Annabel, Crispin, George and Charlie entrusted us with their lovely home and very gorgeous Molly who is an absolute delight and so well behaved. Both Annabel and Crispin took the time to explain how everything worked and had lots of advice on lovely places to eat and explore locally and further afield. We kept in touch when they were away and enjoyed tea, cake and a catch up on their return, nothing was too much trouble. We would return anytime to this amazing sit in this area of outstanding natural beauty it was such a privilege to share the care of Molly. Thank you so much to you all Karen and Shirley
We've done quite a few sits in amazing places, but our experience at Liz and Ken's was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Fergus, Alfie, Coco and Pops were absolute sweethearts and they accepted us into their household immediately with lots of affection. Tree and Peanut took a little while, but they eventually befriended us and earning their trust was definitely worth the wait. And the house, wow... the house, was an oasis nestled within the paradise of the Azores- stunning, charming and wonderfully cozy. Liz and Ken were incredibly kind and generous, and we are ever so thankful to call them our friends. Sitting for them was a privilege and we'd wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.
I had a great stay in Claire’s home. The location is amazing! Zoa was such a treat to be with. She’s so sweet and well behaved.
Mr. Darcy is a lovely boy. In the first contact he was afraid (he is a rescued dog, adopted during pandemic, so he is a little controlar about his home), so he barked, but he would never bite. With the time, he felt safe and presented his cuddly and lovely face. He loves to be cuddled, he loves to sit on your lap, or to just stay near you. Sometimes I would sleep on the couch just to stay hugging him. It was a pleasure to take care of Darcy. Cookie is a great person, very kind and prestative, and allowed us to go walk with Darcy some days in advance of her travel, for he to became close to us. Her appartment is very confortable, with a unique view of Empire State (every day I would just stay some time looking through the window).
Wendy and John were excellent communicators and very friendly. We felt that we knew exactly how to care for their adorable pets, beautiful home and low maintenance garden from the Welcome Guide and the time John spent with us when we arrived. They kindly took us out when they returned from their holiday and we had a lovely evening together. The region is fabulous to explore and we had stunning weather in March and April. Nearby Mojacar Pueblo, Cuevas del Almanzora and the coastal walks were stunning. More importantly we loved spending time with their three cute cats and getting to know them and their different personalities. Amber was so sweet and she loved her cuddles and strokes and little walks around the garden. Coco and Cookie were still very playful and gorgeously mischievous, they loved their cuddles too when they were tired out from all the play! We highly recommend this petsit and would love the opportunity to return.
This is a perfect slice of Britian and so welcoming and cozy! It's so close to the sea side, and the locals are social and friendly. The cats are great company really easy to care for and affectionate. Helen was so organized, helpful, and easygoing it was really a perfect sit!
