This was our 9th sit with trusted house sitters and it was by far our favorite. They communicated everything before and during. Their home is a beautifully renovated farm house with an amazing yard. We absolutely loved our time in their home and it was so relaxing. The chickens were super easy to look after and this was our first chicken sit. Their two kitties are super sweet and easy as well! They slept with us each night. I cannot recommend this sit enough if you get the chance and we would come back I'm a heart beat if we could.
I had an amazing time house-sitting for Ryana and Aki caring for their adorable pets Yamato and Gogu. Ryan and Aki, incredibly kind and generous hosts, provided a clear care plan, making my experience truly memorable. Treating the pets with the same respect and effective communication as I would with humans is integral to my approach, ensuring they feel loved even in their owners' absence. Yamato and Goku, with their delightful sense of humor, added so much joy to our time together, from walks to doggy window shopping. I'll forever cherish the fun moments, and I eagerly anticipate future opportunities to house and pet sit for this wonderful family.
I had an excellent stay at Naomi's house while taking care of Loki, the most beautiful Russian Blue! Naomi is incredibly friendly and attentive; she was always available when I messaged her. The house is impeccable, organized, and exceptionally clean; it's surrounded by a large park and equipped with all the amenities. I truly felt very comfortable and loved spending time with Loki, who is very affectionate and communicative. Undoubtedly, one of my best experiences. Thank you, Naomi!
We loved these 3 and a half weeks at Mélanie's house taking care of Chica. Chica is lovely ! She was a little shy at first, but as soon as she felt confident she became very cuddly and playful. Melanie had prepared all of Chica's meals beforehand, and she made sure that we didn't miss anything. She was also always reachable. Plus, Melanie's house is in a great location, just a 15 minute walk to Scarborough beach. We totally recommend this house sitting !
I truly enjoyed caring for Cappie and Bella; they're incredibly sweet dogs, and I'll miss them dearly. Michelle and her family created such a welcoming atmosphere in their lovely home. They were there for me whenever I needed them.❤️
I had a nice time at Joana and Luca's place. The flat is tastefully decorated and very homely, not far from a park and shops. Joana and Luca gave me clear instructions and Luca was available all throughout the sit. Then, of course, Lava and Evie! Two very different characters, but both very affectionate once they trust you. Lava is super soft and Evie is a master at purring. They behave like sisters and made me feel like I was one of them!
