Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.

We lucked out finding Petpals Chingford! Kerry is fantastic. We went away for two weeks, and I was pretty nervous because I hadn’t left my younger cat for that long before. She’s an anxious little rescue, but Kerry made her and my other cat Daisy feel so safe and comfortable. You could tell they were really well cared for. She kept us updated with regular messages and pictures (she’s got a great eye for those too!). She helped keep the place clean and took the rubbish out before we got back. Petpals is also super reasonable price-wise and is great value for money. I’d 100% recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks, Kerry, for giving us total peace of mind while we were away.
Kerry has looked after our cat on a number of occasions now over the past year. Our 13 year old Battersea rescue cat is very nervous when it comes to new people and places. So coming across Pet Pals has been a real godsend for us as we were concerned about how he would cope in a cattery. Kerry is really friendly, efficient and demonstrates a clear love for the animals she is taking care of. We have been kept up to date whilst away, providing peace of mind, and have always come home to a happy, content cat. We could not recommend Pet Pals more and will be continuing to enlist Kerry's help in the future once lockdown has ended.
Excellent service, I have been using Kerry's professional service for about seven years and always pleased on my return from holiday on how clean the place is and my pets are happy too. She was particularly good when I was incapacitated a year ago and came in daily to see to my pets. They are trained in giving medication to animals too.
Kerry has been looking after our cat while we've been away for over a year now. She's been totally fantastic and super helpful noticing important things regarding our home while we've been out. She's really on top of the communication. I'm glad she's in the area!
Have used Petpals twice now (2nd time at late notice) and really happy using them. Kerry is friendly and approachable making the whole thing of going away less stressful on both us and our fussy little cat (definitely compared with a cattery). She even washes up and picks up the post for us which is a nice touch as well. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Terrible! Kerry sent some random illiterate around our house who despite written instructions overfed our cat who then obviously threw up all over the house. I asked her about the note I left for her and she lied about seeing it but not reading it properly (which would also not have been reassuring), but with our security cameras recording the visits I not only know she‘s a liar, I can also report that the "up to 20-minute visit“ is 8 minutes at most and our cat hasn‘t been stroked in 48 hours. Do not trust them with your cat!
Kerry is most reliable,kind and efficient.She has looked after my dog several times and he loves seeing her. She always does everything asked of her and I wouldn`t leave my dog with anyone else.

COULDN'T RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Woolie's Woofers looked after our Chow Chow on our wedding day. Vanessa collected her from our house in a beautifully decorated van, dressed her in the special wedding collar, took her to our church, and assisted in helping her down the isle during the ceremony as we had requested. My dog, who doesn't usually take to strangers, was absolutely obsessed with Vanessa, who went over and above with fresh ham and cheese snacks for her during the day. Vanessa drove her to the reception and kept her cool with a constant supply of water throughout the day. She then house sat at our home until the end of the night. Vanessa bought us a wedding gift and card, and also tidied the mess that the groomsmen had left when they'd left in a hurry in the morning. Put simply - Vanessa was an absolute hero, who cared for our dog like she were her own. We had complete trust in her and she made us feel so relaxed. She's just generally a really lovely lady. Amazing! Vanessa was a doggy chaperone for our wedding day and did an absolutely amazing job. She came round the week before to get to know our pup and was so good with her right from the start. On the day she was nothing short of perfect, taking her to the ceremony then the reception then took her home and dog sat until the late evening. She was professional throughout and provided regular WhatsApp updates which gave us peace of mind that our pup was happy and in safe hands. Vanessa has made a lovely relationship with our dog Winston in such a short time, he literally hops straight in her doggy bus. On his return from a walk the other day he actually tried to get back in the front seat for walk number 2. Her walks are long and varied plus we love to receive the photos and videos documenting their daily adventures. A little text before pick up and drop off are a nice touch and allows us to get Winston ready at the door, Vanessa has come along just at the right time and we're so happy we found her.
We have used Vanessa, for our cockapoo, Lola, since she was a very young puppy. Lola, and us, love Vanessa, she cares for all the dogs like they were her own. Lola waits by the door and jumps into the doggybus with delight every walk for her walk/ball throw with her doggy buddies. As owners, we have complete trust and faith in Vanessa. She is extremely reliable, flexible and trustworthy. As an added bonus we get the best photos of Lola on every walk. I don’t know what we would do without her - I know Lola would certainly be lost without her trips in the bus.
Aurora is a fantastic walker. She really cares about dogs and Rhia was clearly very happy with her walks. I felt totally secure with her service. Aurora is great with communication and send great pictures. I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future!
I'm very happy with Aurora's help to look after Bobby, my cat, for almost a week. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with good experience taking care of pets. Aurora takes wonderful care of her, sending me tonnes of pictures of their adventures together, and is 100% reliable. Aurora took really good care of my Penelope (cat) when I had to go away urgently. They got on instantly so I knew she would be in great company. I received an update and photos everyday which was a great part of the service and Aurora kept me updated on anything else that occurred during the 2 weeks. Aurora is absolutely amazing. She came over to meet my cat, Pigeon, before taking on the job to make sure they both got on and she knew where everything was. Then, she was super thorough and asked for lots of details about Pigeon and her health and who our vets were etc. incase of any issues when she was cat sitting. This was massively appreciated and let me know Aurora was an amazing choice as cat-sitter! I got pictures of pigeon when I was away so I knew everything was okay and I felt so reassured the whole time which meant I could really enjoy myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aurora for cat-sitting again, and can't recommend others do the same!! And see attached for some lovely pics of Pigeon and Aurora!
Our cockapoo has been going to Aurora since April 2021 (when he was about 14 weeks old) for daycare 2-3 times a week and overnights, and he couldn’t be happier! Aurora, Diego and her dogs are his second family - they’ve taken such good care of him, I really don’t know what we would do without her. Even since we moved out of the area last month, we still send him for overnights because it’s such a comfort to know he’s somewhere where he’s loved and looked after. We have also sent him for longer periods when we have been away on holiday and she’s been great. She is always very reliable, communicative and really knows how to take care of animals. Do not hesitate to book, but be warned, your dog may have a new favourite!
We left our puppy with Nicola and Andrea whilst we went abroad for a week. We could not have been happier with the service they have provided and the care and affection they have shown towards her -treating her as if she was their own. The daily updates are very reassuring and it’s lovely to see the photos and videos to show how much fun she was having with out us! We cannot recommend my best friend Chigwell highly enough and we will definitely be using them again in the future :)
Our Puppy loves Nicola!!, she is very professional and asked to see proof of vaccinations, micro chipping and in depth details of puppy during registration. She is flexible and reliable and takes him for lovely walks whilst he is with her. She is clearly very much a dog lover and loves your fur baby as much as you do. Nicola is fantastic at keeping me up to date with my dog throughout the day with pictures and videos. My puppy loves being with Nicola and comes home tried from all the fun he has with her. We are really pleased to have found Nicola and someone who loves our puppy as much as we do.

Nicola took a very good care of my dog when she was boarding for over two weeks. I received daily updates, photos and videos and I could tell that my little girl was having great time. I even started to worry that she will not want to come back home. It was a very good value for money and I can definitely recommend Nicola.
I stumbled across this company via Google search . I decided to contact them solely due to the smiley person in the image on the website, Nicola got back to me the next day. Speaking to her I felt reassured that she was the right person to entrust the care of our dog to. I am very pleased with Nicola and Emma, they are professional caring warm and friendly. They are at ease with what the do and the dogs are at ease with them too. I have used them more often than what I originally intended as our 9 month dog looks like he gets great benefit of the enclosed walk that we book him in for , especially being a lockdown puppy !!
Our dog LOVES hearing Nicola come to take him for his daily walk- he runs to get her a toy and wags his tail in excitement. When we got him from a rescue centre he didn't even know how to play or what a toy was, so it's amazing to see him run to his toys to share. Nicola is very professional and asked to see proof of vaccinations and micro chipping etc. She is punctual and reliable and takes him for lovely walks in Fairlop Waters which he had never been to before. She is clearly very much a dog lover and is confident walking him even though he is the size of a bear :-) We are really pleased to have found Nicola.
Nicola is a very friendly, professional individual, when we first met with Nicola our puppy who was 3 months at the time took to Nicola straight away and we could see that she would feel very comfortable. Nicola is always happy to answer questions and provide advice. We trust Nicola completely and most importantly our Puppy feels at home with Nicola. We have used day services as well as overnight and Nicola always provides lovely video and photos of all the fun our puppy is having. You will find a second home using Nicola’s services. Where do I start!! My puppy has been going on walks with My Best Friends dogcare Chigwell for the past couple of months and I cannot be happier with the service and fundamentally the care and love they show Hugo! It started with walks in the morning and as of recent I’ve not been able to walk Hugo because of health reasons, so Nicola and Emma have been taking him for the whole day and he’s so happy with them on the walks and has clearly developed a bond with both Nicola and Emma. He waits at the door every morning for them to arrive!! The updates daily with photos and videos are amazing and assures you that your dog is in great hands! They’ve also been amazing support as I cannot walk Hugo at the moment. Nicola is so knowledgable on all aspects of dog care and is also on hand to offer the best advice ! Thank you so much! Xxx
My pup has been with Nicola since the beginning of 2020. I am so glad I found her as you can tell she loves the dogs in her care and treats them all as if they were her own. Every time she arrives at my door my dog goes mental with excitement. I feel totally relaxed and calm knowing my doggy is in great hands. It's perfect for him to socialise too with other dogs and he always come home tired and happy. From being a first time pet owner not having any knowledge of Catteries I stumbled across pixi pet care online and made an enquiry (best thing I ever did)! Cailey responded in great detail to the things I’d need if I haven’t already done so immunisation etc she helped me step by step through the whole process of the pre booking. Through out our cats stay there we were kept well informed of how he was via WhatsApp videos which was really good to see as it put my mind at ease knowing he’s being looked after. For anyone looking for a cattery I would 100% recommend Pixi Pet care. I look forward to using them in the coming future.
We’ve been sending our dog to daycare with Cailey since she was a puppy. She loves spending her time there with her friends and we feel reassured to know that our dog is having fun and being looked after well whilst we’re at work. Cailey is a dog lover and was also a great source of advice and support for us as new puppy owners. The daycare service is also great value for money compared to other options in the area.
