I enjoyed a wonderful month with Jolene and this has been my favourite sitting so far! Jolene is one of the most gentle, smartest and sweetest cats I have ever met. It didn't take long for her to enjoy my strokes after we first met. After several days she just followed me everywhere, robbing her head into everything on the way in such a cute way. We spent lots of sunny days in the garden chilling out together. At night she slept in my bed with comfort purring. We really enjoyed each other's companions. Dimitris is a very kind and generous host. He sent me thorough introduction videos of the house before the sitting and invited me to use the facilities, including a desktop computer and a sauna room. The house was packed up with fruits and groceries for me to use. During the sitting he contacted me frequently to ensure that I enjoyed my stay, and responded promptly every time I had questions. I felt very welcome for my stay. The house is spacious and bright with a nice view over a lovely garden and a corner of Richmond park. I would highly recommend this sitting!
Holly is a very nice lady and Millie is the best puppy! She is adorable! A living stuffed animal! She will listen and stay and sit, but might first try to get away with some things taking full advantage of all her sweetness! We went to the dog park and she jumped into my car and sat well with her seat belt and played wonderfully with the other dogs and came when called. I was blessed to have the opportunity to do this sit with Millie, in a wonderful house with a beautiful backyard- and you will be too!
Tasha and Marty have a beautiful home, and one big, lovable dog, Joey. Tasha and Marty are very kind, generous, and fun! We loved getting to know them during our stay. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at their home and they were extremely hospitable and we felt like we were right at home. Their house is set on a really unique piece of property with lots of trees and the neighborhood was safe and fun to walk Joey in being right around the corner from a nature preserve. Joey was a blast to hang out with, play with, and go on lots of walks with. He is a very intelligent, playful, yet chill big ole dog. Too bad our suitcase was too small for him to fit or else he may have ended up in Nashville with us ;)
From the minute we met Rachel, Bruce, and Monty over a video chat we knew we’d have a great sit. We felt very welcome and comfortable in Rachel and Marc’s home. Rachel is a great communicator and leaves very detailed information about home and pet care, which made our job a breeze. They left us a couple of Green Chef meals to make and enjoy. They also left us their transit passes to use. Bruce and Monty warmed up to us immediately, sitting with (on) us while we watched movies and sometimes sleeping with us at night. They are early risers, asking for food when the sun comes up. But Dan gets up early too, so that worked with our routine. We’d happily hang out with Bruce and Monty again!
It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Nancy and Geoff’s house. Their communication was clear and easy, they made me feel very welcome and the responsibilities were all perfectly manageable. Their dog Jaz is a sweetheart, she has such a sweet, playful personality. It was a delight to take her out on her walks as the property’s surrounds are stunning, and it was very easy to give Jaz a little brush each day. The chickens were very easy to look after, too. I would definitely return, and I’d absolutely recommend this house/pet-sit to others. Thank you both again!
I had a wonderful time looking after Monique in the beautiful village of Prangins! Although Pascaline and I never met, she left detailed notes and photos of everything I needed to know, and was easy to contact if I had a question. Very friendly communication. Monique is a beautiful, affectionate cat, who purred happily while snuggling up to me. She is also independent which meant I had no worries about leaving her to explore other towns. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is just a five minute walk from the Chateau de Prangins.
