I was in awe of how immaculate my house was when I returned from my holiday. Zoe had left it spotless. I also found a cat who was definitely sulking as he had decided he prefered Zoe to me. Zoe completely had the magic touch with my cat Magic. She will be welcome again any time.

Nick was great and had tidied up and hovered before we returned and the house looked like it hadn’t been lived in. The cats were also very happy with their new temporary staff!! He kept us updated with amusing pictures and stories about what they had been up to. He also very kindly left us a box of chocolates and a card thanking us for trusting him.

Maggie and Al were an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. Great communication before, during and after the sit. Pets exceptionally happy and well cared for. House immaculate on our return. I couldn't have asked for more. A lovely couple - you will be lucky if you can get them to sit for you!

Sheila & Alan are very nice couple, looked after our home and pets very well, they don’t like to worry you with messages while your on holiday , but did contact us when we had forgotten to explain how to operate something. A mistake on our behalf 🙃 Really appreciate them helping us, and look forward to seeing them again. Unfortunately the bad weather stopped them from enjoying as many walks as they were hoping to enjoy, but hopefully the animals gave them lots of love instead. Thank you Sheila and Alan for keeping everyone happy and well.

Claire was a wonderful pet sitter who I would welcome her back any time. She was very attentive to the needs of each pet and indispensable when one of my cats took ill. Her care went above and beyond, with trips to the vet, handling medications, and offering loving care. She was also a great communicator throughout the month-long stay, giving regular updates and consulting with any questions. She also took the dogs for lots of long walks and kept their fur in great shape. Four pets can be a handful and she proved very competent, reliable and trustworthy. She also took good care of my home and car. Very highly recommended!

They are clearly animal lovers and I had every confidence entrusting my beloved elderly cats to their care. Their commitment and communication were impeccable and they were incredibly understanding and kind when I had to cut the sit short due to illness. I can only hope I’ll be lucky enough for them to return back another time. I recommend them with 6 stars!!

Lashae was really helpful doing a one night sit for me as I had to go away for work! She was very caring and communicative. She sent regular updates about Hugo and asked questions to ensure he was well taken care of. She was thorough and detailed and I appreciated it. Her trains and buses were delayed and as I was unfortunately on a tight time line myself with a train to catch; the knock on affect was that I had to rush through the welcome meeting, which meant we couldn't go through in person all of Hugo's care needs and the general house information in the way I prefer before a sit. However Lashae made sure to regularly check in which was very reassuring and I know Hugo was very well looked after. Lashae was very clean and tidy and the place was left as she found it. I would definitely recommend Lashae for a sit as she is a lovely person, knowledgeable about dogs, and, very reliable.

I had a couple of video chats with Susan before she came to sit for me and it was obvious that she was a real cat lover.  As her husband was not very well at the start of the sit, Susan came by herself by train and I appreciate that she was willing to do  this. Fortunately Mike was well enough to join her after a  few days.  I met Susan on her arrival and we had an hour together before I left for my trip so could show her around, etc.  Whilst I was away, she communicated with me and sent pictures of Maxi, who was clearly completely relaxed with her.  I came home to a pristine house and a contented cat.  Susan had even laundered their bed linen and towels, which was lovely.  Thanks so much Susan for looking after Maxi and my house so well.

This friendly reliable couple took care of our 3 cats (one requiring daily pills) while we were in Europe for a month. In spite of problems with their flights to Toronto, they arrived as promised.  Due to medical difficulties on our part, we were not able to contact them during the month, but they managed very nicely, even sending us a photo of the cats with an all-is-well email.  We arrived home to happy, well-cared-for cats, well-cared-for indoor plants, a clean apartment and lovely flowers they left for us.  Thank you, Judy and Dale.
