Amanda was absolutely fantastic with our dog Beaux, our turtle, and our home. From the very beginning, she asked thoughtful and detailed questions to ensure she could provide the best care possible. Throughout her time with Beaux, she went above and beyond—scheduling play dates and even taking him to the dog beach to make sure he was happy and well-exercised. Amanda also kept us constantly updated with photos and videos, which made it clear how much Beaux was enjoying himself and feeling loved. When we returned home, our house was spotless, and she had even taken the time to water our plants! We couldn’t have asked for a more attentive, responsible, and caring sitter. Highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for exceptional pet and home care!

Lauren was very responsive before, during, and after our sit! It is always nice to have peace of mind when leaving your pet and home for a few days. I got plenty of pictures of Ezra during the sit and he looked super happy in every single one! The house was tidy upon my return. I would gladly host Lauren again!

Renee & Sandra took excellent care of my pets and I recommend them completely! Renee & Sandra were communicative, flexible, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. While I was away, they sent daily updates with photo and video of my pets. They followed care instructions perfectly and it was obvious when I got home that Renee & Sandra had absolutely showered my pets with love. I can tell that they really took the time to bond with Juno and Ollie and to make my pets feel comfortable with new friends. It was very easy to coordinate with them throughout, and they are both extremely competent. I had no concerns over leaving my cat and dog in their care, even when they couldn’t reach me. They also left my apartment in perfect condition. They went above and beyond in every way. Absolutely 15/10.

It was a pleasure for Bill and I to have Daria take care of our golden doodle, Bentley. Daria was punctual and very friendly upon arrival. Bentley warmed up to Daria immediately! Daria is very reliable, trustworthy and honest. We felt very comfortable to have her stay at our home and sit for Bentley. While we were gone, Daria updated us with a couple of pictures of Bentley, and, also took him on a walk. This was the first time Bentley has had a sitter, and Daria’s calm and easy going personality made it an easy first time! We came home to a very relaxed dog. 😊 The house was in perfect condition upon returning, as if she hadn’t even stayed. Please do not hesitate to have Daria take care of your pets, you will be very happy you made the choice. We totally recommend her. 5+ stars for Daria! Thank you! Linda & Bill

Tania and Jon took excellent care of our dog and cat, who are both quite finicky and sensitive. We were amazed at how quickly the pets warmed up to them and it seemed like the pets themselves were on vacation with Tania and Jon. We could feel confident that both pets were well taken care of during our time away. They were also very communicative with us the entire time, and our home was just as clean as we had left it. We highly recommend Tania and Jon to watch your home and pets!

Martina was great, we’d love for her to sit with us again! She was an effective and timely communicator, very self sufficient, and sent us regular updates. When we came our pup was happy, healthy, and our home was clean and tidy — definitely five stars!

We could not have asked for a better sitter than Stefanie! We called her our Mary Poppins because she arrived with a bag of toys and treats for our cats and made sure they were happy and well-cared for while we were away for two weeks. Stefanie was super communicative before and during her stay, sending us regular updates, photos, and videos. She is highly organized, responsible, and self-sufficient, which was particularly important to us as we were off the grid during part of our trip. Most of all, she was so sweet to our kitties and clearly enjoyed spending time with them - both our elusive, reserved older cat and our playful, attention-loving kitten. We really can't recommend Stefanie enough and look forward to having her back to cat sit anytime!

He lived literally ONE mile away from me. This made it easy to meet in advance of the sit and go over details. During this process, he told me he would have to leave soon. This gave me the impression it was a lower priority for him. Being 1 mile away, however brought up some things I hadn't experienced with sitters from out of town. He wanted to know if it was ok to have friends over to my apt. My cat is very shy and timid around strangers and I told him no. He wanted to cook in my kitchen. It was left very messy. 3 cupboard doors left open, food stains on the stove, counter and fridge. Pots, pans and utensils, he used were not put away. For a person who lives one mile away, these are both things I would have thought could have just as easily been done in his own space. Why did he need to use mine and leave it in this condition? He didn't clean out the cat brush, not sure if this was to prove he had brushed my cat. He left the litter scoop IN the litter box. An amateur move, this would make many cats NOT use the litter box. In the past my cat has stopped using the litter box for similar reasons. She is older and relies on steps to climb onto furniture to sit with me or to sleep with me. Cats, creatures of habit, are upset with changes and one of her steps was moved. She's old, the equivalent of a 90 yr old grandma who depends on these things being there for her in the same place. Without telling me he locked the chain on my front door from inside the apt. So I was unable to enter my apt from the front door. After a long trip home, after getting to my front door I discovered, I had to use the back door. Had he just mentioned that in advance it would have been nice. I left my keys in a lockbox and the lockbox was not returned to inside the apt like I asked. The management company has asked us NOT to leave those out. My internet device was left plugged in, I had asked in person and in writing, it be unplugged when not in use. I had asked that bedding not be removed from my bed, I prefer to do that myself as the bed frame is susceptible to easily being damaged. The bedding was left in a pile on the floor with a damp towel at the bottom of that pile. Personally I was taught, if you use something belonging to someone else, including their personal space, to return it to the same or better condition you found it. In my opinion, this was not done for my space and my things. Petcare felt to me, as if it was less than the top priority and that Andy is not very experienced with pet care. Overall, I was unhappy with Andy's care of my pet and my space.

Connie took perfect care of my house and my dog! Pancake, my English bulldog, was recovering from a knee surgery and Connie took extra care to keep her on track for recovery, even encouraging her to use the new ramp to get on and off the couch. Connie also sent regular updates. Thank you Connie!

Nicole provided great care for my cat Oz while I was away on a quick trip. She was reliable and consistently sent me updates with photos, showing Oz relaxed and comfortable in her company. I highly recommend Nicole for anyone needing a trustworthy petsitter!
