Joel and Vivian are super nice and welcoming! The house is very clean. It located in a very nice neighborhood with parks and lakes nearby. Teva is so sweet and cute! He will wait beside your bed quietly for a morning walk. He will also stay beside you when watching tv. Definitely looking forward to seeing Teva again!
Chris and Louise have a wonderful and very clean house, situated on a hill, overlooking the beautiful fields. We arrived in the afternoon and immediately felt at home, not in the least by the very warm welcome of the owners. Our bedroom was cosy (and lovely smelling!), with a good mattress crisp bed linens and very quiet. Lou cooked us a lovely meal and we had a wonderful evening feeling like we had known them for a long time. The little dog, Rocky, is very sweet and followed us everywhere around the house. In the evenings he cuddled up next to us on the sofa! Because of the great weather we enjoyed the pool a lot, feeling like we were on a holiday in France :). If we ever have the chance to come back again we definetely would. Thanks so much for a wonderful 10 days Lou and Chris! You are always welcome in our home in Nijmegen too. Say hi to Rocky for us, we loved him!
Watching Kitty for Adam-Jon was a dream sit! Kitty was adorable and so affectionate. It took a few days but we got to the point where she would sit on my lap for an extended time and she loved head and chin scratches. Communication with Adam-Jon was was excellent; his instructions for Kitty were thorough as were his instructions for the apartment. Adam-Jon has a lovely apartment-my husband appreciated being able to work in his office-and the neighborhood is one of the best in Chicago. We would definitely return if Adam-Jon and Kitty needed us again.
Rachel was fantastic in every way! Very communicative, her house was just perfect, and animals were as sweet as could be. Truly an amazing experience. Highly recommend and I’m looking forward to sitting again!
