Wonderful experience! They’re so sweet, kind, easygoing and welcoming! Pan and Asta are two cuddly, beautiful and social cats that are a breeze to care for. Showered me with cuddles, but also doing their own thing in between. Pan likes to have long conversations and Asta wanted morning kisses. Had a great time; just wish it was longer!
Staying with Lake for the last several days has been a blast. She is not only a beautiful dog but she is smart, gentle and well behaved…and she has a sweet disposition! Lake is happy dog: happy to lounge around the house in one of her dog beds, happy to go on walks and happy to play ball at the park. She clearly communicates when she needs to go out, when she wants to play or when she wants to cuddle. She loves her toys, walks well on a leash and is extremely easygoing. I was impressed with how talented she is and had a lot of fun with her. She does the standard ‘dog tricks’ but can also ‘sit pretty’ by propping herself up on her rear with her two front paws folded down on her chest – which makes her look like a kangaroo! It’s adorable! The stay at this house was almost like staying at a hotel…and maybe better than some hotels! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a beautiful basket of towels and toiletry items provided! The house had everything I needed and was conveniently located in the very walkable and dog-friendly Bury St. Edmunds. Restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, grocery stores, churches, theatre and cinema are between a 5-15 minute walk. Lastly, the house is in a quiet neighborhood with good outdoor lighting that made me feel safe walking Lake after dark.
Chantal and Cody's home and pets made our first stay with THS an amazing experience. A definite stay for any animal lover! We loved getting to know all the pets and their different personalities. The dogs were both super friendly and loved their daily walks. The cats also warmed up to us quickly and Monkee loved cuddling in the evening. The horses were easy to care for as well. The property was so peaceful, the orchard and hot tub were definite bonuses! The king sized bed was extra comfy and had plenty of room for Kahlua to cuddle up at night too. We loved the wildlife and rural living here, from watching the sockeye salmon spawning up river and eagles flying overhead. A definite stay in the Nakusp/Burton area.

My regular dog sitter was fully booked, so needless to say I was quite nervous about finding a new sitter for my furry baby while we were supposed to go on vacation. After intensive search for a new host, I got in touch with Kevin & Crystal from Buddy's Pet Care. Chester usually barks at strangers, needs a bit of time to warm up to people. As soon as we got at their place for a meet and greet, instead of barking he was all kisses and jumps of joy. I realized that Chester will be in good hands during his 3 weeks stay with them. During our vacation, I received updates with photos and comforting words to let me know that Chester was doing great. It was obvious that they care about dogs - loves and treats them as they are their own. Kevin and Crystal are beyond awesome. Thank you very much for putting me at ease and for taking such a good care of our boy. Highly recommended for all the pet parents. 5 Stars review, very well deserved. We have booked already Chester’s stay with them for our Christmas vacation.

Kevin and Cristal are great. Really knowledgeable and lovely - super accommodating. I picked up my two dogs from an overnight stay and they were very happy - they had been brilliantly taken care of and they clearly really like Cristal, Kevin and Buddy! Total peace of mind.
When my parents were unexpectedly taken ill at very short notice, Kevin was able to collect my parent’s puppy and look after him for us, while they recovered. Initially this was to be for a long weekend, and they ended up having Toby for two weeks. Very reliable, and totally flexible, nothing was too much trouble for Kevin and Crystal. Toby has obviously been extremely well looked after, and has come home happy and well. We will definitely use their services again, and recommend to all our doggy friends.
Our dogs love it. They are well cared for and happy to go each time! They also offer boarding if you need it. We left our dogs for a week while we were away on a trip that wasn't dog friendly. They were happy and healthy and while pleased to see us visible happy to be at buddy's.
Jan 2023: Our dog has just spent the last 2.5 years with Buddy, Kevin and Cristal. Our dog would bound out the front door, so excited to see them - they've been a huge part of his development. Kevin and Cristal treated our dog like their own and gave us advice when we asked for it. Freddie spent many nights and a few weeks whilst we went away, without a single issue. So sad we have now moved away from the area, but hoping our dog gets his holidays at Buddy's still. Thank you Kevin and Cristal, you're amazing! Nov 2020: Our dog absolutely loves his days with Buddy and the other pooches. We haven't used Buddy's for any overnights yet, just daycare - but we won't hesitate too.
Kevin has looked after our outdoor rabbit on several occasions and he is always reliable, trustworthy, does an excellent job and often goes above and beyond. When it was very hot he put ice bottles out for the bunny to cool down against! We will continue to be using him and thoroughly recommend his services for any pets.
We used Kevin from Buddy's Pet Care to pop in & look after our cat whilst we were away on holiday and we couldn't be happier with the service! Very personable service from start to finish, with everything thought out and more - nothing was too much trouble & our cat well looked after & more importantly happy! I cannot praise Ashley highly enough and would recommend in an instance. As a neurotic owner of a mad, highly-strung springer spaniel, he has been great support. Ashley has communicated with me her progress in getting to know him and within a short time, she is off lead walking (runnning!) and responding to Ashley's re-calls. As newcomers to Twyford we were a little concerned where we would leave our needy and highly emotional beagle. However, Ashley has been very accommodating and our dog loves it, she comes home exhausted (rare!) and is a better dog for the socialising in general.
My dog adores going to Ashleys for day care and I have absolute faith that Ashley will keep him safe and happy. I find him completely professional and trustworthy and also a really nice chap! Ziggy benefits hugely by the socialisation play and exercise that he experiences whilst in Ashleys care. I would - and have - recommend him highly.

Treacle is a regular Rags & Bert’s attendee. He was struggling with being left home alone having lost his companion Yorkie & was slightly reactive having been attacked by an XL bully. He’s now been with Rag & Bert’s every Friday for months and loves it! He’s like a new dog. Despite being an older boy, he’s made so many friends and I am told has the energy of the puppies - running about ! A proper ladies dog too. Many dog places said no to Treacle as he’s not had the snip (cannot undergo general anaesthetic with a heart murmur). But Rags & Berts were happy to have him. Thank you to Sarah and everyone at Rags & Bert’s, couldn’t be more reassured when I leave him in your trusted hands (he runs in and doesn’t look back to mum now 😂) and I love the photos uploaded daily so I can see he’s getting on OK from my office ! 😊🐶 Ellie, happy dog mum! Latest review: Rag and Bert's recently upgraded their grooming services which I booked after a short doggy hotel stay. The Grooming Pod by Sophie is a new best in class grooming service and I couldn't have been happier with the service and treatment my dog received. Sophie has lots of experience, is super friendly and is a great addition to the Rag and Bert's team. I have always enjoyed the "postcards" from Rag and Bert's during hotel stays and to get these from Sophie for my groom was a pleasant surprise. My top tip is to add this service before picking up your dog from a doggy hotel stay - it is super convenient and the price is competitive for Reading. Thanks again! Our dog is always really well cared for, the staff are polite and accommodating and I love getting the email updates while she's there! She's usually quite a shy dog who doesn't like new places but she's always happy to spend time here!

Excellent doggie hotel. From meeting the owner to placing my dog into their care, it's nothing short of excellent. Bailey gets doggy daycare as well as a overnight stay and the key thing is I know he is safe and having fun while I'm away on holiday.I have recommended them to my other friends with doggies...can't say I've done that with any other dog hotels/kennels in the past!! The staff are lovely and Sarah who does the bookings is always helpful and kind. Oh and Sophie the groomer cuts his hair....so what's not to like!!
Have previously left a review for Rags & Bert’s as my girl goes twice a week to socialise and have great fun and as I said previously I cannot praise the staff and facilities highly enough. Now they have opened the Grooming Pod I wanted to recommend Sophie, as a groomer she is excellent (and very nice to talk to). My GSD looked and smelled lovely after her visit to Sophie. We have had a bad experience with a groomer in the past so it’s wonderful to have someone who really knows what they’re doing.
It is a fabulous place, and my spatial dog loves it, the being I’ve dropped him off for three days. He always looking forward to going in, in the morning, and I collect him in the evening after I work. He crashes out exhausted as it seems he enjoys being there. I would recommend going back there again, and I’m giving this a full five stars
Daisy has been attending Rags and Berts for a couple of years so the staff know her well. I’m informed she’s well behaved at the setting but on the lead with me she’s been showing signs of anxiety. Dave at Rags & Berts has been helping me with tips on how to reduce her anxiety (and therefore mine) when we’re out and about. Dave encourages positive rewards and staying calm with our fur babies. He supports the adult by asking the right questions, making suggestions and encouraging you to keep making those little changes which are greatly improving our walks together.
Brought both my dogs here for a groom, they were able to do them both at the same time which is great! They’ve come out looking beautiful and smelling divine! Such friendly, dog orientated staff couldn’t be more pleased!
Our dog loves staying with Lin and family. I have no hesitation with leaving him there, knowing he is well cared for and loved during his stay, even his cheekiness. Lin is really loving and provides and real home from home
Lin and team have been walking and boarding my black lab over the last 6 years and I cannot recommend them enough. They treat my dog like a member of their own family and my dog leaps out of the front door when Lin turns up to collect her. Lin is flexible in her approach and has helped me out countless times when I have been stuck due to work or travel commitments. An excellent dog service company!!

Our 11 month old Welsh Terrier stayed with Lovin’ Paws for 9 days in January 2022. I have to say that Lin was fantastic with him and really looked after our boy and he had a real home from home experience. From adventure walks; to socialisation with other daycare and boarding pups and dogs to evening cuddles; Lin provided a fantastic service as well as keeping us updated with photos and chat on our pup. Our dog ted has been going To loving paws since he was 12 weeks old and now he’s 3.5 years old. He started walks with Lin and now also walks with her Son Dean. We also take advantage of the great dog boarding service too. Ted love going out with loving paws. Everyone is so kind, loving and caring. Ted always feels like one of the family! He has so much fun with his friends on his walks with so many different spots he’s taken too. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to put their pooches into safe hands! Ted sits and waits and looks for the van as soon as it turns up he is crying with excitement and can’t control his wagging tail!
I’ve been using Lin and Dean at loving Paws for over 3 years now. My dog Teddy couldn’t be happier when he hears the van pull up outside the front or we pull down the drive to Lins House, his tail tells us of his pure excitement! Lin and Dean are so dependable and passionate about what they do and I wouldn’t have Ted go out for walks and sleepovers with anyone else! Thank you for all you do! Amy xx

Dottie our Irish terrier has been walking with dean for a few months. Dottie is always very excited when he turns up and waits at the door for him. Dean is very attentive and really cares for all the dogs he walks. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Lin is fantastic with our elderly dog Gracie. She is completely trustworthy and cares so much about her always messaging to make sure she is ok if she is at the vet and giving her lots of fuss whilst we are at work. I have simply had the best experience with Dogs of Henley, I can't rate them high enough. My dog has been so well looked after by them for the last 3 years since he was 4 months old. James and Stasy love what they do and the care they give the dogs shines through. They pick up and drop off the dogs which eases the pressure of daily life and they are looked after in their gorgeous home from home. I am so sad to be moving and having to leave Dogs of Henley but it means another lucky pup on the waiting list can take up the space. You will also not find a better dog photographer than James, see photos;)
We can not speak highly enough of Dogs of Henley. James and Stasy are both friendly and professional and care so much for our dogs. We never have any worry when the dogs are at DoH either for their day care or when they board. They always return happy and content. Most of all our two dogs enjoy all the fun and long walks as well as all the love they get!
We knew when we left our little border terrier at Dogs on Henley she would be safe, loved and having an amazing time. We were able to enjoy our holidays and to relax, safe in the knowledge that our BT was in the best hands, enjoying playing with her friends and receiving lots of love and the best care. We can't speak more highly of Dogs of Henley. Our two dogs, an older guy and an energetic puppy, love spending time with James, Stasy and the pack. They look forward to their regular weekly visits, and they come back tired and happy from their extended stays as much as we come back relaxed and refreshed from ours knowing they'll be safe and happy. Superb facility run by wonderful people. Our Toy Poodle has attended Dogs of Henley for nearly 2 years. He is always more than happy to get out of the door when James and Stasy come to pick him up. This gives us confidence that he enjoys himself and is well-cared for which is important peace of mind for any dog owner. 10/10 guys, keep up the great work.
Wonderful doggy day care. I cannot recommend highly enough. My little Pomeranian started in February 2022, she absolutely loves going to Dogs of Henley. She always returns home happy and contented. This is due to the care and attention shown by the whole team. While there, she is walked and also spends time in their paddock to romp and run to her hearts content in between being given wonderful cuddles, which she loves! We are very lucky to have found this great daycare for our little girl. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home from home luxury doggy day care. We truly believe they love every dog as if it was their own.
Ted our 4 month old cocker spaniel went to Dogs in Henley for the first time over the weekend with my older dog Stan and they had a fab time. James and his team certainly know how to look after little puppies, as Ted came home happy and content, having loved spending time with lots of other dogs. It's certainly a home from home for them and gives me the piece of mind that they are looked after. Would highly recommend.
James and Stasy provide an incredible service at Dogs of Henley. Peace of mind is the most important thing when leaving your dog in daycare and their genuine, caring approach to looking after our dog Oscar for the past 2 years has been second to none - it is clear they love dogs and love what they do, treating the animals in their care as if they were part of their own family. The level of service and the setup they provide with regular updates, photos and their great Instagram account is also real value for money, with clear and fair pricing. We had been looking for 6 months since we moved to Henley-on-Thames for someone to take care of our Frug Frank when we need to travel for work. It is so important knowing Frank is happy, safe and sound whilst we’re away.. and we hit the jackpot finding Dogs of Henley. He went for a couple of days Daycare (which he loved) before spending almost 2 weeks with James and Stasy. We have just returned to a fabulous, fit and incredibly happy pup. He quite clearly had the best care and had a lot of fun on the beautiful walks he went on around the Henley fields and forests with his new dog-pals. We missed our little man when we were away but our minds were totally at rest with the regular photo and video updates we received on the WhatsApp group created. Dogs of Henley is definitely Frank’s home away from home and we can’t thank James and Stasy enough for providing the best, most professional and caring service. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been using we love pets for over 1 year with a short break when my puppy spent time with my trainer! My four legged son absolutely loves Sarah and Jade and so do I! They are simply the best, the service is top notch we have a combination of walks and home visits for when I’m in the office! They are much more than dog walkers or sitters since they have taught him how to be off lead , great recall, social interaction and confidence! They do not pack walk and we have a tailored service! I am super fussy and they always ensure we are happy ! I fully recommend them
Our dog was well cared for on his walks. He was also matched with dog friends, so he always came back satisfied. Our rats were cared for (home visit) while we were on holiday. They were given free roam and all the attention they could need!
Highly recommend We Love Pets!!! Jo, Flora and the team are absolutely brilliant. We first started using them to help care for our pet rats when I needed an operation which meant I couldn’t clean out their cage for a while. We asked them to continue their visits as the service was so good, it made a real difference (and meant we had more play time with our pets!). We also used We Love Pets to support with feeding and playing with the rats during holidays, and had complete peace of mind knowing they were well looked after.
I can't recommend We Love Pets enough. The lovely ladies that go "walkies" are all very friendly, absolutely love their client's dogs and always bring my dog home very happy, tired after a good long walk and having enjoyed the socialising. The walkers build up a happy relationship with their dogs and my dog is SO pleased to see whoever arrives. At this time of year it gets rather muddy and whichever walker takes my Labrador out, always hoses her off and dries her so I don't have to - what could be better? This all began while, earlier in the year, I was on crutches after surgery but I decided to carry on for a couple of days a week once I was back on my feet. It has been entirely worthwhile for my dog and me. If anyone needs help with dog walking don't hesitate to choose We Love Pets you won't be disappointed.
Jo house sat for us while on holiday and I cannot recommend her and her team enough, she took a lot of time before the sit to understand the needs of my sensitive dog. My dog is an energetic collie and can be reactive, Joe was not phased at all by his extra personality and took amazing care of him, she took him to the doggy park and she didn't even mind him jumping into bed with her, even though he's not small! Jo is a warm, friendly person who immediately makes you feel comfortable. I always feel nervous leaving my dog but with Jo, I didn't worry at all. She kept in constant contact and my dog showed that he trusted her straight away by showing her his belly. I wouldn't hesitate to have Jo or one of her team take care of my dog again, everything was immaculate when we got home and most importantly, my dog was happy and calm. Thank you!!
Our bulldog is a very nervous boy and takes a while to trust and come out of his shell. He was struggling a little getting used to all the members of the Reading West team so Jo and the team went out of their way to change schedules around so that he had a consistent person coming in to let him out and have a play. Jade is now his absolute favourite and he’s letting his full kooky personality show - we’re so grateful for Jo and everyone’s understanding and patience with him to get him settled. It’s reassuring to know he’s in such good hands, thank you!
Jo and Lynne are such lovely ladies and so obviously love animals. Right from the start we felt very comfortable leaving our two cats in their care. Our cats are very shy of strangers, but Lynne very soon won them over and we had lovely videos and photos sent to us via WhatsApp every day of our holiday, showing how relaxed and happy the boys were with her. She also very kindly fed our tropical fish each day and even took our bin out the night before bin day. When we got home, our cats were so relaxed, which was a first in the 12 years we've had to leave them behind while we go on holiday (and having used catteries pretty much every time we went away). Our kitchen was also left clean and tidy, which was great to come back to at the end of a long drive home. We will definitely ask We Love Pets Reading West to look after our cats whenever we go away from now on, and recommend them to anyone needing a pet sitting service. Thank you, Jo and Lynne! <3
I’ve been using We Love Pets Reading West for around 8 or 9 years now and they are just amazing. They have walked and taken care of all 3 of my dogs, and have even stepped in to do urgent vet appointments for me. They are flexible, reliable and all the walkers are so friendly, and they all love my dog so much (as he loves them equally as much!) Would highly recommend!
I had to look for a new cat sitter after my previous one moved away. I found We❤️pets Reading West after a google search and after reading the postive reviews met with Jo. I instantly liked her and made me feel confident about leaving Mabel in her care. I have just come back from my second trip which was 2 weeks for which Jo and her team looked after Mabel. I was incredibly anxious about leaving Mabel for 2 weeks in the winter as she is used to a lot of company, and I barely slept before the trip, however I neednt have worried, Jo and Sarah kept me updated daily with pictures and videos which really helped me to relax and even helped Mabel open her Christmas present on Christmas day! Would definitely recommend and will use again for my next holiday! Thank you :)
Jo and Lynn are fantastic - really putting our minds at ease when we are on holiday, that our wonderful cat is well-cared for, given plenty of cuddles and is happy, relaxed and spoilt while we are away. Jo and Lynn recently helped at short notice when we had to go to hospital for the arrival of our baby girl - we were in the hospital for longer than expected, but they kept up the excellent care of our cat, with regular updates. We used Tracey for cat sitting when we were away for a weekend. Tracey was good at giving us updates on how everything was and asking what times would be suitable for the visit. We felt comfortable knowing our cat was being taken care of, and on the plus side, despite being a shy cat, he actually came out and even played with Tracey for a bit! Would definitely be using We Love Pets and Tracey again 😊

Our dog has been walked by the team at We Love Pets for almost 4 years. Unfortunately, we are moving out of the area so will not be able to stay with them. They have been absolutely fantastic. Tracey is really quick to respond and meets pretty much every request we have had. We have had walks around Christmas, at weekends as well as our usual weekly walks. Polo and I cannot recommend Tracey and her team enough. Not only is Tracey amazingly professional but a lovely person too. She's not only completely and utterly reliable for weekly walks she also goes out of her way to help at short notice. Her team are absolutely wonderful with Polo and he adores his best friend walkers. Tracey has also gone out of her way to find the perfect doggo walking buddy for Polo. Tracey looked after my two cats while away on holiday. She popped by beforehand to meet the cats & get oriented with their routine (feeding, letting outside, etc.). She sent us pictures & updates while I was away. I highly recommend Tracey as she provided wonderful service, great communication, and not to mention very reasonable pricing.
Tracy has looked after our Sausage Dogs on a number of occasions and they both adore her. They are quite high maintenance and demanding, she is always patient and affectionate with them. She has also looked after our cats, gerbil and Guinea pigs. We trust her implicitly and wouldn't have anyone else caring for our pets. Highly recommended.
Tracey was a lifesaver! I couldn’t recommend her and the company enough. She looked after our two cats while we went on vacation for a week with such care. We had regular updates with pictures everyday and came home to happy cats. Will absolutely be using again for future trips. Thanks Tracey!
We cannot recommend Pawsome Pups enough. Our dog has been going to daycare with them on a weekly basis for over a year and is always SO excited to see Tyra and the team when he gets picked up! He has grown in confidence and his socialisation skills have greatly improved due to the time he spends at daycare. The service is great value for money and worth every penny. The team are great at communicating with us, we receive regular updates from the service and videos/photos of our dog having the best time which are wonderful to receive. We completely trust Tyra and the team to keep our dog safe. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!
My dog has gone to Pawsome Pups since she was a puppy of 14 weeks. They had an excellent integration system with her to make her feel confortable and happy. Lily absolutely loves going everyday and comes back a happy and tired dog. It has also meant she is a very friendly and socialble dog. The team are super at sharing videos and pictures of what has happened. They give the dogs tasks to do to make sure their day is active and different and they learn a range of new skills. I have really appreciated how they can be adaptive to my working timetable. They let me know when she has been collected and returned and the collection service has been brilliant. Finally, they are wonderful with Lily and the other dogs - warm and friendly and my dog gets very excited in the morning when she is about to be collected. I would highly recommend Pawsome Pups to anyone as I can rest assured my dog is happy and safe when I am working and excellent value for the super service they provide. Our pup Whisky joined pawsome pup's daycare (Friday) for a year already. Watching the pups run freely and rolling on the grass (thank you for taking lunchtime videos!!) is always my best time of the day. Highly recommended ;)
Tyra and Pawsome Pups are my saving grace, allowing me to spend my day-a-week in the office knowing Reggie is in the best hands and having the time of his life. Reggie was a very timid puppy but Pawsome Pups handled his integration sensitively and his overall confidence has increased hugely since attending. The pick up and drop off service is a massive perk for me and I absolutely love receiving a lunch time video every time to see what Reggie is getting up to. A top service that I couldn’t do without! We had been looking for a place to take our German Shepherd for day care and really struggled. Sonny and Tyra have taken the time to get to know her temperament (shy yet playful) and welcomed our pups with open arms, they dont rush her to get into the van in the morning (she doesnt like leaving us) and when she arrives at their site/field/pen shes let loose and loves to run around. I feel comfortable with her being with them and she always comes back tired and puts herself to bed. Happy customer, happy pups!! The Hammonds and Nala x
I can't recommend Pawsome Pups enough. Our dog loves her days being cared for by Sonny and Tyra. They have a large paddock that allows her space to run and interact with the other dogs. Always tired and fulfilled once returned home.
Great family run doggie daycare. My two pups get so excited when they hear the van too collect them. Lots of different activities done with them daily plus you get a video showing the dogs enjoying themselves.
Extremely reliable and friendly service! Best thing we ever did to switch to Pawsome Pups. Our dog is always super excited when the fun bus turns up. She never looks back once she’s zoomed out the door. Always so helpful and try to be flexible with days booked too if we need some extra help.
Signed my puppy up to Pawsome Pups daycare on the recommendation of a friend and I’m so glad I did. The staff are all lovely, more than happy to answer any and all of my thousand questions and my puppy adores them! A wonderful company full of very happy doggos. They offer more than just daycare - I’ll be starting some training sessions this week to help with separation anxiety. Very knowledgable and professional and super lovely too!
Our pup has been with Pawsome since he was 13/14 weeks old and goes once a week. He loves it and when Tyra knocks on the door, he knows its her and gets so excited! Literally leaps into her arms. Bluejay Dog Wellness is amazing! My dog is a little character and the team are always so flexible, ensuring my doggy’s care is paramount. I would be lost without their support and loving dog centre. I’d reccomend to anyone!
Oscar my dog has been to Bluejay dog wellness since it opened. Oscar loves it, very excited when we arrive puts paws on counter to say he has arrived, gets let in by the special dog door.At the end of the day, Is ready to come home reluctantly only because he is tired after having such fun. Emma and the staff are wonderful so friendly and knowledgeable.
Fantastic services at Bluejay. Emma is passionate and very knowledgeable about dogs and this is very clear to see. She works really hard and our pup always enjoys going to see Emma and the team. We have used Bluejay a few times for dog boarding from when our spaniel was very small - when I was a new first time dog owner and inexperienced, Emma was reassuring, friendly and helpful in her advice and approach. Highly recommend Bluejay to anyone wishing to board their dog - they will be in safe hands!
Highly recommend! Been taking our dog for weekly daycare at BlueJay for a couple of months now. Emma and the team are absolutely great and really accommodating to every dog's individual needs and personality. Our dog has an absolute blast every time. He's quite attached to us, but can't wait to get in the door whenever we drop him off. He comes home after every session absolutely content and spends the whole of that evening napping as he's had such a fun and full day.
Pablo our Working Cocker Spaniel has been going to Blue Jay since he was a nervous puppy and now he’s a confident busy boy that absolutely loves it there. Emma, Ella, Charlie and the team are great with the variety of walks, games and activities that they provide (all with bags of love) and share pics and vids of the dogs having fun. Thoroughly recommend.
Our dog has been going to Bluejays since he was a puppy and I can’t recommend them highly enough. He is a balanced, obedient, well socialised dog, which in no small part is down to Emma and the team. He absolutely loves going there, which is obvious by the excitement he shows when he sees them. He goes to day care, walks and boarding with them and we trust them 100% to look after him.
The team at Bluejay Dog Wellness are superb. Our 3 year old, slightly nervous lab has been a regular for the past 18 months. He joins for a daily walk or a full day of care and enrichment and loves the interaction with other dogs as well as being so well cared for. A handy app means you can change bookings, plan ahead and basically, have one aspect of your life sorted ...making sure your pooch is well cared for. Can't recommend highly enough.
I can highly recommend Emma and the lovely team at Bluejay for doggy day-care. From my initial enquiry, unlike other places I contacted, Emma really cared about George’s welfare and her existing customers by asking a series of questions about him to ascertain which day would be best for him to stay in regard the other mix of dogs, sizes and temperaments. This has resulted in George absolutely loving his day with Bluejay - with very much his favourite pals - he runs to the main door from the car and cries to be let though to where all the dogs are.... I could be offended!! Blue Jay has lots of space, 2 separate outside areas and unlike other doggy day care places the team even sometimes take him off-site to a large paddock where he can charge around off lead in a safe space. I get sent photos of him playing with other dogs and mucking around in paddling pools. George always comes back really tired and it not only has really helped us but I truly believe having been since a puppy it has helped his socialisation and given him a stronger understanding of how to behave with varying dog temperaments. Living where we live we often don’t see other dogs on walks so this has been invaluable as part of his training. Bluejay has proved to be a really great find and I have complete trust that they truly love and care for George whilst he is in their care. They are professional, reliable, flexible and great value for money.
Bella absolutely loves her days at Bluejay! She pegs it from the car to the front door in the mornings and is so excited to be let through the hatch to see her friends. Emma and all of the staff are super friendly and welcoming and we feel really confident that our pup is well looked after with them. So glad we found Bluejay!
100% recommend Bluejay Dog Wellness. We use both the daycare and home boarding. Our dog Coco loves Emma and her team. Great socialising for Coco and peace of mind for us when we go away on holiday that she is having a great time and is being looked after in a home environment.
Our Keeshond Basil had the best time with Tyra and the team. Felt thoroughly safe knowing their expertise and genuine caring for him to have the best time, was always there. Would not have any doubts in recommending this company and Basil will be back this year!
Bailey, my working Cocker Spaniel absolutely loves Pawsome Pups, he waits at the door for Sonny to arrive so excited looking forward to his day to come. He gets to play with numerous dogs and is comfortable interacting with all his friends. Baileys behaviour has improved, his sit and wait is now excellent and that’s all down to Sonny’s expert guidance. I’ve always had spaniels and they can be very lively so Pawsome daycare is an excellent resource to develop their natural instincts. They are reasonably priced and my favourite part of the day is the lunch time video where I zoom in to find Bailey. (Must buy a red coat)They do activities to engage the dogs and this is great as I have always done this at home for my own dogs. Bailey is a great foodie so any snuffling for snacks keeps his attention. Overall would I recommend Pawsome; ABSOLUTELY
The Pawsome team are amazing, our puppy went into daycare in August 2021 and we have not looked back. We have used all the facilities that they offer and each element is excellent. Daycare pick up around 08.00 and drop off around 4pm. This does depend on where you are in the rosta.... Also they have just installed new agility equipment to ensure that your dog has a blast. Our dog loves the cheese spread on the walls. Boarding, is a home from home set-up so fantastic from our point of view as they know our dog. However they do get booked up quickly. Behavioural training, Sonny is extremely knowledgeable and helps you to get the best out of your dog.... however it was actually us that needed the training! The daily video is addictive viewing Our thanks go out to Sonny, Tyra and Pauline... Team Pawsome

Fantastic and caring service. They looked after our 3 guinea pigs for a week. Went above and beyond. Sent us pictures everyday. Honestly I think the piggies may have had a better holiday then us. Will definitely be using again. Cannot recommend them enough
Melissa is wonderful and I completely trust her to take care of our pets when we're away. I found Melissa online when we got our mini lop rabbits and I'm so pleased that I did. We opted to have her come to the house while we were away to avoid too much disruption as our rabbits are quire young. This also had the added benefit that it didnt look like we were away as Melissa brings in any post and will open and draw curtains for you if you would like. Melissa has a really calming presence and completely put me at ease. She has had rabbits in the past and I felt really comfortable asking her for advice and knowing that our rabbits would be well looked after. Melissa sends update photos as well so you know that your pets are safe and happy. I would definitely recommend her services if you are looking for someone to care for your pets while you're away.
I left my cat in the care of Melissa for two weeks while we were on holiday primarily because I didn’t want the cat to be lonely while we were away. Melissa was extremely diligent in looking after the cat catering to her needs by feeding her but also making sure the cat was happy and loved by spending some time with her every day. Melissa sent me regular updates to keep me informed about what was going on. She showed herself to be extremely reliable and trustworthy. I would definitely use her again. Melissa is just brilliant. I'm a first time owner to a Lab puppy and from the start she has always been so helpful. Made me feel at ease owning a dog and has also given me additional advice and info to care for my pup. My puppy rushes to the door in excitement when Melissa comes as she knows she is going to get spoilt and have loads of fun. Happy puppy, happy me!!! I can't recommend Melissa highly enough - She is so caring and trustworthy, I can't think of a better person to come into my home and look after my dog. Melissa is just the best.
Melissa is fantastic. We brought her our rats a few times (with the cage and all their stuff). We felt more comfortable if someone was around them rather than just visiting. Melissa took great care of our boys and shared regular updates to keep our minds at rest. The boys were always happy, clean abd well taken care of when we picked them up Now, Melissa will be visiting our cat at home - she was very flexible with arrangements, even though it was a last minute change for us. We trust her coming in and caring for our baby like noone else.
We have been looking for a solo dog walker for our 4 year old lab Bertie for a while now, I then found Melissa’s details. As soon as i met Melissa i knew she was perfect for Bertie, professional and friendly and you can see she has a great passion for animals! Melissa is very flexible and Bertie is always well walked and sleeps most of the afternoon once he is home. I highly recommend Melissa if you need a dog walker!
Melissa was amazing. I booked her last minute and of all the enquiries I had made she was one of three that quickly responded. My cat is a bit fussy with whom she will go to for cuddles and she loved Melissa. Melissa kept me updated whilst I was away which was great. I will definitely be using Melissa again and would not hesitate to recommend Melissa.
