Cyrill and his partner Grit were fantastic! They were extremely well-organised and proactive, suggesting a video call before we confirmed the sit, so we got a chance to meet them online. They arrived the night before we left on holiday, and we felt totally comfortable leaving the two cats and the house in their care for a fortnight. While we were away they were brilliant, keeping us updated with notes and photos, and also keeping a log of all that happened which they shared with us at the end. (This included a record of minor problems which they had solved without bothering us, and suggestions for ways we could fix things in the house!) We can honestly completely recommend them as pet-lovers and people to whom you can entrust your home.

Lisa took care of my two cats for two and a half weeks and was wonderful. The cats liked her lots and looked super happy and well taken care of! She also took really good care of the apartment and was very reliable, so I would 100% recommend her!

Florian has a natural affinity with dogs and the perfect sitter! Kali was very attached to him.

Frankly, it's challenging to know where to begin. Virtually every aspect of Marion's sit was so remarkably thoughtful, caring and perfectly managed. In addition to daily updates with photos and reports about Bella's adventures, Bella was clearly given a great deal of TLC and wonderful outings. I returned home to a very happy dog who had clearly bonded almost immediately with Marion. She has a very calm and warm demeanour which Bella immediately responded to. Additionally, the apt. was left in impeccable and orderly condition. I can't recommend Marion more highly and hope that we'll have an opportunity to welcome her back again!

Karla and Lukas were great house sitters, I would absolutely recommend them and use them again. Karla went above and beyond by arriving 2 hours earlier than we initially agreed when our flight got cancelled at late notice and we had to reschedule to an earlier departure, she was very responsive and really helped us out of a tight spot. This involved a very early start for her so was really kind of her. She kept us informed as the weekend passed with pictures and the flat was very clean when we arrived home. Both Karla and Lukas obviously love dogs, Martin had been well looked after (and very well walked based on how tired he was!)

Meeting Belinda was great, we had excellent communication and she took very good care of the 2 cats plus Milo, our dog. Milo is very shy and we were concerned about leaving him with someone he did not know, but Belinda was just great. We were able to meet the day before, and very quickly connecrted. I am truly grateful for the good care she took of our pets and house.

We’re grateful to Julie for taking such great care of our cat, Floki, and our home while we were away. This was the first time in six years we left him with someone else for such a long period, so we were pretty nervous. Floki is usually a bit wary, but from the photos Julie sent us, it was clear he quickly got comfortable with her. He seemed more relaxed, affectionate, and social than usual. Julie made sure to play with him, and they ended up becoming good friends. Julie kept us updated all the time, so it was a relief to know Floki was in good hands. Plus, our house was spotless when we got back. We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure to have Eleanor sit for Freddie again. Freddie absolutely adores Eleanor & how she cares for him. I never have any worries when Eleanor is sitting for Freddie as she is always in contact & this time as she knew I would be busy with my friends wedding still sent me updates & told me not to worry about replying. Knowing I had those updates sat there to look at when I wasn’t so busy was so nice 🥰 Eleanor always leaves my apartment spotless for when I arrive home. I think I’ve said it before that I’m sure it’s cleaner than when I leave it!!! As always we highly recommend Eleanor to house / pet sit. She really is a huge animal lover & treats your home as if it were her own. Thank you Eleanor & see you soon Vicki & Freddie 🐾

Lena was the best housesitter we could have hoped for. Our two dogs took to her right away, which was the first test. She also kept all of the cats' litter boxes clean and everyone fed and watered. And she stayed in contact the whole time, sending us daily updates and photos. We never had to worry about our house or pets while we were away. This was our first time using TH and it was a fantastic experience. We even invited Lena to let us know whenever she'd like to come back to house sit and we'd plan another trip around her stay.

Marcela took after my cat Vivi when I was away. She was good and quick answering. Thanks for taking care of my baby!

What an amazing first experience we have had with Gerti and Sven. Such a lovely couple and they looked after Skye and our house amd garden beautifully. On top of that we had daily updates and photos of all their excursions that they did with Skye in and around the region. Mega happy and so was Skye too. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️
