Mary and Chad were wonderful from start to finish, and they looked after Ginny beautifully. Communication was clear and open from the start and we could hardly believe our luck that these two lovely people all the way from the far north of California wanted to come and look after our home in Surrey. They arrived as scheduled and we had a lovely evening together and a tour around the local area before we left the next morning. They sent daily pictures and videos of our pup and it was clear she was having a great time. Mary and Chad are experienced with larger dogs and it really showed with her recall and overall enjoyment of their walks. Ginny is clearly missing the fun they all had! The house was beautifully looked after as well and they made sure we had fresh food in the fridge for our return which was much appreciated. I'm not sure that Mary and Chad want to travel all the way from California every time we go on holiday, but I'll certainly ask them! I really hope we stay in touch and that they come and spend some more time over here in our home. So many thanks to them, we really appreciate their love and care x

From our conversations before the sit I quickly felt confident in her communication, thoughtfulness, and value of the care/house trade. Tiffany was flexible with my needs and stayed in steady contact over the extended trip I took. Every couple days pictures and updates appeared reassuringly. Upon return I found content kitties and house in perfect condition. Tiffany had no issues dealing with the off grid systems, was fully self sufficient and always a pleasure to communicate with.

Kathleen and Dale were wonderful sitters! They're a delightful couple, easy to coordinate and communicate with. They're very easy going and calm, which my pets tell me they appreciated! They spent lots of time with my pets and sent photos and kept in touch during their stay. They had a scary situation on the last day, when two of my cats pushed a screen out and got outside during the night. Even in a stressful situation, they handled it like pros and everything turned out fine. My home was neat, tidy, and welcoming when I came home. Katheen and Dale are extremely caring, conscientious, responsible, and capable sitters. Your home and fur kids are in great hands with them!

Penny

Super easy sit and I highly recommend house sitting and cat-sitting for Penny. Roxy and Baloo are very well behaved & friendly kitties.  Both are independent indoor cats but love to have their share of head and belly scratches too. Roxy greeted me each time I came back from an adventure with her sweet talk. 
Penny’s home is in a great neighborhood, close to shopping, both the Amtrack & Sun Rail train stations, as well as nature as there are a couple of lakes, parks and bike paths nearby.  The covered pool in the backyard was a bonus.  
Penny was easy to communicate with before, during and after with any questions I had, but really there wasn’t much to ask about as the cat supplies were easy to spot and use.  I totally felt comfortable with what I needed to do and how to operate the television, wifi, shower, appliances. Etc.  She even left me a garage opener, a phonebook and local coupons.  Sweet!
