Tiffany, Tim and their girls are such a delight. Our communication from the beginning was easy and they were filled with curiosity and questions about the house and the cats. We had discussed ahead of time that because the cats had not been neutered yet( they go in on December 6 2021 ) they play very rough. As well as the rough play they started to mark their territory while we were gone. This was new behavior but after speaking to the breeder I was assured it is normal behavior for 2 un neutered males and will cease once they are neutered. Through all the hiccups they were present, quick to action and very understanding. Tiffany was super communicative and checked in a few times a day to update us. We really appreciated that they were vigilant about noticing these things and taking care of the situation as best they could. The cats were loved on for sure and the house was spotless upon our return. We highly recommend them! Thank you!!!

Jane is not a recommended petsitter if you have cats or if you want the house to be treated properly when you are away. 1) When she arrived the day before our departure, she didn’t show any interest in the cats, I had to suggest her several times to interact with the kitties in order to make sure the cats were used to her smell. 2) She acted in a superior attitude when I was giving instructions about how to feed the cats or understand their routines. 3) Since the moment we posted the sit offer, we were clear about the simple tasks: feed the cats 3 times a day, play with them, brush them, keep the house safe and clean, inform twice a day about what the cats ate with photos and videos. Her level of communication was minimum by whatsapp. Example of messages “Nala has not appeared yet this morning”, “not much to report”, “everyone has eaten well”, “all well fed”, “too busy feeding, taking pictures and answering your texts” 4) When we arrived the house was dirty (her bathroom had not been cleaned at all, she had not vacuumed nor mopped the floor, the kitchen was sticky) the basic rules of the house were cleaning the floor, kitchen (to avoid ants) and I specified the products to clean bathroom/toilet before leaving. The minimum ALL petsitters had done in the past before leaving were cleaning the basic areas. 5) Two windows were unlocked, when safety issues were explained as a main concern. The biggest window with access from the street was not locked with the screw (anyone could have entered the house) and the window of the guest room was not locked with the handle 6) She never sent a message after leaving the house making sure everything was ok and telling us if the cats were ok. Conclusion: We could clearly see she doesn’t like animals, especially cats, she came just to have a free place to visit the area (which is a very touristic place, mainly this time of the year, when the accommodations are really expensive), she had a bossy attitude and was clearly annoyed by our explanations of how to take care of the cats and house, her communication was not fluid (I had to send a message asking her how were the cats almost every day in order to get feedback), she was a person that clearly did not care about the basic level of cleaning. The only thing she did was feeding the cats at least once a day. When we arrived the cats were really hungry.

We couldn't have asked for better home and petcare than what we received from Naomi and Chris. They cared for our home and pets while we were on an extended trip and left us nothing to fret whatsoever. We received frequent communication and photo updates, they were so considerate, kind, and respectful, and most importantly, our fur babies were in great hands. We can't recommend Naomi and Chris enough and hope they want to come back to Colorado again!

Elizabeth was terrific! Mavis thinks so, too. She literally stood at the door waiting for her to come back. Kind of made me a little bit jealous but also very happy that they'd clearly had such a good time. We had a change in our plans after we initially listed our sitting dates but we were able to easily change them on our dashboard and since we were already communicating with Elizabeth it was a breeze! She was a pleasure to deal with and we hope she's available the next time Mavis needs to have another sleepover!

Suzanne & Preston

Suzanne and Preston were the most wonderful house sitters for 5 weeks for our slightly loopy cockapoo Pepe. Regular updates and photos reassured me that Pepe was living his best life and I am sure that there was a look of disappointment in his eyes when he saw his regular family return!! Furthermore we returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers, fresh laundry and freshly baked biscuits! Would rather have liked Suzanne and Preston to move in permanently! Really hope that they will come back again! Thank you both so much. Pepe is missing you!

One of the many things I appreciate about Kelly is her straight-forward and honest communication. Prior to the sit we were both able to share concerns and expectations and come to understandings. Kelly is a friendly and upbeat person, she seems gregarious yet appreciative of a peaceful atmosphere and time alone. She shared photos of the cats with me every day, and responded to any questions I had readily and when she had questions she asked me, rather than guessing or going on her idea alone. She was thorough in her care, taking time to play with my cats and to follow-through with the regular feeding routine, which included dealing with raw food. Kelly was very thorough when it came to making sure she understood my instructions. Overall I felt very comfortable while I was away, and quite sure that Kelly would keep me posted about any concerns or unexpected situations that might arise. I recommend Kelly highly, if you are looking for a lovely balance of fun and responsibility - great for pets and pet-parents !

Ellen and Mike are the BEST house and pet sitters anyone could hope for. My partner Nick and I had the absolute pleasure of looking after Bonnie for a week. Emily was really great with pre-sit communication, we had a nice WhatsApp video chat to get to know each other, and then my partner and I dropped by to meet Bonnie a few weeks before the actual sit.

Emily provided one of the absolute best Welcome Guides I've ever seen with lots of very useful information. During the sit Emily was very easy to communicate with over WhatsApp and was always quick to respond.

What to say about the lovely Bonnie. When we hung out for the week she was an 11 month puppy with lots of playful energy but always willing to take a belly rub or ear scratch. I was impressed how good she was on her lead while out for walks, and in the park I found a fenced in area to let her off lead and she would always come back when called.

The area couldn't be better for spending time outdoors with a cute Labrador. There is a large open field just at the end of the road where you're bound to meet other dog owners, and you can be into Richmond Park within about 10 minutes. There are a few pub gardens in the area (Emily lists in Welcome Guide) that do nice coffee drinks from 11am, or obviously pints later if you wish. Both The Plough, and the Hare & Hounds have a jar of dog treats you can take a few from, and you'll be amazed how attentive and calm Bonnie can be as you hang out.

Emily (and family)'s home is also fantastic and comfortable. There is a large open plan kitchen/dining/seating area where we spent most of our time with Bonnie, but Emily also allowed me to use the desk with external monitor in another room for when I wanted to get some work done. The back garden area is enclosed with a nice patio area as well. The sitter's bedroom is on the 2nd floor, with a very comfortable bed.

We loved spending time with Bonnie so incredibly much, had a really relaxing time, and appreciated Emily's great communication. We look forward to future opportunities to look after Bonnie.
