Great dog-sitter! Our four-year-old beagle enjoyed staying with Luana in Lugano.

Luana is a very good girl! Not only super respectful of the dogs, but also very affectionate with them, you can see that she cares, and this is the huge difference compared to most kennels, the fact that the dog is in company and super pampered all the time, treated exactly like home. I left my dog with her for a long weekend (3 days, 2 nights) and he almost didn't want to come home😂 Highly recommended♥️

What can I say, Luana, her partner and their two splendid dogs are nothing short of wonderful!! They are decidedly scrupulous and attentive to the needs and complete well-being of each guest. Our dog was welcomed as part of the family, he immediately felt at home, every time he realizes that we are going to Peace&Dog he is full of enthusiasm! They gave us the tranquility and serenity of being able to leave our big dog with a light heart and without any worries, in case he can't come with us. In short, true magic made of skill, simplicity and a huge heart ♥️ We can only recommend this wonderful place made up of wonderful people and dogs 🌟

Liana came to pick up my Cippi, a 6 year old Golden, directly from home for about 5 hours. We introduced ourselves the day before and Cippi immediately got along with Luana and her two sweet fur babies. There is a small garden where our friends can play and run. Very positive experience and I will definitely use it again in the future. Well done Luana!!! A hug to all three.

Very nice and very professional. After an initial meeting to get to know each other and introduce our dogs, my mixed breed was welcomed into the house by Luana together with hers. They all have full access to areas of the house and a large garden to run around freely. Luana is very attentive and very affectionate with all furry friends.

Very good, you can see that they love animals, they took care of my cat who doesn't rely easily but he proved to be playful with them, precise and good with timetables, they know how to make you feel safe for any type of request!!

Luz from Pet Sitting Lugano took care of our little one when we went on vacation, her communication was constant with videos and photos, at all times we felt safe with her care. We highly recommend her, we will soon take our little one to be cared for again.

Had a great experience with Luz and watching our dog Teddy. She made sure to send us update pictures and was quick to respond when we reached out. Our dog is very timid and needs love and time to adjust but we did not see any sadness from him from our daily updates. Teddy was even able to sleep in bed with Luz which is what he does at home! Great overall experience! Will use again 😊

Luz is great. I left my puppy with her for one afternoon. Everything went well, she sent me videos and pictures during the hours she was taking care of Lilo and at the end I could see that Lilo really liked her. I highly recommend her and Lilo is looking forward for the next time! 🤗❤️

100% reccommend Luz to look after your furry ones. My giant dog loves her to pieces and I always get cute pictures to reassure me while I am away. There have been a couple of last minutes change of plans and Luz has been very accomodating with this. I feel very comfortable going on holiday with Luz taking care of my dog.

Janina is the kind of person every pet parent wishes they could meet. My little dog Lilo LOVES spending the day with Janina, Milo and Blu. Every time I pick him up he doesn't want to leave and whenever we pass by her building he runs to Janina's door wagging his tail. Janina is very available and always responds quickly. When she takes care of Lilo, she sends me photos and videos constantly. I trust her 100% and recommend her work with my eyes closed. Recently Janina even organized Christmas photos of the dogs with a professional photographer and it was a really cool experience When Lilo is at Janina’s Pet Care I don't worry, because I know he's having fun and being very well taken care of! ❤️🙏

Janina is an absolutely outstanding pet sitter! We trusted her with our dachshund Jimmy and she exceeded our expectations - Janina went above and beyond to keep us updated, make our dog special food since he’s a picky eater, and ensured that he uses stairs for getting up/down the couches or beds (since dachshunds have fragile spines). She is an incredible pet sitter and an all around true dog lover. Janina has so much experience with handling a couple of dogs at a time and making sure they all behave and play in a sweet and gentle manner. We have had the honor of using Janina since we moved to Lugano. She had welcomed our timid Teddy with nothing but love and support in his time of need. We never had to worry about anything in regard to Teddy while he was with Janina. She was always communicative and ensure Teddy was well loved and taken care of. He was cuddled and loved so much each time. He even accepted being a city dog! Couldn’t recommend her enough!
