Pet Sitters in Longley

Our cat Calvin is always very happy when animal lovers Vanessa and Ariel come to stay. Their communication with regular messages is always welcome.

As first time users of Trusted Fur baby sitters we were a little hesitant. WOW we could not have been happier with our choice to engage Peter and Jenny for our 3 nights away. From the moment they arrived we were put at ease with their lovely calm nature and immediate bond with our 4 fur babies and our rooster and his harem. We came home to a very happy pack and a supurbly looked after house(and chook pen)! Thank you Peter and Jenny. Oh and we love the dogs new pack nickname - The Three Amigos :)

We had Julie sit for us for 10 Days while we went to Bali, she kept us up to date regularly on the dogs and sent pictures of them,it made it so much easier being away knowing our two dogs were very well looked after,we came home to a lovely clean house,well looked after vegetable garden and two very healthy happy dogs,would highly recommend Julie for a sit and would love her to sit for us again anytime

Sophie & Mary did a wonderful job looking after my two french bulldogs Sadie & Pirate. They regularly kept me posted as to how they were going, sending pictures of the them looking relaxed and happy. They left the house clean, watered the plants and washed the linen they had used. I would recommend both Sophie & Mary as excellent house sitters.

Georgia's house and pet sitting was impeccable! Her communication was great and she was flexible and understanding to make it work so smoothly. She treated both Sookie (my little dog) and my home with so much care. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a great Sitter.

We had not used Trusted Petsitters before and we were rather anxious about it. I felt reassured the minute Sarah and Les walked through our door. They were so lovely, reliable and easy and we could not have been more delighted. Our dogs looked extremely happy and relaxed when we arrived home and our house was immaculate. I could not recommend Sarah and Les more highly.

Dana is a very motivated woman. She is organised, very responsible and caring. d I felt totally blessed to have her in my house with my animals. They were all happy. I could not recommend her more.

Sharna and Dave were a pleasure to deal with from the outset of communication about this sit! They went out of their way to have a meet-up before they were due to arrive and were attentive to the needs of our animals. These two are kind, thoughtful, respectful and genuine people - can’t wait to see them again! The house was spotless and well taken care of and the furkids happy on our return. A wonderful surprise to come back to was a home-baked brownie! We wish Sharna and Dave well in all their future adventures and would recommend them to anyone.

Very grateful to Steve for looking after Ziggy for me after the planned sitter had to cancel one week before the sit. Communication prior to the sit was great, he arrived on time and we took Zig for a quick walk to the local park round the corner, so he could get his bearings and see Ziggy's favourite place for the morning run. Steve settled in quickly with a beer from the bar and then took Zig to the pub for some food. During the sit he always responded quickly to my messages asking how everything was going with Ziggy and also sent me a photo and a short video clip. I would've liked him to take Ziggy to the local park every morning, as i explained that's what he loves the most each day, as he meets up with his best mate since they were puppies, Griffin, and other dogs and walkers, but i think Steve preferred to do his own thing with him, which is fair enough and no harm done. Steve had just left when I got back and Ziggy was in good shape and the house clean and tidy, with bedding and towels washed and hung up to dry. I was concerned the next day to find 6 pouches of Ziggy's wet food still in the freezer and 2 more in the fridge, as it was only an 11 day sit and he almost always eats one pouch a day. Steve said that he had instead fed him a few packs of his alternative food as he didn't seem to want his usual food a few times. Although what was left of his alternative food didn't account for the discrepancy, Steve just said he wolfed down that food and he also gave him his cooked chicken as a treat and some salami. Thanks very much again Steve for all your efforts and especially for getting Ziggy more of his favourite chicken and best wishes.

Robin was the ideal housesitter-- great with pets and the wild birds we nurture; and great with house and plants. Fully recommend her.

We recently had the pleasure of having Marne and Barry house/pet sit for us. It was our first pet sit and I was a little apprehensive about leaving strangers in my house with my beloved 2 French Bulldogs. Once we confirmed them as sitters they regularly touched base until they arrived and we organize the day before we left for them to come over meet my 2 fur babies and show them around the house. We where immediately put at ease by their friendly, enthusiastic nature. While we were away we had regular photo and message updates which made mine and the kids day. On returning home after being away for 12 days the dogs where happy to see us but not as excited as I thought they would be which leaves me thinking that they where very well loved and cared for. Our house was immaculate (cleaner than when we left) and my newly planted garden and grass was looking amazing. A neighbor even commented on how good our house sitter was as they where always out in the garden. I have no hesitation in recommending Marne and Barry for future sits and if we happen to go away again I can only hope they are nearby and would like to come back.
