Stacey and Sarah looked after our dogs very well and the dogs appeared to be happy. It was a big thing for our 8 month old puppy, as he had never been left for this length of time before and to be left with 2 strangers must have been difficult for him, however, Stacey and Sarah ensured both the puppy and the Jack Russell were well cared for. They loved having so much attention for the 2 weeks, which was noticeable in the pictures that were sent to us. There were only a couple of things which we feel could have been dealt with better, and that was, receiving a text 3 days prior to departure to say they had to leave extremely early on the departure morning, so we had to arrange for somebody to come and toilet the dogs before we arrived back home. We asked for the dogs to be walked before departure also, which they said they had, however this was untrue. The units and walls etc downstairs were very dirty with wet dog muck/dirt and dog hair. It was a wet 2 weeks, however, a wipe down of these surfaces wouldn’t have gone a miss. The 2 rooms upstairs which they were only to have access to (other than where the fish was) was clean and tidy. The main thing is the dogs (and the fish) were safe and well cared for, which they absolutely were.

Nadia and Virginia were amazing house sitters. From the very first contact we were totally at ease knowing they would be looking after our pets and home. The love and care they clearly showed to Happy and Eva (and the ducks) was above and beyond. We were able to relax on our trip knowing everything was in such good hands. On a personal level, we felt like we had welcomed old friends to our home. We would invite Nadia and Virginia back in a heartbeat.

Anne was a brilliant pet & house sitter for our recent trip away. We could tell the dogs had been extremely well looked after and the house was clean and tidy upon our return. Everything you want and need in a good house sitter so don't hesitate so let Anne help you out on your next holiday :)

Julie & Maelle took great care of Loki while I was away and sent regular updates which was appreciated. They left my home clean and tidy and I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone else who was considering them as house sitters.

This was our second time having Liz stay at our home with our cat, Charlie, and I think he officially likes her better than us now. If you’re lucky enough to have Liz apply for a sit at your home I cannot encourage you enough to choose her! We feel so lucky to have found her on this site and to welcome her into our home with 100% peace of mind that our cat and our home will be looked after with such appreciation and care.

No issues recommending Arron and Patrick. We had a video call prior and knew they’d be perfect. Finley was very happy in their care. Updates were regular and appreciated. We were able to arrange use of our car which was left spotless and filled back up with fuel.

Janette and Mark were fantastic to deal with. This was our first time using the site and I was a tad nervous. Right from our first phone call I felt at ease, and knew Roxy was in good hands. They were happy to meet up a few times before the sit, and kept in contact throughout with lots of pics of a very happy dog. Everything was cleaned and tidy on our return, Janette even re-made the bed which I certainly wasn't expecting! Overall a great sit.

Jan was a great sitter who was unstressed and competent. She was eager to know all the rules and happy to fit in exactly as was required. We would happily have her again.

I wish there was an option to give 10 stars to Sandra and Peter as they really are the best in every way. They are a lovely couple for whom nothing is either too much trouble or problematic in any way. As soon as I met them I felt as if I had known them for years and I said to them there and then that I just knew they were going to be great before even meeting them and they certainly were. From our very first video call together which was months ago, Sandra and Peter demonstrated such loving care and consideration towards Elvis in particular as he's elderly and no longer at his best health wise. They said that they had lost a dearly loved dog and there were parallels with Elvis's situation. Sandra's communication was excellent and she kept me informed on their whereabouts during their tour which included France and the UK, and methods of contacting them prior to their arrival. During their all too brief stay, she updated me regularly on how the dogs were doing generally and sleeping, eating and Elvis' mediation etc. They were only here for less than 48 hours and this was their last stop before heading back home to Australia. Sandra was so diligent about attending to the dogs' needs especially on the morning that they left as I wasn't going to be home until later. Needless to say, I arrived home to find two very happy little dogs and an immaculate home. Sandra had even managed to wash the bed sheets etc., and hang it out on the line before they left at 6.45am! She had even very kindly washed some kitchen linen that I had inadvertently left in the washing machine and in a washing basket nearby. There was no expectation for her to to do so and I felt mortified that I had forgotten it was there, but she just took it in her capable stride and there is was - beautifully washed and folded / ironed on the side. Thank you Sandra and Peter. If you are lucky to secure these two lovely people to look after your home and animals, you will not be disappointed. Only problem is that they have now set the bar very high and will be a hard act to follow. In fact I will be waiting to hear from them when they will next be over here, before I even book a holiday. My holiday dates will be based on theirs. Warmest wishes to them both.
