Wow ! We absolutely loved our stay at Julie’s. Her home was so lovely and cosy. The fur babies were the real highlight. They snuggled with us when watching films and sat by the fire. Julie was a dream to housesit for she was so kind and responsive to any queries we had. We’d love to come back ❤️

My stay with Whiskey and Clemie was great! Whiskey is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet and Clemie is sure to give you all of the loving! Natalie was the best and easy to communicate with. Sitting for Otto with Lynn & Steve as pet parents is an absolute dream! They are the kindest humans you will ever meet, extremely generous, laid back, and just really fun to work with. They opened up their home (which is very clean, nice, with every amenity you would ever need) and said what is mine is yours and made me feel very welcome. They took me out to multiple meals, gifted me multiple gift cards as thank you gifts, and kept in constant communication with me through out the sit! They allowed me to use their jeep and encouraged me to have fun and do whatever I wanted to enjoy myself. Otto and I had so many adventures, the area is literally paradise. You're near a nature park called De Soto which is Otto's favorite walk, it's a gorgeous bay that feels like you're in a rainforest. You're also about 20 minutes away from Anna Marie Island and the Siesta key beaches (paradise!) so there are many fun things to do. Otto is so much fun to watch, he is a character and loves to play, chase lizards and his ball and is very playful. He loves his walks and to explore. He's also very snuggly, loves to cuddle, and sleep with you -- I fell in love with him during the 2.5 months that I was there (I had three different sits with him). The area is a very lovely residential area near a golf course. You're very close to all of the stores as well, Target and Publix are a 5 minute drive away. Anyone who has the opportunity to sit Otto and meet Lynn and Steve will be blessed with the experience. Thank you so much, Lynn & Steve for all that you have done!! Can't wait to see you again soon :)

We are absolutely amazed with Jenn and her dog boarding service. It really is incredible, from start to finish with the gentle onboarding process to make sure everyone is happy to the actual enriched boarding with fabulous dog walks is just so so comforting as an owner. We love the fact that Jenn has a real sense of command and control with our dog and so we know she is in safe hands with training and discipline as well as being cared for and all of her needs are being met. The staff are incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and attentive, making both me and my pet feel completely at ease. The facilities are spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of space for pets to play and relax. I especially appreciated the personalized care they offered—whether it’s dietary needs, special routines, or extra cuddles, they go above and beyond to make sure every pet is comfortable and happy. My dog came home looking visibly happy and relaxed. It’s such a relief knowing there’s a place where I can trust my pet will be treated with so much love and professionalism. Jenn has taken great care of our dog. During his stays with Jenn, we’ve received regular updates on how he was doing as well as photos. His last visit with Jenn was for 12 days, so the regular contact helped my wife and I feel at ease while we were away from him. Our dog can be anxious sometimes but Jenn knows how to tailor her approach to suit each dogs personality and needs. I would highly recommend Paws and Moore!

Dealing with Jenn and Shaun at Paws and Moore has been amazing. They are both so professional in their approach and service, and also very accommodating. Shaun started visiting our two dogs recently. The best dog sitters you could ask for! I visited Shrewsbury for work in the lead up to Christmas and required dog care for around 10 days. Despite my working hours being a little erratic, Jenn accommodated us amazingly and was super flexible with pick up and drop offs. I received daily pup dates and was always informed of drop offs and pick ups which put me totally at ease. I was so thrilled by how friendly and personal the service was and loved how happy My pup was after his visits. I couldn’t recommend Paws and Moore any more highly, I just wish I could relocate them to London for the rest of the year!! Thank you so much for making everything so easy and enjoyable! There are not enough stars…our Micro Bully stayed with Ruth, James and family whilst we were away on holiday and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our dog was quite ‘stand offish’ (not aggressive just withdrawn) with other dogs and humans as we live rurally and she doesn’t have regular interaction with visitors and rarely meets unknown dogs on walks etc. so I really wanted to ensure that the place she stayed understood dog behaviour and made her feel like part of the family. I visited 4 other providers before being instantly reassured as soon as I met Ruth. Ruth wasn’t quick to just book her in, she wanted to make sure she would settle in her home and with her family, given our dog’s socialisation level. Ruth took the time to get to know her and settle her down, giving her space when she needed. During our holiday, Ruth’s communication and updates were so consistent and day by day I could see my shy, slightly neurotic dog coming out of her shell, being treated like a family member, not just by Ruth, but by Ruth’s whole family. The love and care they gave her far exceeded my expectations and watching my dog transform into a confident and playful member of the dog gang was so wonderful. I’ve attached some photos at the bottom. If you’d have told me my dog would be this comfortable in the company of loads of dogs, I wouldn’t have believed you! I was genuinely sad for it to come to and end as I could see just how much she had progressed in that short time. What Ruth and family did for her in 10 days would have taken us months of classes, socialisation days and training. She is transformed, in excellent health and full of confidence. She’s learned how to approach other dogs to play, grown comfortable with a wider circle of humans and as I say, there are not enough stars in the world. I am forever grateful to them for making this stay away so easy on our conscience and hearts. They are fantastic!
Chip has just come home from another amazing stay with Ruth and James. I can't recommend Ruthie's enough, the way Chip is looked after when he stays with Ruth and the family is absolutely brilliant! We get regular updates and the pictures and videos speak for themselves, our baby is clearly happy and comfortable there. Thank you all for looking after Chip, especially with his special medical needs 💙
Highly recommend!!! Ruth and her husband are fantastic and really took care of our dog. He never stayed anywhere else before but he was right at home at Ruthies home boarding. They came to pick him up from our wedding and had him over night, nothing was too much trouble for them. They also offered a trial sleepover a few weeks prior to make sure our dog was happy and got to know each other better before the big day. So so happy we found Ruth, very professional, and friendly! I'm sure our dog would have stay there if he had a choice ! This truly is a home from home boarding service. Thank you so much!
My dogs had an amazing experience at Ruthies home boarding, daycare & grooming , they were very well looked after as if they are their own and spoiled with lots of treats !! Ruth and James are amazing they give you regular updates of your dog thoughout the day !! The dogs were that happy and content they didn’t want to come home . We can't thank Ruth and her family enough for the wonderful home from home experience they have provided for our little princess, she really is part of their family whilst in their care which is exactly what we were looking for in a home boarding environment. As she is aging she has a few health issues and these were kept in check with her daily medication given which is a great comfort. She came home after two weeks looking happy and healthy and beautifully groomed and clean which I know won't have been an easy task. It is such a worry in trusting someone to love and care for your pet as you do but Ruth and family deliver this 100%. Thank you so much Ruth and family.
My puppy first went to Ruth for the odd session then for a full week . He was still getting up in the night and Ruth treated him as if he was her own .. the next time he visited he settled straight away and loved it.
My dogs go to Ruth each week for daycare. They've also stayed overnight and will soon be staying for 2 weeks. I trust her 100% as I know she cares for them like her own. She genuinely loves all of the dogs that go to her and they're treated to a home from home experience. I can't recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for doggy care!

Amy from All Paws, called in last weekend to give our family dogs, a cuddle and to play ball with them, while we were away for the afternoon. Both dogs are very special to us and finding someone who we felt able to trust and look after them is very important to us. After meeting Amy and her meeting the dogs, we felt they would be in good hands with her. I would highly recommend All Paws, I was able go away for the afternoon and not worry about our 2 special family members.

Beanie has been coming to Wags & Whiskers for 4 and 1/2 years now, he goes twice a week and absolutely loves it. All the staff are amazing and they show so much love towards all the dogs. My mad spaniel, Paddy, has been going to Wags for over three years now and he loves it! Steph and her staff clearly adore dogs, and they make sure that their charges are exercised, stimulated and rested as appropriate. I love that I can see on Instagram what my boy is up to when he’s there!
I can honestly say wags and whiskers is so good .Our little Finn has been going for nearly 12 months now and loves his days .steph and all the girls are fantastic ,the facilities are so good with plenty of outside space and play areas . It is also great value for money . We had a bad experience with first daycare place we choose for Finn so moved him to wags so glad we did . Also Steph is a great groomer so Finn can also have a groom . If you are looking for daycare wags is the place . Annette
Bob has been with Wags for a few years now and it's fantastic. I can tell from the social media updates he is having a ball and he loves the staff. I know I can drop him off and trust he'll have a great time with his doggy pals and be looked after my the team.

What a fantastic experience for our 3 dogs, they absolutely loved it. Loads for them to do, didn't stopped running around for the whole hour. All was very quite on the way home. Easy access to all gates. Even though there were sheep and horses in the next fields the dogs wernt interested at all. Felt very secure in all areas. Definitely recommend and will book again. Great place for a dog party. 🐕

Alice has made a real go at creating and growing her business. She is a very capable young lady. She has a lovely way with all animals and our Charlie adores her. We have used many of her services, and we have always been more than happy to recommend her to friends. We will often call on Alice for help and advice too, nothing is too much trouble for her. Alice has also started to provide hampers for those special occasions and after the lovey Christmas hamper Charlie can't wait for Easter!
Ali looked after our felines for the summer. No job was too small for her and she took her time to come and get to know the cats before we went away. I felt calm, happy and settled and rightly so, as when we returned the cats were happy and healthy and I had regular updates about how they were and photos to confirm all was well. Alice looked after our beloved cat, Boba whilst we were away. First time having Alice care for Boba. Alice was so caring and professional, ensuring she did a meet & greet before us going away, and noting all information for boba including vets etc. This gave us reassurance she would give the upmost care to Boba. During our trip, she was in regular contact, updates and pictures, Boba took such a like to Alice. Highly recommend and already booked Alice for our next trip

I have two very precious sausage dogs and Alice understands just how precious they are to me. She knows I prefer them to be socialised with smaller dogs for their backs. She understands their raw feed diet. She's very knowledge about all different dog breeds but she's not pushy with it. She adapts to your routine and whatever is best for your dog she will do. She goes above and beyond for my boys and they love her so much. I wouldn't want anyone else to look after my boys. They love alice and she loves them just as much. Thanks for being you!!!! Up until now we have had no issues with Lower Mill, having been a customer of theirs for the last 3-4years. But this week we have tried to make contact with them to book our cat in for a 3 night stay at the end of the month (I’m aware last minute) due to something that has cropped up. I messaged them on Monday detailing the dates and as usual receive an automated reply back asking to be patient for a reply back but if urgent please call up. As not to bother them, I then waited patiently for them to get back to me. Tuesday came and went, and then midday Wednesday I asked my partner to message in case they were that busy they had missed my message. This morning my partner received a message back (still yet to reply back to my message) stating they have seen I have messaged but that they have previously stated that a quicker response is to call them up. Which ironically myself and my partner did do yesterday morning but as always are met by an answering machine. Having seen the message my partner received I don’t like the tone of the message and clearly they are that busy they don’t need my money and therefore will look to take it elsewhere. I am happy to have a conversation about this over the phone, as you will have my contact number on record. I look forward to hearing from you!
Sprout seemed to really enjoy his stay at Lower Mill Cattery. He was well looked after and seemed at home when we picked him up. He received a lot of care and attention while he was there, and the staff seemed to have bonded with him very well. I would recommend Lower Mill to anybody looking for somewhere for their cats/dogs to stay, and would 100% use them again.
An amazing group of well trained people at lower mill boarding kennels. I have used these kennels and cattery for over 25 years and won't put my pets anywhere else. Well done Johnathan and team.
Great Kennels with caring and friendly staff. This was the 1st time our dog had stayed away from home overnight and he was relaxed and happy from the moment we arrived as well as when we collected him.
Our Labrador spent two weeks there and he was very well looked after by lovely, friendly staff. Treated like a family pet and was a happy, happy doggie. Highly recommended and would definitely go back. Five stars for sure.
Both of my small breed dogs have been to Lower Mill for their holidays. The staff really care about the welfare of their canine visitors. The dogs have lots of stimulation and are walked several times during the day. The kennels are also super-clean. I heard of Lower Mill through a personal recommendation and I now always recommend Lower Mill to anyone else looking for overnight care for their dogs. My little girls (dogs) were invited to have a day visit before they stayed overnight which was a great idea as it meant I knew they would be happy and familiar with their surroundings and staff during their 'holiday' :D Lovely setting and excellent staff. I wouldn't want my dogs to go elsewhere. Most importantly, my little ones always seem to enjoy going there and they love the staff.

This place is amazing - the staff are caring and knowledgeable and run a good tight ship in terms of inoculation rules which fills us with reassurance that our dogs will be healthy and safe. Love the one day trial visit too - meant they and we got to see if Lower Mills was the right place and boy is it :)

Brilliant service, every stay is above and beyond. I have a sensitive and powerful lurcher but she is always looked after fantastically and comes home happy and exhausted. Updates and pictures are sent to reassure me, I do not think now of going anywhere else (main stream kennels made dog very unhappy and resulted in big vets fees after being overpulled).
The most perfect location, Deanne is amazing with our 2 dogs who have the best time on their holidays @Barkingham Palace.
