Jeannie and her kids did a great job looking after our husky dog. We felt at all times that he is in good hands and is having a good time. I think he was very sad when they were leaving the house - he definitely got attached to them. They took him for lots of fun walks and followed his feeding and treats schedule as we’ve asked. It was also very nice that Jeannie sent us lots of photos of Kalashka whilst we were away. Thank you very much for taking such good care of him, and for leaving the house tidy afterwards :)
Lis was a great host. She was very understanding of my challenges and very appreciative of my stay with Ramon, the lovely cat.
Meghan was super easy to work with and her two cats are so so sweet and adorable! Great location for her apt and very clean and modern. I'd recommend this pet sit to anyone !
Vanessa's property is super peaceful, well-equipped, and cozy. I had a great time looking after SoftPaws, Grumpus and all the chickens! There are lots of great parks nearby and plenty of waterfalls and beautiful nature to explore in the area. Vanessa is super welcoming and provided detailed, easy to follow instructions.
Dog sitting Pixie & Molly for little over a week was an absolute pleasure. They're both super easy going and are very affectionate. On top of that, Molly & Pixie both have a unique and sweet personality that are complimentary to each other. Especially the way they welcome you home - whether it is because you were away for 10m to grab laundry or a couple of hours - is absolutely priceless. The sheer amount of energy and genuine excitement that is released from them is very heartwarming. As for Hanli & Johnny, they made sure I felt right at home in their house and were always reachable in case there was an issue or doubt. Hanli left me with a set of very clear instructions that by the end of the first day I had already internalized. If you get a chance to dog-sit for Pixie & Molly, consider yourself very lucky!
We had an amazing time, what a slice of paradise! Surrounded by forest, with deer walking around, and the Washougal river at your doorstep. Carol and Mark were such gracious and generous hosts, and the two cats were such cuddle bugs! Especially Zeta - she’s all soft purrs. Zorro is a bit of a roamer, he had me quite worried sometimes, being out most of the night. Neither of them had the slightest bit of reservations with us strangers, they love to snuggle. The area is full of amazing things to discover, but we were equally happy just hanging out right at the cabin enjoying the nearby swimming hole. Definitely recommend this sit!
Ella was a lovely cat to sit for. I didn't meet George, but we talked before and he left clear information and instructions which was great. Ella really doesn't like being left, and it was helpful feeling prepared for what to look out for and how to help her.
