not long before they were watching TV with us. The house location in a little hamlet is ideal for exploring the Lake District and with beautiful country views and walks; we really loved this sit, and hope to be back soon. Regards Mike & Pam
