Very nice person; conscientious pet & home care

Victoria was everything you would want in a house/pet sitter. She agreed to come early so we could meet her and her little chihuahua, Rocky. What a sweet doggie and not reactive at all with our little dog. She’s friendly and our communication was clear and easy. Our dog, Koda was happy to see us and it was apparent that he was happy and well taken care of. The house was spotless when we returned. We would highly recommend Vicky for both house and pet care!!

Olivia and Aaron were fantastic sitters! They sent us photos and updates while we gone to keep us posted on how our cats were doing (the cats seemed very happy and well taken care of ☺️) They left our apartment extremely tidy and well taken care of. It looked even better than we had left it! Overall had a great experience with them and would be happy to have them back anytime :)

I would give Jenny and Brandon even more stars if I could. This is their second time sitting for me and again, exceptional care! Sam had a lot of fun with them and they were great at taking him places and spending loads of time with him. The house was sparkling clean, sheets washed, and everything was in order. I highly recommend Jenny and Brandon for your next sit!

Ryan was a great pet sitter for Mira. He was able to come to my house beforehand and go over Mira's schedule and a bit about the house which was very helpful to me. I would have preferred a bit more communication But being fairly new to Zeewoi, I should have let him know that. The house was nice and tidy when I came home. There was a bit of an ant problem, and he was able to clean that up. The only issue was the litter box wasn't cleaned that morning before he left. But other than that, I would recommend ryan

Sandra was a wonderful House Sitter for my pet and my home. She sent texts and pictures to let me know and see how happy my pet was. And promptly responded to any questions I had. My house was a tidy and clean home to return to. Plants were all healthy and thriving. I highly recommend Sandra to watch over your pet, home and plants.

Amanda took care of a house full of pets for us. She gave medications to our dog who had a broken toe nail and cared for our other dog while she was in heat. She left the house tidy and followed the daily instructions I left for her for the dogs, cat, guinea pigs, geckos, and plants.

Alissa was a lovely house and pet sitter for the weekend we were away. She was helpful as we packed up, and took great care of our dog and lizard. I would definitely recomend her to anyone looking for a sitter.

Rebecca took good care of Jack. It was a short sit but she took pictures of Jack on their walks. The house was left clean and by the end Rebecca said Jack was following her around Thank you Rebecca

I have not been looking forward to writing this review for Irene and Henry. Because I was not looking forward to be reminded of the turmoil we went through while they were sitting house for us. Irene and Henry had signed up to stay in our home and with our dogs for 9,5 weeks. They knew it was winter in Germany, one of the first things we asked them, if they knew how dark and gray it is and that it can be cold. They had no problem with that. 2 weeks into the sit they said they could not walk our dogs twice a day any more, only once - since they were too tired. They asked for help with the second walk, which we then organized from abroad. Also after two weeks they said, they would have to cut the sit short and would be leaving our home 4,5 weeks early. We should start looking for a replacement. This came as such a shock to us, that at first we refused a replacement. With time and the loving support of the zeewoi staff we started looking for a replacement. Of course there was no one there on such short notice. The hours we spent dealing with finding someone new - this is nothing anyone should have to go through. In the end a friend took our dogs when Irene and Henry left our house and their sit early. Irene and Henry sent us pictures and comments about our dogs regularly. Our house was as clean as when we left it. The plants were well. We were contemplating leaving the zeewoi Community after this painful experience. Our trust was shaken. But, we decided to stay and remember the first two perfect experiences we had with our other sitters, whom we still are in touch with and feel loving and close with.
