This was our first time with Trusted sitters and we can say we made the best decision choosing Giovanna and Francisco. They both arrived a day before just as we requested as we had to give them complete detailing about our pets. We were apprehensive as we have 5 pets. They were patient enough to go through the entire handover of the information needed to take care of them. One of my cats who is indoor outdoor was stressed out with new people in the house and he gave a bit hard time adjusting with them but I appreciate their patience and time to make him comfortable. They didn't care about their comfort, rather have all their energy and attention to make them comfortable while we were away. They sent pics of our kids cuddling and cozying up with them and I can say they were very well taken care of. We had the best and peaceful vacation because of Giovi and Fran and we honestly don't know how to thank them enough. Adding to it, they had kept the house neat and tidy , had cleaned everything including the sheets before they left. I really wish we could have them over every time we go for a vacation in the future, of course if they are willing and want to travel here ;) A big hug to you Giovanna and Fran and we don't know how much more to express our gratitude to take care of our kids and home.
Maria Angélica was very interested about the cats routine, what they liked and what were their needs. They have a lot of energy so she made sure to take enough time to play with them during the day so the neighbors wouldn't complain at night. She asked me about what to do when some unforeseen situations came up and followed my instructions precisely. She took care of the house too, cleaning the shared space of the building on my behalf when it was the turn of my apartment. The cats and I are very happy with her staying and would recommend for others.
