Sarah and Andre were dream-come-true sitters! Great communication all the way through, which left no surprises and plenty of opportunity for familiarization. Our two shy boy cats came out of their shells and enjoyed treats, attention, and lots of love from Sarah and Andre. We got regular updates throughout, which put my mind at ease and also helped Sarah navigate one cat's fussiness with food. The house looked absolutely gorgeous when I got home; it hardly looked like anyone had been here, except that two fat, happy, well-loved cats were waiting for me. I would have Sarah and Andre back in a heartbeat. They are truly kind individuals who love animals and can roll flexibly with fussy habits of shy pets. I am grateful to have found such wonderful sitters - thank you so much, Sarah and Andre!

Kimberley & Dean

We really feel like we landed on our feet having Kimberley and Dean look after our ‘little boy’ Huw. We were newbies to having a house/pet sitter, but Kimberley really held our hand taking the initiative to set up an early meeting and responding quickly to messages. Meeting early really set our minds to rest. At handover we agreed every other day updates on progress which included a photo and a couple of sentences and this really helped us to feel much more comfortable that Huw was being well looked after. It was clear throughout that Kimberley and Dean had considered our profile details, taking Huw to some of his favourite places and also on some new adventures too … including introducing him to a Hollywood star! Their experience with animals, but especially dogs, shows and this helped hugely in understanding Huw’s personality leading to him having a great time - when they left it was clear that he was upset that his new friends were heading off. Kimberley and Dean took great care of our house which was left immaculately clean. Thank you both so much for befriending and looking after Huw.

It was our first time using this website so was worried I had done everything right! Heidi and Simon are just the best house sitters! We have 3 dogs and one of them are blind so I was a little worried, I absolutely shouldn’t of been Heidi and Simon just excelled my expectations they loved and cared for my dogs as if they were there own! Such lovely people turned up on time and made me feel really happy leaving them, highly recommend Heidi and Simon and can’t wait to have them back! Andy and Lucy took great care of our cats Gin and Tonic whilst we were away for 5 days. Communication before the house sit was proactive and we had a couple of video calls. G&T clearly enjoyed their company and were well cared for and got plenty of cuddles. The house was spotless when we returned. We’d highly recommend Andy and Lucy and would happily have them back in the future.

Rosie & Jacob

We felt a complete sense of peace knowing that Rosie and Jacob and their three respectful and polite children were staying at our home with our two cats and dog while we were away. From the moment we first video-called each other, we felt that our needs were a priority to theirs and they continued to meet our needs above theirs while we were gone. Not only did Rosie and Jacob communicate well, but they were also clean and organized and took excellent care of our pets! Our house was left in better shape than we left it and our pets were happy and healthy. Rosie and Jacob's children were so gentle with our animals and very respectful of our belongings. As this was our first time going away and using zeewoi, we truly felt like we had the best housesitters we could have asked for!

Tracey and Chris were the dream team! Our cat was extremely well-cared for and was clearly very contented and happy on our return. Being an older cat meant a few challenges for them but absolutely nothing phased them. They were both very reliable, responsive, communicative, friendly, thoughtful, accommodating, understanding and helpful. We really appreciated that they kept in touch regularly and sent photos of Cecilia to reassure us. They took great care of our house and left everything neatly and tidily for us to return to. Cecilia was bought toys and we received a lovely gift too which was very kind and generous. We really hope they enjoyed the experience enough to want to return at some point in the future, particularly when the weather is kinder! Cecilia would be thrilled to be looked after by them again!

They sent us regular updates and photos of where they were and what Herbert was doing which made us feel happy to have left him in such capable hands. Communication with Julie before the sit was great, and Julie and Tony ran through everything I needed to know about the cats & house. They have a lovely home with great views. Steve & Derek the cats are very easy to look after - they enjoyed attention & were very sociable. This is a lovely house sit and one I'd definitely recommend.

Mary and I had a fantastic week in Bamburgh with Frida and Gus. Johanna made us most welcome and cooked us a delicious meal when we arrived while filling us in on all the information about the pets, the house and the area. The location and the house are fantastic. A few hundred metres away is the most fantastic stretch of Northumberland coastline you can imagine and we walked Frida along this morning and evening. There is so much to see in the area and we cannot recommend this sit highly enough. Thank you so much, Johanna.

They have a beautiful home on the Cooks River walking path, with a sunny yard too.  

Tomba is incredibly friendly and well behaved. He loves his walks and time in the park. He’s also a big fan of peanut butter. 

Katniss is sweet but independent, and is happy to curl up of an evening.

I enjoyed this house sit, in a neighborhood in which I felt safe. Plenty of walking space for exercise and walking the dog. I utilized Instacart for food delivery, and this was easy and convenient for myself as a I am car-free. Not too far from public transportation which comes in handy when going on short outings. Everything in the home was easy to navigate and the nearby contacts made everything reassuring. I felt comfortable, safe, and it was pretty easy keeping an eye on Rex and Gus while keeping them separated. The pets are both quite loveable and sweet.

Great cat staycation for me with Laksa and Popi. Joanna had everything organized for me which included clear, detailed pet instructions and great information about the East Coast area. Communications were easy via Whats App. Her large, airy apartment was very comfortable and it’s in a friendly complex with an outdoor pool!
