I had a great time with Gunner and Hapa this week! These 2 are very sweet and playful. It was nice enough for them to be outside and burning off some doggie energy, and at night we settled in to watch movies together while I worked on my computer. The guest bedroom and attached bathroom were very comfortable, and the house is absolutely beautiful! I was also able to park my new truck in the garage, so I knew it was safe. Thanks so much Sovy and John. I can't wait to come back again!
Talie and Scott have the loveliest home, a perfect sit for the Holiday season. Additionally, they are kind and generous folks! Their kitties, Maggie and Theo are easy to care for and are both such sweeties once you get to know them. Recommend for sure!
I really enjoyed taking care of George, he is such a sweet dog, and my time staying with him was great. Alexandra was so lovely and very thorough and helpful, making sure I knew everything I needed to and she was always available if I had any questions. She made me feel very welcome in her gorgeous and comfortable apartment, which was a great remote working spot. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend taking care of George, and Alexandra’s place, both were fantastic ☺️

I would not leave my dog there again, although the facilities are very good and they received us excellent, with the previous owners we had had an incredible time but this last time they gave us my dog who was super nervous, anxious, thirsty and with a torn chest from so much hard that they pulled him. At the time of giving it to me they were hurting it and the person did not agree to let it go. Apparently he was locked up the whole time and came home super down. I wouldn't trust them with my little one again.
The facilities are nice, they have open air and lots of space inside. Only that they changed management and the attention is not the same as before. The last time we left him, they didn't know how to interact with him when he was nervous and they gave him to us with his shirt torn and pulling him very ugly. I wouldn't leave my dog there again, at least with this new staff in charge, they no longer treat them like before.
I do not recommend it at all, they lost a pet and they do not take responsibility and threaten you

I had had excellent communication but afterwards they did not respond to my messages, the ideal is that they openly say that they do not accept any furry so that one is not bothering them, on the occasions that they stayed they only sent me 2 images and that was due to insistence.

We loved the service of both Pet Society Polanco and Prado Norte. Great communication via WhatsApp about their day care program as well as grooming services. Our toy poodle got a bath, a very cute cut and was cared for a few hours afterwards while we had to run errands during our stay in Mexico City. The facilities are spotless and the staff professional and caring. It’s cute that you can watch the dogs getting their cuts through a window inside the shop. Would always go back :)
I've been with them for a year but they recently changed their soap which is in your jar and doesn't have the ingredients. My two dogs, a Labrador and a Golden Doodle on different dates, got their eyes irritated and the Labrador who was the most recent ended up An Ulcer was developing and since I saw her they told me to come the next day and OF COURSE I didn't agree and I had to wait 2 hours for her vet to arrive, the person in charge didn't even show her face and sent her employees to tell me things and was only good at saving me $50 from the parking meter and charging me for the bathrooms. They claim that their shampoo is hypoallergenic when any soap can cause eye irritation, even if it is hypoallergenic. This is to raise awareness in the profession since the fact that no one can know what they put in our dogs can cause damage from their eyes to their skin.
They had left them very well before. One day they left my dog in a bad way, FATAL. I took it to fix it with an appointment with the manager and they didn't receive it. I made an appointment again and they kept him there for 4 hours and they didn't do anything to him either. I took it for the third time and they didn't receive it either and they didn't want to refund the money for the initial service. Their manager handles things terribly and they don't respond if they do bad service. Of course, I had to threaten to take the tip box because they didn't want to refund the poorly performed service which was reported before 15 days. The second time they didn't do anything to the puppy and he was there for 5 hours, they didn't even brush him. After 5 hours of it being there, they said that they had not had time and the third time they made me take it to fulfill their warranty record they did not receive it because they had a job going on while they had other dogs in their service right there. Better not continue telling lies because for the next review I will upload the videos where your staff comes out saying that on the second occasion they did nothing to you. Stop lying to look good on the networks. They behaved FATAL. Your response is terrible, your service is terrible. And yes, I do not agree with paying for something that they did not do correctly and that on 2 subsequent occasions they did not want to fix. Terrible service, and even worse treatment. It is not the first time we go to Pet Society, both in Prado and Polanco, and normally, the service is good. I took my dog on November 26 for a bath and stripping, I'm not going to talk about the fact that the stripping was not done, leaving her with some knots that are unthinkable for a service of this price... but I do want to comment that they left an infection in her glands. impressive rear… I mentioned it to the branch staff, simply to tell them about the incident and to be careful next time, their response was unpleasant, in bad taste, and accusatory that “they have no proof that what I say really happened because of them.” ", is definitely the response you expect when these things happen... We took her to a veterinarian, who confirmed the infection due to poor practice when exploding her glands and treating that sensitive area. They lost a client who always had them as their first option for the care of their pet 🤷♀️ In short, terrible service and TERRIBLE STAFF.
I have taken my dog to daycare and hotels on multiple occasions. They keep us up to date with photos and videos during their stay. Every time we go, he gets excited and runs up to the play area. Friendly and loving staff with dogs

It's the first time I go. And the truth is I DON'T LIKE IT. So I don't recommend it, they paint you wonders and they don't deliver it to you as they say. They don't even clean the cutting area. There are all the hairs of all the dogs. As if you went to a people's salon and they didn't sweep other people's hair. It's very expensive. And I looked out to see the hotel and well, they don't even put any beds or water inside. They delivered them to me very late and I had spoken on the phone before and they told me half an hour but it took 1 hour longer. And the one who combs the pets smells very bad.
They are super friendly. I have taken my dog Archie several times and he always leaves happy. You can tell that the people who work there do it with pleasure and are very friendly with the dogs.
I highly recommend DOGTEL Hotel for all your furry friends boarding needs. I will be using their services again shortly! They took excellent care of my dog and would communicate daily! I felt comfortable each day during my trip knowing that my dog was taken care of! Their property is a paradise for doggies!

Amazing experience with DOGTEL! Great communication and very responsive. They explained everything to me right from the start and I felt really comfortable with my dog staying with them for a couple of days. They sent me pictures and videos of my of dog enjoying the fields and running around and playing! They picked up and dropped my dog off from my home and everything ran very smooth. My dog was sad to leave! haha Thank you so much for everything. I will definitely be back!

Dogs were picked up from our place. It was really easy. They got to ride in their own van. I received multiple videos from them everyday with the pups on a walk and playing fetch. The area looks beautiful. My pups love to play in the grass. We were happy they also got a vacation while we were on vacation When we got back, the dogs were delivered back to us in their own van. They are very tired after a week of playing and running around. I did not opt for the bath, which meant they were return dirty because of all the dirt. This is not a complaint at all, just felt bad making dogs take a bath the second I got them. Just want others to know too. I will be getting them baths next time. I have already booked for the next time we are on vacation. Staff is friendly, super communicative, knowledgeable. They seem to really care for the pups. The toys and treats I sent came back with them. Everything is extremely affordable for what you're getting, my pets were in very good hands. Thank you so very much.
The employees were very responsive in giving us the information but it is extremely concerning that the address on google is not the same address that the dogs are kept. Apparently they are somewhere in Teotihuacan but the address says Coyoacan?? Furthermore, when we asked if we could come to see the facilities ahead of time to know where our dog will be staying they refused to allow us giving us excuses that honestly made no sense... We understand that they require a transport service to avoid pets being abandoned but it doesn't feel safe to give my dog to a place where I have no idea where they will be. I also think it is very unprofessional that the owners write nasty responses to reviews with similar concerns. I have boarded my pets in many places and never been refused to at least know the address where my baby will be. I wouldn't recommend leaving your dog here because truthfully you have no idea where your dog is and that is a very scary thought for me. We decided not to go forward with the services because the responses from the employee made us feel very uneasy and we aren't willing to gamble with our dog.
Dogtel was very responsive to our requests via WhatsApp and accommodating throughout our reservation. They picked our puppy up at home in a very clean van. Once he arrived at the facilities, Julia took great care of him! We received updates from her 2-3 times a day, along with photos and videos every single night. He seemed to have a lot of fun during his stay and came back very happy and clean!
Receptionist is awful. I called her on Monday asking what the prices were, said she’d send me the menu through text and never did. I called again on Wednesday and again, nothing.
