I couldn’t have wished for a nicer experience. The pets were gorgeous, the house was beautiful, the area was really nice, safe and green, and Claire, Craig and their children are a lovely family. They communicated well throughout and made me feel very welcome in their home. Craig even collected me from the airport, and gave me a lift to the supermarket, so I could get some groceries for my stay. Stanley is a super friendly, and very sweet and funny dog, who was easy to look after and happily accompanied me on all my adventures. The cats were really sweet, affectionate and easy to look after too. I totally recommend this sit. You won’t be disappointed!
Thanks for the fabulous review Allie. Kev and I thoroughly enjoyed looking after Bernie, Taboo and Allie and Sam’s beautiful home. Taboo spent most of his time plotting his next escape (he’s a house cat), only to have the plan foiled again by those pesky housesitters! My favourite photo of Taboo was seeing his butt and tail sticking out of my computer bag - clearly he was after my mouse! ? Bernie was sooooo gorgeous with such a beautiful temperament. We’d have been happy to take him home with us! We had a lot of fun sending photos and and messages to Allie during our stay. Allie was wonderful to liaise with before during and after our stay. They are a welcoming, friendly and kind family with an immaculate house. We would be delighted to sit for them again.
We had a great time sitting for Dayna. Watching over Rikki and the critters was a breeze. Since Rikki is mostly an outdoor cat, the pet care was easy and straightforward. We had one hiccup the first night when Rikki didn't want to come in until quite late, but he was still getting used to us, so just give him some warm-up time. Our whole family felt warmly welcomed and enjoyed the close proximity to the national park. We would gladly sit for them again.
Pepsi is a very cute adorable and playful cat..who will always remind you when it’s dinner time. Good location really quiet area yet close to the bustling Gloucester Road. Very good communication with Tatiana and concise information pack. Comfy warm house. Would def recommend this sit .
Well we thoroughly enjoyed Kevin and Jana home which was so nice and so naturally cool in the hot summer days by several beautiful trees . The veggie gardens offered some sweet bites of fresh tomatoes. The location was central and close to all amenities . Kevin and Jana were so friendly and clear in their instructions and we really connected with their furry family and them in a special way with lots in common , real kindred spirits. Their home was very comfortable and had a real calming presence that had us feel at home immediately . We happily do more house sits for sure ! Grateful Satya and Jon
I had a really lovely time staying at Karen’s home. The three dogs were great company & very well behaved, there was lots of beautiful walks locally which we enjoyed. Furby the cat was very friendly & accompanied me each morning to check on the donkeys & sheep. Within a few days the donkeys knew who I was & were pleased to see me! Karen was so welcoming, ensuring that I had everything I needed & always available for advice. It was a privilege to stay in such a lovely house, in a beautiful peaceful location & spend time enjoying the company of the animals. I’m hoping to return to sit again soon 😊.
