I really enjoyed my sit at Deborah's. The cats were a bit shy at first but are total sweethearts. She gave me detailed instructions and had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. The cherry on top was the location- it is located next to an area with great shops and restaurants, plus it is adjacent to a beautiful open space area with all sorts of peaceful walking/biking trails!
It was a fantastic pet sit experience with lovely Ruby in Hertford, London. Ruby is sweet, funny, silent and a low-maintenance cat. She likes to spend time in the garden, obsessed with her treats. She is a super companion. Graeme and Darren are very kind, communicative and welcoming gentlemen. They provided me all relevant information for the sit. I had no difficulty getting used to their routine. Thanks to the working environment they provided for me, I was able to carry out my work very comfortably.Their Victorian style house is beautiful and very cozy. It's very close to the town centre, the superstore and the train station. Hertford is a gorgeous town with its rivers and green, small stores, cafes, restaurants, historic Churches. It's a super relaxing place. I would love to come again and take care of Ruby at Graeme and Darren's.
We had a lovely stay at Jane and Simon's beautiful home. All three pets are great, Lola needs and loves loads of attention and will let you know when she thinks it is time for dinner :). Woody the Setter is the opposite and is so laid back as to be totally horizontal! You call him for a walk and he just looks at you, but both dogs love their walks and it was such a pleasure to see Woody trotting, and then running flat out across the fields :). There are loads of great walks nearby. The cat Holly rules the roost, is very friendly, and will either sit on your lap, or on one of the dogs beds, neither dog would dare to disturb her :). The pub in the village is excellent, we had a great meal there one evening. Jane and Simon were very welcoming and relaxed, and communication was always good.
We had a great experience caring for Skeeter for 9 days while Shelley and Larry traveled. Their home is very clean, comfortable and has everything needed for a long stay. The backyard is beautiful and well maintained with artificial turf, hardscape, lots of flowers and a nice sitting area. Communication was great from first contact through post- sit. Skeeter is very friendly and enjoys attention. Skeeter loves the daily morning and evening walks. The neighborhood is very walkable. Skeeter is easy to care for, only requiring feeding and walking twice each day. There is an dog door so you can leave for most of the day to experience the local sites and activities. Shopping including Target, Best Buy and REI is a short walk away. There are lot’s of things to see and do within an hours drive. Our favorites include: Monterey Bay Aquarium, Monterey Bay Costal Trail, 17 Mile Drive and Big Sur Costal Drive. Overall this was a very good experience. If you have an opportunity to sit for Shelley and Larry, I would highly recommend it. Shelley and Larry, thank you for allowing us to care for Skeeter and enjoy your beautiful home.

I was looking for day care for my 1 year old pup and was able to find Jackie through google. She was able to take him 5 days a week, full time, which was what me and my boyfriend were looking for. The meet and greet was great. She really wanted to make my pup feel comfortable. As the days went by, my pup was super excited each morning to see Jackie. She keeps us posted with our pup throughout the day and is extremely reliable! Would recommend to anyone trying to board or day care.
We meet Jackie over a year ago at puppy training. We were looking for someone to board our golden retriever puppy for a weekend. Our Lola was well taken care of and had a blast socializing with other dogs. She now goes 3 days a week for doggie daycare. She looks forward to seeing Jackie and her pups. Jackie goes above and beyond to make sure every dog gets the attention they need through out the day 💛
Jackie is amazing. She is very responsive and flexible. I started going to her after looking for a dog sitter that was closer to my home. She is much more than a dog sitter. Her dog training experience and loving nature elevates her services. Recently, I went on a trip far away and Jackie was only able to watch my dog for a portion of the time I was gone. After I was not able to find other options, she offered to take care of him and drop him off at the second boarding place. She also fed him white rice and boiled chicken when his stool was too soft. Even though she does not take dogs with soft stool she cared for mine as if he were her own. Thank you Jackie. I'm only sad that I'm moving soon and won't be able to see you much longer.
Jackie (of Precious Paws) is amazing. We adopted a sweet but stubborn half-grown pup, and Jackie has worked hard to teach our dog some manners. Our dog loves going to see Jackie every day, because she’s given tasks to do, but also treated with love. Jackie has made a world of difference!
I boarded my 10 month old GSD puppy with Jackie for 5 days and I was extremely happy with how well she cared for my dog. I received daily updates and pictures of my pup and that really helped me since it was my first time away from him. Due to snow storms my flight was cancelled and I couldnt make it back in time for the pickup. Jackie went above and beyond to help board my dog for an extra night. I just wanted to share how much I love Precious Paws. My original dog sitter canceled on me at the last minute when I was ALREADY out of town and I called Jackie from Precious Paws who came through for me in a big way. Not only did she come pick him up and watched him until I came back in town, but she sent me updates that included pictures and just text messages that just left me know that he is in great hands and from the looks of things he made himself really comfortable on the couch. This is the exact kind care I was looking for. I didn't want to put him in a place where he was going to be another dog in a cage. I wanted him to have fun minus me and my son and that is exactly what I got. I am so happy with the care and will be back there for services again.

Rose has walked our previous dog Murphy and when Murphy died, she got us a rescue, Maisie. Murphy and Maisie have been taken care of by Rose when we leave town and have been walked Mondays through Fridays each week. They both have completely loved her and have waited faithfully by the front door for Rose to make her daily appearance. We have been dealing with Rose for a number of years and she is great—100% reliable, trustworthy,, wise and loving. My wife and I can recommend her highly. I rarely write reviews but I could not let this go by.
I have boarded my dog here a number of times over the years and I have always felt safe doing so. I always choose the kennels that have a video camera so I can see my dog any time of day or night. I have also booked nail trims here and have been satisfied. The staff have always been very friendly to me and my dog seems to like them all (she lets them carry her around with no trouble at all). Will continue to board here as long as I live in the area.
Our two cats spent 10 days in the care of Paws Crossing. They were relaxed when we picked them up, and adjusted well when we got them home. They were clearly well cared for. The people running reception and their care couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend this "resort " for pets!
Love this place for our dog! They clearly take care and make you feel comfortable for leaving your loved pet while out of town. They welcome anything you want to provide for your dog beyond the necessaties (toys, blankets etc). Our 9 year old German Sheppard is on medication and they take care of it and we know she is well taken care of. We love the cottage so she has the space she needs and we are able to check on her via their webcam. Highly recommend them for your pet if you need to leave your pet at home.
My dog Denali LOVES going to Paws Crossing. We can't even say Paws Crossing because he thinks he going and gets crazy! It's been so good for him to have play time with other dogs.Grooming does a great job too. We board him when we're away and have peace of mind he's in good hands and having a great time! So, we wanted to board our cat for a few days, and decided to try Paws Crossing Pet Resort & Spa. The website indicates several methods to make a reservation, which all ends up contacting them in various ways, and they'll call you back to make a reservation. Well, I tried leaving voicemails. I tried sending emails. I tried their online form. I never got any contact back. Luckily, we managed to find another boarding place which would let us make a reservation in time, but this was overall a stressful experience due to losing time in locating a boarding provider.
I’ve boarded my cat here a couple of times and I’ve always been really satisfied. I have a special needs cat and was rejected by a few places for boarding but people at Paws Crossing take great care of her and are very patient. Plus there’s an ER for pets right next door, so that gives a bit of peace of mind

Carine is absolutely amazing with our two puppies. She met them when they were not leash trained, they didn’t really know how to be dogs and their personalities were just coming out. She’s patient and has taught them so much in such a short period of time. We use her dog walking service regularly and her boarding occasionally. Both services are very reasonably priced.
Boots Had a wonderful experience with Carine & Fun4Paws team. Carine is a wonderful caretaker for k9 pets and gave me updates and told me how his behavior pattern was. I look fwd to sending him again for few more boarding sessions and also when possible pack walk. Rest assured my pup Boots had a happy stay and hope he gets into his comfort zone when he goes for more such boarding sessions with Fun4Paws in future. I’ve done day cares and dog walking with Carine and she’s done a great job in both. She sends constant updates and suggestions especially when my dog was having separation anxiety. Carine is great! We've been using her as our dog walker for about five years now. She walks our dogs most week days, and we also rely on her to house sit for us and watch our dogs when we are out of town. You can tell she really cares about animals. Our puppers are really happy to see her when she arrives!
Completely Amazing! Carine came over with her pack and my dog immediately became aggressive on his leash. He is leash reactive but Carine said she would work with that. When she came over with her pack I just thought "Oh God" this will never work! He's already being aggressive. I thought she would tell me it wasn't going to work. BUT I left her alone and soon received a photo of her and my dog in the pack walking happily along. When they arrived I couldn't believe it. He was happy as I've ever seen him and no issues with the other dogs! She did extra work with him solo before the walk then with each dog in the pack so it was a lot of time and she didn't even charge me for that! I cannot recommend this Dog Whisperer enough. She knows what she's doing hands down and has such a special way with animals. My dog is in love with her. Thank you Carine and Fun4Paws!!!!!!!!!
I would recommend this business!! It was a great experience! We live out of town over 300 miles and had to find a place for dog sitting for 6 hours. My dog is disabled and alert and affectionate and sweet and gets along with other dogs. My dog is potty trained and no trouble.The other dog sitters and facilities wouldn't take him because he can't walk. It was difficult even to speak with a live person!! Please if you need someone to take care of your fur baby PLEASE Call Fun 4 Paws!!

My dog loves coming here! The staff is friendly and professional. I trust that my dog will be safe. We have used them for day care as well as boarding and couldn’t be happier.
I strongly advise against using this business. My dog was attacked while under their care, which was traumatizing for her. Despite this, they terminated their service on the same day, citing my complaints about their billing practices as the reason. What's even more concerning is that they terminated their service without any prior warning or attempt to work with me. I have reported this business to the BBB, but they have not responded to any of my emails and calls. I tried to work with my credit card company to dispute the charge, but the business has responded by claiming that I canceled the service, even though they sent me a termination letter clearly stating that they were forfeiting the unused passes. I did however request for the refund for the unused passes which they have not done. I've sent several emails asking for a copy of the receipts and contract that they claimed I signed to agree they can terminate their service and forfeit any unused passes with any reason. I highly recommend avoiding this business due to their poor handling of my dog's attack and their shady business practices. If you are already using their service, be cautious when you purchase their passes in advance. As of today, I have yet to receive my refund of $1428.3 for the unused passes.
Staff is very rude and doesn’t communicate well at all. When I went to pick up my dog, it was after 12 noon and they argued with me over paying a late pick up fee I told them just to use one of my prepaid days from my boarding package to cover it to which they insisted they can’t do it and I must give them more money at that moment Understand that the prepaid day that I was asking them to use is more than the value of the late pick up fee Having just got home from vacation and not having my wallet or money with me I had no way to pay this fee and instead of trying to make things easy they decided to fight with me. All I’m trying to do is get the dogs that were prepaid and get home. I had a huge positive balance on my account don’t fight me The manager then went as far as calling my emergency contact on file to tell them that I was angry at them in an attempt to get me in trouble with them🤣. My neighbor informed me that the person on the phone was petty and rude, and she asked him why he was calling if there wasn’t an emergency and if I had already picked up my dogs she answered emergency contact not my parents Parking lot is practically unusable small I had chosen this place because of the raving reviews and am so disappointed by my personal experience. I tried so hard yet each of the 4 times I went there they found reasons to cause drama accusing me of not paying for prepaid grooming in Oct 23 to not coming fast enough in August of 23 to pick my dog up from grooming (they called me at 1 while I was showering and then 3 more times in the next hour as I got dressed and made my way over to pick up my dog). BE PATIENT it takes time to get there, I can’t stop everything and teleport over. Do not recommend will not go back.
Great doggy daycare service! Super friendly staff. I feel confident my pup is well looked after and safe. Worth the price for peace of mind! Update: I had to board my dog shortly after he was diagnosed with an ear infection. I couldn’t change my trip as it had been planned years in advance. They didn’t charge me extra to give him two pills a day plus ear drops every night. They also cleaned his ears every other day with a medicated ear cleaner I provided. I took him to the vet the day I picked him up for a follow up, and the vet was shocked by how clean his ears were. There was no sign of infection or irritation. The swabs they took from his ears were perfectly clean. The vet said she rarely sees ears this clean. I was over the moon thrilled! Thank you Dr. Dave’s for taking the best care of my dog! I will NEVER go to another boarding facility again!
Have always had a good experience here. It does smell bad in the lobby more often than not and once my dog smelled AWFUL upon picking her up from boarding but....nothing that a bath couldn't fix. Recommend.

Safe place to bring your dog. It is a smaller place, but the dogs aren't in kennels for part of the day like Canine Corral. The walks are also in a small area. The main objective for me is to keep my pup safe and free of ouch reports and Dr Dave's does that. Other services are available too
My dog is always excited to go there and always happy when I pick him up. No matter if it's for a few hours, a long weekend, or grooming. Best of all is he is allowed to play with other dogs while there. Staff always accommodates any insane request, be it for diet, grooming nuances, or even to send picks of BM for tracking digestive issues. The only issue is they could be too popular on weekends and may not be able to board overnight, wish they were bigger.
I love the hair cut they gave my dog. They do a beautiful job here the only thing I wish they would have done was call me to let me know it was going to be more since my dog was being difficult. I understand charging more since they needed another stylist to help but just call to let me know what is going on as well as that it was going to take more then 4 hours. I am very understanding of these things but I like to know what is going on with my baby. Other then that the groomers are amazing.
We use them for grooming are older dogs. They do an excellent job and accommodate our special needs (we need to use scent free shampoo, which we provide). Our dogs are not particularly stressed to go to the groomers.
Excellent service. It is always busy so you will have to book ahead of time. Very rare to get same day appointment. Staff are friendly and did not try to sell me extra service. I selected to have my dog's nails filed down but the groomer checked and said it wasn't necessary. Liz did a great job!!
We took our 2 dogs in for grooming just to have one of them not look like he was even bathed. His tail and ears were still matted and the fur on his face was still hiding his eyes. He left wearing the collar of our other dog who was not wearing a collar at all. It turns out after we called them that one of the collars is missing and they can't find it. We had to go and buy a new collar and tag. We will not be returning!
What a great Vet, Doggy Daycare, and Grooming at Dr. Daves. The dogs went in a little shabby, and came back like show dogs thanks to their groomer. We will be back.
FIRST TIME VISIT: One ear trim was shorter by 2”, and I WAS NOT told BEFORE they asked me to pay and tip!! Glands were not cleaned My dog was brought out without his leash Never will return. Poor customer service Poor job No support when I went I verbalized all my concerns and issues!!!
The team at Dr. Dave’s was amazing today. My dogs have been waiting weeks to have their nails done and they were miserable. The nice ladies at this location fit me into their schedule and took great care of my dogs. Thanks!!
Gross negligence with severe clipper burns. New groomers need to be vetted and trained. Very disappointed especially because we had been going there for the past 2-3 years.

Michael is great! Very reliable and helpful. Our cat used to always leave us "unpleasant surprises" after we got home from a trip, but ever since we started having Michael come by she stopped doing it. I would highly recommend Michael's services!
To have someone that I can depend on to not only feed and exercise my precious cat and dog but, having someone who genuinely loves my pets is huge. Michael is a godsend and I wouldn’t trust anyone with my babies the way I trust Michael!!!

We have been bringing our pup, Spiritt, for a year and a half. Initially, she was shy and needed more socialization. We couldn't be happier with how she has blossomed! The facilities are well maintained, the staff is caring and attentive (they once called to let us know about a minor health problem they observed which we greatly appreciated) and we feel very comfortable leaving her at Sweet Doggies for daycare as well as extended overnight stays. She is always excited to see her pup pals! Additionally, when we pick her up, the staff is kind enough to provide updates on her day and the pup friends she plays with. We also appreciate the social media updates and photos they routinely post as well as the opportunity to observe her on their live video feed. Heartfelt "thank you!" to Abby, Na, Evan and the entire Sweet Doggies team! You are first rate!
We usually send our dog to Santa clara location but send him for boarding here at Sunnyvale. I love that I can see him through camera. The boarding reservation and application process is smooth and easy. The staff are kind and nice. My dog loves it here!
Absolutely the best dog daycare in the United States. I, and my dog best bud, are lucky to be clients at Sweet Doggies, and each day they just keep on getting better. There is no other dog daycare and boarding as superb as Sweet Doggies. My dog and I are lucky and so grateful to be clients of theirs.
While staying in San Jose for a month we took advantage of the day care option for our toy Aussie. We found Sweet Doggies to always be clean, kind, and friendly. The staff are sweet - just like the doggies. The dogs are all small and there weren’t too many so our Aussie didn’t get as overwhelmed as he has in day care at home with lots of dogs. We also like to be able to view on line during the day. We will definitely keep using Sweet Doggies.
We love this place. My one dog has been a regular since 2012 or so. My newer rescue has also been a regular since 2016. Daycare helped my dogs be more social and stay busy and gives me peace of mind with long commuting or work days. The staff is always willing to accommodate any needs and take good care of the dogs in general. The crate free and no bark ambience is low stress. They have webcams also we see whenever our dogs are boarding. Great people and service

Sweet Doggies is the best!! We adopted our first dog recently and she has a lot of fears around new people and dogs. The staff have really supported and accepted her. They now regularly send us videos of her playing with other dogs and it makes us so happy! We have taken our dog there for workdays, a weekend, and a 9-day trip so far. You can tell this place is filled with so much love and genuine care. And they have an awesome Instagram account with wonderfully silly posts everyday.
We LOVE Sweet Doggies!! Our dog has been going to Sweet Doggies for almost 2 years now. The staff is super friendly and so is the owner, Evan.. The staff treats our dog like family. Super attentive! They post on IG, send videos. Our dog goes to both locations but mostly Sunnyvale as it’s closer to work and our home. When we travel we would never entrust anyone to take care of her but Sweet Doggies! Our dog is super happy and she loves going to Sweet Doggies!
I can't believe in the span of 7 years and 2 dogs, both of them went to Sweet Doggies and always had a wonderful experience. My first dog Ellie went around 2015 until she got sick and they were so understanding that we couldn't finish the day care package. A few years later we got another rescue pup and since Ellie was a member, her membership was grandfathered over so Teddy did not have to wait on their very busy wait list. He goes once a week and loves the staff and dogs there. Every time we see him post day care he is so pooped out. I love the attention the staff gives including regulating play times and even those security cameras where you can see what is going on. I love their transparency and what they stand for as a great dog day care facility. Thank you to the SD team! <3
We used Sweet Doggies when my fiance and I went out of town for a weekend to give them a trial run and were very pleased with our experience. They run doggie boarding very differently than most typical boarding places. The dogs are never caged - they are each given their own little living quarters that is gated off in an area. They also get to all play together during the day which is nice. I thought that the staff was really nice and open with us. The one complaint that I have is that I feel like their billing system is a little iffy. They have very strict pick up and drop off times, which makes sense from a business standpoint, but I thought in some cases the pricing was unfair. Then again, they do have an amazing deal where you get free daycare for your dog to test them out in the beginning. Also, I really don't have a strong comparison point since this is my first dog since I've become a real person who pays real bills.. so I may just have gone into it with unrealistic expectations. Overall, the service and experience that our dog had won us over. We plan on using Sweet Doggies for our boarding needs from this point forward. :)
Cannot recommend enough. We recently finished our 5 week group classes with the trainer, Gil. Sagan learned soooo much in just the 5 weeks & I feel so much more confident handling him. Sagan pretty immediately felt comfortable there & with the staff, who are so knowledgeable and helpful. We also have done one doggy daycare day and he was the most fulfilled I’ve ever seen him, resting so peacefully as soon as he got home. Can’t wait for Sagan to spend more time at K9 Keep fit.
This review is long overdue. For nearly two years, K9 Keep Fit took care of my goldendoodle, Phoebe whenever I needed to go into the office or out of town. We started with puppy playgroup and graduated to daycare and boarding. As with all businesses, some of the employees were more attentive and had a better attitude than others. But Phoebe always came home happy and tired. I moved away from the South Bay last year. But I’m grateful that Phoebe had positive experiences during her formative first year and was socialized during the later part of the pandemic through K9 Keep Fit.
My little Pom pup Panini had some great experiences with the puppy socials and one weekend boarding at K9 Keep Fit! We started taking him to the weekend puppy socials when he was maybe 13 weeks old (can't remember anymore but he was still smol) and his puppy manners improved almost immediately just from the one hour a week of safe interaction with other dogs. Me and my partner jokingly call it "taking Panini to school" because he's been goin' to get some pup learning in. The staff are all great and are so friendly. They're always happy to see Panini! I really like that they give you a little summary of how your pup did during the social when you pick them up, and they take time to record and send videos of your pup playing with the others. Plus, I love that they tell me the names of the dogs that Panini played with, it's such a cute little detail and sometimes you run into the dog parents of those dogs and it's a fun conversation starter! The cost of the socials can add up especially since it's just an hour, but honestly it's so worth it to get your puppy some safe socializing time especially when a lot of the daycares aren't accepting new dogs. Like I said, Panini's dog manners have improved noticeably with every social and it has been a godsend, so I just consider it part of the cost of having a well-socialized dog. I have to leave the area for a while for work and I'm pretty sad that I'll have to find another place for Panini to socialize, but I'm definitely planning to bring him back once I'm more permanently in the area! K9 Keep Fit has been the best daycare for our dogs for years. We bring both our high energy 6 and 3 year old GSDs here and they are exhausted before we reach the first stop light home. Highly recommend them!
We adopted a 1yr old rescue German Shepard mix puppy. As first time dog owners we found him difficult to manage in our home with 3 cats and could never satisfy his puppy energy. We were referred to trainer Sybl at K9 Team Fit. We boarded our dog for 7 weeks (split up over 3 months) to get the full attention of K9's attentive and effective training. Banjo loves going to K9 where he gets to socialize with many dogs in a well controlled environment, and their care and attention have made our dog owning experience a great one. Highly recommended for boarding, training or just a day filled with fun activities specifically for dogs!
A place where you know your fur babies are cared for and kept fit. We've been coming here for a few years now and love it! Very clean, organized with a great staff. Only the best for my boys!
My pup started coming here when he was just a few months old for puppy socials. Then we started daycare a bit later on. Now we have moved out of the area but I still bring him back occasionally when I’m visiting my parents in SJ. He has always loved coming here - he tries to run to the door so fast the second we get out of the car. The staff are friendly and helpful. I only hope they can expand a bit more bc it seems like lately they’re often full and have a huge wait list for new clients.
Our dog loves it here and looks forward to her weekly visit to play with her friends when she’s feeling social or hanging out on the treadmill on the days she’s antisocial. We also regularly bosses her here when traveling and we feel good knowing she’s in Renee’s great hands. 😊 …
The entire team here is amazing. We would not be fully functional at home/work during COVID without K9 Keep Fit daycare. Our puppy is a wonderful little bundle of energy and needs to satisfy her drive to play, but obviously we can't play with her while trying to perform at a high level during the workday. We're also doing puppy training classes. The mix of daycare, socialization, training, and strong recommendations from experienced staff is making all the difference between raising a good dog and a great dog. Thank you K9 Keep Fit!
K9 Keep Fit is wonderful! My dog is so excited to go back, and every time I come to pick her up she is happily exhausted. The staff are awesome - they greet her by name every morning, and from chatting with them about how she did that day when I pick her up, I can tell they pay attention to her happiness and comfort. It makes my life so much easier knowing that she is well taken care of while she is there!
Danielle is super professional and took great care of my four cats for two weeks! Everyday she sent me an update about my babies wellbeing and pics, she answered all my messages really fast. I used to leave my cats at pet hotels when we travelled, but my cats loved staying in the house, it was less stressful for all of us. I saved her contact for future trips, because it was really comforting to know she was here to take good care of my cats.
I have been using Danielle’s services for many years and trust my pets are in good hands with her! I have a senior dog and a cat with diabetes and she is able to give them all of their medication without any issues! She is reliable and knows how to care for animals in a professional and caring way. She also has great advice and recommendations so I can better care for my animals when asked. Her services are exceptional and she goes above and beyond for each animal. She developed a deep connection with each of my animals so I feel most comfortable leaving them in her care. It puts me and my pets at ease knowing she is caring for then when I am away or in need!
My two Chihuahuas have stayed with Danielle a few times now and I've always felt they were in the best hands! Twyla has some resource guarding tendencies which Danielle is skilled in handling. And my old man Wilson has kidney disease which gives him poor appetite but he always eats for Danielle. I would absolutely recommend!!
Four Paws is great. They are very caring and professional. Our dog had an emergency surgery and was on medications. We needed someone with experience and also knowledgeable about after care surgery since we couldn’t cancel an important trip. A very difficult situation for us and even though our dog was stable and was already 7 days since the surgery we were worried. We found Four Paws on line. We met with Danielle and Bianca and Immediately felt confident leaving our doggie with them. Danielle kept us informed about our dog’s progress and the medications intake. Danielle made especial arrangements the first few days to accommodated our dog’s needs and to make her feel comfortable and safe!. We will forever be grateful with them for helping us during that emergency situation. After that event we had left our dog a couple of times with Danielle and Bianca and each time it has been a great experience , our doggie is happy and We finally go on trips with a peace of mind !!!
I am so grateful to have found Danielle a little over a year ago! My 9 year old Pomeranian, Wally, has many medical conditions and Danielle is the only person I trust to leave him with. He has a thyroid issues, collapsing trachea, allergies and had a recent knee surgery. I needed someone with medical experience above a day to day walker who would be able to check in on him and make sure he was ok when at work (and let me know!). After knee surgery he still wanted to get out and about and Danielle walked him around the neighborhood in his stroller - he loved it! I've also used Danielle for overnights and Wally had a blast. He can be difficult with taking medications and picky with food and Danielle handled it with ease (and got him to eat!!!!!). I can truly relax on vacation knowing he's safe and taken care of. Recently Danielle has offered doggy daycare and these are some of Wally's most fun days. He always comes home happy and tired!!! I can honestly say Wally is a happier and healthier dog because of Danielle - I highly recommend her services!
Danielle has been a fantastic pet sitter! She is always responsive and has gone the extra mile to take great care of our cat while we’re away, spending quality time with her and administering medications whenever needed. She sends us photos with each visit so we know that our cat is doing well. I highly recommend Danielle to anyone, especially those whose pets have health conditions and need extra care. We had Danielle at 4 Paws watch our dog while we were on vacation. He is very nervous with new people and we were worried about leaving him with just anyone. I knew as soon as we dropped him off that we made the right choice to leave him with Dani. We received photos while we were away updating us on his status and could see that he was having a great time with her and the other pets in her care. By the time we got back he was so comfortable with them I know I’ll be using them again in the future. Five stars all the way!! I’d recommend them to anyone needing care for special needs animals or just for a doggie play date. We enjoyed our vacation so much more knowing our baby was safe and happy.
Danielle has taken care of our dogs and cat a number of times and has been very responsive and professional in every situation. Our animals are always excited to see her, which shows she has positive relationships with them. She meticulously follows our pets’ dietary regimens and I highly recommend her. We are so happy to have found 4Paws Pro Care in Santa Clara! Our mini doodle has stayed with 4Paws (Danielle Mores) for extended stays while we had to be away (and a couple of times for daycare). You couldn’t ask for a better experience or better care. Our pup is so comfortable with them that when we arrive she runs in like she is home! We really appreciate their focus on security and chemistry with the other dogs. It is a positive, enriching environment:) Danielle keeps us updated regularly while we are away. And it is a comfort that Danielle has a background as a registered veterinary technician. She has also been flexible when we have had schedule changes. 4Paws is our pup’s home away from home :):)
