Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!

This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.

We were very delighted with our experience at Pawsome. We can be very detailed-oriented when it comes to leaving our pets with others, and Joy and her staff were very accommodating from orientation to pick-up. We set up a meet-n-greet and tour of the facility several weeks in advance, and our two dogs were embraced and exhibited positive energy right from the start. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and well-supervised. It is not a job for the staff but a passion. The ongoing camera footage brings peace of mind, and the consistent messages allowed us to enjoy our vacation with sound hearts and minds.

I give Pawsome Pet Resort & Boarding 5 stars. I almost never write reviews but I felt that I needed to in this case. The major factors that contributed to the 5 star rating include excellent communication, timeliness, and care. My wife and I needed to board our dogs for two nights with little notice. I contacted Pawsome Pet Resort who responded immediately. I was able to get my dogs health records to them quickly and they gave me all the information needed for my dogs stay. Pawsome Pet Resort has at home vibe with people who seem to truly love animals. They have a separate building just for the dogs with AC/heat and individual dog runs. They also have large fenced in areas for the dogs to play or to play separated if needed. They also have cameras for you to watch your pets in the boarding area if you want to check in on them. Whenever you have questions or concerns they gave me a group chat to text to which they responded to very quickly. I mean extremely fast. Not only that but they would send pictures of the dogs often either in the kennel or in the fenced in area playing. I really cant say enough about this place. If you need a place for your dogs to stay. Look no further. They are great.
Lucky to have found this place to board our 2 Boston Terriers, Luka & Fred! Joy and her staff went above and beyond to make sure that our babies were loved and comfortable. This was the first time for us to board our doggies (since training) and we were a nervous wreck, but the cameras and the ability to check on them was such a bonus. Their facilities and kennels were clean and cold for the hot summer. One of our dogs has daily meds and they texted us each time they administered. I’ve never boarded our dogs before, so I was very nervous about using anyone. Pawsome was amazing! They loved on and played with our pups. They also have cameras so you can check in anytime, on any room or play area. They even text photos of your dogs! Thank you Bruce, Gina and Joy for taking care of our fur babies! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. They make sure you know your pet is being loved on and taken care of while you are away. I really love that they have cameras for each kennel so you can check on your pet at any time. We had a great experience!
I have used Pawsome Pet Resort a few times now for my three dogs. They do a great job! The dogs are well taken care of in a safe and cool environment (for the summer). I get daily updates with pictures of how they are doing as well as access to the kennels camera to check on them when I like. I feel very confident leaving my pups here.

I couldn't be more pleased with outstanding service we received from Backyard Home & Pet Sitting! I originally contacted them after our cat had gotten out of the house for 5 days hiding in the sewers by our house. We have 2 other cats and I needed an emergency bath & brush on a Sunday. They were quick to respond and sent Mary over by noon. She was wonderful and we decided to have her come back and give our girls a spa day as well. Mary is patient, kind and gentle. She is efficient, thorough and our girls are clean and unfazed. I couldn't be happier and will definitely ask for her again next time we need her.
It took us a while to find the right groomer for our dogs, and we are so thankful that we found the best one in town! Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniels have never looked better! The dogs are VERY picky about who they like, but they LOVE Lisa and so do we. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mobile groomer in the area. We also used the pet sitting service for a full week to care for our Bill Terrier while we were out of town and they exceeded our expectations, once again. Brand new residents to McKinney! Saw one of the Backyard mobile pet grooming trucks and decided to give them a try. Sabrina did an amazing job with both our Wire hair fox terriers! Our Gus is a bit of a fuss budget and she charmed him into letting her cut his nails! That’s a biggie! I will never go back to a sticks and bricks groomer! Communication for appointments is 5 star

I've just recently started using Backyard Home and Pet sitting for dog visits while at work and I could not be more satisfied. We had a meet and greet with the dogs which I appreciated and the dogs seemed to be just fine with him. This Company is by far the best thing that has ever happened to us with regard to pet grooming. Mary is amazing!!! We have a, shall we say, very high spirited 9 month old Collie Puppy!! He is very skittish!! I don't know how she does it, but I put that puppy in the van and a couple of hours later Mary opens the door and he reappears and looks like a new dog!! In addition to amazing grooming, they are very efficient and easy to do business with! We tried so many different groomers with our other dogs and were never satisfied. I wish they were still here and we could introduce them to Backyard Pets!! The only way we would ever use another groomer is if this one fired us!! LOL. We have brought our dog here regularly for daycare and many times for boarding over the past 3.5 years. What an amazing place! Kim and her crew always take great care of or crazy boy Elmer when we have to go out of town. Luke’s first time being away from home so I was a little bit nervous. I had absolutely nothing to worry about! He was so well cared for. The pictures and updates on Facebook were a treasure so I could see he was playing with the other dogs and enjoying running in the large open area. Their patience with an eight month old large husky who talks back was incredible! Highly recommend!!!
Love this place! We’ve been taking my dog here for a few months now and everyone I’ve met here is so nice, including the owner Kim. Our dog loves coming here every week for daycare and is pooped when she gets home, which is a good sign she’s having a good time! They post pictures of the dogs on Facebook which are fun to see, and they have lots of land and separate areas for the dogs to go in. My dog is medium sized but definitely more on the timid side, and they’ve done a good job of noting that and putting her with the smaller dogs. A very cute family-owned business that seems to have a lot of care for the dogs. We won’t be going anywhere else!
I was in town for a few months for work and needed a day time dog sitter every day of the week. This is usually some thing that stresses me out as I want the best care for my Pomeranian. Thankfully I found this company and they have been amazing! I can always tell my Pom comes home happy and worn out. The photos are fun to see on their Facebook page. His daily visits look like a doggy summer camp, it’s so cute. You can definitely tell each dog is getting the attention they need. I would give more stars if I could. I had to relocate and needed a place to board my baby puppy for an extended stay. I say baby, he's an older chocolate lab mix. I wanted somewhere where he could have a chance to run around outside, and be well taken care of. Companion K-9 totally fit the bill - while I missed my best buddy tremendously, I took heart knowing he was enjoying himself and being taken care of in the best fashion possible. There is plenty of room for the dogs to run around outside and socialize, and the owner (Kim) regularly posts pictures of the dogs on Facebook. Kim and her staff supervise and interact with the dogs throughout the day. It's such a huge relief to know that he is happy and doing well - I would recommend Companion K-9 without reservation for anyone looking for short term stay, daycare, or longer term boarding for their dog.
This is our 3rd experience with Companion K-9, and we have always been so happy. We originally took our basset hound to Kim back in 2006 for some training, and have used them ever since. We really appreciate the love and care that our two dogs receive when they are with Companion K-9. The facilities are great (it makes us feel great knowing that they are part of a HOME environment, not just a standard run-of-the-mill kennel), and they LOVE running around outside and playing with other dogs all day. Kim and everyone else at Companion K-9 have got a great thing going, and as always, we are quite pleased. this is our second time boarding both our dogs with Companion. both come back to us happy and healthy. Our American bully loves getting to spend time in the large yard with other dogs while our smaller mutt looks forward to her time in the house. The owners are very good about giving up updates on how each are doing and sharing pictures. They treat the dogs like family and cannot give a better endorsement than that.
We are VERY thankful to have found Companion K-9 to board our dog when we can’t take her along on a trip. She always comes back in good spirits and has improved social skills! The staff is attentive, friendly, and hard working!

The Four Paws Resort was excellent. We had to book last minute as our original booking elsewhere fell through. Amy made the process very easy, and our dogs had a great time! We received pictures every day while we were out of town. We will definitely be back when our boys need to be boarded again!

Absolutely everything was PERFECT!!! I can tell Odie had a great time and really enjoyed his stay!! I couldn't be happier with everything! Four Paws Resort has great rates and a great environment. I'm normally a HUGE stickler about who takes care of my dogs, as I have had trouble with other dog boarding facilities; However, Scott and Amy have made me so content and happy with their services in taking care of my dog, Odie! They sent me pictures of him when I was on my vacation and reported back to me every day, which really helped me relax even more on my vacation knowing Odie was in good hands. Maria was fantastic with our goldendoodle girl Rockie! Not only was the grooming exactly what I asked for, but more importantly our girl was not stressed like she has been at other places we’ve taken her. This is the first time she’s been interested in the other person and not trying to climb on me to save her and take her away! This was before and after her haircut. Pricing is great and I feel like Maria really loves what she does and cares about each of our babies we leave in her care. Definitely a return customer!

We had a last minute change in plans and needed a place for Max. He loved the farm and all the animals and was super happy while he was there. I will definitely be using Mona Mico Ranch in the future for our fur baby!

I’ve been taking my dog, Willie, to Castle Creek Pet Resort for about 4 months, and I can't express how thrilled I am with the level of care he receives. Willie absolutely adores spending his days in their vibrant daycare environment where he has the chance to socialize with other pets and engage in fun activities that keep him happily occupied. What stands out the most is the wonderful staff. They are incredibly friendly and attentive, not just to the pets but also to their owners. It's evident that they genuinely love what they do, as they always greet Willie with a smile and make him feel welcomed every time he walks through the door. The occasional overnight stays have also been a breeze, knowing that he’s in such caring hands. I highly recommend Castle Creek Pet Resort to any pet owner looking for a fantastic place for their furry friends. We have taken our three dogs to Castle Creek for the three years we lived in McKinney. It is an outstanding place to take your dog for boarding or playing during the day. You can tell when you walk in by the spotless reception area that they pay attention to details. I never like being away from my dogs, but I never hesitated to call Castle Creek when we needed to board them. Last week was our last visit as we are moving out of state. I took my dog here twice before the COVID pandemic. I stopped going the second time because I was not happy with the grooming done on my dog. I moved back to the area and decided to give them another try. The staff that greeted us upon arrival were kind and friendly. Unfortunately, once again, I was not happy with the grooming. My dog’s coat had a white residue on it. It appeared he was not rinsed well. The white residue dried up and became flakey. In addition, I was charged for a service that was not completed. I emailed the company the same day and expressed my concerns. I asked if I can take my dog back for another bath. I did not get a reply. I called five days later. I was informed they “did not get the email”. Although, it was sent successfully on my end. I received a call back later that afternoon and was offered a refund for the service that was not performed. There was no mention of my dog’s coat and the residue nor was there an apology. I will not be returning.

My dog has gone to Castle Creek for daily daycare since she was a puppy and she’s 4 years old now and she loves it and she adores the owner and staff! The spacious private rooms and natural grass to run on, as well as outstanding professionalism, are what makes Castle Creek different and better than any other facility in the area. They treat their dogs and owners as family and they have truly become part of our family! They take time to understand each dog and owner to make sure their services are customized for maximum care of their clients. I am just one of a group of “regulars” whose dogs attend daycare daily and have for years and I recommend Castle Creek very highly and always suggest them to family, friends and coworkers. I don’t board my dog very often but when I do they are top notch and take excellent care of my baby when I am traveling. Their grooming staff is also excellent! Overall I give my highest recommendation to Castle Creek as a customer for over 4 years.

I take my small dogs here. They have special diets and they take excellent care of my dogs. Management is very professional. Great groomer. I’m taking my dogs there tomorrow for 4 days. I’m not concerned for their well being. 4 lb and 8 lbs Kairn terriers. Mocha and Latte
Cloud Nine grooming is top notch. They take pride in their work, and at an affordable price. I’ve tried many in Wylie/ Murphy and all things considered, they are the best.
I've brought my two large breed dogs here for both boarding and grooming. The owner is without a doubt one of the best in the business. After a grooming session he informed me of inflammation/possible infection in my golden's ear so that I could get it treated quickly. He appears to be available to his staff and works right along side them as evidenced by his commitment to work the holidays and weekends. The grooming has always been phenomenal: so much more attention to detail than going to someplace like PetSmart. Also, my dogs have been excited to go every time I bring them so I know they're well taken care!
My 2 nervous dogs come home from each stay feeling happy and relaxed. The staff is kind and accommodating. I am so appreciative of Cloud 9. I would not take my dogs anywhere else. ❤️

This review is LOOONG over due!! We have been customers for a very long time. They have taken care of all our animals needs. Top notch groomers we love the owner he communicates as needed and converses with us each time we lick our dogs up from grooming. Chico and Fifi always look amazing.

Awesome Folks! I use the daycare & grooming for my miniature pinscher chihuahua mix and she gets a lot of exercise that would be hard for me to do otherwise. No other groomer could get her to let them grind her nails and here it is no problem which my legs really appreciate. I highly recommend these folks!
1st time I have ever been here and I will be back. Staff was nice and helpful. My dog whiskey look great and it was the 1st time he has ever had a grooming.

Was definitely nervous as it was our first time ever leaving our fur baby with someone we did not know. But she was so amazing with our Envy girl! She sent pictures to reassure us that she was okay, she always answered back if I had any questions. We were so nervous about leaving our 2 dogs while going on our trip. I can not explain how grateful we are to have found a safe and happy place for our dogs to stay. We will definitely be using Spot fur Love again and would recommend her care to anyone who actually treats their pets as family too.
This is the first time I utilize this service of having someone stop by my home to check on my fur babies as it can be hard to find trustworthy people and let me tell you!! Kristyna was amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure my pups were taken care of and were doing well! She sent me lots of videos and pictures of them. I have two bully girls and they can be stubborn as a mule lol and she worked her magic on them! You can tell she really cares and loves what she does. I can’t thank her enough and definitely look forward to using Spot Fur Love services in the future!
Kristyna is the best pet sitter! You can have complete peace when entrusting your loved fur babies with her. My dog Kai fell in love with her the very first time he met her and he continues to be so excited when he knows he’s going to her house to play! He loves her two dogs Honey and Lizzy. Kai is a small dog and Honey and Lizzy are so gentle and good with him. They all love playing together! Also I love how Kristyna always sends pictures and videos of how much fun Kai is having at her house. Kristyna is also very knowledgeable when it comes to caring for pets in every way possible. I often ask her for advice on doggie care. Book Kristyna for all your pet care needs, you won’t regret it. She is literally the best!
10000/10 , She loved my fur baby as if he was her own. Always updated me on how he was doing and never made me feel worried while he was there. I knew he was in good hands since the second he arrived plus all the other fur babies were so gentle and kind he made some great friends while being there .
You’ll never find someone that will love your pet more than miss Kristyna! No one will ever watch my Kaos when I’m in the Midland/Odessa area other than her. She sends lots of pictures, creates homemade treats, has a beautiful environment, offers lots of activities and gives the best baths! Kaos smells amazing for a week after a night there. To make it even better, she is so reasonable on her fees! Do your fur baby a favor and let her watch them!
