We lucked out finding Petpals Chingford! Kerry is fantastic. We went away for two weeks, and I was pretty nervous because I hadn’t left my younger cat for that long before. She’s an anxious little rescue, but Kerry made her and my other cat Daisy feel so safe and comfortable. You could tell they were really well cared for. She kept us updated with regular messages and pictures (she’s got a great eye for those too!). She helped keep the place clean and took the rubbish out before we got back. Petpals is also super reasonable price-wise and is great value for money. I’d 100% recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks, Kerry, for giving us total peace of mind while we were away.

Kerry has looked after our cat on a number of occasions now over the past year. Our 13 year old Battersea rescue cat is very nervous when it comes to new people and places. So coming across Pet Pals has been a real godsend for us as we were concerned about how he would cope in a cattery. Kerry is really friendly, efficient and demonstrates a clear love for the animals she is taking care of. We have been kept up to date whilst away, providing peace of mind, and have always come home to a happy, content cat. We could not recommend Pet Pals more and will be continuing to enlist Kerry's help in the future once lockdown has ended.

Excellent service, I have been using Kerry's professional service for about seven years and always pleased on my return from holiday on how clean the place is and my pets are happy too. She was particularly good when I was incapacitated a year ago and came in daily to see to my pets. They are trained in giving medication to animals too.

Kerry has been looking after our cat while we've been away for over a year now. She's been totally fantastic and super helpful noticing important things regarding our home while we've been out. She's really on top of the communication. I'm glad she's in the area!

Have used Petpals twice now (2nd time at late notice) and really happy using them. Kerry is friendly and approachable making the whole thing of going away less stressful on both us and our fussy little cat (definitely compared with a cattery). She even washes up and picks up the post for us which is a nice touch as well. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Was really happy with Kerry even though she said she's closed how long for we may need end of May beginning of June 3rd and the week of the 16 June

Terrible! Kerry sent some random illiterate around our house who despite written instructions overfed our cat who then obviously threw up all over the house. I asked her about the note I left for her and she lied about seeing it but not reading it properly (which would also not have been reassuring), but with our security cameras recording the visits I not only know she‘s a liar, I can also report that the "up to 20-minute visit“ is 8 minutes at most and our cat hasn‘t been stroked in 48 hours. Do not trust them with your cat!

Kerry is most reliable,kind and efficient.She has looked after my dog several times and he loves seeing her. She always does everything asked of her and I wouldn`t leave my dog with anyone else.

COULDN'T RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Woolie's Woofers looked after our Chow Chow on our wedding day. Vanessa collected her from our house in a beautifully decorated van, dressed her in the special wedding collar, took her to our church, and assisted in helping her down the isle during the ceremony as we had requested. My dog, who doesn't usually take to strangers, was absolutely obsessed with Vanessa, who went over and above with fresh ham and cheese snacks for her during the day. Vanessa drove her to the reception and kept her cool with a constant supply of water throughout the day. She then house sat at our home until the end of the night. Vanessa bought us a wedding gift and card, and also tidied the mess that the groomsmen had left when they'd left in a hurry in the morning. Put simply - Vanessa was an absolute hero, who cared for our dog like she were her own. We had complete trust in her and she made us feel so relaxed. She's just generally a really lovely lady. Amazing! Vanessa was a doggy chaperone for our wedding day and did an absolutely amazing job. She came round the week before to get to know our pup and was so good with her right from the start. On the day she was nothing short of perfect, taking her to the ceremony then the reception then took her home and dog sat until the late evening. She was professional throughout and provided regular WhatsApp updates which gave us peace of mind that our pup was happy and in safe hands. Vanessa is totally trustworthy and offers a brilliant service. Thank you so much!!

Vanessa has made a lovely relationship with our dog Winston in such a short time, he literally hops straight in her doggy bus. On his return from a walk the other day he actually tried to get back in the front seat for walk number 2. Her walks are long and varied plus we love to receive the photos and videos documenting their daily adventures. A little text before pick up and drop off are a nice touch and allows us to get Winston ready at the door, Vanessa has come along just at the right time and we're so happy we found her.

We have used Vanessa, for our cockapoo, Lola, since she was a very young puppy. Lola, and us, love Vanessa, she cares for all the dogs like they were her own. Lola waits by the door and jumps into the doggybus with delight every walk for her walk/ball throw with her doggy buddies. As owners, we have complete trust and faith in Vanessa. She is extremely reliable, flexible and trustworthy. As an added bonus we get the best photos of Lola on every walk. I don’t know what we would do without her - I know Lola would certainly be lost without her trips in the bus.

Aurora is a fantastic walker. She really cares about dogs and Rhia was clearly very happy with her walks. I felt totally secure with her service. Aurora is great with communication and send great pictures. I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future!

I'm very happy with Aurora's help to look after Bobby, my cat, for almost a week. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with good experience taking care of pets. I love that she send daily pictures and updates, she even asked if I need my plants to be watered! Highly recommended and I'll use her service again, no doubt!

Aurora comes to walk my energetic husky Mischa for me every now and then - and Mischa is delighted every time! Aurora takes wonderful care of her, sending me tonnes of pictures of their adventures together, and is 100% reliable. She is even great for last-minute appointments (so long as she can squeeze us in) and is always very communicative. Would recommend her services to anyone!

Aurora has looked after my cat a few times when I’ve been away. She is trustworthy and I feel she really cares about him. She understands that a cat needs love and attention just as much as they need food and water. I can enjoy going on holiday knowing that my companion is being well looked after.

Aurora took care of our Boston Terrier and Vizsla for one night, and we couldn’t be happier! She has awesome knowledge, especially she knew how to work with our energetic Vizsla. Super responsible, she follows all safety rules, ensuring our dogs were secure and comfortable. Aurora is also very communicative, competent, and incredibly nice. Aurora took really good care of my Penelope (cat) when I had to go away urgently. They got on instantly so I knew she would be in great company. I received an update and photos everyday which was a great part of the service and Aurora kept me updated on anything else that occurred during the 2 weeks. Aurora is absolutely amazing. She came over to meet my cat, Pigeon, before taking on the job to make sure they both got on and she knew where everything was. Then, she was super thorough and asked for lots of details about Pigeon and her health and who our vets were etc. incase of any issues when she was cat sitting. This was massively appreciated and let me know Aurora was an amazing choice as cat-sitter! I got pictures of pigeon when I was away so I knew everything was okay and I felt so reassured the whole time which meant I could really enjoy myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aurora for cat-sitting again, and can't recommend others do the same!! And see attached for some lovely pics of Pigeon and Aurora!

Our cockapoo has been going to Aurora since April 2021 (when he was about 14 weeks old) for daycare 2-3 times a week and overnights, and he couldn’t be happier! Aurora, Diego and her dogs are his second family - they’ve taken such good care of him, I really don’t know what we would do without her. Even since we moved out of the area last month, we still send him for overnights because it’s such a comfort to know he’s somewhere where he’s loved and looked after. We have also sent him for longer periods when we have been away on holiday and she’s been great. She is always very reliable, communicative and really knows how to take care of animals. Do not hesitate to book, but be warned, your dog may have a new favourite!

We left our puppy with Nicola and Andrea whilst we went abroad for a week. We could not have been happier with the service they have provided and the care and affection they have shown towards her -treating her as if she was their own. The daily updates are very reassuring and it’s lovely to see the photos and videos to show how much fun she was having with out us! We cannot recommend my best friend Chigwell highly enough and we will definitely be using them again in the future :)

Our Puppy loves Nicola!!, she is very professional and asked to see proof of vaccinations, micro chipping and in depth details of puppy during registration. She is flexible and reliable and takes him for lovely walks whilst he is with her. She is clearly very much a dog lover and loves your fur baby as much as you do. Nicola is fantastic at keeping me up to date with my dog throughout the day with pictures and videos. My puppy loves being with Nicola and comes home tried from all the fun he has with her. We are really pleased to have found Nicola and someone who loves our puppy as much as we do.

We had a fantastic time using the dog boarding service with Nicola. It was clear from speaking to her that she has great experience and knowledge about looking after dogs. As a first time customer our concerns and queries were put at ease with Nicola's professionalism and the continuous updates about our dog (including photos and videos). We also got updates on his eating, walks, playing and general well-being. We will certainly use the same great service in the future.

I cannot praise My Best Friend Chigwell enough - 5 stars doesn’t cover it! Nicola has been amazing with our dog and she looks forward to going everyday! Nicola took a very good care of my dog when she was boarding for over two weeks. I received daily updates, photos and videos and I could tell that my little girl was having great time. I even started to worry that she will not want to come back home. It was a very good value for money and I can definitely recommend Nicola.

I stumbled across this company via Google search . I decided to contact them solely due to the smiley person in the image on the website, Nicola got back to me the next day. Speaking to her I felt reassured that she was the right person to entrust the care of our dog to. I am very pleased with Nicola and Emma, they are professional caring warm and friendly. They are at ease with what the do and the dogs are at ease with them too. I have used them more often than what I originally intended as our 9 month dog looks like he gets great benefit of the enclosed walk that we book him in for , especially being a lockdown puppy !!

Our dog LOVES hearing Nicola come to take him for his daily walk- he runs to get her a toy and wags his tail in excitement. When we got him from a rescue centre he didn't even know how to play or what a toy was, so it's amazing to see him run to his toys to share. Nicola is very professional and asked to see proof of vaccinations and micro chipping etc. She is punctual and reliable and takes him for lovely walks in Fairlop Waters which he had never been to before. She is clearly very much a dog lover and is confident walking him even though he is the size of a bear :-) We are really pleased to have found Nicola.

Nicola is a very friendly, professional individual, when we first met with Nicola our puppy who was 3 months at the time took to Nicola straight away and we could see that she would feel very comfortable. Nicola is always happy to answer questions and provide advice. We trust Nicola completely and most importantly our Puppy feels at home with Nicola. We have used day services as well as overnight and Nicola always provides lovely video and photos of all the fun our puppy is having. You will find a second home using Nicola’s services. Where do I start!! My puppy has been going on walks with My Best Friends dogcare Chigwell for the past couple of months and I cannot be happier with the service and fundamentally the care and love they show Hugo! It started with walks in the morning and as of recent I’ve not been able to walk Hugo because of health reasons, so Nicola and Emma have been taking him for the whole day and he’s so happy with them on the walks and has clearly developed a bond with both Nicola and Emma. He waits at the door every morning for them to arrive!! The updates daily with photos and videos are amazing and assures you that your dog is in great hands! They’ve also been amazing support as I cannot walk Hugo at the moment. Nicola is so knowledgable on all aspects of dog care and is also on hand to offer the best advice ! Thank you so much! Xxx

My pup has been with Nicola since the beginning of 2020. I am so glad I found her as you can tell she loves the dogs in her care and treats them all as if they were her own. Every time she arrives at my door my dog goes mental with excitement. I feel totally relaxed and calm knowing my doggy is in great hands. It's perfect for him to socialise too with other dogs and he always come home tired and happy. Can not recommend highly enough! Lisa is so lovely, incredibly helpful and accommodating and most importantly Molly loves going on her walks and I feel very assured that she is in safe hands when I’m at work. We boarded our 4 guinea pigs with Cailie during our summer holiday and we're really happy with her service. Great communication, very accommodating in drop off and pick up and they came home in great condition. From being a first time pet owner not having any knowledge of Catteries I stumbled across pixi pet care online and made an enquiry (best thing I ever did)! Cailey responded in great detail to the things I’d need if I haven’t already done so immunisation etc she helped me step by step through the whole process of the pre booking. Through out our cats stay there we were kept well informed of how he was via WhatsApp videos which was really good to see as it put my mind at ease knowing he’s being looked after. For anyone looking for a cattery I would 100% recommend Pixi Pet care. I look forward to using them in the coming future.

We’ve been sending our dog to daycare with Cailey since she was a puppy. She loves spending her time there with her friends and we feel reassured to know that our dog is having fun and being looked after well whilst we’re at work. Cailey is a dog lover and was also a great source of advice and support for us as new puppy owners. The daycare service is also great value for money compared to other options in the area.
