This was a really lovely persisting experience! Kats house is in a quiet area of Chiang Mai, about a 15-20 minute drive from the main areas and about 25-30 from hiking trails etc. The home itself is a little rustic, but has all main facilities and the wifi is a great speed if you're remote working (but it's extremely relaxed so you need some motivation to be working!) As for the pets, Dao and Bowie are very gentle and chill at home, unless it's food time and they get really excited! When walking they're mostly quite well behaved, but Bowie can sometimes lunge at things and sometimes Dao decides she doesn't want to to walk on the normal route. Can be a little tricky if you leave too late in the morning because of the traffic but if you leave for the walk around 6 am it's OK:) Olive is a lovely smoochy cat who, outside of cuddles and food doesn't require too much. She loves cuddles and chatting though! Overall I found this to be an easy, happy housesit and j would be more than happy to return to look after these lovely pets again :) thanks Kate!!
