This lovely ranch setting and home are located in an exclusive community-including an electric gate. El Dorado Hills is a beautiful area, with Sacramento and Folsom right down the road. I felt totally safe as a solo traveler. Before my sit date, I went to the property for a rundown of expectations. Debbie is the nicest lady (family too) and in conversing, found similarities in life. I was given a guest room and full run of downstairs. Their home is open, spacious and cozy. If you like coffee, there’s a really nice expresso machine in the kitchen. If you love horses and being outside, this is the spot. There’s a hot tub and lake directly behind the house. The horses! ❤️ No nips, kicks or any bad habits. Their daily routines include 2 feedings/grains, plus mucking their stalls. Their big girl, Kona, spent her days following me or napping. Such a pretty girl. I only saw fleeting glimpses of the cats. Two meals a day and fresh water. Easy peasy. The chickens! Those girls ❤️. Typical coup chores. (I liked sitting inside the coup with them 🙂) I truly appreciate the trust and hospitality given to me to look after this little ranch. Thank you to Debbie, her lovely family and pets. I would be remiss not thanking their border, Kathleen (she came every day), who kept my head above water 💦

Hello Georgia I hope you have enjoyed your holiday and that the animals are well? I hope you liked the photos of the animals I left for you? I finished your house sit three weeks ago and after three requests for a review, I have still had no feedback on what was a particularly difficult sit. Your lack of response is very disappointing. I think its important at this stage to give some background to any sitter who might be looking to sit for you in the future:To Potential SittersWhen I arrived at the house, and before the owner headed off on holiday, I was informed that there had been a problem with flea infestation and that a pest control company had recently fumigated the house. The owner put spot-on on the dog before leaving stating 'this is for your benefit' I replied 'Its for the dogs benefit also'. I noted that none of the animals (2 cats and one dog) had flea collars and found out later that this was due to the owner having strong views regarding pesticides and chemicals. Right from the start I had problems with fleas and flea bites. The bed-room that I was allocated had a bed base and mattress close to the ground and despite repeated vacuuming , dusting and spraying, I was never able to resolve the problem. With the help of the owner's partner, who I must say was a terrific support through-out the stay, I washed the dog with flea shampoo, I put out the dogs bed (leaving the covers to soak in detol) and sprayed all rooms and used a detol mix to clean all the floors. I bought flea collars for all the animals and was reimbursed for this and all other expenses relating to the issue by the owners partner. I contacted the owner who did immediately apologise and offer to bring in the pest control company again. I told her to wait and see if what I had done had solved the problem and would get back to her. Meanwhile I was washing my clothes and bedding daily. I also had to have my head and beard near shaved which was not something I had expected or liked doing!I had to contact the owner again as I had not been able to resolve the problem and the pest control company came back in. While talking to the chap he told me that on his first visit the owner had only wanted the skirting boards and edges of room s treated and that he had told her that this would not be effective. On this second visit he was not at the house for more than 45 minutes and after he had left I was still not able to sleep in the bedroom allocated and spent another sleepless night before showering, putting my clothes and bedding in the wash again and moving to another room which was much better. This was in the last week of the sit and the problem was never resolved.During the course of this sit I contacted the team at trusted house sitters to flag up the issue and they were most supportive. The person I dealt with there said that I would be quite justified in walking away from the sit. I did not do this firstly because a) when I take something on I like to see it through b) I did not want to leave the owners partner carrying the can as he was working full-time and it would have caused him to lose work and c) I genuinely wanted to help get the animals into better condition. To OwnerGeorgia I have completed over 12 sits now and have been happy to rate all of them five star. I cannot do that for your sit which is a real shame because it could easily be a five star sit. My main issue with you is that you KNEW you had an on-going problem with infestation and did not give me the option to cancel the sit, instead waiting until I arrived to tell me. While I appreciate that you had booked your flights and was obviously looking forward to a break (can I blame you given the situation at the house!) you should have done the right thing and told me prior. I would have cancelled of course and who would not? You let me into a situation that was quite distressing and that I could have walked away from but did not. I did my best to help your animals and fix the problem. You have not even had the decency to post a review acknowledging that! I think under the circumstances a 2 star review is warranted. I just want to give this review some positive balance and leave potential sitters with more information to make an informed choice to sit for you:This is a really lovely area. Bussage is just outside of Stroud and there are good bus links with a bus stop at the end of the street. The views from the garden are great and there is woodland all around with some great dog walks. Stroud itself is a nice laid back market town with some interesting shops, live music venues and a brewery alongside a canal which again has good dog walks. I took Trixie (wire haired Hungarian visla) to most outlying towns and villages and she travelled really well by bus. This is a really lovely dog and sadly missed. She is playful and loves chasing a ball. She does not get along well with most other dogs though so I kept her on the lead when out. There are two really affectionate cats ...Samson and Delilah. The house apart from the problem outlined is comfortable with a nice country feel. There is wifi but no TV. The owner did purchase a dvd player but you will need to bring your own dvd's (can be hired from local library) as most at the house were scratched and would not play. There is a local Tesco supermarket an easy 10 minute walk through nice woodlands and everything you would need in Stroud. If the owner gets on top of this problem (and if I were you I would first check with the trusted house sitter team) I WOULD recommend this sit. Its a really interesting area and the animals are great. Go into it with caution and make sure you get more up-front information than I was given!Georgia I have asked the ths team to contact you about the problems I had. That's the best way to protect sitters and other hosts (who certainly don't want sitters arriving at their place having brought infestations from a previous sit) and all the best for the future. This was my first experience dropping my dog off to ruff house (va beach) for Labor Day weekend because we were going out of town. I picked this facility based on the great reviews. I didn’t tour the facility with my husband b/c front desk staff stated there was a certain time that we would have to come in and we had to work. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary upon dropping her off. We did elect for play time for one day which was an upcharge. We never received pictures or updates regarding my dog. However we called Saturday and was told everything was going well and that she’s wagging her tail. She seemed happy she just wasn’t eating a lot. On Sunday we picked her up and she was panting like she was hot or didn’t have water. She looked a sweaty mess. I thought let me take her home in bathe her she might be overly tired. She slept all day Monday like she was depressed. As an update I called to speak to the manager Tuesday. The manager never came to the phone only relaying messages to the front desk staff that Asa wasn’t outside Sunday and they’re not sure why she was sweaty and panting. She seemed fine on Saturday when she was playing. Also I asked about room temp in the kennel and they stated it was 72 degrees which is a little in the warm side in my opinion. I will not be bringing my dog back. Unprofessional that the manager didn’t want to listen to my concerns.
Thank you all so much for taking care of our boy Milo. I was nervous at first leaving him for the first time since we've had him but with the staff taking pics of him everyday (I made sure to check lol) gave me and my family a warm fuzzy that he was being taking care of. I like the little report afterwards thats lets me know how he did as well. I look forward to bring him back for a future doggy daycare session to get accustomed to other pups. Thanks again!
It was my first time ever leaving my fur babies at a doggy boarding facility. The atmosphere is very clean. The staff is very nice and relaxed. They treated my babies really well and made sure that I knew they did well while I was gone. They’re very alert when it comes to their boarders and I love that. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
I really wanted to love this place. I’ve taken my dog here twice. The first experience seemed great.. he was super tuckered out, and they took a ton of photos. Based on that, I decided to bring him back. This time, things were different. I didn’t really get much with the photos which I'm not too worried about, but he came home with an unusual amount of energy and INSANELY thirsty. He sprinted to his water bowl and i had to refill it twice.. which confused me. He’s not the kind of dog that requires constant stimulation to relax, so it felt odd. I had also requested a full groom for him, but when I picked him up, he didn’t smell fresh, which made me question if he even received a bath. At first, I let it go, but only a week later and he's showing signs that his anal glands are full. Now I’m wondering if I was charged for services that weren’t provided. To make matters worse, he has kennel cough. I don’t understand how dogs get sick in facilities that require updated vaccines. He’s never been sick before, and I feel awful for him.
The atmosphere was incredibly friendly and inviting. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted Sadie with genuine warmth and care, making her feel right at home. Their attention to detail and personalized approach made the entire experience exceptional. It was clear they prioritize customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels comfortable and valued.
We boarded our two guinea pigs and we were so pleased with how clean their cage was when we picked them up. Their hay bag was full and there was food in their bowl so we know they were well taken care of. I also appreciated them being in a quiet area. We will definitely be back! We have boarded at another kennel previously and the difference is night and day. We highly recommend The Ruff House for your small animal boarding needs.
I was really worried about taking my dog to boarding/daycare for the first time but ruff house was nothing but helpful, accommodating, and kind. They were very quick & helpful when responding to all of my questions throughout the “onboarding process” & during my dogs stay! He tested into daycare and I’m so excited to see him grow and be properly socialized with other dogs in a controlled, safe environment. When I first received pictures of my dog playing with others, my heart melted. Thank you ruff house!!

I can't say enough good things about the Ruff House! They are AWESOME and always make sure my dog, Stella, is well taken care of. The staff is so attentive and loving, making Stella feel right at home. They even manage to give her baths, which is always a challenge at home. Although Stella misses us while we're gone, she has the best time at the Ruff House. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring boarding facility for their furry friends!
My pup absolutely loves going to see her friends at Bark. Everyone is always so welcoming and happy to see her. She sits by my car in the morning waiting to go to doggy daycare at Bark. She comes home happy and exhausted. As a busy family with an energetic puppy, we are so grateful to have such a fantastic place for her to go play while we work. You can really tell the staff are all animal people.
The BEST doggie daycare/boarding facility I’ve ever taken my two rescue dogs to! The entire staff at Bark are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Love that I’m able to drop off my two dogs for daycare and have them bathed while they’re there as well! Such a great business in all aspects.
Carter loves this place! After a bad experience at another facility I was worried to try again, but SO glad we did!!! The girl who did his temperment test was so kind to him and made it the best experience for him! It is so great to see how happy he is when he knows he is going to see all his friends for the day! I have peace of mind knowing he is safe and having a blast! He always comes home sooo exhausted, but wagging his tail! I cannot say enough good things about this place and the wonderful people who work here!
Sansa loves her doggie buddies there. She comes home happy and tired. The team there is always interacting with the dogs. Also every night around 10 you can go on thier Facebook page and see lots of photos from that day. Always fun to see what your pup is up to. Update. Sansa is staying overnight. Love that pups stay in a cabana not a crate. Her BF is staying too. Bark let's them stay together so they won't stress out. Still the Best at Bark!!
I’ve always been paranoid boarding my babies, but I like the socialization aspect and when I do need to leave town without him I’d like to know my boy is safe and comfortable somewhere. I found that with Bark. Recently I had to go out of town to a wedding. Took him to Bark for the night, he always gets excited to arrive and greet his friends (both people type and furry.) So we arrived and he went back to play with the other pups. The handlers called me in the morning to let me know that my boy was not feeling good, he was acting irregularly, barely eating or drinking. Since the onsite vet wasn’t in that day they told me they could make an appointment for him later on that I could take him to, and that’s what we did. About a half an hour later I got a call from one of the owners who told me that my boy couldn’t wait so she called the vet and took him to be seen right away. I was about an hour drive away and I was on my way. The owner not only took him to the vet but was still waiting there when I got there. I was so pleased to know that Bark cared enough about my boy to make the moves that very well could have, and probably did save my boys life. I will forever be thankful to Bark and the staff for not leaving my boys side. He’s my baby and I felt terrible not being with him when he didn’t feel good, but Bark had my back, they showed him love. My pup ended up at the pet hospital getting emergency surgery and is now home fully recovered! Bark VB has a customer for as long as I’m in the area, I’ll always recommend them as well! Thank you!

The staff at Bark VB is INCREDIBLE to say the least. This post is long overdue - we initially brought our dog in for a meet and greet for boarding as the need for boarding came up quickly due to emergency. After the meet and greet went so well, we decided to bring our dog in for daycare - he goes every day because he loves it so much. He whines and begs to see his friends, staff and pups alike, every day. We are so grateful to be able to have a safe and fun place to board him when we need to travel. It’s been a great place to have him socialized - we’ve also started to have his grooming needs tended to here because he is so comfortable with the staff (our dog is skiddish about baths and nail trims). We always get comments about how well-socialized with people and other dogs our dog is and we know a lot is due to how careful and highly trained the professionals at Bark are to manage interactions. They call us with any concerns right away and are always on top of it when they notice anything off about our dog (ie fabric in his poop from eating toys at home). Our dog is one of kids and we are so incredibly grateful to have been recommended to the care at Bark VB. Thank you Mary, Jerilyn, and all the staff at VB for looking after our dogs so well and not only giving us peace of mind, but making it fun for our puppy day in and day out.
I’ve only come here for self-service dog bathing and private gym. Every experience has been amazing! My dog and I have so much fun here! He absolutely loves getting to run through their agility equipment with me in their gym. It’s excellent stimulation for him as well. We will continue to use their services as long as we’re in the area!
Our pup Pretzel absolutely LOVES doggie daycare here! When we tell him he’s going to “bark,” he immediately perks up and starts to zoom around until he’s in the car! The staff is so friendly and always welcoming! I highly recommend this place for doggie daycare!!!!
Our pup has been a member of Little Dog Adventures since 2021! Kelly is the absolute best with dogs and there's no one I trust more than her with our own. She is extremely professional, easy to communicate with, and flexible. Her facilities are immaculate and she works diligently to make sure everything is cleaned regularly and that the dogs remain illness-free. She also provides picture and video updates daily. If you are lucky to get into Kelly's pack you won't be disappointed!

Little Dog Adventures and Kelly have been the absolute best for the past 2 years. Piper loves going to "school" and loves all of her friends. She even has a BFF. We hate to move and leave Kelly. I cannot say enough good things about Kelly and Little Dog Adventures! I feel so fortunate to have found this daycare for my dog, Charles. Kelly is absolutely wonderful; it is clear that Charles adores her and spending time with his friends at LDA. The group size is small enough that the pups get ample individualized attention, and the backyard is the perfect set up for playing. Plus the pick up and drop off couldn't be more convenient! Kelly takes the time to upload photos and videos daily of each dog in addition to putting together the cutest photo shoots during holidays. I am very sad to be moving and leaving LDA. I would recommend Kelly and LDA to anyone.
Panda is our baby and we were very picky about where we were going to send her to day care. From our first meeting with Kelly, Panda took right to her. Kelly is so smart and intuitive with the dogs. Panda is a happier and more even-tempered doggie ever since she started going to Little Dog Adventures. She gets excited when I put her collar on because she knows Kelly is coming to pick her up. Kelly is very trustworthy, cautious, and caring, and has a great indoor / outdoor play area in her home. Panda gets lots of exercise and has become a very social, playful pup. Kelly is so considerate when it comes to our fur baby and treats her like her own. She creates a Google Photos album for each dog and we get daily updates with awesome photos and videos! Without a doubt I would 100% recommend Kelly and Little Dog Adventures.
I have had cats for over 20 years and have had a number of care providers. Stephanie and Nikki surpass them all! They are very responsive to communication and they stay in touch daily while I'm out of town. They take care of every detail. Above all, they have proven to be reliable. I've had sitters not show up at all, so I can't say how grateful I am to have found these wonderful women. Highly, HIGHLY recommend their services!!
I have been using Paws & Claws for the past year and I couldn't be happier! I usually have Nikki and Stephanie come by 3 times a day when we are out of town for our dog. My dog is a bit skiddish and very defensive at first. But she has really taken to them and enjoys their company! Every walk is documented and an email after each walk summarizing the trip and day is always great when your'e away from your pet. I never worry. That's the best thing! I would highly recommend them!
Stephanie and Nikki are wonderful. They are always timely and responsive, and have been very flexible when I wanted to increase my cat’s visits while I was away. The report cards I get while I’m away are very detailed and make me feel comforted knowing my cat is being cared for by a trusting sitter. Definitely recommend!
We started using Paws and Claws about a year and a half ago, and LOVE them so much! Stephanie is the absolute best pet carer we have ever had and goes well over above and beyond just taking care of our rabbits! She always felt comfortable giving our little Moonshine her medication at every visit (which is usually a new thing for most pet carers we have experienced) and both of our bunnies always seem happy whenever we come back!
Stephanie is an incredibly trustworthy and responsible pet sitter. She has cared for our many cats on a couple of separate occasions. She administered meds, kept the boxes clean and the kitties well cared for. She gave us an report/update each visit complete with pictures. I just did not have to worry at all with our cats in her care. I give the highest of recommendations. She is awesome.
Sara and Stephanie are hands down the best. I was so nervous having unknown people walk my dogs at first, but after meeting with them I instantly felt better and they are so professional and knowledgeable. I have a slightly reactive dog and they did wonderful with her and gave her a chance. I could not recommend enough. Plus they send report cards on how they did with plenty of photos!

I have had such a great experience using them for my pup. She is very reliable and super flexible when it comes to caring for my pup. She was able to change my schedule with little warning when I needed extra help when my dog was sick and even took her to the vet for me! Stephanie and Sara are the best! They take great care walking my dogs and caring for them when I am out of town ( and my parrot as well!). They are very accommodating and have helped me out last minute when I had an emergency. Highly recommend them to care for your babies!

First time we left our babies for a week. K9 did a great job taking care of them. Process from drop off to pick up was seamless. They looked great at pick up , happy and tired from playing with their new friends. I was able to briefly see them on a K9 posted video. Although I didn’t ask, I wish they sent me a short video of them during their stay. Overall we are very pleased with K9 Luxury Resort.
We had a good experience. The staff was very friendly and patient with my concerns and the facility is very clean. We will use them again, the only baby negative is I would have preferred if they reached out to me at least once a day with an update and photograph. Every time I called they were very friendly and receptive but it would be nice if they reached out to me for a daily report instead of me having to call them, even if it was just a note on my account to let me know if my dogs were eating, etc. Also, a photo would have been nice. It was overall great. I wasn't allowed to leave a blanket bc of choking hazard 😪 I understand that though. I do recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
K9 Resorts are top notch. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Provide updates good and bad on how our pup did that day. We have a 7 month old golden retriever and he loves going on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He comes home exhausted from playing with his friends. I thank k9 hotel for dog's ! My service dog stay with them for two day's, he was clean and he must have had a ball ,he was tried like they told me. Paste my child name slept for two days. He was just fine. When I'm in the virginia beach area, I will always used this company fir my son who us 8years old. Again thank you so much. Sincerely, your customer for life! My almost 2-year-old chocolate lab had so much fun at K9 Resorts VA Beach! The staff was so welcoming, and it seemed like they loved my dog almost as much as I do. And the best part was that my dog came home happy and exhausted! I can't wait to bring Escher back next week!
Our Jack Russell had the BEST time at K9 Resorts. How do I know this??? He was high spirited when we picked him up and has slept for two hours since we got home. There is no doubt that he played and socialized the entire time he was there. We were impressed by the procedures K9 goes through to make sure that he was safe and able to play with the other dogs there that day. The staff was warm and welcoming while professional in representing their facility. I will definitely choose the Virginia Beach K9 Resorts again and would highly recommend to others.
1st time at the Resort and it was better than I even hoped. Great staff, beautiful facility and I felt totally comfortable leaving my buddy there for some relaxing time. They are very professional and I really enjoyed meeting the owner and her husband as we picked Triumph up. All around d great experience and Def will be back.
Everyone was so nice and so thoughtful and so helpful. Our boy was immediately excited and happy to leave our side. The whole process was very smooth organized and the lobby was very clean. Jax, Our GSP , really enjoyed his stay there. We were grateful for him too have really good care that gave us some peace of mind:)
I absolutely loved it and so did my Dane. This was his first daycare experience and is usually a pretty nervous wreck. His first day jitters were nowhere to be found when I picked him up. And he was so pooped after. Love this place
Top notch customer service and quality! Our dogs boarded here for the first time a few weeks ago. The staff was very communicative when one of our pups was having feeding issues and took special care to ensure she ate and remained healthy. Our 3 pups had the best time! As far as the facility - BEAUTIFUL! The grooming services are also are absolute gold. I even had to email back and ask what products they used because my dogs were so clean and smelled amazing. Use them! :)
Looks great my wife was so excited until we got there. Immediately left after our brief conversation with I believe her name is Maddie. The rudest most unwelcoming person to have in an establishment. Would hate to see her around your dogs. Hate to let one person ruin an experience for our pups but I’ve learned to go with my wife’s gut :)
Great staff who takes great care of our fur baby. Highly recommend! She has a blast everything she goes.

if i could rate this place zero i would. first off the receptionist was very rude over the phone because she didnt know how to read my puppies shot records. they say they take puppies under 6 months but clearly dont know all the weeks when they need their shots. you cant give a 8 week old puppy a 16 week old shot, thought that was common sense. if my puppies vet told me one thing, im going to go with his opinion not some receptionist at a doggie day care. the "vet techs" do not know what they are doing and are very rude. dont feel comfortable leaving my puppy there, let alone stepping in the building. seems like receptionist are the ankle biters and not the dogs.
10 STARS!!!! I have been taking my Lab Magnolia Bay to Great Neck Doggie Daycare for almost a year now! She ABSOLUTELY LOVES going!!! The entire staff is amazing and takes such awesome care of her!!! Extremely clean and always fun decorated for all the different Holidays! Such an amazing Daycare!
I wish there was a button for zero stars because they don’t even deserve the one. The manager Christy was hired because she is a behavior specialist for dogs, which I find to be a joke. Not only does she not care about the dogs, she is the rudest person I have ever met! Don’t bother telling the owner either, because all he cares about is making money. I’m so glad my dog no longer goes there. If you send your dog, you better be on the lookout because they have some workers that kick the dogs and on several occasions I have seen workers running out to take dogs to the emergency vet due to injuries they obtained at this facility. If you love your dog get them out of there as fast as you can! There motto of treating dogs like family while in there care couldn’t be more farther from the truth!
A truly wonderful place that my pup loves to go to. She will drag me in there because she is just so excited to see other dogs and the staff too!
I take my Golden to this daycare twice a week. At the end of the day I can tell she has been playing hard and having fun . She comes home and eats her dinner and sleeps all night long with only one walk before bed. I really like the swimming pool there and being able to use the pool area with my dog whenever it's available. I also like the monitors they have at the front desk where you can watch your dog interacting with other dogs when they are placed in the outdoor yards.
Definitely recommend! We have been going here for about a month or two now. Our dog loves it! He seems excited to go everytime. The staff is great and seem very excited and have been great with my dog. They have a yard for large dogs and a separate yard to small dogs. They also have a legit in-ground pool for the dogs to play in. Priced pretty reasonably. !
My 7 month old puppy, Tula , LOVES GNDD. Every time I pick her up, the staff is quick to tell me what a good girl Tula was and that she had made LOTS of new friends. She plays the ENTIRE TIME she is at day care. And when one friend is tired of playing, she picks up on their cues and find another doggie to run and play with. When she gets home Tula is happy and EXHAUSTED!
If you’re looking for a doggy day care, stop searching, you found the one! If I could give 10 stars I would. This was my first time ever dropping off my husky Koda (5 years old) to anyone’s house other than family. I was nervous and I knew he would be to. Tamara and her husband reassured me and did everything they could to make Koda and I comfortable. She sent me real time updates and photos of what he was doing. She let me know how he was doing in the day and at night. His first night was rough being there without anyone he knows, but they kept him company and by night two he was comfortable and felt at home. When I picked him up I could tell he did not want to leave! I will for sure be bringing Koda back here in the future. Thank you Dappy Dayz Dogs!

First time leaving my girl Dixie with someone other than family. We went on a trip with family so that wasn’t an option so I reached out to Tammy at Dappy Dayz & I couldn’t be anymore pleased! My girl had the best time ever and I enjoyed receiving pictures seeing how happy Dixie was! Definitely recommend and will use her in the future! Thanks again Tammy!

When we moved to Virginia Beach, we tried a couple of popular kennels in the area for our geriatric pup and our kitty, and we had issues at both. Then I found Tami, and I'm so grateful we did! Tami and her family take care of our pets like they're their own. Tami is great about sending photos and updates, and is so patient with our geriatric Corgi. I wouldn't feel safe leaving them with anyone else! Thank you Tami and T!
I was very nervous about sending my fur-babies to daycare especially since one is a pandemic pup and not fully social. When I dropped them off I felt so comfortable (I normally cry). Tammy explained how she would slowly introduce the other pups to mine so they won’t be overwhelmed. I’ve noticed so much improvement in my pandemic pup now that he is going to Dappy Days. Very patient and loving provider!
Tammy and Tee have been the absolute best this year. I moved here not knowing anyone and needed to quickly find somewhere I could trust to watch my dog, Hank. The first time I dropped him off he was nervous, but that was also the last time. Every time I dropped him off for a weekend he couldn’t wait to get out of the car to play, which made me feel really reassured that he was still happy and safe when I was away. Tammy and Tee were also always extremely accommodating to my schedule and flexible when I needed to change something last minute. They also sent me pictures of Hank every time I was away, which I loved and made me feel better. I am so grateful for their help and for treating Hank like their own. I wish I weren’t moving so I could keep going to them; Hank will definitely miss it there! I would undoubtedly recommend Dappy Dayz to anyone!
Tami and her family are incredibly wonderful caregivers. They make my dog feel like she is a part of their family. I loved the photo updates she sent to put my mind at ease during her first long-term stay with them (5 days). My dog also really enjoyed their doggie daycare! Tami really knows dogs and their behaviors - the dogs are watched and safe. My dog came home happy to see me, but equally comfortable in Dappy Dayz care. I feel so fortunate to have found such a great place for my dog to go for both long-term stays and daily doggie daycare.
Tammy and her family has taken such great care of my dog. I appreciate the schedule set up in place for the dogs, such as activities, nap time, lunch/dinner/snacks, and recess! The at-home environment is exceptional and has been a great place for my dog to receive care. He used to go to a kennel set up, but the setting was not an ideal place for him because there was no structure, the animals ran loose, and the staff were unprofessional and unskilled; basically setting my dog up for failure. Dappy Dogz is the total opposite! My family and I truly appreciate their dedication and attention in taking care of the pets. Thank you!! ☺️
We used Dappy Dayz on a regular for over night stays. Having a 24 hour shift, it’s hard to find someone reliable to watch your animals at a decent price. Having our paths cross a couple years ago, I was able to reach out to Tammy on a personal level to inquire of her up and coming business. Her and her family took our pup in with open arms, allowing him to socialize with other dogs, maintaining his feeding routine and sleep schedule. We actually felt guilty taking him home because he clearly was having a blast with his friends. She was flexible with our rotating schedule, accommodating for weekends and last minute day trips. We will forever sing their praises and we look forward to watching their business grow.
Courtney is the most reliable dog walker I have ever worked with! She is trustworthy, organized, always answers quickly, and flexible with our crazy schedules. She sends photo updates of the pups and it’s great knowing they are getting some exercise and affection while we’re at work. She is also very experienced with dogs which is a plus since we have two high energy rascals!
We always have Courtney come and take care of our two mini golden doodles when we go out of town. She is great with them! Finley and Ellie love when she comes to watch them. I am so happy to have found her.
Courtney watched our dogs for a lengthy vacation. One has some health issues so I was hesitate to leave him. Courtney came to the house prior our trip to meet me and the dogs. We texted numerous times before our trip (bc I was so worried about leaving them). Thankfully, my quirky dogs did not phase her! We had excellent communication before, during and after (quick follow up) our trip. The most telling part about how well everything went with Courtney staying at my house was that my dogs were so normal when we came home! And, my house was in the exact condition I left it in! Win-Win! We will definitely used Courtney for our future trips.

Courtney is an amazing dog sitter. Both dogs love her so much, and she gives updates and sends photos of them all the time when she watches them. She tires them out and makes sure they have their food and water as well as any meds that are needed. She takes them outside to play and hangs out with them. 10/10 best dog sitter ever!

Courtney was a wonderful pet sitter. We left for an extended weekend leaving our two dogs and cat alone for the first time. Courtney came over for a meet and greet and a walk through of their routine prior to our departure. We scheduled Courtney for overnights and drop ins to let them out daily. Our dogs do not warm up to strangers but Courtney managed to overcome their anxieties. She provided us daily updates and photos from her visits and walks with them. She was a gracious houseguest even sweeping up the dog hair on the stairs before we got home. We will definitely use her service again. We highly recommend Courtney's Canine Care.
