The family dog’s, Willie and Lucy, were a pleasure to look after and care for. They are a pair who loved to take their ‘walkies’ together, at their own pace. They both enjoyed being massaged and having their coats brushed too. A lovely house/pet sit.

It was a pleasure to look after such lovely, intelligent dogs! Jo and family were very welcoming - even generously offering a lift to and from the station. Lovely walks along the river and a beautiful home, perfect place to relax. We would love to come and sit again! :)

Had a great 2 week house/pet sit for Lynis in her gorgeous home. The house is perfect if you are looking for a character cottage with a modern twist in a lovely village with a good few pubs within walking distance, in fact one right next door. So many beautiful walks right from the door. The beautiful village of painswick is an easy walk but our favourite place was out of the front door and up into the forest, so many paths, very easy to loose yourself for a few hours, but so much fun finding your way back.
The stars of the show are Teddy & Daphne, such happy relaxed calm cuddly cats. Teddy is such a big softy, he just wants to eat, sleep and be cuddled and Daphne such a character, busy most of the time except in the evening where she would happily wait for us to sit down and plonk herself on our laps for hours and hours purring away.
Thank you Lynis for giving us the opportunity to stay on your home and care for Teddy & Daphne x

Harriet
Was able to visit and meet with Harriet in person prior to the sit.
Harriet showed me around the property and explained everything, answered all questions and left clear instructions for doggy care.
Enjoyed a wonderful week looking after 3 lovely dogs and exploring the local area.

I had a wonderful housesit, the cats are adorable characters with very different with all very loving personalities. Foraging for Dereks food and giving him a bath was a first for me and he's a great little chap. The village is one of the most welcoming I've housesat in. Rachel provided all of the information I needed to have a stress free stay and is a great communicator if you need to ask a question no matter where in the world they are. I'd love to return.
