Trish & Phil did a stellar job looking after our puss cat 'Monty'. They were great reliable sitters, commencing with ample communication, both before and during the sit time. We received a perfect level of update photos and could tell Monty had adopted them as 'parents' when we received a lovely pic of Monty & Trish doing yoga together in the backyard :-). Our home was left wonderfully clean & tidy, which we very much appreciated. These guys are A+++ sitters, we totally recommend them to any house owner and would love to have them back again for a return visit if our availability times coincide once again in the future.

Francesca has been our house sitter on three separate occasions and done a great job at all times. Very reliable and left our house very tidy. Looked after our garden superbly. Dealt with a technical issue in the house very competently and kept us well informed. Would thoroughly recommend Francesca as a Housesitter for every occasion.

Justin and Tommy did an amazing job looking after our dog Maizey and two cats while we were overseas for 6 weeks. Maizey is a large rescue and has separation anxiety as well as dog reactivity. Justin and Tommy took the time to understand Maizeys needs and did a meet n greet prior to the stay as well as facetime. They made sure she wasnt left alone for long periods and kept us up to date while we were away. They have great communication and are very reliable and friendly, and kept our house very clean and tidy. I would have to Justin and Tommy sit again in a heartbeat, highly recommend! Alex was a wonderful pet sitter and we would definitely have him back anytime. The house was super clean when we got back, the cleanest we have ever had. He was lovely with the dogs and Lola wanted him back! All the food and household suggestions were done perfectly. He looked after the dogs, plants and fish. To say that we were nervous about our first time leaving our fur babies for more than a couple of days, and letting complete strangers stay in our home to look after them for 3 weeks… is a gross understatement. To the point where we had a heap of consistently great applications for over 6 months, but couldn’t even commit to having a conversation with any one of them. I finally took the plunge and contacted Crystal & Zachary after they applied, as it was getting very close to our holiday and I still hadn’t chosen anyone. After having Crystal & Zachary house sit for us, I am so incredibly happy that I said no to every one else. Crystal & Zachary were amazing. From our initial contact, to a face time, to having a meet & greet a few weeks before we left and then to them staying… they were fantastic. They were understanding of our concerns and fears, so they sent us photos and updates every single day of our trip. They kept us notified of every thing that was happening around the house. They took our dog Arlie on multiple walks a day and didn’t leave her alone the entire time… which was something we were really worried about. They let Arlie and our two cats Tig & Fifi, sleep with them in their bed every night. They let my parents visit on multiple occasions. They bought our fur babies a bunch of toys and even gave Arlie a bath. They kept our home clean and tidy… according to my mother, which is a massive compliment coming from her! And on top of it all, we came home after a 17 hour flight, to freshly baked banana bread to welcome us back home. Most importantly, we felt extremely confident that our fur babies were happy, comfortable and safe with Crystal & Zachary whilst we were away. We couldn’t recommend Crystal & Zachary enough to look after your precious pets and home. We’re sad that they’ll be going back home to the US soon and we won’t be able to have them stay for our next holiday!

Thank you so much Lara and Nahuel for caring for our two very energetic dogs, chickens and budgies. You looked after the house so well and left it so clean for our return. Thank you for your attentiveness especially when Sonny had a sore on his leg. Your communication was fantastic keeping us regularly updated. We thoughly enjoyed receiving photos of your adventures together and how comfortable the dogs were around you both (Raine especially lol). It was really reassuring and allowed us to relax and enjoy our trip knowing they were being well cared for. Wishing you all the best in your future stays!

Warren and Thais were extremely friendly and approachable. The dogs and cats immediately got acclimated to them. They took them on long walks, played and cuddled with them, and even took the time to tidy our home. Excellent housesitters, excellent petsitters and excellent people.

Jonna did a fantastic job looking after our 1 year old spoodle, Archie. She was proactive in her communication prior to the sit, took great care of Archie (including when he was sick), the house was immaculate when we got back, and she even baked a delicious carrot cake for our return. And to top it all off, she kept us updated throughout our trip with the best photos of Archie I have seen!! Definitely recommend Jonna to others

Gen and Richard were fantastic house and pet sitters. They cared for our two cats extremely well and they were both very happy when we got home. The house was very clean and tidy, and Gen and Richard had washed their bedding and towels which I was very thankful for after a long car journey home with a 1 year old. They very kindly left some bread and milk for us to get home to and even bought our daughter a gift which was so generous of them. Would definitely have them both back if they are ever in the UK again while we’re away!

James had really good communication with us and always responded promptly. The cats and house were left in great condition. Thank you James! :)

As our first house and cat sitter Aurore has set a very high standard. Her communication was outstanding from the first contact. She kept in regular communication whilst we were overseas. She sent frequent updates on the cats (including pictures and videos) and let us know as soon as something out of the ordinary happened (like the cats bringing snakes into the house or her getting bogged on our driveway). She handled all these situations with ease and is very self sufficient and resourceful. She connected with our cats very well and much quicker than any stranger ever has. She displayed a very genuine connection and care for our fur babies and our home. Aurore welcomed us home with a tidy house and a beautiful meal which was much appreciated after 2 days of travel. We sincerely hope that Aurore will come back and house sit for us again or just pop in for a visit! We would 100% recommend Aurore to anyone who is looking for someone to care for their pets and home with love and care. Thank you Aurore for being such an amazing house and cat sitter.
