My husband John and I had a wonderful time caring for Hoodoo. Hoodoo is full of love and joy, he is a gentle giant, energetic and he is very well mannered. Hoodoo loves his walks and time at the dog park. He is playful with other dogs and is not aggressive in the least. As long as he gets exercise he is happy and will sleep quietly on his bed for hours. Nicholas and Heather are wonderful hosts, they were so welcoming and generous. They took time to insure we knew where everything was both inside and outside of their beautiful home and communicated with us throughout the stay. We miss Hoodoo, Nicholas and Heather already and hope to do a pet sit there again some time soon. We highly recommend a pet sit with Hoodoo!
Erica was absolutely fabulous, she provided us with the information we needed to make our stay super simple and enjoyable. She was super easy to communicate with provided us with all the information we needed and was beyond welcoming! Flora is the sweetest cat, she is super easy and has such a kind nature about her! She is a very lively cat and just so sweet! The location is also perfect, it’s very close to anything you could ever want, bars, restaurants, grocery stores and the train station which takes you directly into London. We really enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to coming back!
I had a lovely stay at Jackie and Chris’s home. The space was a clean and welcoming, and has all that’s needed to make home meals and make one’s stay enjoyable. The three furry ones were incredibly lovable, and the hens were adorable too :). I’d never taken care of hens so was a bit worried but it turned out to be very easy. I loved hearing their song too! The three cats turned out to be exactly as described, and so loving! I had many memorable moments curled up with one or the other, while enjoying a warming fire. The home is located mere steps from the ocean where all sorts of sea animals abound, and there a numerous trails close by and all around the island. It is truly a special place and I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to stay there during the holiday season. Thank you Jackie and Chris! You have truly created a warm and cozy nest for yourselves. I’m grateful for you for sharing it with me and for all the generous and kind offerings you made to make my stay the perfect sit!
