We have just finished a three and a half week sit at Newark on Trent, which was an absolute delight!! Janet and Simon made us very welcome at their comfortable barn. Thanks for a delicious supper. Their handover notes were great along with a very informative walk round of the property. Kala is a beauty and lively. Was a delight to look after and made the sit very easy for us. Just had a lovely housesit at Sue’s home. It’s a little oasis of calm in the countryside. Sue was great to communicate with and provided clear guidance for us. We had lots of time at the start of the sit for a chat with Sue and it was great to spend time with her. Her home is very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The Aga and the wood stove were a particular treat. Winston the cat loved to spend time with us, before then disappearing for some hunting around the grounds. He loves a stroke and was just nice to be around. Amanda loved looking after Toby the horse and Jessica the cow. They are both gentle old souls and she enjoyed coaxing them out of the stable to their fields and back. They were not difficult to look after and Amanda was grateful for the experience. A great sit that we would be happy to repeat.

They are so flexible and friendly, if I ever need to change my plans there are no issues or questions asked; they are extremely reliable and normally have Shiloh out of the house for over an hour! Eliot at pets and pals looked after my precious cat George whilst I was away for a week. George hates travelling anywhere so the thought of taking him to a cattery filled me with dread! He's mainly an indoor cat so I knew he would be more comfortable staying at home. Eliot visited everyday to feed George and sit and play with him for a short while, I even recieved daily pictures to reassure me my fur baby was in good hands and well looked after! Elliot and team are great. Reliable, trustworthy and very friendly. Very convenient to have a helping hand when it comes to wearing out my super energetic pup. Elliot always spends a little extra time to fill me in on pup’s behaviour and is always dropping helpful tips along the way. We use Pets and Pals for dog walking during the day when we are at work. We could not be more happy with the service, our dog adores Eliot and he's never let us down. I have 2 naughty bengals who are indoor cats. Whenever I go away on holiday or for the weekend Eliot and his lovely mum Linda always look after my babies for me. Even if I need the cats to stay with them it’s no problem. Linda always leaves a note to update me how they’ve been whilst I’m away and checks I’m home to make sure they’re okay. I’d always use Pets and Pals as I trust them 100% x
I found Reksio K9 training after searching for a trainer for my 9 months old Leroy. I wanted a trainer that used positive reinforcement training methods. They have amazing and very professional service, always happy to go the extra mile to help. And they helped with my naughty dog a lot!!! After only 2 initial sessions Leroy was able to focus on commands and ignore other distractions! I WOULD TOTALLY AND HONESTLY RECOMMEND Mr Pawel to anyone who needs training for their dogs.
5 stars! Paul from Reksio K9 is a brilliant behaviourist. I thought it is impossible to teach my dog obedience, but it only took one short meeting to change my mind. Now, after one day my dog is still "surprised" at what has happened. But, hey: he listens to me and doesn't throw himself at other dogs. walking the dog became a pleasure. I highly recommend!
Amazing result with anxious reactive bloodhound, I had lost confidence walking him due to his reaction seeing other dogs, within minutes of his first lesson the transformation was incredible, early days still, but definitely recommended Pawel at Reksio he was brilliant and has restored my faith that I can have a sociable dog finally 👌👌👌 don’t hesitate if need behavioural training Looking forward to his next session

Just wanted to say that we really recommend Reksio K9 Care and travel, Left our dog Rocco there for a week and had some training done with him, owner is extremely nice and knows what his doing. Our dog was so well taken care of that even as a very attatched dog he didnt feel nervous after being away for such time. We just want to say thank you very much.
I highly recommend Reksio Hotel for dogs. Upon arrival you can tell dogs are very welcome. We were informed about our dogs behaviour, photos and videos were sent. On my return dogs didn't want to leave, they made new friends there. Dogs were not in cages were sociolised with other dogs and family pets and they could move freely about the house. They treated them like family. My dogs are looking forward to going back to Reksio again. That's mean I can have more holidays 😁

After just 10 minutes of short training with Mr. Paweł, our spoiled little dog started to become more obedient. The Happy Puppy and Viola were quite simply the best! We had every trust leaving our little boy in her hands and she looked after him with the upmost care and love. He was nurtured, bathed, walked and played with and I got the most gorgeous photos sent as updates whilst he was in her two week care. Booking our pup in was very last minute but Viola was nothing but accommodating. I will definitely be leaving Skip in her care again. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
Viola and Happy Puppy came highly recommended to us and so this summer our cavapoo spent 11 days boarding there. Viola sent regular updates and photos which was so lovely to receive, we could tell Reggie was in great hands and being well cared for. We was recommended to Viola at The Happy Puppy as we wanted more of a home from home setting for our 10 year old Coco. We received a very professional service and Viola really made you feel welcome and everything was discussed to your needs for your pet. We received regular updates with pictures and videos of Coco on her stay. Would highly recommend to friends and family and will definitely book coco in again in the near future. We love Lulu ( German shepherd dog) very much and leaving her with anyone has always been a worrying and unsettling thought. However, we left her with Viola a few times and each time Lulu was returned to us happy and healthy. Viola makes sure her physical and mental wellbeing as well as her safety are her priority and we couldn’t be more grateful. Experienced, kind and caring, will always recommend. We can’t imagine leaving her with anybody else.
Viola is a lovely lady, she is professional in her business but obviously has a a big love and understanding of the dogs in her care . Frank came home happy and well cared for, we had lots of updates and photos sent during his stay and Viola even managed the impossible, he even came home with beautifully cut nails! We would not hesitate to leave him with Viola again. Thank you Viola, you gave us peace of mind that Frank was just fine.
So grateful to Viola for looking after our lovely terriers for a week. She was so communicative and sent us daily photos of the pups having a ball. I felt very reassured having Viola care for our dogs and will definitely be using her again in the future! Highly recommend.

Was the first time for my German shepherd Ice in the kennels , the first time without us , we took him yesterday the 2 nd of September . The team looked very well after him , I can tell they’re really profesional handling the dogs as mine is not very confident at first but with nice kind words they seemed to win him over ! We went to pick him up and waited outside for the cab to go back home and Ice was pulling to go back to them . Was a very positive first time experience for Ice and I’m sure he’ll do great next time here for 2 weeks while I go on holidays in October . Thank you all and specially the girl that looked after Ice , didn’t catch her name ( tall girl ) .
My crazy Labrador Pumba absolutely loves going to Country House Kennels. The staff are so caring and really want to make it a loving, fun experience for our fur babies. Added bonus is the Facebook posts that show our pets having a ball. It really reassures and makes it easier leaving them
I use Country House regularly for doggy daycare but first time as a boarding place. Very happy with the service. We we were able to take everything that made our dog's stay comfortable. Check in and out were very easy. Our dog came out very happy and we will be returning in two weeks for another stay. This time we will be relaxed as second time around we know she is well looked after and had a good time without us!! Would highly recommend Country House.

Just left our dog here for 10 days. It was the first time we have ever left him so we were quite anxious. We did an overnight a week before as a test run and he was great. A great little place and I got an instant vibe that my dog would be fine here. Would highly recommend. Will be planning my next holiday now that I have a secure place for my pup to go. Very reasonably priced too.
Very impressed, we’re always worried about leaving our dig in a kennel but these were excellent. Our dog is very nervous around other dogs but within a few days they had her playing with others. Great work!
First time of using Country House for a "sleep over" and very impressed - I thought it would be good as we use Country House for daycare one day a week. We were allowed to take Casie's own bed and toys to make her feel at home. We appreciated this to help make that first visit enjoyable. We saw the kennels before booking and again we were impressed with what we saw and how they were ran. Casie came out to us the following morning very happy so I can only assume that she did not find the experience traumatic! The staff at Country House, both at the weekend and during the week, are so friendly and always willing to chat and answer any questions. I would recommend Country House to anyone looking for daycare or kennels. Casie will be returning again for another "sleep over". Thank you Country House for taking good care of our pet - it is much appreciated.

The staff was welcoming, easy to talk to, and provided regular videos of my dog’s activities on their Facebook page. When we picked him up, he was happily exhausted from all the fun he had. Agata (and husband) are always reliable in case I need to leave my crazy Iyla with her due to work or travel. Even though she is fully booked she still tries to squeeze in a groom for her if I put in a late request. Very reasonable rates with flexible service and dependable. Iyla reacts well and walks straight over to her- despite being an anxious dog <3

Agata has been there to look after our ever growing cat family for nearly 4 years now and she is always there when we need her. Completely unreliable. Unprofessional and rude. Booked for dog to stay 4 nights and confirmed by Agata. On day of drop off no answer at door or to the phone call. Finally partner/husband opens door and refuses to take dog and had to leave looking at other options as this was a waste of time.

I recently had the pleasure of having Frankie as a pet sitter for my three rescues—two cats and one dog—while I was away for five days and I couldn’t be more impressed. Both of my cats are on lifetime medication, so I was a bit anxious about leaving them, but Frankie exceeded all expectations. When I returned, the house was incredibly tidy, and all my pets were in great spirits. In fact, they were so happy and well-cared for that they barely noticed I was back! We used pawsome pet sitters whilst we were away for 4 days. Our first time having someone come into the house to look after our pets. We have two cats and an African grey parrot. Lynsey was great. Our cats and bird are normally very hidden and shy with new people but they seemed to warm to Lynsey very quickly. We had a quick pre meeting to go over all the finer details which were noted down for each pet to check all their needs were met. She sent us updates whilst we were away and a few snaps and video. We were able to enjoy our get away knowing our pets were well looked after and cared for. We will definitely use pawsome pet sitters again.
I had Frankie look after my rabbit Warren and she was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for her and getting regular updates made me feel at ease about his care. She did more than what was expected of her and I cannot recommend her enough. The small gift in the envelope with the keys with and note was very sweet. Will definitely be using again 😊

We asked Lynsey to look after our two cats while we were away on honeymoon this week. Honestly, we are soo happy with the daily feedback that we got. I have known Alison for some time now , several years in fact. She is a caring and patient person. She is a great animal lover. She has dogs of her own and has brought them up in a caring and loving environment as well as giving them the right discipline. I have often turned to her for advice when we got out puppy Bichon 4 years ago. Alison has been a wonderful sounding board and helped in training our dog and understanding her. We often leave our dog with Alison and we know she will be in safe hands. I would trust Alison completely and highly recommend her services . Alison is very commited to what she does. A really caring and professional service. They are diligent and take the extra time to take care of your animal because they are passionate about what they do. For example, when my cat had issues returning home through a magnetic cat flap because she had lost her collar, Livforpets spent extra time finding her and fitting a new one, making sure she was comfortable and safe for the night. I find them very trustworthy and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Had to give one star to write review, but in truth NO STARS. we booked this company in May to look after our dogs whilst we attend a family wedding in Scotland in four weeks time. I text her last Monday at midday to let her know we would probably be bringing a new puppy home this weekend. She text me back this evening, Thursday!! - FOUR DAYS LATER To say she could no longer do the booking as it would mean leaving the puppy for too long on its own, while she goes off walking other people's dogs, despite her assurance at the meeting that her partner would walk the other dogs. If I'm paying someone £40 a day to look after my dogs, I expect my dogs to be priority. Perhaps this company should consider if they really should be offering house sitting when it's now glaringly obvious that their dog walking clients are their priority. This is the first time I've booked a company to care for my dogs whilst I'm away and I will not be bothering again. We now have the embarrassing task, despite accepting the wedding invitation, we now have to cancel, letting much loved family members down and foregoing our holiday, cancelling hotels we booked. I have yet to see if our deposit is refunded. Unprofessional, untrustworthy. Use at your peril. Thankyou for your reply. My point being you took 4 days to decide to tell us you weren't prepared to look after our pup, before you told us. At the meeting we had you told me your partner would walk your other clients dogs. You then went on to say you would not allow a friend of ours in the house to be with our dogs when you weren't. When I suggested alternative arrangements that wasn't good enough for you either. LET DOWN is an understatement. I repeat unprofessional, untrustworthy. Use at your peril.

After loosing our older dog we decided that our other dog wouldn't cope with being in kennels by himself, so looked for a home boarder. We love pets was recommended to us. We did an over night sleepover and then a day visit to find the perfect match. We went away for a few days knowing our dog was being looked after and cared for like their own. With updates and photo's the whole time reassuring us he was happy and safe. We will definitely be using our home boarder again and would highly recommend we love pets!

We have an elderly golden retriever with mobility problems . We knew we couldn't put him into kennels and luckily found We love Pets , they were so caring . He was looked after in a family home, which we visited beforehand so they knew him , his needs & medication etc. Whilst he was there they updated us with photos so we knew he was happy and we could relax in the knowledge he was being well cared for. WLP have been fantastic in looking after our tortoise. Since we go away a few times a year, it’s a comfort to know there’s someone reliable and friendly available. Our tort is on good hands!
We have been using the pet sitting service for a year now and we could not be happier. Thor loves going there every week and he alsways comes back home a happy boy. Charlotte is always very responsive and willing to help with requests and the sitters are wonderful with Thor, so I feel peace of mind when he is there. The only thing I would change is having a more flexible cancellation policy, hence the 4 starts.
For our 9-month old dog first night away we had been very pleased with Charlotte and her team. Tasha has been great and did a wonderful job at caring about our dog like it was hers. She’s kept me informed regularly how she was doing through quick chat and photos sharing. Our dog had a great one night stay and we peacefully enjoyed our night out. Thanks a lot Tasha!
