Margot & Joseph

Margot was excellent with our cats. She communicated lightly via text and sent pictures almost every day, which we asked for and were really appreciative of! She made us feel like she had our babies taken care of & handled. However, we were gone for about 10 days in the peak of Texas summer and I asked her to water our indoor and outdoor plants every day. Since she lives in Texas, I trusted that she wasn’t new to the Texan heat and understood that “every day” was really needed. Given the condition of our garden and the indoor plants that we came home to, it doesn’t look like they were watered once. When I reached out to ask about it, she wasn’t apologetic and said “I wasn’t sure how much to water them.” I take full responsibility for not following up every day or giving her the clarity she needed (since that was necessary) but her lack of communication as they were all clearly dying says that she was truly inattentive and careless. Had she reached out to clarify or be in contact at all in any way about them during her stay, it would have gone a long way but sadly, she didn’t. That broke my trust for a future sit and was really disappointing after we over accommodated her & additional members of her family last minute. If you’re looking for Margot to ONLY watch your pets, 5 stars! If you’re also looking for a trustable housesitter, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Kalyn was awesome! Very attentive to the pups and courteous of our house. She was also very flexible as we had some changes to arrivals/departures/etc. She was very communicative and sent lots of pics which we loved. Would love to work with her again on other stays!

Susan & Miranda were EXCEPTIONAL! We are big on communication and they exceeded our expectations in all ways. They took amazing care of our doggos — so many walks, fetch every day, and tons of snuggles! Plus, the house looked fantastic when we got home. We would recommend them 10/10 times.

Charmaine was wonderful about setting up the stay, learning about what our pets need, and keeping in touch and sending photos while we were away. Just a little more attention to readying the house for our return (leaving it as we left it) would have been great but, overall, we are pleased with her stay and grateful to have had a sitter over the holidays.

Kevin & Roston are life savers! We had a bad experience with a sitter and had to arrange for help while abroad. Thankfully these guys were able to step up straight away without having been officially booked at the time. They took great care of our house and huskies, with great communication throughout which put our minds at ease. With all the drama and such short notice, we are so grateful for both of them and would highly recommend reaching out to them for house sitting.

Jenny and Lauren were incredibly professional and amazing sitters. I felt 100% comfortable having them watch our kitty Gemini and look after our apartment. They had great communication the entire time, sent me photos and videos of Gemini and kept me updated with everything. We came back to a spotless apartment and a very relaxed and happy cat which means the absolute world to us. I would love to have them sit for us again in the future.

He provided texts and pictures at my request but most importantly, my dogs were happy and healthy the entire time. Zach and Ali are awesome. They sent tons of pics and updates, took great care of the pups, and kept the house sparkling clean. One of my dogs was dealing with some health issues during their stay and it was such a relief to leave her in good hands. I would love to host them again anytime!

We really enjoyed our weekend at Ch'aska's house with her cute cat Uchu and her lizard Topi. It is a comfortable home full of curiosities and Ch'aska took care of everything to make our stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. Her home is very well located in Denver with everything you need within walking distance....

Katie was so incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire process. We met virtually beforehand and immediately knew it was going to be a great sit.

And how do you begin to talk about Harold and Hamish? Such cuties. So relaxed. So playful. And such a joy to take care of throughout the day and night. Also the most adorable sleepers! Let's just say you'll find yourself taking far more photos of them than you ever imagined, and all of them will be the best. We loved taking care of these two doggies, and anyone would be lucky to spend time with them.

Kanna and George gave us a warm welcome to their beautiful ocean view home and their elder pets, Trixie and Missy.  They were generous and kind and made us feel instantly at home.  They provided us with comprehensive information and set us up for success. 

It was a privilege to  care for Trixie and Missy and we felt fortunate to have had  time with them.  Wisdom comes with age, even with our pets and there were lessons learned. They were easy and delightful to care for and we miss them.  We hope to have another opportunity to sit with Trixie and Missy soon.

Mary and David went out of their way to ensure my comfort for my entire stay. From the first meet-and-greet right until the end, Mary was extremely concerned I had everything I needed and felt at home. Their home is bright, spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything I needed (and their backyard is gorgeous!). The only thing that made it even better was Zorro the cat! He and I just got along. He was a delight to be around and I especially enjoyed our evenings spent in front of the fire.  All in all, I highly recommend staying here if you can! Thank you, Mary and David!

Loved the area as it was super walkable to everything. Loved Scout because she is such a cuddle bug and a great walking partner. Allison was great at communicating, and I overall had such a great time watching after Scout.
