I am so grateful to Robin and Rick for opening up their lovely home to me and providing me the opportunity to hang out with Ms. Ruth. Ruth is an easy-going cat and we developed a routine whereby in the evenings she would come lay on my lap and I would brush her while she purred. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. The house is well-equipped and comfortable and I also had good internet to work with. I was provided a detailed manual and if I had any questions about anything around the house while they were away, they were very responsive. Thank you so much, Rick and Robin!
Die Begrüssung von Manuela war sehr herzlich und sie hat mich sehr gut eingeführt. Ich habe mich sehr über die Blumen, das Willkommengeschenk und -gruss gefreut. Wir hatten auch über die ganze Zeit eine beständige Kommunikation. Doudou , die Wohnungskatze, liebte es sehr, wenn wir mit ihrer Spielzeugmaus spielten und ich ihr Fell bürstete. Mit den ersten warmen Sonnenstrahlen ließ sie sich doch auf den schönen Balkon locken, um sich dort aufzuhalten. Mizi war tagsüber am liebsten draussen und liebte es abends dann ausgiebig gestreichelt zu werden. Ich genoss während der Zeit das Zutrauen und die Anhänglichkeit der Beiden. Mit wenigen Schritten erreicht man von der Wohnung aus den See für ausgiebige Spaziergänge. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist gut zu erreichen, für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, oder im nach München zu fahren. Ein angenehmer Sit, habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank Manuela
I initially met Michael and Carole on a Zoom call and I could tell that they are very loving parents and their cat Lucky is very special to them. Michael and Carole are quite kind and upon meeting in person were very welcoming to me into their lovely and immaculate home. They gave me a thorough and explicit walk-through of Lucky's routine and even had the Welcome Guide along with other instructions (such as how to operate the washer/dryer) printed out well in advance. Their charming home is like a relaxing oasis inside and out with a great water view from the lanai/patio. Their home is located near Lakewood Ranch which is great for shopping, restaurants, and I even caught a couple of pickleball games there. The neighborhood is safe with a fitness center, swimming pool, and I enjoyed evening walks throughout the community. Now on to the superstar feline! This sit was such a blessing in that I got the privilege to spend it over the Thanksgiving holiday with Lucky, a true adorable sweetheart with a loving spirit. Initially, Lucky was very leery and distant of me, but would soon warm up. She enjoyed random bouts of playtime and became comfortable with me by brushing herself against my leg. She and I would often spend time in the lanai with my daily brushing her on her brushing table. Lucky also loved belly and head rubs along with my talking to her in which she communicated with a wagging tail. It was a joy to take her outside with her harness/leash and watch her curious wonder of life outside. She gave me many laughs and smiles, particularly, when she would stop right in the middle of eating to gaze towards a noise or hop on her eating table or sit in front of you & stare/meow to let you know she's ready to eat. Oh, Lucky, you were/are such a delight and I truly enjoyed your company! You are a true queen and I am glad I got a chance to spend time with you in your castle. Consider yourself "lucky" if you get chosen to spend time with Lucky. This was a wonderful sit with a wonderful girl and I highly recommend!
We loved staying in Angie's home with Coco and Sweetie! Both cats were shy and cautious at first, but once they came to trust us, they were so sweet and affectionate. The home is in a great location, (watch the temptation to go to Breka Bakery every day! It's just across the street.) We were very comfortable here and hope to be able to look after Sweetie and Coco again in the future.
lynn was very kind to us, She left us written instructions, which helped us a lot. Charlie is very friendly, she loves playing with her balls, getting her treats, walking around the neighborhood, and having her routine schedules respected. The house is one block from the beach, Manhattan is really very nice! Thanks for everything, we'll see you soon!
I sincerely have never felt as “at home” while traveling as I did staying in Sarah’s home with miss Ramona. Sarah made me feel very welcome and had great communication with me throughout my stay. Ramona is the most easy going little lady and she served as a great assistant in my daily work from home duties. The house is in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city while still having access to public transport and cute walkable neighborhoods. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Philadelphia!
