Lyn and Clive are very kind and generous hosts, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and invited us to help ourselves to all the food available in the kitchen! They gave very clear instructions and had them printed out for easy reference. Their comfortable home is spacious and strategically located in the centre of town, with easy access to public transport, shopping centres and lots and lots of eateries. We were offered a chance to stay on the eve of the sit and also after the sit, should we need it. That shows how considerate they are! As for the adorable pets, they are both beautiful in different ways, and full of character, but well-behaved. Albert is the easy going type, loves to relax and eat at every chance. Gavin loves to play, and being hand fed. He’d tell you when he wants to eat and drink. He likes to tease Albert sometimes, by jumping on him, and inviting him to a playful fight. It was a joy looking after them. Thank you Lyn and Clive for the pleasure. We’d love to pet sit again someday
We had the pleasure of pet sitting for Ying, a truly nice owner who made our experience wonderful from the start. Ying thoroughly explained everything we needed to know about caring for her two cats, ensuring we were well-prepared. She shared insights into Eve and Ivar's personalities and the best ways to approach them, which helped us connect with them quickly. Ying also provided great recommendations for exploring the neighborhood, enhancing our stay with local tips and suggestions. She was always available through WhatsApp, making communication smooth and easy. The cats, Eve and Ivar, were absolutely adorable. Eve, the company girl, was always by our side, greeting us in the morning for some gentle petting. She is calm and soothing to be around. Ivar, on the other hand, is lively and playful, filled with energy and always ready for a game with his toys or his sister. Both cats are very people-oriented and love attention, making our time with them truly enjoyable. The flat's location in the city center, close to the independence monument, was exceptional. With a great swimming pool on a high level of the building and a gym, it offered more than just a place to stay. The area is surrounded by many great Western restaurants and bars, all within walking distance, which made our experience even more fantastic. We had a fantastic time taking care of Eve and Ivar and would highly recommend Ying to anyone looking for a pet sitting opportunity. Her hospitality, combined with the charm of her cats and the great location of her flat, made our experience memorable.
Of our dozens of sits thus far, spending a long weekend at Tia and Adam's home caring for their 3 pets, was one of the best on THS. They have a lovely large home nestled in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood of Tampa/TempleTerrace. Their home is cozy and inviting. Taking their dog Zoo Zoo was a morning joy. She is easy to walk and we had no trouble with her walking or interacting around other pets. All three pets were great sleepers, so you can count on a great night's sleep with air splitters in each bedroom to keep it as cool as you like. We spent our weekend at their home either floating in their large pool during the days with Zoo Zoo pool side hanging out with us, or enjoying a movie on their projection screen, on their cozy sectional and VERY clean indoor. They allowed us access to each room and any of their games, music, and movies. FUN FUN FUN Communication was outstanding and we just absolutely adore these pets, this home, and this very ingratiating family. We hope to be invited back again.
