Jonathan and Harriet are a great couple, who were very open about Diesel and his needs from the very beginning. Their handover was detailed as were the notes they left for him. Diesel is a lovely dog and although he had a hard start in life, Jonathan and Harriet have done wonders with him. The house is modern, clean and comfortable and well located for walks or drives to larger towns. We would happily sit for them again!
My experience was not so good because the dog I was looking after was attacked by a big dog off his lead. On my first walk the owner was with me showing me the regular walks around the fields. Enough to say we were both in shock and the owner more so as she and the attackers walker both held the jaws open to release the hold of Bells skin. Unfortunately Bell and the owner and myself had to take the dog to the local Vet. The owner was informed by the Vet her dog needed surgery and was kept in overnight until the next evening. I stayed for a few days and went with the owner on a few occasions to take Bell to the Vet for follow up checks. The owner was understandably in a state and anxious about the dogs injuries and very protective and resistant to any suggestions including help of any kind.. It was probably the most stressful petsit in all my time looking after pets. Anyhow when I left Bell was definitely much better after his stitches were removed. Wishing both the devoted owner and her much loved Bell a safe and happy journey.
Zeus+Finn are 2 unique characters. 💚🐈🐈 It was a pleasure getting to hang out with them for a weekend in their nice new space. Yael+Amber were great hosts, super kind and communicative. I felt welcome and safe in their home and neighborhood in San Francisco.
This was an excellent experience in a lovely location with a range of charming animals. Suki, the dog, is great company and very intelligent. The surrounding countryside and walks are beautiful and varied and the Gillian had made sure everything was easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house and pet sit.
I had a wonderful time with Louise and miss her already. She is a very chill, affectionate, and independent cat. Julia and Skyler were great hosts. The place is in a fantastic location near Commercial. The suite was quiet, organized, and comfortable, and communication was easy and good. I look forward to Louise-sitting for them again soon. :-)
Kerin & Amy have a beautiful and spacious house set between variety of freshwater lakes in a well-maintained gated community. A wildlife preserve literally surrounds their backyard, and if you get lucky, you will see some interesting andrare animals. Their home, with its welcoming athmosphere, has absolutely everything you may need during your stay. The bed is so comfortable that you will feel like you are sleeping on a cloud in heaven. I was so happy there that I didn't even have the need to explore the city. I bonded with their tree boys, Chico, Kingsley & Nemo (2 dogs, 1 kitty) right away. They were a delight to care for as they were affectionate, playful, and well-manered. They followed me from room to room, brought me their toys, and frequently asked to be petted. Also, they are early risers - 5 am, but would let me sleep until 6 am. Walking them outside has its own challenges for various reasons, which will be explained to you. Communication between me, Kerin & Amy was excellent, and I would gladly sit for them again. I highly recommend this house-sit.

Absolutely amazing. We have indoor cats, chicken, rabbits, mice and fish. Kelly knew exactly what she was doing and was very knowledgeable, professionally and friendly. Was such a relief to find someone local with her experience and training. Will happily get Kelly's help again in the future and would be 100% happy to recommend to friend and family. Honestly can't rate Kelly highly enough.

Trusted pet carers is truly a good find, the service and care they offer is amazing. I used them when I went away for 2 weeks and when I came back off holiday I found my spaniels Tanya & Tamsin to be well fed and well cared for – not wanting to come home! They get spoilt with attention.
I have to admit I was very anxious leaving our needy and separation anxiety prone Tibetan Terrier who also suffers with digestives issues for 12 days having never boarded at at a kennel before especially because we were going to be out at sea for the duration but having researched thorough we went with Difford. Having picked her up today I could see they have taken excellent care of her and that she had a great time - communication with Pippa before and during was also very good - I would highly recommend this as a very well run outfit that clearly care and knows how to look after our furry friends and ensure they come back happy, clean, in good health and ready to fit back into their home lie without any upheavals.
A change in Job has introduced a lot of business travel, Difford was the 3rd Kennel I have tried, and have now used 5 times for anything from 3 days to 2 weeks away. On the first visit, my dog was scared on arrival when he saw it was a Kennel, but since then, he simply greets the staff and goes in, he seems very well looked after, is happy and each stay works great. I also find the cost fairly good. I can highly recommend this Kennel, Pippa and her staff are friendly and clearly very capable. Another positive is that the location is a good distance from a major center, which means firework sounds are not a problem. Highly recommended.

Our dogs were looked after well here. They come home smelling nice not like your usual kennel smell. Pippa and her team are very welcoming & understanding about our dogs routine & medication. Will definitely use the kennels again. :)
I cannot recommend Pippa and her amazing team highly enough. My dog Colin who is a very bouncy Vizsla has been coming here since he was a puppy and no matter if he is staying for day boarding or for 16 nights he’s always happy to go in and comes home in great condition and very happy. The team kindly gives me updates whilst he is there but I never have to worry about him.

Louis has stayed with Pippa and the team a number of times. He and we have always been made very welcome. As an older dog with a couple of medical issues he has needed a little bit of extra care and attention and we have been incredibly impressed with how well Louis has been on his return home. When we come to collect him he is obviously very happy in the company of the staff who are genuinely warm towards him and know him as an individual. He always comes home smelling 'fresh as a daisy'. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Diffords

Our dog millie became poorly while in the kennels with IBS most probably due to the stress of us leaving her. Pipa told us about the problem and asked us if she should take her to the vets we agreed best to get her checked out millie was only there for 2 day's and the attention she got was fantastic. Pipa phoned us several times to update us and to reassure us she was OK 5 STAR care thank you.
As first time pet and home owners, we were nervous about leaving both for Christmas but finding Jen and employing her services to look after our cat set our minds at ease. Jen is very easy to get along with, super friendly, flexible with timings and was instant friends with our cat Bonnie. We loved her daily updates and pictures with each visit and we would definitely use her services again. Simply cannot recommend enough! My baby Titan loves Jen, and she even shuffled around timings so she could get to him a touch earlier, so his bathroom breaks lined up. I can go to work happy, knowing he will be lovingly looked after, for his lunchtime walks :)
So glad we found Jen as we can go away knowing our 2 cats are happy, safe and well looked after at home. She sends photo''s and videos which puts our daughters mind at rest when she misses them and we always come back to find all the mail picked up, the house secure and as we left it. Jen looked after my indoor bunnies, Molly and Boss while I was on holiday. I didn’t want to put them in a boarding facility, I wanted them to be cared for in their home. I hadn’t been on holiday because I didn’t want to leave them so I finally took the plunge and booked one and I found Adore Pets on line. I was very apprehensive about leaving them but after Jen took great care of them and sent me updates everyday, I am confident to go away on holiday again. Jen is lovely and was great visiting my cat, to keep food and water topped up, and making a fuss of him while I was away for a couple of days. It was reassuring to know he was in safe hands after recently recovering from an op. Jen sent photos and updates too, I would definitely recommend her.
Jen has been looking after our 2 ragdoll cats for a few years now whilst we’re away. She’s brilliant and we wouldn’t use anyone else - our two babies are so well looked after in her care and we always look forward to her updates whilst away! ☺️
Jen has looked after our two bulldogs for almost a year now, she pops in Monday to Friday to let them out while we are at work. She plays with them and sends us daily updates to let us know how they are which puts both of our mind at ease. She is polite and professional and so lovely. I would HIGHLY recommend Jen to anyone looking for pet sitting services. You can tell how much she loves her job and the pets she looks after. She treats them all like they are her own. We have entrusted our beloved Jazz to Sam many times when we have been away and needed someone to care for her. We have never used a boarding kennels and wanted to find someone who would love Jazz as much as us and treat her as one of their own - and that was certainly Sam. Jazz has been welcomed into Sam's home and treated to wonderful daily walks with her own pooches and those that have been boarding or cared for at the same time. Sam is attentive to Jazz's needs, ensuring that she has been completely comfortable and safe and also reassured us throughout our absence by sending us regular photos, videos and updates. I would have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending Sam and her Home Boarding for Dogs. Believe me, your fur baby could not be in better hands.

I collected my dog Jess from Sam today and was worried she wouldn't want to come home!! Jess spent the whole weekend being thoroughly spoiled and completely at ease with Sam and her 'family'. Sam sent me lots of pictures of Jess having a great time! I would definitely take Jess to Sam in the future as I know she will be well looked after.

Our working lab can sometimes be a handful, but Danielle cares for her wonderfully, ensuring all her needs are fully met. Danielle is fantastic with the dogs, maintains excellent control, and takes them on diverse and enriching walks using a well-equipped, dedicated dog van. Our dog Domino is a very lively working cocker. He gets extremely excited every time he goes to mybestfriend in Andover for a stay as he has such a wonderful time playing with the other dogs. We use Danielle for all our boarding and are very happy to continue the relationship.
Danielle fitted us in at short notice and took really good care of our 7 month old puppy. He can be quite shy but we felt comfortable leaving him with Danielle and Graham and he had a great day playing with the other dogs. Thank you!

Was like dropping off my little baby off at first day at school, so was a little nervous. I had no need to be!!! I was updated with photos, showing all the fun he was having and new friends made. He came back VERY tired and happy!! 5 star service, will defo be using again!!!
